The tempo allows readers to get to know the characters and become familiar with the setting, yet it isn’t stilted or weighed down with unnecessary descriptions or conversations. The Miracle of Mercy Land is an engaging, mysterious tale that will especially appeal to those who enjoy the character of a small town.
