Epstein Fallout, Weather Manipulation and a Nation on Edge: Joseph Z Warns of a New Prophetic Phase

In a recent broadcast, prophetic voice Joseph Z addressed a swirl of controversy and spiritual significance surrounding the Epstein investigation, advanced weather manipulation technologies and rising political tensions. He framed these unfolding events as indicators of a shifting era in both American politics and spiritual warfare.

The starting point of Z’s discussion centered on a video clip featuring Peter Doocy questioning White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt about the long-speculated Epstein client list. Despite previous remarks from Pam Bondi suggesting the list was being reviewed, the Department of Justice has now declared there is no such list. This contradiction has caused frustration among Trump supporters and truth-seekers alike. “None of this is satisfactory,” Z said bluntly, pointing to inconsistencies in the narrative and missing surveillance footage from Epstein’s cell. “There’s a minute missing,” he noted, raising concerns over possible cover-up and manipulation.

Referencing past claims by Kash Patel and Pam Bondi, Z expressed disappointment in the vague and incomplete conclusions presented by the DOJ and FBI. “We have no list. We have no nothing,” he said, echoing the growing distrust in institutional transparency.

But Z didn’t stop at political scandal. He shifted to a deeper, more prophetic layer: weather control. Playing a historic clip of Lyndon B. Johnson from 1962 discussing weather domination, Z then introduced Augustus Doricko, a young entrepreneur backed by billionaire Peter Thiel. Doricko, through his company Rain Maker, uses cloud seeding and drone technology to induce precipitation. According to Z, this technology—funded by elite tech investors—may be connected to recent extreme weather events, such as the Texas floods, and signals a new phase of geoengineering with global implications.

Z pointed out the deeper spiritual conflict behind these developments. “The counterfeit comes before the real,” he said, warning that corrupt systems and power structures may try to hijack the mantle of revival and innovation meant for godly leaders. He believes a revival through business leaders is on the horizon—but cautioned that wicked counterparts are attempting to preempt it.

Further raising the alarm, Z cited a recent Axios article revealing calls for political violence within Democratic circles. With rising unrest, despair and online threats, he warned of a coming wave of chaos: “When they can’t get what they want, they go that way.”

Still, Z offered hope amid the turmoil. He urged the church to stay alert, pray and not be swept into emotional reactions. “Jesus is Lord,” he declared. “Even though we love those in office… we’ve got to pray as the church right now.”

Framing current events through a prophetic lens, Z emphasized that while deception, violence and manipulation are increasing, so too is the opportunity for awakening and revival—if the people of God remain discerning, prayerful and bold.

Don’t Wait for Perfection: Biblical Wisdom for Building Your Christian Business

According to Pastor Mike Signorelli, many aspiring entrepreneurs make the mistake of focusing too much time on branding before actually building their product or audience. In a question-and-answer session, one fitness creator asked Signorelli if it was a good plan for her to spend a year on branding. His answer? Don’t spend time branding before starting your business.

“The year that you would spend on branding is the year that you can spend on building. So, brand can come later,” Signorelli says.

To order Kap Chatfield’s new book, The Power to Prosper, visit Amazon.com.

He also encouraged her to see herself in a different way: the builder of the business is the brand.

“You are the brand. Fonts don’t matter. Colors don’t matter. All that stuff can come later. I know the science behind it. I get it,” Signorelli says. “You are the brand and you are the person in the video…”

Signorelli points out that focusing on functionality before polish is critical: “A mobile app that’s like really well branded but not functional is never going to get used.”

When it comes to platform strategy, YouTube stands out to Signorelli. “YouTube is my favorite platform. I would say if you were going to go all in on everything, anything, go all in on YouTube.” But it’s not about chasing viral moments; rather, “YouTube wants you to build a community. They don’t necessarily want you to go viral. They want you to build a community. And the way that you build a community is by consistent consistency.”

