Trump Admin Freezes Billions to Harvard Over Antisemitism

The Trump administration is taking a firm stand freezing more than $2 billion in federal funding to Harvard University after the school refused to comply with efforts to fight antisemitism on its campus. This moment represents more than just a political clash—it reflects a deeper battle over truth, righteousness and accountability in a time of growing lawlessness.

“Harvard’s statement today reinforces the troubling entitlement mindset that is endemic in our nation’s most prestigious universities and colleges,” the administration’s Joint Task Force to Combat Antisemitism said. “The disruption of learning that has plagued campuses in recent years is unacceptable. The harassment of Jewish students is intolerable.”

As reported by Fox News, in response to Harvard President Alan M. Garber’s public refusal to comply with a list of demands meant to curb antisemitism, the Trump administration is pulling $2.2 billion in grants and $60 million in contract funding from the Ivy League institution. Garber claimed the Trump administration’s approach was not “cooperative and constructive,” and doubled down, saying Harvard would not accept the proposed agreement.

This bold move comes in sharp contrast to how the Biden administration handled similar incidents. Under Biden, antisemitic protests surged across campuses, often with little to no accountability. Now, the Trump administration is making it clear: if schools want taxpayer dollars, they must also protect the civil rights of all students—including Jewish students.

/**/

Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), a Harvard alum, didn’t hold back in her rebuke. “Harvard University has rightfully earned its place as the epitome of the moral and academic rot in higher education,” she said. “Fueled by the radical groupthink Far Left faculty, inept University leadership, donations by foreign adversaries and pro Hamas terrorists, Harvard has fully embraced and tolerated the raging antisemitism threatening the lives and physical safety of Jewish students on campus.”

While left-leaning politicians like Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey praised Harvard for “standing up for education and freedom,” Christians must ask: freedom for what, exactly? Freedom to hate? Freedom to protest violently? Freedom to intimidate fellow students?

Scripture commands us to “hate what is evil; cling to what is good” (Rom. 12:9), and to “speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves” (Prov. 31:8). When elite institutions openly permit antisemitism while continuing to feed from the trough of federal funding, it’s clear the standard of righteousness has been exchanged for political ideology.

President Trump has already suspended funding to every Ivy League university except Penn and Dartmouth and signaled a broader crackdown on institutions that permit or enable anti-Israel sentiment and harassment. His administration is also reviewing nearly $9 billion in federal funding tied to Harvard, with investigations continuing across dozens of other universities.

This shift in posture should be welcomed by believers who still value justice, accountability and protection for all people—especially the Jewish community, who hold a special place in God’s covenantal plan.

Tax Day 2025: Here’s What the Bible Says About Paying Those Taxes!

It’s Tax Day in America—a day that few look forward to, but one that comes around each year just the same. While it’s easy to grumble about where our tax dollars are going, especially in a culture increasingly at odds with biblical values, it’s worth asking: what does the Bible actually say about paying taxes?

In the Gospel of Matthew, Jesus was directly confronted with this question.

When the Pharisees tried to trap Him with a political question, whether it was lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, Jesus responded plainly: “Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s” (Matt. 22:21).

It was a powerful answer then, and it still holds true today.

The Bible is clear about the importance of being law-abiding citizens and doing our part to live peacefully in society.

/**/

Romans 13:1-2 reminds us that all authority comes from God and that resisting lawful authority is resisting what God has appointed. Paying taxes, as frustrating as it may feel, is a part of that responsibility. And as long as those laws don’t contradict the Word of God, we are called to honor them.

Yes, it can be disheartening to see our tax dollars used for things that go against our faith. But here’s the blessing: in America, we have a voice. We have the right, and the responsibility, to vote for leaders who reflect biblical values and steward our resources wisely. That’s a freedom many in the world do not enjoy.

So today, as you file your return or grumble over the amount owed, remember, Jesus Himself said to pay it. And more than that, He taught us to live in a way that reflects peace, honor and integrity, even in something as mundane (and maddening) as taxes.

‘Happy Passover!’—White House’s Powerful Message to Israel

In a recent address, President Donald Trump sent the Jewish people in both America and Israel a message of celebration for Passover.

