Unprecedented Outages Raising Questions: Solar Flares or Cyber Attacks?

In a shocking turn of events, AT&T users were grappling with widespread service outages on Feb. 22, with additional disruptions reported by pharmacies across the country in the aftermath of a suspected major cyber attack.

As the technological giant works tirelessly to restore services, questions arise about the potential involvement of solar flares, drawing parallels to a historic incident in 1972.

The solar flare incident in 1972 had a profound impact on AT&T’s landlines, inducing voltage fluctuations along physical lines. However, the current scenario appears to be different, with Brooks Garner’s analysis on Fox News suggesting a connection to a SIM card database registry issue.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“Now, it is possible the X-class flare had impacts on the voltage on some electronics, but since this is so specific to AT&T and not other carriers, it’s likely not space weather related,” explained Brooks Garner, emphasizing the unique nature of the current situation.

This same solar flare that occurred yesterday also contributed to widespread radio blackouts across the West Coast as well as parts of the Pacific.

NASA defines solar flares as intense bursts of radiation resulting from the release of magnetic energy associated with sunspots. These powerful phenomena are considered the largest explosive events in our solar system, manifesting as bright areas on the sun with varying durations, from minutes to hours.

While solar flares are known for their mesmerizing displays, casting neon hues across the earth’s atmosphere in the form of the northern and southern lights, the current issue seems to be centered on AT&T’s network. NASA, which monitors solar flares primarily through X-rays and optical light observations, has not reported any unusual solar activity that might explain the disruptions.

AT&T, in a statement to Fox News, acknowledged the service interruptions and reassured users that they are working urgently to restore services. In the meantime, the company encourages users to utilize Wi-Fi calling as a temporary solution.

“As an explosive event, [solar flares] can cause the X-ray level at Earth to go up dramatically, factors of at least a thousand or so as in this M-class event, or even more in X class flares. This can seriously affect the normally present level of ionization (breakdown of atoms) in the ionosphere at 50 to 60 (and more) miles above us and change what we are used to in how radio waves propagate, usually for the worse,” professor of space science and physics at Canada’s Athabasca University Martin Connors said in a statement to Newsweek.

The impact of the outages extends beyond inconvenience, with reports of iPhone users experiencing their devices stuck in SOS mode. Furthermore, emergency services across the United States have faced challenges due to confirmed network outages, leaving mobile phone users unable to make crucial 911 calls.

As the situation unfolds, users and experts alike await further insights into the root cause of these disruptions. Whether attributed to solar flares or a sophisticated cyber attack, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the vulnerability of our interconnected digital infrastructure and the ongoing need for robust cybersecurity measures.

Red Heifer Project Sparks Hope and Spiritual Awakening

In an extraordinary mission guided by a deep connection to Israel, farmer Byron Stinson shares the remarkable story of his involvement in bringing seven red heifers to the Holy Land in an exclusive Charisma News interview.

Stinson, driven by a lifelong understanding that he would be connected to Israel, embarked on this journey in 2007 through the Father’s House Foundation. The foundation, co-founded by Stinson and his wife, aims to facilitate pastors from smaller churches to visit Israel, enriching their spiritual lives and fostering a deeper connection to biblical roots.

Stinson’s involvement took a unique turn when he was approached by rabbis in Israel seeking a pure red heifer, an essential element in Jewish rituals, for a sacred ceremony.

The red heifer, described in Numbers 19, plays a crucial role in Jewish tradition, symbolizing purity and facilitating spiritual rites. Stinson, leveraging his Texas farm and business acumen, went above and beyond by not only finding one red heifer but seven.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“I thought, ‘I’m gonna find seven because seven is God’s perfect number of creation.’ And so we went out to find seven red heifers,” says Stinson.

“First we used bots to go out on the internet and look for the reddest of red cows that we could find the on the websites where those ranchers were. Then we sent them text messages telling them we were looking for the red heifer. Then we put ads in the magazines that actually go out to those ranchers that have those beautiful Red Angus.”

However, the journey was not without challenges. The red heifer must be flawless, without blemishes and must remain pure red until its third year. Stinson and his team meticulously searched for suitable candidates, facing hurdles like international livestock shipment embargoes. Despite the difficulties, four viable red heifers now reside in Shiloh, a place rich in biblical history, awaiting their sacred purpose.

