Savannah Guthrie Issues Emotional Plea After Ransom Note Claims Her Mother Died

A devastating new development has emerged in the disappearance of NBC “Today” co-host Savannah Guthrie’s mother, prompting an emotional public plea from the television personality as investigators continue searching for answers.

“Somebody knows something,” Guthrie said on the “Today” show. “We are in agony.”

According to reporting by The Guardian, a previously undisclosed second note allegedly sent by Nancy Guthrie’s captors claimed the 84-year-old died shortly after her abduction and that her death was accidental. The report further stated that the note claimed Nancy had been buried, though no location was provided.

In a report by Fox News, it was discussed how the second note by the alleged captors stated, “She perished shortly after she was taken…she is buried in nature now,” before stating that they were “truly sorry.”

Authorities have not verified the claims contained in the note, and no remains have been recovered. The investigation remains active.

Nancy Guthrie disappeared from her Arizona home on Feb. 1 under circumstances investigators have described as suspicious. According to previous reports, evidence discovered at the scene suggested she may have been taken against her will.

To order Autumn Miles’ book, Holy Ghosted, visit Amazon.com.

The Guardian reported that the newly revealed message was sent months ago but had not been publicly disclosed. The note marked a dramatic shift from an earlier communication that claimed Nancy was alive.

According to NBC News, the first alleged ransom note demanded $6 million in Bitcoin in exchange for Nancy’s release. The second note reportedly made no additional request for money.

Shortly after receiving the message, Savannah Guthrie and her siblings recorded a direct video appeal to whoever may have taken their mother.

“We received your message, and we understand,” the family said in the recording. “We beg you now to return our mother to us so that we can celebrate with her. This is the only way we will have peace.”

The family also indicated they were willing to meet the original ransom demand.

“This is very valuable to us. And we will pay,” they said.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the communications, Savannah Guthrie acknowledged that she believes the messages may be authentic.

“I believe the two notes that we received, that we responded to, I tend to believe those are real,” Guthrie said in comments reported by NBC News.

Investigators have not reached a conclusion regarding Nancy Guthrie’s fate. According to NBC News, authorities continue searching for a masked man captured on doorbell camera footage near the residence and are attempting to identify DNA evidence recovered from the home.

For the Guthrie family, the lack of answers has created an ongoing burden that extends far beyond the headlines.

“This is a new story today that is on your radar, but this is the life that my sister lives, I live, my brother lives, our extended families live, our children live every day,” Guthrie said.

Speaking candidly about the emotional toll, she added, “We are in agony. We cannot be at peace no matter how much I try to come out here every day and smile and find that joy.”

Guthrie urged anyone with information to contact investigators, emphasizing that tips can be submitted anonymously.

“We’re begging for your help,” Guthrie said.

We are reminded that behind every headline is a family carrying unimaginable grief and uncertainty. Pray for Savannah Guthrie, her siblings and their entire family as they endure this painful season. Pray that every hidden truth will be brought into the light, that investigators will receive the breakthrough they need and that anyone with information will find the courage to come forward.

Jonathan Cahn Issues Sobering Warning About Trump’s Future

Could an ancient biblical mystery reveal how much time President Donald Trump has left on the national stage?

That is the provocative question raised by #1 New York Times bestselling author and prophetic voice Jonathan Cahn in a recent teaching that examines striking parallels between America’s political leaders and the kings of ancient Israel. While Cahn is careful to note that he is not delivering a direct prophecy, he argues that recurring biblical patterns may offer insight into the nation’s future—and perhaps even Trump’s.

Cahn points to a series of comparisons between modern presidents and biblical rulers. He links former President Bill Clinton to King Ahab, Barack Obama to Jehoram, Joe Biden to Jehoram, and Trump to King Jehu. According to Cahn, the similarities involve not only leadership styles and political circumstances but also the length of time each figure remained on the national stage.

The most striking comparison involves Trump and Jehu.

Cahn argues that Trump’s political career did not begin when he announced his presidential run in 2015. Instead, he points back to Trump’s 2000 Reform Party presidential campaign as the true beginning of his national political journey. Counting from 2000 through the end of Trump’s current term in 2028 creates a span of 28 years.