“I want to wish the Jewish people in America and Israel, and all around the world, a very happy Passover,” Trump says. “Every year at this time, Jewish families celebrate God’s liberation of the ancient Israelites from slavery in Egypt, guiding them through the prophet Moses on a 40-year journey to a very, very promised land.”

The president made mention of how the story of Exodus is about the resilience of the Jewish people, and also the power of holding onto faith in God regardless of what we face.

“The story of Exodus, which is retold around the globe and all over the world at every Passover Seder, is a reminder not only of  the enduring strength of the Jewish people, but of the importance of putting our faith in Almighty God no matter what the circumstance,” he continues.

“To all the Jewish families gathering with friends and loved ones this week, have a blessed Passover, and may God continue to watch over the Jewish people, the state of Israel and the United States of America.”

Just as Scripture promises to bless those who bless Israel, Trump’s words are a reminder of the importance of supporting the Jewish people, acknowledging the vital role they play in history and in the modern world.

/**/

This message contrasts sharply with the approach of the previous White House administration, which often appeared lukewarm or even antagonistic toward Israel and its people. Trump’s unwavering support for Israel, particularly in recognizing its significance and honoring its people during key observances like Passover, showcases a deep commitment to strengthening ties between the U.S. and Israel.

His stance underscores the importance of standing with Israel, a crucial ally, and blessing the Jewish people, as this is not only a moral imperative but also a strategic one ensuring lasting peace and prosperity.

A Historic Shift During Passover: Amanda Grace Warns of Prophetic Upheaval

Amanda Grace believes the current Passover season carries prophetic weight unlike any in recent years.

During a live broadcast, she emphasized that this moment is not only about remembering the Exodus, but about recognizing God’s present-day confrontation with darkness. “This is not just a Passover where we remember—it is a Passover where God is going to confront,” she said.

Grace compared this time to the biblical plagues in Egypt, explaining that just as God confronted Pharaoh, He is now confronting modern systems of oppression and deception. “The Lord thy God is drawing a line in the sand in this hour,” she said. That line, she warned, is forcing believers and nations to make definitive spiritual choices.

Prophetic Timing Between Purim and Passover

Grace identified the period between Purim and Passover as a spiritually charged window when divine decisions and dramatic shifts occur. She likened it to the time of Esther, when God’s intervention reversed the plans of Haman. “Purim was a time of decision, a time of exposure, a time of deliverance, and a time of judgement.”

Now, she says, the church is standing in a similar “valley of decision” as described in Joel 3. With increasing global unrest and spiritual warfare intensifying, she urged believers to remain steadfast in their faith. “Choose this day whom you will serve,” she quoted, referencing Joshua 24:15. She also warned parents: “If you do not raise your children in the Word, the world will raise them in perversion.”

Economic and Global Shifts: Divine Disruption of Powers

Grace sees current economic headlines—like the U.S. imposing a 145% tariff on Chinese electric vehicles—as prophetic signs. She believes these shifts are part of God’s confrontation with global powers and corrupt systems. “Do not think this is not of spiritual significance,” she cautioned.

She referenced the story of Jesus casting out demons in Gadara, drawing a parallel between spiritual deliverance and economic disruption. According to Grace, the Lord is shaking the foundations of nations, and even the earth itself is testifying. “The fault lines are shifting and cracking open,” she said. These earthquakes and natural signs, she emphasized, are “aligned with My appointed times.”

A Jehu Moment for America and the Nations

Grace issued a sobering warning for America: the nation is under threat of being spiritually “clipped.” Drawing from Isaiah 46, she spoke of spiritual idols weighing down the land. “There is a burden in this nation right now of unrepentant sin, of bloodshed, of division,” she said.

She believes the Lord is raising up modern-day Jehus—leaders anointed to confront the spirit of Jezebel and call both the Church and the government back to righteousness. “The anointing of Jehu is being released to confront Jezebel—politically, spiritually and in leadership,” she declared.

Grace also prophesied instability in international alliances, saying of BRICS: “They’re going to lose some bricks.” She encouraged believers to “watch France, watch Germany, watch England,” predicting a wave of governmental and leadership changes initiated by angelic assignments.

The Remnant Must Rise

Despite the sobering tone of her message, Grace ended with a strong call to action for faithful believers—the remnant. This group, she said, must rise in boldness, faith, and truth. “The enemy is out for blood, but the blood of Jesus speaks a better word.”

