It is good to have spiritual mentors. But when trying times come–and they will–our dependency is to be on Christ, not other people.

HEART ISSUE: What struggles are you facing today? Are you trusting Jesus to be your strength, or are you looking for someone else to help bail you out?
PRAYER FOCUS: Lord, You have said that You will never leave me or forsake me. Burn this truth into my heart so that I will always put my trust in You, whatever my circumstances. Amen.