Why does that matter? Because Jehu’s reign in Israel lasted 28 years.

To order Jonathan Cahn’s new book, The Altar of Pergamon, visit Amazon.com.

“The time of Jehu, 28 years,” Cahn said. “The time of Trump on the national political stage, from the year 2000 to the year 2028, lands 28 years.”

While Cahn stops short of making a definitive prediction, he suggests the biblical pattern points toward 2028 as the conclusion of Trump’s political era.

Yet the heart of Cahn’s message is not about Trump at all.

Instead, he warns Christians against placing their hope in political victories. Looking at the biblical account of Jehu, Cahn notes that although certain ungodly policies were rolled back, there was no lasting national revival. Eventually, the nation resumed its spiritual decline.

That, he says, is the real lesson for America.

“The answer isn’t Trump, though God uses him. The answer is only God, and the only way is revival,” Cahn declared.

He added another sobering warning: “If we change the government, but we don’t change the people by the power of God, the unchanged people are going to change the government back.”

For believers watching political events unfold with growing concern, Cahn’s message serves as a reminder that the ultimate battle is spiritual, not political. Elections may shape a nation for a season, but only a genuine move of God can transform hearts and alter a country’s long-term trajectory.

As America moves toward another pivotal chapter, Cahn’s call is clear: Pray for revival. Seek God wholeheartedly. And remember that no political leader can accomplish what only the Holy Spirit can do.

Prophecy Fulfilled? Amanda Grace’s England Prophecy in Motion as Keir Starmer Resigns

The resignation of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer has sent shockwaves through the United Kingdom and reignited discussion around a prophetic warning Amanda Grace shared last year.

In 2025, Charisma highlighted an explosive prophetic warning from Amanda Grace concerning the United Kingdom. In that message, Grace declared that God was “sifting England” and warned that hidden corruption, buried scandals and institutional failures would be exposed. She spoke of a coming shaking that would reach into the nation’s leadership and governmental structures.

In this previous prophetic word, Grace pointed back to what she spoke about in Feb. 2023, which stated, “Oh England, do not willfully go with your hands out in willful surrender to be bound by such spirits and wickedness…” Another word that came of March that year spoke of the change of Parliament: “The parliament shall fall on itself, and a complete overhaul will be needed.”

To order Amanda Grace’s new book, Brace For Impact, visit Amazon.com.

Yet, it was another word that came in May of 2024 that speaks into an even greater depth at this moment: “For I am sifting England, says the Lord, and its leaders. I am sifting it and allowing a shaking not seen in decades to occur to wake up the people,” Grace prophesied.

As Britain enters a new chapter of political uncertainty, many are watching closely to see what additional developments may unfold. Leadership transitions often reveal deeper issues beneath the surface, and periods of national upheaval frequently become moments of reflection and reckoning.

As the United Kingdom navigates the aftermath of Starmer’s resignation, believers would do well to pray—not only for wise leadership, but also for national repentance, healing and truth. Beneath the surface lies a deeper spiritual reality: God is still exposing darkness, and no nation is beyond His reach.

Randy Kay: Humanity Has Reached a Prophetic Point of No Return

Christian author and speaker Randy Kay is sounding an urgent prophetic alarm, arguing that humanity may be living in the most significant moment in history since the first coming of Jesus Christ.

In a recent message titled Every Empire in History Was a Countdown — and It Just Hit Zero, Kay traced thousands of years of world history — from Babel and Assyria to Rome and modern geopolitics—to make a bold claim: the rise and fall of empires has always pointed toward one ultimate conclusion.

“The real story is not about the gate. It is about a wheel,” Kay said, referring to the recurring cycle of civilizations that rise, fall and are replaced by new powers. “Empires rise, empires fall, always. It is the oldest rhythm in human history.”

According to Kay, every empire has ultimately failed because humanity cannot save itself apart from God. From the brutality of Assyria to the collapse of Rome, he believes history serves as a divine testimony that human governments, philosophies and systems inevitably fall short.