Signorelli also discussed the importance of legacy: “You will be remembered for only two things in life. The problems you created or the problems you solved. Every funeral I’ve ever done, that is what you will be remembered for.”

For aspiring Christian entrepreneurs, the message is clear: stop waiting for everything to be perfect before stepping into what God has called you to build. Your impact won’t come from flawless branding, but from faithfully showing up, solving real problems and serving people well. The platform you choose, the tools you use and even the products you offer are secondary to the trust you cultivate and the consistency you maintain.

In the end, it’s not the polish of your brand that will define your legacy, but rather the purpose behind it. Start building now, and let the brand follow.

7 Spiritual Warning Signs You’re Living a Lukewarm Christian Life

A growing number of Christians are being caught in a subtle but spiritually dangerous deception—what Pastor Vlad Savchuk calls “comfortable Christianity.”

In a recent message, Savchuk warns this trap doesn’t look like witchcraft or open rebellion. Instead, it whispers a lie that sounds close enough to the truth to deceive.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Here are seven warning signs Savchuk outlines that indicate a believer may be drifting into this spiritual trap—and what Scripture says to do about it:

1. Inspiration Has Replaced Transformation

Savchuk explains that comfortable Christianity offers “a version of Christianity that feels good, but it does no good.” He warns, “You’ll end up with faith that inspires you but never changes you.” This kind of faith substitutes discipleship with digital content and justifies sin rather than confronting it.

2. Believers Have Accepted a Two-Tier Gospel

Many Christians have embraced what Savchuk calls the “two-tier trap,” believing “there’s grace for forgiveness. You’re justified. And the second tier is there’s grace for transformation.” But he points to Scripture that clearly refutes this division. Quoting Titus 2:11–12, he reminds believers, “The grace of God that brings salvation… teaches us to deny ungodliness.” This is a continuous path, not optional levels.

To order Vlad Savchuk’s new book, Make the Devil Homeless, visit Amazon.com.

3. Spiritual Growth Is Being Ignored After Salvation

Drawing a vivid analogy, Savchuk says, “Imagine when my baby boy was born, and I would just celebrate his birth, but there will be no heartbeat, but there will be no breath. There will be no cry. There will be no hunger. There will be no fruit.” He laments how many celebrate salvation without evidence of transformation: “Where is the heartbeat? Where is the cry? Where’s the breath? Where’s the hunger? Where’s the fruit of that?”

4. Christian Content Is Replacing Christ’s Presence

Savchuk warns that many believers are “consumers of Christian content” who “repost Bible verses, but you haven’t read your Bible in weeks.” He adds, “You love sermons about destiny, but avoid sermons about discipline.” This tendency leads to passive faith rather than active discipleship.

5. Conviction No Longer Cuts to the Heart

A dangerous sign of comfortable Christianity is how believers respond to correction. Savchuk says, “You’re very defensive when you’re corrected, but you are unmoved when you are convicted by the Holy Spirit.” This indicates a heart hardened to repentance and growth.

6. Salvation Is Viewed as the Finish Line

Many Christians mistakenly treat salvation as an endpoint instead of a beginning. Quoting Ephesians 2:8–10, Savchuk points out that while “by the grace you’ve been saved,” verse 10 says, “we are His workmanship, created in Christ for good works.” He stresses, “We’ve separated the birth from growth. We’ve separated justification from sanctification. We’ve made salvation the finish line instead of the starting line.”

7. Lukewarm Faith Has Become the Norm

Savchuk highlights the peril of spiritual complacency: “Satan doesn’t have to lead you to renounce Jesus. He just has to make you passive, distracted and unfruitful.” Citing Revelation 3:16, he warns, “Because you are lukewarm, I will vomit you out of My mouth.” He reminds believers, “You were not born to blend in. You were born to burn for Jesus.”