The red heifer project serves as a unique bridge between Christians and Jews, encouraging a shared spiritual understanding. Stinson emphasizes the importance of recognizing the physical aspects cherished by the Jewish faith, such as the significance of the land and the construction of a temple.

This interfaith collaboration strives to unite believers, fulfilling biblical prophecies of unity between the spiritual descendants of Abraham.

“We in the nations often don’t really see the importance of the Land, we don’t see the importance of a temple, a house of prayer on the mountain of God. Those are physical things, we’re just more off into the spiritual, right. So now God is helping us through this red heifer to see something physical, that we go, and we can wake up,” says Stinson.

Stinson believes that, in these challenging times marked by rising evil, an outpouring of the Holy Spirit is promised. He envisions a spiritual awakening linked to the red heifer experience, leading to an era of prayer and peace on the holy Temple Mount. Stinson’s mission reflects a harmonious connection between Christians and Jews, fostering love and understanding as they seek to honor God’s covenant and bring forth a shared spiritual awakening.

“We need to stop being afraid of seeing the land taken for God’s glory, and the Temple being established for God’s glory, and the Antichrist coming to be identified and thrown down. And then see the Messiah arrive in a moment, coming for salvation for all of God’s people. This is what I see,” Stinson shares.

Amy Grant Reveals Shocking Road to Recovery After Accident

Amy Grant is on a journey seeking the positive aspects of life in the aftermath of her 2022 biking accident, which resulted in a brain injury.

In a recent interview with E! News, Grant shared the shocking surprise she woke up with once her five-hour surgery was complete.

“They asked me, ‘Hey, we’re going into your throat, do you want a face-lift?’ And I said, ‘Dear God, no, I actually have to be on stage in X number of weeks.’ It was a five-hour surgery, and they took it like that. I didn’t ask for it, but I came out of surgery and my neck was a little tighter,” Grant explains.

The accident took a giant toll on Grant, who shared that she felt like an “old beat-up car that went in and got a paint job and had the dents knocked out. And it was just, I mean, that’s a gift.”

Yet even in the face of a tragic event, good can come out of it.

As the doctors were performing surgery on Grant, they made a shocking discovery: a growing cyst that had taken up residence in her throat.

“I had this bike wreck and, unbeknownst to me, I actually had a cyst growing in my throat and because of the trauma of that bike wreck it went into hypergrowth. I had this five-hour surgery, and they took it out,” reveals Grant.

The road to recovery was not without speed bumps along the way however, as Grant had to deal with short-term memory loss as well as reteaching herself how to sing following the ordeal.

“I still have issues with my short-term memory. My balance is still weird. I made a joke about it last night. You know, sometimes I walk around like I’m drunk, and I just have to laugh about all of it,” shares Grant.

“I can’t remember what I can’t remember.”

While Grant is still hesitant to get back on a bike in the wake of her accident, touring is still a passion of hers that she is not planning on giving up any time soon.

“My reasons for touring are—I don’t get on stage because I need to hear applause, I have always loved creating spaces, and I do think it feels like that continues to matter,” says Grant.

In the unpredictable journey of life, God’s unwavering presence serves as a source of strength and comfort, guiding us through the unexpected twists and turns. Even as we navigate a variety of recovery cycles, His divine love and support becomes a beacon of hope, illuminating the path toward healing and restoration.

Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.” Embracing this profound truth offers solace and assurance that, with God’s guidance, we can overcome life’s challenges and emerge resilient in the face of adversity.

Proposed Legislation Sparks New Concerns for Christian Freedom

Christians in Germany are growing fearful over a proposed bill that could potentially infringe upon their freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.

The legislation, introduced by Family Minister Lisa Paus of the Green Party, seeks to establish censorship zones around abortion facilities. Under the proposed law, pro-life prayers and offers of help within 100 meters of these “clinic” could be penalized with fines up to €5,000 ($6,300).

Critics argue that the bill’s language is vague and question its necessity, as the government admits to lacking concrete data on incidents near abortion facilities.

International rights group ADF International points to the ambiguity of the bill, pointing to similarities with the United Kingdom’s experience where buffer zones led to legal challenges against individuals praying near abortion clinics.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Felix Böllmann, director of European Advocacy for ADF International, expressed concern over the potential infringement on rights protected by both international and national law. He states, “The right to peacefully pray is protected by international and national law. No matter one’s opinion on abortion, everyone suffers when we start to censor the right to speak freely, pray, or engage in consensual conversations.”