Yet Kay emphasized that God’s mercy can be seen throughout history as well. He pointed to Cyrus the Great’s decree allowing Jewish exiles to return to Jerusalem and Israel’s rebirth as a nation in 1948 as evidence that God continues to fulfill His promises despite the rise and fall of earthly kingdoms.

One of the most compelling portions of the message focused on Iran, known in Scripture as ancient Elam. Kay highlighted reports that Christianity is rapidly expanding throughout the nation despite intense persecution.

“Iran, ancient Elam, is home to the fastest growing church in the world,” he said. “More Iranians have found Christ in the last 20 years than in the previous 13 centuries combined.”

Kay also connected modern geopolitical instability, including tensions surrounding the Strait of Hormuz, with biblical prophecy. He argued that current events should be viewed not merely through political lenses but through the broader framework of Scripture.

Perhaps the most sobering aspect of his message centered on humanity’s technological capabilities. Kay suggested that previous civilizations lacked the ability to destroy themselves entirely, but today’s world possesses unprecedented destructive power through nuclear weapons, biotechnology, and rapidly advancing artificial intelligence.

To order Randy Kay’s new book, Heaven Encounters, visit Amazon.com.

“For the first time in the entire run of human history, one generation—our generation—has built the power to make its own destruction final,” he warned.

Despite the seriousness of his message, Kay repeatedly emphasized hope rather than fear. Pointing to Daniel’s vision of the stone that destroys the kingdoms of men, he identified Jesus Christ as the ultimate answer to humanity’s failures.

“The stone is Jesus Christ, and His is the kingdom that never ends,” Kay declared.

While earthly kingdoms continue to shake, Christians are reminded that their citizenship belongs to a kingdom that cannot be moved. And as global uncertainty increases, the gospel remains the answer.

The world’s attention may be fixed on the rise and fall of nations, but believers are watching for something far greater: the return of the King who makes all things new.

Pray for Dennis Prager: Family Shares Miraculous Recovery Update After Doctors Issued Grim Warning

Supporters of conservative commentator and PragerU co-founder Dennis Prager have a new reason to hope after an encouraging update from his son, David Prager, who says his father is once again overcoming grim medical predictions and showing remarkable signs of recovery.

Speaking during a recent interview with PragerU CEO Marissa Streit, David revealed that his father was rushed to the hospital after suffering multiple infections that caused severe breathing complications and significant physical distress.

“It’s been a rough couple of weeks,” David said, describing the emotional toll on the family. He noted that doctors once again delivered sobering warnings, telling loved ones to prepare for the possibility that Dennis would not survive.

Yet according to David, this has become a familiar pattern.

Every time that he’s there, he completely beats the odds,” he said.

That pattern appears to be continuing.

David reported that Dennis has returned to good spirits, smiling, following sports and steadily progressing toward recovery. While his ability to speak remains limited due to medical precautions, the family has witnessed what they describe as a dramatic turnaround.

Listeners were given a glimpse of that progress when a voicemail recording from Dennis himself was played during the interview.

“I had a very rough two weeks,” Dennis said. “After a bronchoscopy, things changed 180 degrees.” He thanked supporters for their prayers and encouragement, noting that while he still required ventilator assistance, he was grateful to briefly regain the use of his voice.

Streit pointed out that what is happening with Prager is nothing short of a miracle.

“Dennis continues to be an absolute miracle. And I think the miracles are happening because of the prayers and the love and the blessings that he is receiving,” she said.

To order Abby Trivett’s new book, The Power of Suddenly, visit Amazon.com.

For David, hearing that voice was especially meaningful.

“Hearing his voice felt impossible a week ago,” he said.

Throughout the conversation, both David and Streit pointed to the overwhelming support Dennis has received from people around the world. David specifically encouraged supporters to continue praying, saying those prayers have been a source of strength and encouragement throughout the ordeal.

The interview, which took place just before Father’s Day, also became an opportunity to reflect on Prager’s legacy as a father.