The Urgent Call: From Comfort to the Cross

Savchuk’s appeal is to stoke the fire of your faith: “If you’ve fallen into this trap of casual Christianity, wake up today. Repent. Return. Rekindle your fire.” He emphasizes Romans 12:1: “Present your bodies as a living sacrifice. Your whole life on the altar.”

Ground Zero to Judgment Day? Jonathan Cahn Reveals America’s Prophetic Pattern

In a compelling interview with Gabe Poirot, best-selling author and prophetic voice Jonathan Cahn warns that America stands at a critical juncture—mirroring the biblical pattern of ancient Israel before its judgment.

Drawing from his best-selling works, Cahn outlines eerie parallels between the fall of Israel and the current condition of the United States.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“We are in a window of time,” Cahn says, referencing the biblical precedent where nations were given a set period—be it 40 days, 10 years or 40 years—to return to God or face judgment. He believes the events surrounding 9/11 marked the beginning of this window for America. “Instead of coming back to God, we said, ‘We will rebuild stronger’—without Him,” Cahn explains, pointing to Isaiah 9:10, which records Israel’s defiant response to their first warning strike.

Shockingly, that same verse appears in the One-Year Bible on September 11, long before the tragic attacks of 2001.

According to Cahn, the nine harbingers, or prophetic signs that appeared in Israel before its fall, also have manifested on American soil. From symbolic trees and defiant speeches by U.S. leaders, to objects and ceremonies reenacting ancient Israel’s warnings, he asserts these signs have appeared exactly as they did in Scripture. “No one could orchestrate this,” he says. “Yet it’s all happening.”

One example he shares is the sycamore tree at Ground Zero, mirroring the biblical tree struck down in Israel’s judgment. In its place, a biblical erez tree (related to cedar) was planted during a public ceremony, just as ancient Israel declared. That tree, which was meant to symbolize America’s resilience, later withered and died—on Passover.

Cahn also connects America’s moral decline with the return of ancient demonic influences. He identifies the spiritual forces once worshiped in Israel—Molech, Baal and Ishtar—now reemerging in modern form. From child sacrifice through abortion, the removal of God from public life, to the rise of gender confusion and drag culture, Cahn argues the same spirits are reclaiming ground in post-Christian America. “When a nation turns away from God, the house does not stay empty,” he warns.

Still, Cahn emphasizes that God’s heart is not one of destruction but mercy. “This is the time. The only thing that can save America is revival,” he declares. “We must not only pray for revival but live in revival.” He encourages believers to remove what doesn’t belong in their lives and pursue God wholeheartedly.

Cahn concludes with a reminder that America was originally dedicated to God on its very first day as a nation—on the same ground as Ground Zero in New York City. “God is calling us back to where we began,” he says. “Not to destroy us, but to save us.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

As the window narrows, Cahn pleads with believers: “Choose revival. The hour is late, but it’s not over.”

America stands at a prophetic crossroads—one that demands urgency, repentance and resolve. The signs have been given, the warnings unmistakable. This is not a time for complacency but for turning back to God with full devotion. The window of mercy remains open, but it will not stay open forever. What happens next will depend on how we respond.

Red Heifers, Prophecy and Israel: LA Marzulli and Mondo Gonzales Give End Times Update

In a thought-provoking conversation, L.A. Marzulli and Mondo Gonzales discussed the spiritual implications of current events surrounding Israel, the rise of antisemitism and the fulfillment of biblical prophecy—including the red heifer and Third Temple movement.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

The conversation started with a focus on the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks by Hamas in Israel. Marzulli cited an affidavit from Hamas that named the red heifer ceremony as a reason for the attack on Israel. “It’s stated right in there. The red heifers, the ceremony, kill the heifers, get the ashes, sprinkle them on the temple and the rest is history,” Marzulli said.

Gonzales noted, “Hamas…they’re masters of propaganda, and sadly the West and the Western media, they eat it right up without any sort of discernment.” He added that the document reflected Hamas’ concerns about “the progress of Saudi Arabia with the Abrahamic Accords” and Israel’s increasingly religious government, which included temple-related developments.