Böllmann further criticizes the bill for creating confusion and emphasizes that the government aims to ban something without a clear understanding of what or why. He notes, “This law doesn’t ban ‘confusion,’ it creates more of it—both for citizens trying to understand the law and police officers who will have to enforce any vague new prohibitions.”

Family Minister Lisa Paus justifies the draft law by aiming to balance freedom of expression with the protection of women seeking advice at abortion clinics. Paus emphasizes the need to shield women from “hatred and agitation,” stating, “That’s why we are striking a balance between freedom of expression and the right of assembly.”

The proposed legislation is currently under review by the Federal Council and remains open for amendments. It will be subject to a parliamentary vote.

This development has sparked a broader debate in Germany over the impact of pro-life protests, akin to those in the United States.

As the proposed legislation progresses, Christians in Germany find themselves grappling with potential restrictions on their right to express their beliefs in public.

Persecution in the End Times

The increasing challenges faced by Christians globally resonate with biblical teachings about persecution, particularly in the End Times. In Matthew 24:9 , Jesus warns, “Then they will hand you over to be persecuted and will kill you. And you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake.”

Despite the tribulations, the Bible offers guidance on how Christians can lead victorious lives. Romans 8:37 declares, “No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” The apostle Paul encourages believers to stand firm in their faith and trust in God’s sovereignty.

Additionally, 1 Peter 4:12-13 provides solace and encouragement: “Beloved, do not be surprised at the fiery ordeal that is taking place among you to test you, as though some strange thing happened to you. But rejoice insofar as you share in Christ’s sufferings, so that you may rejoice and be glad also in the revelation of His glory.”

As Christians face the challenges of persecution, the Bible reminds them to find strength in their faith, to persevere in prayer and to trust in God’s ultimate plan. While external circumstances may change, the unwavering hope grounded in biblical teachings remains a source of comfort and empowerment for believers.

Demonic Goddess Statue Set to Establish Spiritual Strongholds in Texas

In a move that has left many in the state of Texas shocked, the golden abortion-goddess statue titled, “Witness,” is scheduled to be on display at the University of Houston on Feb. 28 through Oct. 31, 2024.

The 18-foot-statue hails from New York City, designed by Shahzia Sikander, and now endangers Texas with the establishment of a spiritual stronghold.

Designing the pagan statue as an ode to the late-Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Sikander wrote in her artists statement that the work was to continue the fight in ensuring abortion does not leave America.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“The luminous figure is a nod to Ruth Bader Ginsburg, as seen in the detail adorning her collar. With Ginsburg’s death and the reversal of Roe, there was a setback to women’s constitutional progress,” Sikander’s statement reads.

“The figure’s hair is braided into spiraling ‘horns,’ which mimic the movement of the arms and express the figure’s sovereignty and autonomy,” she added.

As news of the statue’s move to Texas began spreading, many such as the pro-life group TFP Student Action have called for a peaceful protest against it.

“Action alert: Texas values are not New York City’s woke “values.” Tell the University of Houston NOT to Display Satanic-Looking Abortion Statue on Campus” TFP wrote in a post on X.

While the fight for the unborn continues, what many are overlooking is the establishment of spiritual strongholds that will follow in the footsteps of the golden idol in Texas.

For too long, many in America have brushed aside the dangers of the spiritual-side of life. Even though it is written clearly for people by the apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:12 which says: “For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.”

This idol gives spiritual entities, demons and principalities an open invitation to operate wherever it is set up. Because they are being invited there by humanity.

Spiritual warfare is not some hokey nonsense that is a recently made up experience, the Bible written under the guidance of the Holy Spirit warns believers about it, and extols them to take part in it!

Jesus cast out demons, the apostles teach future disciples about the importance of spiritual warfare and it is such an important topic that the Bible is full of verses about it.

Yet fewer and fewer Christians in America are engaging in it. It is being relegated to the sidelines as nonsensical practice of the deranged, meanwhile American society continues to delve deeper into satanism.

The University of Houston will soon open the spiritual doors to allow the demonic forces behind the “Witness” idol to take residence on their campus, and it will assuredly affect the area around it.

