In corporate prayer the other day, I was in place of deep prayer and intercession when I heard in my spirit, “Redeem the times.” As I continued to pray, I just kept hearing “Redeem the times” echo in my spirit. Then the Lord said, “I am about to redeem the times.”
In that moment, I felt so strongly from the Lord that even though things in the natural may seem to be going in the opposite direction of the kingdom of God right now, this is a divine season where God is going to redeem the times.
This Is How God Is Redeeming the Times
How will God redeem the times in this season? Through you, my friends! The Lord is looking for those in this hour who will be bold enough to do exactly what He has called them to do, even if it looks impossible or unpopular. God is calling His people to be more determined and dedicated than ever before. And if we will partner with Him, we will see the Lord redeem the times in and through our lives.
Lean Into the Lord—Your Harvest Is Coming!
Many may be looking at their lives right now and wondering why they aren’t further along, more successful or fruitful; or maybe they even feel delayed in the prophetic promises that God gave to them. However, don’t be discouraged by how things appear in the natural. If you have been consistent in your walk with God, your time of harvest is coming! So, don’t give up. Instead, lean into the Lord. Listen for the Holy Spirit to instruct and guide you in this season and you will even see the years that you feel you’ve lost redeemed by the Lord.
Our Responsibility as Sons and Daughters
Ephesians 5:15-16 says, “So be very careful how you live, not being like those with no understanding, but live honorably with true wisdom, for we are living in evil times.” Take full advantage of every day as you spend your life for His purposes.
It is now more important than ever for each son and daughter of God to be walking in a greater level of discernment and sensitivity to the Spirit of God. Just as this Scripture says, it is our responsibility as the people of God to live honorably and operate in wisdom. I want to challenge you in this season to live your life for His purpose and watch what God will do.
Colossians 4:5 says, “Walk in the wisdom of God as you live before the unbelievers, and make it your duty to make Him known.” I believe that many people are prophesying a billion-soul harvest because God is calling His people in this generation—those alive on the earth right now—to redeem the times and see souls swept into the kingdom of God. I believe we will see this happen all over the world; and in every nation, God’s people will answer the call.
I also still believe that we will see America turn back to God. I still believe that America’s best days are ahead of her, not behind her. God has a plan for America and that plan includes redemption.
Reclaiming Your Prophetic Words
To redeem something means to regain possession of something. Some of you are going to regain purpose for your lives, relationships, ministries or businesses. The enemy would love nothing more than to steal your time, energy and vision. This is why you must cling to every prophetic promise God has given to you.
One of the keys to moving forward is to reclaim and remember those prophetic words that have not yet come to pass and start contending for them again. It is time for you to take back the things that are rightfully yours and step into all that you have access to as a member of the kingdom of God.
If you will take hold of this word, you will see the Lord redeem all those things you thought were lost. I also believe this is a season where that fire and vision for whatever it is God has placed upon your life is going to be reignited in a powerful way, so you can run after Him like never before.
Our God is a God who restores, and you are about to receive redemption and restoration that will blow you away. We are about to see the Lord redeem the times, so get ready for it!
