Our goal as Christians is to become sons of God. We cannot do that in our own strength. We must rely on the Holy Spirit to give us the will and ability to be like Jesus.

HEART ISSUE: Do you know how to hear the Holy Spirit and obey His promptings? Are you becoming more like Jesus every day?
PRAYER FOCUS: Holy Spirit, I need Your help to become more and more like Jesus. Please help me to know God’s will each day and to obey quickly and completely. Amen.

As God’s Son, Jesus displayed perfect obedience, perfect love and perfect faith. We, too, are becoming sons of God as we mature in these three areas.