As Prager continues his recovery journey, his family’s message remains simple: keep praying.

The latest update serves as a reminder that while doctors may assess the facts before them, God still has the final word. It is through perseverance, faith and prayer that we can be sustained through even the darkest valleys.

Jordan Peterson Breaks Silence Amid Ongoing Medical Battle

In a post on X, Dr. Jordan Peterson shared a personal health update amid his ongoing, serious health challenges.

Sharing the news that he is going to begin the release of lectures each week while he is unable to create new content.

Hi, everybody. I’m pleased to let you know that we’re going to release a lecture a week from my extensive tour archive, beginning this Sunday and then repeating every Sunday after that.

This allows me to do something interesting and useful while I’m otherwise incapacitated. My health is such at the moment that I can’t really return to podcasting or public lecturing. But we recorded these with the express intention of preparing them for release, and we’ve all determined that this is a very good time to do that.

So that’s what’s going to happen.

I hope you find them useful and compelling. They’ll be particularly attractive to those of you who liked my early YouTube work that was very lecture focused. It’s a return to my roots, I suppose, in some ways. And I’m as happy as I can be under the current circumstances, given my ill health, to be participating in this process and to have these lectures prepared for release.

Thanks a lot for your continued attention and support.

– Dr. Jordan B. Peterson

For many people around the world, Jordan Peterson has been a voice of conviction, intellectual rigor and encouragement during difficult times. Peterson’s willingness to continue contributing by releasing these lectures, even while battling ongoing health issues, reflects a determination that has characterized much of his public life.

Underground Church Raided During Sunday Service as Christians Continued Praising God

Even as armed officers flooded the room and church leaders were hauled away for questioning, worship did not stop.

According to a report by the BBC, authorities in China raided a Sunday worship service of Early Rain Covenant Church, one of the nation’s most prominent underground Protestant congregations. The operation took place southwest of Jiangyou, where church leaders say armed police and SWAT officers stormed a hotel ballroom during a worship gathering and detained dozens of believers.

The church reported that more than 50 officers participated in the raid, interrupting the service around 11 a.m. local time. As the BBC noted, more than 30 church members and leaders were reportedly taken to a detention center for interrogation.

Among those detained were church leaders Yan Hong and Wu Wuqing.

What happened next, however, may be the most powerful part of the story.

According to a statement released by the church, believers continued to fellowship, sing hymns and pray “until most of them were released.”

To order Travis Johnson’s book, [Un]Embarrasssed of Jesus, visit Amazon.com.

The raid is the latest chapter in a years-long campaign of pressure against independent Christian churches in China.

Founded in 2008 in Chengdu, Early Rain Covenant Church became internationally known after a massive government crackdown in 2018. Its founding pastor, Wang Yi, was arrested and later sentenced to nine years in prison on charges of “inciting subversion of state power” and “illegal business operations,” according to the BBC.

Bob Fu, founder of ChinaAid, told the BBC that Sunday’s raid serves as another example of the Chinese Communist Party’s treatment of independent Christian worship. “Sunday’s raid is another stark reminder that the Chinese Communist Party continues to treat peaceful Christian worship as a threat to state control,” he said.

While many Christians in the West gather each week freely, countless brothers and sisters in other nations continue to worship under the shadow of surveillance, intimidation and arrest.

Let this moment be more than a headline. Let it become a call to prayer. Pray for Yan Hong and Wu Wuqing. Pray for the families affected by these detentions. Pray for Pastor Wang Yi as he remains imprisoned. And pray for the underground church across China—that believers would remain steadfast, courageous and filled with the Holy Spirit.

The same God who strengthened the early church in the book of Acts is still sustaining His people today, and no government, prison cell or political system can extinguish the light of Christ.

Randy Kay Reveals the Secret Weapon That Terrifies the Enemy

Randy Kay says that when his heart stopped, he did not simply drift into a peaceful afterlife scene. Instead, he says he was pulled into a terrifying spiritual realm where the battle for eternity was raging.

“When my heart stopped, I did not float gently into a tunnel of light. I was pulled,” Kay explains.