She urged the church to take its place on the front lines of spiritual warfare. “This is not a season to play church,” she warned. “This is a season to stand under the covering of the blood of the Lamb.” As the world enters a time of shaking and divine confrontation, Grace emphasized that only those firmly rooted in covenant with the Lord will endure and lead.

As the world trembles and power structures shake, Amanda Grace reminds the church that this Passover is more than a commemoration—it is a call to arms. The dividing lines are being drawn, and the Lord is moving with precision and power. In this prophetic hour, the remnant must rise, stand firm in truth and align fully with God’s purposes.

Church Deacon Killed While Protecting Children at Easter Event: ‘He Died a Hero’

“I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.” – John 10:11

That powerful Bible quote rang painfully true over the weekend for people of faith in the Magnolia State.

A tragic shooting at a church-sponsored Easter egg hunt Saturday afternoon in Gulfport, Mississippi, has left a beloved deacon dead.

The event took place at the Goldin Sports Complex. It was hosted by Empowerment Ministries Christian Center for families in the community, according to People magazine.

Deacon Eddie Shed, 39, was killed while attempting to protect others. WLOX-TV reported that he intervened during a violent dispute, simultaneously shielding children from harm. The shooting stemmed from a child custody dispute, police confirmed. Tyran Deion Gable, 24, of Saucier, Mississippi, was charged with first-degree murder and aggravated assault.

Gable allegedly targeted the mother of his child during the dispute, and Shed was shot after he stepped in to protect her, witnesses said.

Church member Alexis Weathersby praised Shed’s bravery, per WLOX.

“He died a hero doing what he does best, and that’s protecting and that’s loving and that’s looking out for everyone,” she said.

/**/

Shed was the head of the church’s security team. His actions during the incident reflected his lifelong commitment to serving others.

“He paid the ultimate price for his valor, and we are deeply saddened by this loss,” pastor Gregg Magee of the EMCC stated, per People. “Deacon Shed was a pillar of strength within our community and a beacon of light and hope.

“His unwavering faith, kindness, and dedication to serving others have left an indelible mark on all who knew him.”

Two others were injured in the shooting. One victim was life-flighted to a hospital in another state with life-threatening injuries, while another was taken to a local hospital.

Gable was also shot during the confrontation and was treated at a hospital.

The shooting unfolded at the end of the Easter egg hunt.

Police arrived at the scene around 2:05 p.m. WLOX originally reported that they detained three suspects initially, though only Gable has been formally charged, People reported.

The church held a live-streamed service on Sunday, the day after the shooting. The service provided a space for the community to grieve Shed’s death together.

EMCC is accepting donations to assist with funeral expenses. The church is also supporting medical costs for the injured victims.

Gulfport Police are continuing their investigation and have asked anyone with information to come forward to assist in the case.

Trump Just Made a Bold Declaration About Jesus: This is What’s Happening at the White House This Easter

President Trump issued a faith-filled presidential message on Palm Sunday in honor of Holy Week as Christians around the world commemorate the holiest time of the year. And now there are reports that his administration is also planning a unique Easter staff worship ceremony at the White House with Rev. Franklin Graham as well as Pastors Greg Laurie and Jentezen Franklin.

Trump’s Holy Week message wasn’t a typical, obligatory, official government statement. Instead, it was filled with the type of language used by Christians, pointing to this week as being sacred to his personal faith, as his own post to Truth Social even declared, “HE IS RISEN!”

Trump Admin Secures Release of American Missionary

U.S. special envoy Adam Boehler announced that missionary Robert Vieira has been released from Tunisia.

“We appreciate the government of Tunisia’s decision to resolve this case and allow Mr. Vieira to reunite with his family after more than 13 months of pre-trial detention,” Boehler told Reuters, noting that he worked closely with Tunisian foreign minister Mohamed Ali Nafti.

Vieira was detained in Tunisia 13 months ago after being suspected of espionage while being involved in missionary work.

Last week, the Trump administration secured the release of ballerina Ksenia Karelina in a prisoner swap with Russia. Karelina was originally detained for “petty hooliganism” while visiting family in Russia in 2024. The charge was later moved to treason.