Satan would like nothing more than for Christians to keep on with what they’re doing in America: bickering between denominations, accepting societies morality instead of God’s righteousness and abandoning practices such as fasting and warring in the spiritual realm.

Events such as erecting false, golden idols (in the same literal manner which Aaron allowed the Israelites to do with the golden calf) are becoming common occurrences in the once-Christian nation. The Iowa Capitol building recently had a demonic altar set-up as well as another similarly demonic statue set-up in Michigan.

While both statues have been taken down since their inceptions, the devil and his minions know that if they can keep getting away with establishing these strongholds over parts of the country, they will eventually conquer the entire thing.

Again, Paul exhorts Christians in 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 to take part in this spiritual warfare: “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.”

For Christians who do not take part in prayers against the enemy and his plans for America (and the world), this is an act of direct disobedience to what the Word of God commands Christians to do.

When we fail to engage the enemy on the spiritual battlefield, he wins without having to fire a metaphorical shot. And he would love to continue winning battles that way, because he has a lot in store for America.{eoa}

Isaiah Saldivar Breaks Down Controversial ‘He Gets Us’ Super Bowl Ad

If a Super Bowl commercial gets people talking about Jesus, then that’s a good thing, right?

Well, according to many Christians, it depends on which Jesus the commercials are advertising.

To no one’s surprise, this year’s He Gets Us Super Bowl ad featuring various people washing the feet of what is assumed to be sinners has sparked fierce debate on both sides of the proverbial aisle.

Some believe it is a gross misrepresentation of Jesus’ act of servant leadership when He washed the feet of His disciples, not the feet of unrepentant sinners.

On the other side of the coin, people think the reaction to He Gets Us ad is unnecessary and people need to calm down.

Weighing in on the debate is revivalist Isaiah Saldivar, who expressed to his audience that he wanted to tackle this issue from a biblical perspective and see whether He Gets Us got it right.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Doing a live reaction video to the advertisement on his YouTube channel with his audience, Saldivar read what He Gets Us had to say about the commercial, and picked up a discrepancy right away that conflicts with biblical text.

“They’re saying Jesus washed His followers and friends feet, which actually it was His disciples’ feet,” Saldivar explains.

“Just to be clear…Jesus did not wash sinners’ feet. He did not wash prostitutes feet. He did not wash people in the world’s feet. He washed His disciples’ feet.”

One of the things that He Gets Us promotes is that they are not political in any way, and you can read their statements about staying neutral on their website. Watching the video, however, Saldivar notices it is in fact quite political.

“To me it looks very political. I could be wrong, but we have abortion, we have immigration. They say it’s not political at all but I don’t buy it personally,” Saldivar says.

Getting to the last image of the commercial where a priest appears to be washing the feet of a homosexual man, Saldivar really took issue with what he viewed as the message coming across to people watching it, and it is not based on the Jesus of the Bible.

“This is why Christ died: He knows we’re sinners. We’re dark. We’re evil. We think of evil things, so this seems to be to me…as if God is validating and okay with this lifestyle,” Saldivar says.

“The Bible says this, I know you’re going to get mad, that the homosexual will not inherit the kingdom of God. So to me, this looks like they’re validating. …They’re presenting an America incorporated Jesus. A woke Jesus.”

The commercial fades to black, which is standard for the He Gets Us campaign, and ends with a one-liner of some sort. This year’s message was, “Jesus Didn’t Teach Hate.” But what does that message really say?

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up-to-date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

“Here’s my problem with this statement,” says Saldivar. “Their version of Jesus didn’t teach hate is, ‘Don’t talk about the homosexual. Don’t talk about immigration. Don’t talk about anything. Don’t call these people out. Don’t talk about their sin,’ because that’s considered hate.

“So now this commercial is framing if we preach against those lifestyles as teaching hate. That’s my biggest problem with all of this.”

Pointing to the Word of God as his ultimate source of guidance and authority, Saldivar highlights where Paul warns Christians of those promoting a false Jesus in 2 Corinthians 11:4, which says:

“For if he who comes preaches another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if you receive another spirit, which you have not received, or another gospel, which you have not accepted, you might submit to it readily enough.”

“I’m not trying to be ‘Negative Nancy’ here and talk bad about this. I’m just saying we have to be careful [in] not presenting an American Incorporated Jesus and a Jesus [that] is not in the Bible,” Saldivar shares.