Before he says Jesus took him into the “green meadow of heaven,” Kay says he passed through a realm filled with towering spiritual beings.

He describes seeing angels and demons locked in violent conflict, saying, “They were not fighting over territory. They were not fighting over cities or kingdoms or thrones. They were fighting over me, over my soul.”

Yet Kay is careful to point listeners back to Scripture, not merely to his personal encounter. “I am not asking you to build your faith on Randy Kay’s experience,” he says. “I’m asking you to build it on the Word of God.”

To order Randy Kay’s new book, Heaven Encounters, visit Amazon.com.

From there, Kay lays out a biblical case for spiritual warfare, citing Ephesians 6:12, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and Daniel 10. He argues that the unseen realm is not distant from everyday life, but presses directly against the believer’s mind, will and emotions.

According to Kay, this is where strongholds are built and where fiery darts are launched.

“The fortress is in the mind. The battle is for the soul,” he says.

He also warns that the enemy often attacks through thoughts of fear, shame, despair and accusation. He compares these attacks to the “fiery darts” mentioned in Ephesians 6, saying the enemy’s goal is to turn passing thoughts into fortified strongholds.

But Kay’s message is not one of fear. It is one of authority.

“This is not a war between equals,” he says. “God has no rival. Satan is not the dark twin of God.”

Using Daniel 10, Kay says believers should not assume unanswered prayer means God has said no. He points to Daniel’s 21 days of prayer and fasting, arguing that unseen resistance may delay what God has already released.

Your prayer matters in that realm,” Kay says.

He then gives believers practical weapons for the fight: the armor of God, the spoken Word, prayer, fasting, worship, testimony and fellowship. Worship, in particular, is not treated as emotional background music but as a weapon of war.

“Worship is not the warm-up before the real thing,” Kay says. “Worship is a weapon.”

Kay also warns believers to guard their spiritual gates, naming neglect, pornography and occult practices as doors the enemy uses to gain ground.

Still, the heart of his message remains the victory of Jesus Christ. Kay says surrendering to Christ is the greatest act of spiritual warfare because the Holy Spirit takes residence in the believer.

“You are not a victim in this war,” Kay says. “In Christ, you are an occupying force.”

Ancient ‘Stonehenge Prototype’ Discovered: What It Reveals About Humanity’s Search for the Heavens

A remarkable archaeological discovery in England is shedding new light on humanity’s ancient fascination with the skies—and perhaps revealing just how far people have gone in their search for spiritual meaning apart from God.

According to a report by The Guardian, archaeologists have uncovered a 5,000-year-old solstice-aligned monument near Stonehenge that predates the famous stone circle by roughly 500 years. Located near Bulford in Wiltshire, the site consists of two enormous wooden posts that once stood approximately 120 meters apart and appear to have been carefully aligned with the summer solstice sunrise and winter solstice sunset.

Researchers believe the monument may represent an early prototype for the astronomical alignments that later became one of Stonehenge’s defining features.

The discovery offers another glimpse into the spiritual and ceremonial practices of ancient peoples who closely observed the heavens and organized their rituals around celestial events. Excavations also revealed ritual pits, animal bones, pottery fragments and a rare disc-shaped flint knife that researchers believe may have symbolized the sun.

To order Dinesh D’Souza’s new book, The Stones Cry Out, visit Amazon.com.

Lead archaeologist Phil Harding told The Guardian that the find ranks among the most significant discoveries of his career, suggesting the site may represent one of Britain’s earliest known solar-aligned ceremonial monuments.

Discoveries like this serve as a reminder that humanity has always possessed a deep awareness of something greater than itself. The problem is not that people recognized signs in the heavens—it is where they turned for answers.

Scripture repeatedly acknowledges the heavens as a testimony to God’s glory. Psalm 19:1 declares, “The heavens declare the glory of God, and the firmament shows His handiwork.” Yet throughout history, mankind has often exchanged worship of the Creator for fascination with created things.

