Get Back to Your First Calling

What was it that you first felt impressed to do? What was on your heart then? I think there are a lot of callings that have been sidetracked.

When I had seen before the big fish on Jesus’ hook and line, I saw below a river full of big fish. This was the river that my wriggly fish came from. And there were so many fishes there. Guess where the river of fishes was? In the Lodge! Well, I had never thought of that because I am used to getting people delivered from freemasonry spirits.

But there is going to be a move of the Spirit in the Lodges. The spirit of death is going to have to stand back because God is coming in.

The Anointing Draws People to You—Let God Show You Where the Fish Are. It’s Easy!

When we were in the Hilton in Queenstown, there was the concierge guy who wouldn’t stop asking questions—and a lovely Japanese guy who delivered room service at 1 a.m. (he didn’t speak much English, as he hadn’t been in New Zealand very long). He wouldn’t stop laughing and bowing … every time he bowed, I got more drunk in the Spirit. I tried to tell him to stop, but he didn’t understand what I was saying, so we both started laughing hysterically. But the Spirit of God was in it. It was like when I was in the markets in Beijing and De Ann and I would start laughing and everyone came out from behind their shop/stall and started laughing too—they would put their hands to their mouth, and we found out afterwards that they could taste honey.

It’s like the security people in Siberia—when the spirit of laughter fell on us and then on all of the security—they also had the taste of honey in their mouths. The Lord said, “When someone can tell them about Jesus, they will have a good taste in their mouth,” and He showed me that He would bring the taste of honey back to remind them it was something good when someone could speak the gospel message in their language.

The anointing draws people—they want to talk to you and respond to you. Not everyone you meet is a “now” fish, but maybe they are a potential fish down the river.

Remember to stop and ask the Holy Spirit to show you where the fish are. I used to think you had to have a kind of formula to go fishing, but I don’t think that now. I think you just have to love Jesus and lighten up, and enjoy Him and enjoy yourself, and the anointing will come. You just get to respond.