“Because the Jesus of the Bible condemned sin. He condemned some of the lifestyles you saw in the trailer. Am I glad that a message of Jesus is being presented at the Super Bowl? Yeah, if it’s a biblical message of Jesus, but this is not the biblical message of Jesus.”

Iran Conducts War Drills In Preparation for a Strike On Israel

In a provocative move, Iran conducted war drills, test firing advanced ballistic missiles Feb. 13, as part of its preparations for a potential strike on Israeli military sites housing American-made F-35 fighter jets.

The state-controlled media in the Islamic Republic reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps led the drills, simulating the destruction of hangars containing Israeli F-35 warplanes using ballistic missiles. The mock scenario involved the Palmachim Airbase near Tel Aviv.

The IRGC claimed to have used enhanced versions of its Emad and Qadr ballistic missiles, asserting their capability to reach deep into Israel, covering distances exceeding 1,000 miles. The timing of these drills is significant, coinciding with escalating actions by Iran’s proxies in Yemen, Syria, Iraq and Lebanon, including recent attacks on U.S. and Israeli positions.

An attack on Israel’s F-35 arsenal would pose a severe threat, particularly amidst the ongoing conflict with Hamas in the south and an escalating threat from Hezbollah in the north.

The geopolitical landscape is further complicated by a massive explosion at an Iranian gas line on Tuesday, with the regime attributing the incident to a “terrorist act of sabotage.” This event heightens the potential for a confrontation between Israel and Iran.

Iran’s foreign minister added to the tensions by meeting with senior leaders of the Hamas terror group during a visit to Qatar. The meeting signals Iran’s continued support for Hamas, especially in the aftermath of the Oct. 7 massacre that claimed the lives of more than 1,200 Israelis.

The situation remains fluid as international observers closely monitor the developments and the implications of Iran’s aggressive military posturing.

In Ezekiel 38, Persia is mentioned as one of the nations forming a coalition that will align against Israel in the end times. Verse 5 specifically notes, “Persia, Cush and Put are with them, all of them with shield and helmet.” While interpretations of biblical prophecies vary, some scholars and readers associate this mention of Persia with the modern-day nation of Iran. Many observers, both within religious circles and geopolitical analyses, draw from these parallels between the biblical prophecy and the tensions in the Middle East, potential contingency sequences considering Iran’s geopolitical role and its confrontations with Israel.

IHOPKC Facing Calls for Closure from Billy Graham’s Grandson

In another shocking development, the International House of Prayer Kansas City (IHOPKC) is under intense scrutiny after a third woman came forward with allegations of grooming and sexual abuse against the ministry’s founder, Mike Bickle.

Boz Tchividjian, attorney and grandson of evangelist Billy Graham, has called unequivocally for the permanent closure of IHOPKC in light of these distressing revelations.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Tchividjian expressed his strong stance on social media platform X, “It’s time. It’s time to permanently close the doors at IHOPKC. It’s time to take whatever monies are left & put them into a fund for those whose lives have been wrecked by a place that claims to love Jesus so much it prays to him 24/7. The praying hasn’t worked. It’s just made IHOPKC more pious in defending the indefensible. It’s time.”

The latest accuser, Tammy Woods, now 57, alleges that Bickle sexually abused her in the 1980s when she was just 14 years old, in St. Louis before he founded IHOPKC. Woods disclosed that the abuse occurred in various locations, including Bickle’s car, her home, the church and his office. While the abuse involved sexual contact, there was reportedly no intercourse. Additionally, she revealed that Bickle predicted the premature death of his wife and suggested that she could become the mother to his sons.

These disturbing revelations follow an independent report released on Jan. 31, where Bickle admitted to engaging in “consensual sexual contact” with a woman associated with the 24/7 prayer ministry. This admission comes in addition to a previously confessed relationship with a primary accuser identified as Jane Doe.

While the report by attorney Rosalee McNamara outlined consensual contact, Woods insists that Bickle touched her without consent. “He did touch me,” she stated, recounting instances where Bickle would manipulate her hand for sexual contact and reciprocate.

Woods shared more on the disturbing nature of the situation, noting, “I have witnessed him genuinely weep and repent, like ask the Lord’s forgiveness, ask my forgiveness. I saw at 14, a man in anguish over failure, and he would always be like, ‘I can’t, we can’t do this again. And please forgive me.’ I believed all of that to be genuine … but it didn’t stop. We’d do good for a while and then crash.”

