Sept. 18, Rosh Hashanah, marked the beginning of the new Jewish Year 5781, which will take us into the year 2021 on the Gregorian calendar.
Normally I would look into the Hebrew name and definition of the number one. However, before doing so, I immediately heard and understood from the Lord that the number one represented: a beginning—something that is brand new, that had not been done previously—the initiation or launch of a New Era, with new endeavors reserved specifically for this time.
It is impossible to predict and figure out God, as He so loves to bless His people with surprises and “suddenlies!” We are about to experience a “suddenly” of God! I sensed the Lord saying that for many, this Rosh Hashanah would see doors opening suddenly to initiatives and strategies kept hidden in the heart of God, reserved specifically for this milestone of history.
Even as the shakings, the rumblings and the spiritual warfare in the earth continue, the saints of God will begin to occupy the places reserved for them for this hour of history. As obstacles are removed, and the way parts before them, the saints will begin to step up to stand in new levels of supernatural increase and boldness and work to secure key positions in Christ’s power and authority. The supernatural is about to become normal. For this notable hour, heaven has succeeded in procuring for the people of God key job positions, business opportunities, new buildings and home purchases, purposed to significantly impact God’s initiatives to turn the tide of history.
Many will now receive unexpected phone calls, divine appointments and fresh downloads of ideas, supported by the ways and means to get the job done. God’s supernatural favor is now descending upon His people to clear the path ahead. God is about to move to exceed our expectations beyond what we could have imagined our thought! Divine hutzpah will now come upon the saints to trigger them to take the bold steps that are needed, steps that they never thought they could or would take.
Over the earlier part of this year, during the time between the Passover Feast and Pentecost, the Lord inspired me to lead three prayer thrusts all characterized by rocket launches. The Space Force actually launched a rocket at that time, without us having prior knowledge of that. At the time, God did birth and launch some specific initiatives in our ministry, establishing us for the season ahead.
Passover and Pentecost 2020 were especially powerful, a time where we saw God at work building enduring relationships in the body of Christ—most significantly with Messianic Jews. The Holy Spirit was preparing the foundation and setting us on the path for the body to become a bride and the “One New Man” Jesus died to bring forth.
While working on this word, God reminded me of this time and the revelations of the rockets being launched—the implication was that we were now once again launching in this new Hebraic year of 1581. My question to the Lord was then, “as we had already launched at Pentecost, what was the significance to us now during this Fall Feast season?”
The Lord then gave me a vision of a rocket that had already launched breaking apart in space. The lower half broke away and fell back to earth as the other half ascended into the heavenly realms. I saw that this was a continuation of what began at Pentecost. The Lord then began to impart the significance of what this meant in this new beginning and His plans for this new era.
To comprehend the revelation, it is important to understand the reason why rockets break apart in space. In researching this I discovered that rockets need a vast amount of fuel to overcome earth’s gravity, stored in two or three sections of the rocket. When a section has used up all its fuel. it then separates to get rid of the dead weight, which falls back to Earth or gets burned up in the atmosphere.
The Lord equated this with His present work and began to show me that a separation was coming. The body of Christ had burned up the fuel of the last season that had worked to bring us this far! We are now primed to shed the dead weight of the garbage we have been carrying for possibly decades, even centuries. This is the dead weight of carnality, and the things and ways of the world that have no part in Christ. These are things we cannot take with us into the higher places of the supernatural God intends to take us.
The love of the world keeps us earthbound and causes us to be weighed down, tied to things that count for nothing; things that are temporary and have no place in eternity. The love of the world sets us up for disappointment when things don’t turn out the way we expected, as God is resisting our sin nature.
“‘You expected much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why?’ declares the Lord Almighty. ‘Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with your own house'” (Hag. 1:9, NIV).
“Don’t set the affections of your heart on this world or in loving the things of the world. The love of the Father and the love of the world are incompatible. For all that the world can offer us—the gratification of our flesh, the allurement of the things of the world, and the obsession with status and importance—none of these things come from the Father but from the world. This world and its desires are in the process of passing away, but those who love to do the will of God live forever” (1 John 2:15-17, TPT).
God began to highlight some of the baggage we are carrying that must be left behind on earth; baggage that belongs to the world and has no place in Christ. God is examining our hearts and motivations, whether we are being driven by our desire for position and recognition or by our desire for His glory and His kingdom purposes. Many in the church, including leaders, in their drive to be first and the most successful, have wasted precious time and energy, debating each other, preaching to each other, fighting over pet doctrines, majoring on minor issues and tearing down precious leaders God has anointed. All of this while we are living in a most diabolical time of history, and the world is desperate and in need of salvation.
The enemy has used many things to divide and weaken us as a body and to distract us from our work in the most critical hour of history. Our strength and the power to impact the world and drive back the forces of darkness will only come from our union and decision to stand together and support each other. We then become a force backed by the power of God.
Philippians 2:1a, 2-5 (NIV) says, “Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ … then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.”
This is the nature of the one we serve that must become ours, and it grows in our lives as we choose the way of the cross. It is freedom to recognize the excellence of someone else’s work; to support and celebrate them! So many don’t understand this God quality of becoming a part of someone else’s success. This is an absolute necessity now—the need for partnership in the work to advance the kingdom of God on earth.
For those that choose to let go of the dead weights of control and carnality, to break away from the things characteristic of the world, this will become the era of supernatural power and miracles, of the exploration of new frontiers and grand possibilities found in Christ alone. These sons and daughters will be launched and ascend to the heights of benevolence in Christ in the heavenly places!
They will be given access to the courts of heaven; they will receive revelation, understanding and intelligence and the wisdom to know what they are to do in these times. The Word of God in their mouths will be released with fire to set the enemy’s plans ablaze and destroy their strongholds.
In this new season, God will move powerfully to bless and support those who support others and who build up rather than tear down. These will begin to experience the abundance of the favor of God working to establish them in strong eternal partnership in this time.
The heart of Christ is to bless, expand and build the people of God. The wind of the Holy Spirit is coming into the house of God, bringing fresh, clean air. For many, this will be a new era of unity, of honor, of building lasting and enduring partnerships—the catalyst that ushers in the commanded blessing of God upon His people and for this decade.
“For this reason I kneel before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name. I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God” (Eph. 3:14-19). {eoa}