In exchange for Karelina, the United States released prisoner Arthur Petrov, a German-Russian citizen arrested in Cyprus in 2023 for allegedly exporting sensitive microelectronics.

The Trump administration also negotiated the release of Faye Hall, an American woman detained by the Taliban in Afghanistan for two months.

Hall thanked President Trump in a video shared by the White House, stating, “I voted for you twice. I’m so glad you’re in office… Thank you for bringing me home.”

In February, Marc Fogel, an American history teacher detained in Russia since 2021, returned to the United States. He had been serving a 14-year sentence after being arrested at a Russian airport for possessing what his family described as medically prescribed marijuana.

“We are beyond grateful, relieved, and overwhelmed that after more than three years of detention, our father, husband, and son, Marc Fogel, is finally coming home,” the family said in a statement.

“Thanks to the unwavering leadership of President Trump, Marc will soon be back on American soil, free where he belongs. This has been the darkest and most painful period of our lives, but today, we begin to heal,” the statement added.

The search for the American missionary kidnapped at gunpoint during his church service continues in South Africa.

Pastor Josh Sullivan was reportedly abducted last Thursday by armed men who burst into Fellowship Baptist Church in Motherwell, a township outside the coastal city of Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa.

The Fellowship Baptist Church in Maryville, Tennessee shared the news on its Facebook page.

The Tennessee pastor’s kidnapping was allegedly for a ransom, but there are no confirmed reports of a ransom price.

Lt. Gen. Avele Fumba of the South African Police Service confirmed to ABC News that the agency’s elite Hawk unit is investigating the reported kidnapping of “a man believed to be the pastor of a local church” in the Gqeberha area.

Sullivan was holding a prayer meeting with about 30 people, including his wife and children when four kidnappers entered the building.

“It is alleged that while a sermon was conducted at the church, four armed and masked male suspects entered the church,” police said in a statement. “They robbed two cell phones and then took the 45-year-old male pastor with them and fled the scene.”

Reverend Jeremy Hall, a pastor based in the city, told AFP that the kidnappers “knew him by name.”

The father of six has been working in South Africa since 2018 because he had a “tremendous desire to share the gospel with the Xhosa people of South Africa,” Pastor Tom Hatley of Fellowship Baptist Church in Tennessee said.

The church posted the news on Facebook asking members of the community to pray for Sullivan and his family. Hundreds have posted prayers and thousands of others have shared the post to bring awareness to a dangerous situation.

5 Life-Altering Prophetic Insights to Supercharge Your Destiny

If God gives you a vision, what should you do with it?

In a recent time of prayer, Mike Thompson heard the Lord speak clearly in his spirit: “Run with the vision.” It was not a suggestion, but a divine command. As Thompson meditated on these words, the Holy Spirit led him to Habakkuk 2:2-3: “Write the vision and make it plain… that he may run who reads it.” Although the vision may tarry, Thompson emphasizes, “Wait for it—it will surely come.”

This vision is not based on imagination or fleshly ambition, but on supernatural revelation—visions, dreams and a stirring of the heart, along with Scriptures that leap off the page. These are communications from heaven, full of purpose and direction. The Holy Spirit is actively guiding believers into their spiritual inheritance—into new, promised land territory.

So, what should Christians do when God presents them with a vision?

1. Trust the Holy Spirit

The foundation of running with the vision God has placed in your heart is trust. Trusting the Holy Spirit means relying on His guidance, even when the path ahead seems unclear. The Holy Spirit is not only a comforter but also the divine helper who empowers believers to walk out their purpose. He will never lead you astray, and His guidance is always aligned with God’s will.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Trusting Him means surrendering your own understanding and recognizing that His wisdom far surpasses our own. As the Spirit leads, He will equip you with everything needed to fulfill your divine vision, including strength, wisdom and courage.

2. Make the Vision Your Assignment

When God reveals a vision to you, it’s not just a dream or a nice idea—it is a heavenly assignment. That vision comes with divine purpose, and it’s up to you to take ownership of it. Don’t treat it as something distant or abstract; instead, make it your mission in life. Think of it as a magnetic north guiding all your decisions, actions and prayers.