In response to the newest accusations, IHOPKC issued a statement condemning Bickle’s actions as “sick” and expressed remorse for their handling of the investigation into allegations against him. This apology comes after persistent criticism from Tchividjian and a group of former leaders at IHOPKC known as the Advocate Group.

As the Christian community grapples with this devastating situation, the Bible provides guidance on addressing sexual abuse within the church. Christians are urged to uphold justice and accountability, recognizing the severity of such offenses. The Bible emphasizes compassion and support for victims while promoting transparency and accountability within the church leadership (Titus 1:7-9; 1 Tim. 3:2-7; Prov. 29:2) .

In situations of abuse, the community is encouraged to stand against wrongdoing, seeking healing for the victims and justice according to biblical principles (Ps. 147:3, 9:9).

Lottery officials revealed that the sermon that stirred Anthony’s curiosity was centered around “praising the Lord for things on the way.” Acting on this newfound inspiration, she played Powerball using the Jackpocket lottery app, with the app’s system randomly selecting her winning numbers. Miraculously, Anthony matched 5 out of the 6 winning digits—9, 41, 43, 49 and 64—along with the Powerball number 4, securing her a $100,000 prize.

Despite initial skepticism, Anthony, who thought she was being scammed after receiving calls from Jackpocket’s New York headquarters, was elated upon confirming her win with a team member. The unexpected jackpot, resulting from Anthony’s decision to add the Power Play option, is earmarked for home remodeling, a family vacation and savings. Anthony, no stranger to lottery wins, plans to wisely allocate her prize money.

Financial Wisdom From the Bible: A Lesson in Stewardship

In the biblical context, financial wisdom is a common theme, emphasizing principles of stewardship, generosity and responsible handling of resources, as well as avoiding the love of money. One well-known scriptural principle comes from Proverbs 21:20, stating, “There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise, but a foolish man squanders it.” This verse encourages individuals to exercise prudence in managing their resources, advocating for saving and wise investment.

Furthermore, the Bible underscores the importance of generosity and helping those in need. Proverbs 19:17 states, “He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay what he has given.” This principle teaches that financial prosperity is not solely for personal gain but also for the benefit of others.

By embracing a biblical approach to finances, individuals can cultivate a mindset of stewardship, ensuring their resources are used wisely for the well-being of both themselves and their communities.

Arizona Democrat Praises Satanists on Senate Floor

In a move that defies every argument against Satanism not infecting America today, Democrat state senator Juan Mendez publicly praised The Satanic Temple and their plight in America.

Mendez commended the Satanists, stating they took a “noble action,” and expressed that he’s “graced” with their presence.

“Members, I would like to introduce a group of Arizonans—some from my district but they have membership all across the state,” Mendez said from behind a mask during the Senates floor session.

“They are here to confront the arbitrary, tyrannical authority of religious persecution that’s scheduled for government committee later on today. We are graced with the presence of ministers and members of the Satanic Temple of Arizona. Please stand today. They are at the Capitol today to fight for the rights of their more than 12,000 members of their denomination and the rights of free speech and free exercise of all Arizonans,” he continues.

Mendez continued propping The Satanic Temple on some kind of moral pedestal, as though they are freedom fighters against an oppressive authority. Even though it was Christianity that influenced this nations Founders to value freedom of religion in the first place.

“The Temple practices non-theistic Satanism divorced from superstition without any belief in gods or devils. They practice the religious values of compassion, justice, bodily autonomy, free speech, science, humility and noble actions,” Mendez claims.

Mendez affirmed that the Satanic Temple engages in community outreach, emphasizing their objective to foster “benevolence and empathy among all people.”

This incident in Arizona is simply another in a long line of establishing Satanism in American government. Recently, the Iowa Capitol building allowed a demonic idol to be erected in it’s halls, until Christian, Navy veteran Michael Cassidy destroyed it and is now being charged with a “hate-crime.”

Additional controversy ensued when a second Satanic statue was installed in front of the Michigan State Capitol, closely following the one erected in Iowa. A Democratic staff member posed with the statue, describing it as “sexy.” Subsequently, the statue has been removed from the premises.