The discussion then shifted to replacement theology, a controversial doctrine that claims the church has replaced Israel in God’s redemptive plan. “Replacement theology…it’s wrong on so many levels. And yet most of the church believes in a non-millennial approach,” Marzulli said.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

Gonzales explained the historical roots of this theology: “Going back early—I mean to the second century—Justin Martyr…wrote very clearly that the church was spiritual Israel.” He added, “As you said, that became the belief by mostly Gentiles…trying to understand some continuity between the Old Testament and the New Testament.”

They also addressed the rise in antisemitism following the Oct. 7, 2023, attack. “It was a bloodbath,” Marzulli said. “And then, of course, Israel responded. And as of today…Hamas has still not surrendered. Let that sink in.” He lamented, “We see it everywhere…it’s not going away.”

Gonzales responded, “Whenever you see that sort of irrational behavior, there’s only one answer—and that is either somebody is insane…or it’s spiritual. There’s a blindness there.” He warned this spiritual blindness is “creeping into the church as well.”

The pair also explored the theological divide over Christian Zionism. Gonzales said, “Christian Zionism is simply the belief that the promises of God are still attributed to the nation of Israel…That doesn’t mean they’re saved.” He pointed to the book of Judges as evidence: “Did they lose their chosenness? No. Chosenness is separate. It doesn’t mean saved.”

Looking ahead to prophecy, he reminded listeners of Jeremiah 30:7: “It’s the time of Jacob’s trouble, and he will be saved out of it. And God will remove ungodliness from Jacob.”

Marzulli closed with a sobering observation: “They are the nation of Israel. They are God’s prophetic timepiece. Everything starts right out of the Bible.”

With antisemitism on the rise, spiritual confusion growing and prophetic events accelerating, Marzulli and Gonzales called believers to discernment, biblical clarity and unwavering support for God’s promises to Israel.

Amanda Grace and Troy Brewer: Prophetic Warnings and Prayer Urgency Amid the Kerrville Flood Tragedy

Kerrville, Texas, once a peaceful town, was struck by a devastating flash flood on July 4, 2025. The sudden storm caused the Guadalupe River to surge over 30 feet within an hour, tragically claiming dozens of lives and leaving many missing — including young girls from Camp Mystic, a Christian summer camp caught in the deluge.

In a livestream with Charisma Media, Pastor Troy Brewer, who has deep connections to the area and its ministries, shared insight on the flood’s spiritual significance. He explained how Kerrville was marked by two rare eclipses within months, with their shadows crossing precisely over the town.

“The word came on Oct. 14, of 2023. There was an eclipse that came across the southern part of the United States… Then of course the great American eclipse took place on Apr. 8, 2024, which happened on Passover. It goes across right there. And that was also very significant. Now, what’s interesting is the two of them cross at a specific place. And so, we’re actually using the language ‘cross.’ And they [2 eclipses] cross geographically exactly at Kerrville, Texas,” Brewer says.

He also pointed to the powerful symbol at the heart of Kerrville.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“Kerrville, Texas, is famous for the cross. It’s called the empty cross. It is this giant statue… 77 feet tall and seven inches tall. So… 777, which is remarkable,” Brewer says.

Pastor Brewer emphasized that these celestial events were meant to direct attention to Christ:

“These two celestial events, the shadow pointed exactly to where we needed to look. And now during this time, we’re actually looking at Kerrville, Texas… If you’re going to look at Kerrville, you’ve got to look at the cross, and you’ve got to see that it’s empty. That gets my significance and that tells me that’s on purpose. That’s by design.”

Despite the tragedy, there have been miraculous moments. Pastor Brewer shared:

“The official number of rescues is 888. 888 people rescued from the water. Well, that is the numerical value of the name Jesus.”

