The Old and the New Testaments provide multiple examples of women who operated in the gift of prophecy. Joel tells us God’s daughters will prophesy through His Spirit.

HEART ISSUE: Are you convinced you can become a “prophesying daughter”? What is inhibiting you from flowing in the Spirit more freely?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, thank You for including women in Your anointing. Help me overcome past prejudices and mind-sets that make me feel unworthy to receive Your gifts. Amen.

Spiritual gifts require cultivation so we can know how to administer them in God’s grace. God is faithful to provide spiritual mentors and other training for those who will persevere.

HEART ISSUE: Are you growing in the gifts God has given you? Are you submitting to the individuals and opportunities God has provided to train you?
PRAYER FOCUS: Father, thank You for equipping each of us to minister through Your Holy Spirit. Give me a teachable spirit to receive Your training in Christ-like love. Amen.
