Today’s entrepreneurs are on the most incredible learning curve of their lives. This generation of leaders is not short on talent or ideas. They are experiencing the most rapid technological boom in history.

They have access to the most elaborate education, and learning is literally at their fingertips through Google via the smartphone.

However, information is never equal to experience. The entrepreneur in this podcast had everything needed for success, but wrong choices nearly destroyed a lucrative business.

In this enlightening podcast, David McDaniels shares how chasing growth over financial stability compromised his business.

David said, “My first mistake was the failure to define success. There are no boundaries if success doesn’t have a strategy.”

David added, “In business, it’s easy to get off track; the temptation in today’s culture is to be Steve Jobs or Elon Musk. Do not get caught up in the hero culture of a business. Be yourself and stay in the lane God has defined for you.”

David leans on Colossians 3:17 for his business work ethic.

“And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”

David says, “The greatest value is your relationship with the Lord. After the Lord, you must prioritize your family and then yourself. This formula will keep your business healthy and sustainable.”