If God has given you a vision, His anointing is upon it. He is already working behind the scenes to bring it to fruition, and now it’s your job to align your life with that calling. When you make the vision your assignment, you will see God’s power at work as He transforms your life and circumstances to fulfill His plan.

3. Pray Over It Daily

Prayer is the vital communication link between you and God. When you pray over the vision God has given you, you invite His will to be done and seek His supernatural intervention. Praying daily keeps the vision alive in your heart, and it allows the Holy Spirit to reveal deeper layers of understanding and guidance. Using your heavenly prayer language—praying in tongues—can unlock mysteries and divine strategies to manifest the vision.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

Prayer positions your heart to receive revelation and provides the spiritual fuel needed to keep pushing forward, even when challenges arise. Prayer helps you stay in alignment with God’s plan and reminds you of the promises attached to the vision.

4. Act in Faith and Authority

Faith without works is dead, as James 2:26 teaches us. When you receive a vision from God, you must act on it. Don’t wait for perfect conditions or for everything to line up just right—take steps in faith, trusting that the Holy Spirit will guide you as you move forward. This is where authority comes into play. God has given you authority through Jesus Christ to declare and decree His will on earth as it is in heaven.

The more you step out in faith, the clearer the path will become. Each step of obedience activates the manifestation of the vision. Whether it’s in your ministry, relationships, career, or personal growth, every action in faith brings you closer to fulfilling God’s vision for your life.

5. Be Patient and Keep Pressing In

Patience is crucial when running with the vision God has given you. Habakkuk 2:3 tells us that “the vision is yet for an appointed time; though it tarries, wait for it.” Sometimes, the manifestation of the vision takes time, and that can be challenging. But patience is not passive waiting—it’s active endurance, staying focused on the vision even when progress seems slow. Keep pressing in, praying and acting in faith, even if the results don’t come immediately.

Trust that God’s timing is perfect and that He is orchestrating every detail of the process. Remember, the vision will come to pass in due season, and when it does, it will be a testimony of God’s faithfulness.

This is a season for breakthrough, expansion, and supernatural fulfillment. The Lord is calling us to go to new heights with Him. The question is: Will you follow?

Pastor Todd Mullins Reveals How Christians Can Turn Doubt Into Deeper Faith

In a powerful message on LIFE Today, Christ Fellowship’s Todd Mullins shares how seasons of doubt can become divine invitations to deeper faith.

In a recent appearance on LIFE Today with James and Betty Robison, Pastor Todd Mullins of Christ Fellowship Church opened up about a struggle many Christians face but few talk about—doubt.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“There are people that walk through pain or suffering and they’re wondering where is God in this?” Mullins said. “If we’re honest, all of us have gone through times where we’ve asked those questions.”

Drawing from his new book, “Don’t Let Doubt Take You Out,” Mullins shared how doubt—whether in oneself, in others, or even in God—can lead to breakthrough if handled the right way.

“We begin to have self-doubt, like I don’t know if I can do this,” he said. “We can begin to doubt God—God, where are You in this situation? Why aren’t You answering my prayers the way I’m asking them? Then you begin to doubt others around you.”

Instead of running from God, Mullins asks that Christians choose to run toward Him.

“When you look in the Bible, you see that some of the greatest leaders that we look up to battled with some of the deepest doubts,” he said. “We think doubt is a disqualifier. But when you look at Scripture, it’s actually a doorway that if you take that to God, God actually uses it to bring you into deeper faith.”

He pointed to biblical examples like David, Job, and John the Baptist, who all questioned God in moments of crisis. “John, who said, ‘Behold the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world,’ is now sitting in prison asking, ‘Are You really the one?’”

Mullins’ message to believers is clear: “You can bring your pain, your sorrow, your struggle. He’s not afraid of our questions. He’s not afraid of our emotions. He actually invites us in.”

In a world that often equates faith with certainty, Todd Mullins brings a refreshing and freeing reminder: doubt does not disqualify you—it can deepen you. When brought to God, questions become conversations, and struggles become stepping stones.

His message is clear: believers don’t have to hide their doubts or pretend they have it all together. Instead, they can bring every fear, every question, every moment of weakness to the God who welcomes them with open arms.

God isn’t waiting for perfect faith—He’s drawing near to the honest heart. And in that place of raw trust, He does His deepest, most transformational work.