Amanda Grace also joined Charisma Media for a livestream, as she has been closely following the aftermath. She shared her prophetic perspective about the timing and spiritual significance of the flood.

“July 4th, 2025, if you add that up, you get 911. There has been a pattern of events happening in the nation since January of 2025 where the dates equal 911… We have a pattern here, a prophetic pattern, an alarm being sounded right now to the nation and to the church.”

She urged believers to stand firm and pray.

“When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him. This is a call for the church in the middle of this to raise a standard in this nation. We are the standard,” says Grace.

During this time of search and rescue, Texas Governor Greg Abbott is encouraging people across the nation to pray with him during this devastating time.

On X he wrote, “Prayer works. Thanks to everybody across the country and across the globe who have prayed for the people of Texas during this very challenging time. So many of those prayers have been answered. As the Bible teaches, pray with thanksgiving to God.”

As Kerrville mourns and recovers, the message from these leaders is clear: the tragedy is real, but Christ has promised to never leave nor forsake His people.

Was Elon’s ‘America Party’ Prophesied by Kim Clement?

Perhaps Elon Musk’s new political party isn’t just about a feud between himself and Trump. Instead, it may be a sign of a prophetic fulfillment.

In a prophetic word from back in 2012 that was recently shared on CodeBreakers Live by Donné Clement Petruska, the late Kim Clement prophesied about a third party that would rise in the nation which was neither Democrat nor Republican.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“In the next few years I will raise up a party, a party that I’ve told you about that shall neither be Republican nor Democrat, and they shall be the American Party, and they shall stand for what is right. God said, ‘Watch me, how I raise it up in this nation, says the Lord,'” Clement prophesied.

Could this new America Party be the foretold political party to come? And what kind of leadership can we expect to see in the future after the second term of President Trump?

As Petruska points out, another prophecy her father gave in 2014 was that there would be the rise of a young Hispanic boy who would someday become president. Just as Samuel anointed David to become the king of Israel, Clement spoke boldly, that the exact young man was in his presence there.

“There is about to break from heaven to earth one of the greatest revolutions that has ever taken place,” Clement prophesied. “The doors have opened for the Latino countries like never before. But God said, ‘It shall be in this nation that I shall cause My people to raise up a leader from amongst the Hispanic community who shall rise to the White House, and it shall be because of your prayers,'” he said.

Clement continued: “I have placed an African man there for a season. But I will raise up one that shall come from this community.”

Clement’s prophecy noted that at the time, he was a young man, and was right there in the room in Miami where he was speaking. He believed this young man would have great honor and represent the Hispanic community with great righteousness. He then pointed out how the Lord woke him up one day and asked him to “find your David who shall be a president.”

“I’m standing here today because I know God just said to me, ‘A future Senator, a future Congressman, there are future leaders, but there is also a president of the United States that is young that is in this building.'”

While Clement did not point at the person whom he believes God had chosen for such a position, he spoke with conviction and clarity that such a godly and wise leader would rise from that gathering.

Kim Clement’s revelations about a third party—one neither Republican nor Democrat—and the rise of a young Hispanic leader may be more than distant dreams; they could be unfolding before our eyes. In a time of spiritual awakening, the question remains: Are we being prepared for a new kind of leadership—one shaped not by partisanship, but by divine destiny?

Unveiling Revelation: Jonathan Cahn Decodes Its Symbols and Secrets

In an intriguing sermon, bestselling author and prophetic voice Jonathan Cahn dives deep into the first chapter of the book of Revelation, uncovering powerful truths often missed by modern readers.

“Who are the kings? It’s us,” Cahn boldly declares, explaining how Revelation opens by identifying believers as both kings and priests. Drawing from the Greek word for “king,” which implies sovereignty, Cahn emphasizes that believers are not meant to live under the weight of the world, but as those who rule over sin, bondage, and fear. “You are to live over everything,” he says. “You are royal, sovereign over your situation.”

