Are You Struggling? Don’t Blame Satan; Trust God

When we’re at our lowest, it’s easy to assume that we’re under spiritual warfare, and that very well could be true. But it could also be that the Lord is using the hardships of our life to draw us closer to Him. Join Chad and Wendy Norris on this recent episode of Coach and Joe on the Charisma Podcast Network to discover how the Lord ordains everything and can use everything—good or bad—for His glory.

Through the story of Jesus’ temptations in the wilderness, Coach says we can see “What we think the devil is doing in our life, God is actually using that thing. … And He’s ordaining the season for you to be tested for your assignment.”

When we see the hardships of our lives as just what the enemy is trying to use against us, instead of how the Lord can use our seasons as a way for His glory to shine through, Wendy says we are declaring, “I don’t trust Him. And He’s just not trustworthy.”

Perhaps through a season of suffering, we can become better acquainted with the one we claim to follow wholeheartedly. Because as Wendy says, “it would absolutely be preposterous of me to assume that I can walk in a level of maturity and relationship with God, Jehovah, Abba and not feel the weight of what He suffered. He’s inviting us into the fellowship of His sufferings.”

Do you need a fresh revelation of the difficult season you’re in? Do you struggle to see the good God can bring out of this time of your life? Be encouraged by this episode. {eoa}
