If we truly want the power of God’s presence in our worship, we must break out of all religious ruts and be willing to sing a new song. In the church’s modern sophistication, we have processed something out of our worship that God wants to restore. It reminds me of the way we process bread.

My friend was sick with frustration. You could see it all over her face and hear it in her voice as she talked about unmet expectations at her church. “You’re never satisfied,” remarked her husband. Unlike his wife, he was happy with their full-gospel church, and he felt fulfilled in the ways he was serving
MANY OF US THINK THAT GOD SENDS ANGELS ONLY TO CERTAIN PEOPLE AND ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS. BUT ANGELS HAVE A MINISTRY TO ALL THE SAINTS.
Have you ever wondered about the part angels play in your daily life? Many Christians believe God sends them only to “special” people, such as those with large ministries, or on “special” occasions, such as when a person is in danger. The truth is that angels have a ministry to all the saints of God–including you and me–to strengthen, comfort and help us in our ministries.
Throughout the Bible–Old and New Testaments–there are accounts of the involvement of angels in the lives of God’s people. In fact, angel appearances were so common among the early Christians that it was easier for Jesus’ disciples to believe that Peter’s angel was knocking at the door of the place where they were praying than that Peter had been released from prison! (See Acts 12:12-17.) Here are just a few examples of angelic activity recorded in Scripture:

Prophets and those who are sensitive to the currents of the Spirit of God are calling this a new era in the church in which women of strength and anointing will arise and step into the roles God has ordained for them.
Women after God’s heart, “spiritual mothers,” will not be hindered by anything in this hour. Rather, they will stand poised, fearlessly awaiting God’s direction and enabling to accomplish His work.

A WOMAN WITH A SONG IN HER HEART
As a young woman, Audrey left her Leechburg, Pennsylvania, home for Los Angeles, where she came under the ministry and influence of Aimee Semple McPherson, founder of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. She was ordained with the church in 1939.
TODAY, THROUGH REVIVAL, WOMEN ARE RECLAIMING THEIR DIVINE DESTINY AND SEEING THEIR LOST INNOCENCE RESTORED.
At this moment in revival history, God is raising up women into roles of leadership and service that we never dreamed possible. We are like racehorse fillies straining at the starting gate, beating our hooves, waiting for the door to fly open and the race to begin. We’re just chomping at the bit to start doing the work of the ministry God has called us to do!
But before that gate can open and the release can come–before we can embrace our destiny as ministers in Christ–we must embrace the Lord’s original intention for us as women.

Women of God have always been at the center of His purposes. Mothers of faith will play a vital role in establishing the course of Christ’s kingdom. It is the dawn of a new millennium—and the start of a significant new day for women in the church. Speaking as a brother in Christ and a
I think we would all agree that there is no such thing as a “weakness” in God. However, if there were, it would be this–mercy. God’s mercy embodies all the fullness of His compassion, kindness, tenderness and favor. It is the expression of His goodness and pity toward us. When you are assailed ferociously by
Our pastor’s son, Marty, was determined to stay in college. But the income from our small congregation made this an “iffy” situation–at least if it depended on help from his family.
My own daughter, Dana, was also in college, and the contrast between her circumstances and Marty’s raised questions in my mind. My child had all the material goods that a freshman in college needs–a new car, clothes and an allowance.
Marty, on the other hand, struggled constantly with shabby clothes, a poor specimen of transportation that seemed to inhale the income from his part-time job, and little money for trips home and sundry other expenses. Why, I wondered?