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Revelation, Cahn notes, comes from the Greek word apokalypsis, often misunderstood today as doom or disaster. Instead, it means “the unveiling” or “the removal of the veil”—a revelation of the person of Jesus Christ, not merely end-time events.

To order Jonathan Cahn’s new book, The Avatar, visit Amazon.com.

One surprising insight from Cahn’s message is the possibility that the apostle John was himself part of the line of priests. Citing John 18, he points out that only someone known to the high priest would have been allowed into the priestly courtyard during Jesus’ trial. He also notes John’s hesitation to enter the tomb in John 20—an action consistent with Jewish law for priests who were to avoid contact with death. “It would make perfect sense,” Cahn says, “for the one writing Revelation, filled with priestly imagery, to be a priest himself.”

Cahn further explains that the word martyr in Greek simply means “witness.” Though commonly associated with dying for one’s faith, the term originally emphasized bearing witness to the truth of Christ through one’s life.

He then highlights Revelation’s unique blessing. “This is the only book in the Bible that says you are blessed just for reading it,” Cahn says. “And you’re blessed for hearing it.” The word used—makarios—means “happy” or “blessed,” signaling a divine encouragement for those who engage with the prophetic word.

To order James Lasher’s new book, The Revelation of Jesus, visit Amazon.com.

A profound portion of the message centers on the phrase “Alpha and Omega.” Cahn ties the Greek letters to their Hebrew counterparts, showing how Aleph (A) symbolizes strength and leadership, while Tav (T), the last letter, represents the cross. “The cross is the end—the end of sin, the end of the curse,” he explains. “Jesus said, ‘It is finished,’ and it was.”

Cahn also connects Revelation to prophecies in Daniel and Zechariah, particularly the imagery of the Messiah coming “on the clouds” and being seen by “those who pierced Him.” With today’s global media reach, he says, the fulfillment of such prophecies is more feasible than ever before.

Finally, Cahn describes John’s exile to Patmos—a small, rocky island off the coast of Asia Minor. Church tradition holds that John was sent there during the reign of Emperor Domitian for preaching the gospel. “John wasn’t just writing from a distance,” Cahn says. “He was a fellow partaker in persecution, speaking to a church under fire.”

From unveiling hidden priestly insights to connecting ancient prophecy with modern possibility, Cahn’s message challenges listeners to not just study Revelation, but to live in the authority, holiness and expectancy it proclaims.

Jim Bakker’s Son Recounts Emotional Conversation with Jimmy Swaggart

Jay Bakker, the son of televangelist Jim Bakker, recently recounted an emotional and heartfelt story of when Jimmy Swaggart reached out his hand to his family in a time when no one else in the body of Christ would.

“Wanted to share something with you,” Bakker says in a video posted to social media. “Growing up, my parents had a very complicated relationship with him. [Swaggart] was not a fan of my parents, and they were both part of a very large denomination, the Assemblies of God. When my parents had their falling, he called my dad a ‘cancer in the body of Christ,'” Bakker recounts.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

However, Bakker notes that as a teenager, things shifted dramatically.

“When I was about 16-years-old, I was trying to help my dad get his sentence reduced from 45 years to anything shorter than 45 years. And I was asking pastors all over the country, I was calling them to ask to help my dad write letters and get their congregations to write letters to shorten his sentence.

“And what I found out was a lot of these preachers didn’t care about my parents, nor wanted to talk to me,” he continues. “I remember calling Paul and Jan [Crouch] wouldn’t take my phone call. Oral Roberts wouldn’t, Pat Robertson wouldn’t take phone calls, all these people wouldn’t talk to me. These people who were considered my parents’ equals and friends at the time.”

Feeling hopeless, Bakker says Swaggart unexpectedly did what no one else dared to do.

