What Happens When a Psychic Sees Jesus?

Tim Thompson should be dead, but God had other plans for him. At only age 6, Thompson almost drowned in a frozen lake. His brother did die—while saving him—and Thompson resented God after this experience.

Aching for his brother’s company, Thompson tried to communicate with him in the afterlife, and got an answer. “I heard a voice coming against God. It sounded like my brother’s voice. We were able to spend time together again,” Thompson says.

 

Within no time he was seeing spirit “playmates” who said they loved him. Thompson, now 43, eventually became addicted to drugs, attempted suicide and suffered severe demonic torment—knowing more than 70 demons by name. 

In 1989, Thompson was unable to withstand the torture any longer and got on his knees. “I asked God to kill me or give me some sort of happiness,” he says. This time, instead of seeing spirits, he had a vision of Jesus. 

Now a Christian, Thompson has written two books, A Psychic Discovers Jesus and Suicide Spirit. Thompson wants to encourage others not to give up. “Jesus Christ is so real, and when He says He’s going to restore … He does what He says He’ll do.”