The ancient world was filled with solar cults, fertility gods and pagan deities connected to celestial movements. Instead of looking beyond creation to its Creator, many cultures sought spiritual power through rituals tied to the sun, moon and stars. Unfortunately, we are seeing more of this today as well.

The apostle Paul warned of this tendency in Romans 1, writing that humanity “worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator.”

While archaeologists cannot definitively determine the exact beliefs practiced at the newly discovered monument, the site’s solar alignment and evidence of ceremonial activity resemble patterns that later appeared in many pagan cultures throughout the ancient world.

Today, the temptation remains surprisingly similar.

Countless people continue searching for spiritual answers through astrology, occult practices, New Age spirituality and cosmic speculation. The human heart still longs for transcendence.

The good news of the Gospel is that believers do not need to chase after hidden spiritual powers, ancient mysteries or celestial signs. Jesus Christ has already revealed Himself as “the light of the world” (John 8:12). The answer to spiritual darkness is not greater fascination with the unknown—it is a deeper relationship with the One who created all things.

Rather than fearing darkness or becoming captivated by every spiritual trend, Christians are called to carry God’s light into a confused and searching culture. As 1 John 4:4 reminds believers, “Greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.”

The newly discovered monument near Stonehenge may reveal another chapter in humanity’s ancient quest for meaning. But it also highlights a timeless truth: every generation is searching for something beyond itself. The question is whether that search leads people to the Creator—or leaves them wandering among the shadows of created things.

Amanda Grace Warns of Prophetic 9/11 Connections Tied to Knicks Championship

As the nation approaches the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, prophetic voice Amanda Grace believes a series of unusual connections unfolding in 2026 should not be ignored.

In a recent video, Grace pointed to what she described as a remarkable convergence of historical, political and sports-related events, arguing that the timing of the New York Knicks’ NBA championship victory carries deeper significance than many may realize.

“So there really is a prophetic reason why, of all years, it was this year, 2026, that the New York Knicks won the NBA title after 53 years of not winning a title,” Grace said. “This is pretty mind blowing.”

According to Grace, one of the most striking elements of the situation involves the San Antonio Spurs and the team’s former star duo, Hall of Famers Tim Duncan and David Robinson, who were famously known as the “Twin Towers.”

Grace noted that the nickname was widely recognized during the years surrounding the Sept. 11 attacks and drew attention to a passage in Isaiah that references “spurs.”

To order Amanda Grace’s book, Brace For Impact, visit Amazon.com.

“Isaiah 9:11 says, ‘Therefore the Lord raises against Ephraim adversaries from Rezin, and spurs their enemies,'” Grace said. “On 9/11, Spurs, Twin Towers.”

She went on to highlight what she views as a series of prophetic alignments occurring exactly 25 years after the attacks on the World Trade Center.

“Twenty-five years after 9/11 happens and the fall of the Twin Towers, in the year Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets is set to begin on 9/11,” Grace said.

The broadcaster further connected the significance of New York City, noting that Madison Square Garden and the Knicks are located in the same city where the attacks occurred.

“The San Antonio Spurs, the one who contained the two basketball players known as the Twin Towers of all times, are in the NBA Finals playing the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden in New York City, which is Ground Zero for 9/11,” she said.

Grace also pointed to President Donald Trump’s return to office as part of the broader pattern she believes believers should pay attention to. Referring to Trump as both the 45th and 47th president, she suggested that the numbers themselves carry symbolic significance.

“All this while President Trump is in office, with his presidencies equaling 9-11, 45, 47,” Grace said. “This is not random at all.”

While Grace stopped short of making a specific prediction, she emphasized that Christians should view these developments as a call to spiritual vigilance rather than complacency.

“This is actually something we should pay attention to and pray,” she warned. “And a warning that we better pay attention that these things keep coming together and aligning in this year.”

Grace concluded by urging believers to remain grounded in Scripture and sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s leading.

“Continue to be watching right now. Be in the Word of God every single day. Have eyes to see and ears to hear and discern what the Holy Spirit has to say. Keep the faith.”

Grace’s message remains clear: stay alert, stay prayerful and stay anchored in God’s Word as significant events continue to unfold.