“I remember calling Jimmy Swaggart and it was just like a hail Mary. And all of a sudden, I’m on the phone with Jimmy Swaggart, it was so bizarre. And I told him what we needed, and he goes, ‘Well son, I’ve done all my shows…but I can hear you’re desperate. You know what I’m going to do? I’m going to film something right now asking folks to help your dad and write letters. I’ll put the address on there…and I’m going to put it at the end of all my sermons for the next month.'”

Bakker says that for a 16-year-old who had lost hope in religion, this was a phenomenal win. Noting that Swaggart had gone through his own trials, this was a moment of truly shared grace.

“I know most of you might just think, ‘Oh, there’s two televangelists helping each other.’ Maybe you want to dance on his grave, but I’m tired of dancing on people’s graves. I’m especially tired of seeing Christians dance on each other’s graves. Doesn’t seem very becoming. Doesn’t seem very Christ-like.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

In a world where grace is often preached but rarely practiced, Jay Bakker’s story is a piercing reminder of what it truly means to embody the heart of Christ. Jimmy Swaggart’s unexpected act of compassion—reaching out to a broken family when others turned their backs—was more than a gesture; it was a redemptive moment that transcended rivalry and reputation. It showed that even in the ashes of public failure, the Gospel’s call to mercy still speaks. And perhaps in that moment, the body of Christ looked a little more like Jesus.

Watch: TD Jakes Transfers Leadership to Sarah Jakes Roberts and Touré Roberts

In a historic and emotional service on July 6 at The Potter’s House in Dallas, Texas, Bishop T.D. Jakes officially passed the mantle of senior leadership to his daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Jakes Roberts and Touré Roberts. The pastoral succession marks a significant shift in the legacy of one of the nation’s most influential churches and serves as a powerful moment of generational transition.

Surrounded by pastors, church elders and thousands of attendees both in person and online, Bishop Jakes offered a deeply personal and prophetic charge to the couple. “This is where it gets real,” he said, as the congregation witnessed the sacred moment of anointing. Jakes emphasized that ministry is a call to servanthood, not stardom. “While your office grants you privilege, it is privilege to serve in the name of Christ.”

The succession was not rushed, Jakes made clear. “They’ve been here almost five years. Because I understand that a skin graft takes time,” he said. “It took time and we took time with this, and we are trusting you to be as responsible for them as they are for you.”

Symbolic moments marked the ceremony, including the anointing of Touré and Sarah’s hands and with oil—“snake repellent,” as Jakes called it—representing divine protection and empowerment. “This ain’t just oil. This is snake repellent,” he declared. “Wherever you stick your head, the snake may have to recoil because the oil is against you.”

Touré Roberts addressed the congregation with heartfelt humility, recognizing the weight of the mantle being placed upon him, noting that he didn’t come from a line of bishops or pastors, but was lifted by a praying mother and a supportive family. “My purpose, simply put, is to lift you, to sacrifice, to pay the price and to lift you in every way that I can, with every gift that I can.”

Sarah Jakes Roberts also shared a transparent reflection on the cost of leadership, describing her “yes” to the call as one made with eyes wide open. “I saw the bleeding feet and bleeding hearts. I saw the betrayal and the hurt,” she said. “But I asked God to make it clear that this was His plan.” She offered a prophetic vision for the church’s future, declaring, “We came not to be served, but we came to unleash what God’s placed on the inside of you.”

The couple unveiled “Potter’s House 2.0,” a multi-generational vision committed to spiritual depth, emotional resilience and addressing the world’s most pressing issues through Christ’s message of salvation. The service concluded with prayer, worship and an invitation for members to reengage in the work of the ministry. Dr. Cindy Trimm also gave a powerful message, commending Bishop T.D. Jakes’ years of service.

“Bishop T.D. Jakes has yet to climb his final mountain prepared for him. But we recognize all the mountains he has already climbed.  He has climbed the mountain of media where he built a global communication platform through The Potter’s Touch viewed by millions,” Trimm says.
