Daniel Adams: Lilith vs. Jezebel: What’s the Difference in Spiritual Warfare?

Control or complete destruction?

Deliverance minister Daniel Adams says that’s the question we should be asking when discussing demonic entities known as Jezebel and Lilith in spiritual warfare. Many Christians use the names interchangeably, but Adams argues they have very different assignments. One seeks influence and control. The other, he says, wants to leave marriages, families and ministries in ruins.

Throughout the teaching, Adams returns to one central message: we do not need to fear the powers of darkness. We need discernment. Understanding how the enemy operates helps us recognize deception while standing confidently in the authority Jesus Christ has already given us.

“These spirits will sometimes make you believe they’re somebody that they are not. Remember, the devil is a liar, and demons are liars.”

What They Have in Common

Before explaining the differences, Adams says both spirits ultimately serve the same purpose in Satan’s kingdom.

“Satan’s kingdom operates on fear. Satan’s kingdom operates on destruction. The enemy, like it says in John chapter 10, verse 10, comes to steal, to kill, and to destroy. And that’s what Lilith and Jezebel and all the other demonic things in Satan’s kingdom do.”

He also reminds us where our confidence belongs.

“You can resist them because the Bible tells us to resist the devil, and he shall flee.”

According to Adams, both spirits:

  • Seek to deceive and seduce.
  • Oppose God’s purposes.
  • Work to steal, kill and destroy.
  • Can influence men or women.
  • Must be resisted through the authority of Jesus Christ.

Jezebel Seeks Control

According to Adams, Jezebel’s goal is influence, not immediate destruction.

“Jezebel has a desire. She desires to get next to authority and to usurp power.”

He explains:

“Jezebel needs to find somebody that is anointed, and she needs to use that anointing to bring her influence, because she knows that she can’t get influence the way that she wants to without the anointed of the Lord.”

Rather than destroying a ministry outright, Adams says Jezebel infiltrates it.

“Her desire isn’t to necessarily destroy the whole thing. Her desire is to plant her agenda and to use an anointed place of the Lord to push out what she is doing.”

According to Adams, Jezebel is marked by:

  • A pursuit of authority.
  • Manipulation of leadership.
  • Selfish ambition.
  • A desire to control and influence.

Lilith Seeks Destruction

Adams contrasts Jezebel with what he describes as Lilith, noting that the concept comes from occultic tradition rather than Scripture but reflects what he says he has encountered in deliverance ministry.

“Lilith… has such an evil agenda, and her agenda is to destroy anything she comes into. Period.”

Unlike Jezebel, he says Lilith has no interest in maintaining influence.

“She don’t care about the kingdom lasting, she doesn’t care about power… She comes in to tear down.”

He adds:

“This spirit… is going to come in to just leave a explosion, and everything is just chaos, and there’s nothing left to build on.”

According to Adams, Lilith’s assignment includes:

  • Destroying marriages and families.
  • Bringing chaos and isolation.
  • Operating through sexual temptation.
  • Leaving devastation behind.

Discernment Over Fear

For Adams, the difference between the two spirits is straightforward.

“Jezebel is more concerned with power and authority.”

By contrast:

“If Lilith comes on the scene, it is just to destroy.”

Still, Adams says our focus should never become the enemy.

“We know Satan’s kingdom is real. All we have to do is really focus on Jesus and do what He’s told us to do, but we don’t want to be ignorant of the things of Satan.”

He also offers a caution that keeps spiritual warfare in balance.

“I’m not telling you guys to see a demon behind every bush, but you do need to know how these demons are doing things today.”

Understanding the enemy’s tactics is about helping us walk in greater discernment, not greater fear. As we engage in spiritual warfare, our confidence remains in Jesus Christ, who has already given us victory over the powers of darkness.

Sean Feucht: The Next Great Revival Will Rise Alongside Growing Darkness

As hostility toward the Gospel grows across America, it is easy to wonder whether revival is still possible. During a recent interview with Bishop Alan DiDio, worship leader Sean Feucht argued the opposite. He believes the rise in spiritual opposition is happening alongside a fresh move of God that is drawing people to Jesus.

Rather than calling us to fear the days ahead, Feucht urged us to prepare for them by standing firm in our faith and expecting God to move.

Darkness and light are increasing together

Feucht said the Church should not be surprised by the growing spiritual battle taking place in America and around the world.

“People say, ‘Sean, what do you say about the end times? Is it going to be dark? Is it going to be light?’ I say it’s going to be both,” he said. “Darkness is going to increase, and light’s going to increase. And I think we’re seeing that right now.”

Order Sean Feucht’s New Book, “No Turning Back” on Amazon.com!

He said spiritual warfare is no longer something Christians can view as a distant event.

“This is the ramping up of the end times where spiritual warfare is our reality. This is something we cannot deny or think is a far-off, distant thing. This is our everyday. When we wake up in the morning the devil is coming after us and we got to be ready with the armor of God.”

A fresh hunger for Jesus

Despite the challenges, Feucht said he has witnessed renewed spiritual hunger across the country through worship gatherings and evangelistic events.

“I feel a shift to where hearts are on fire. Young people are engaging,” he said. “I think that there’s a fresh desire and passion for people to encounter God.”

He added that nearly every city his ministry visits reflects the same pattern.

“There’s this hunger. There’s this freshness in their eyes. You look in their eyes, and they’re just passionate for Jesus.”

We should expect resistance

Feucht said one of the greatest mistakes we can make is believing that following Jesus will spare us from adversity.

“I think we have to reframe our theology,” he said. “We are promised adversity.”

He pointed to persecuted Christians around the world as examples of resilient faith and encouraged us not to adopt a victim mentality when opposition comes.

“When we face resistance, we think, ‘Oh, what did I do wrong?’… No, no. We’re not victims. We’re overcomers.”

Jesus already prepared our hearts for this reality. In John 16:33, He said, “In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (MEV).

Feucht believes the days ahead will bring greater spiritual conflict, but also greater opportunities to proclaim the Gospel. As darkness grows, he encouraged us not to retreat, but to worship boldly, remain faithful and trust that God is still drawing people to His Son.

Isaiah Saldivar: 10 Demons Every Christian Should Know About

Deliverance minister and revivalist Isaiah Saldivar says too many Christians are unaware of how demons operate, how they gain access and how Jesus has given believers authority over the powers of darkness.

In a recent teaching titled “10 Demons Every Christian Should Know About,” Saldivar said the goal is not to glorify demons, but to expose darkness and point believers back to the authority of Jesus Christ.

“We’re not magnifying darkness,” Saldivar said. “We’re magnifying Jesus. But, we are going to expose darkness.”

  1. The spirit of fear

Saldivar said the spirit of fear is one of the enemy’s primary tools to paralyze Christians and keep us from obeying God.

“God has not given us the demon of fear,” Saldivar said. “You could use that translation. It’s a spirit.”

He said this spirit often works through intimidation, panic, irrational fear and constant dread. For believers, he said, fear can keep us from preaching, praying for the sick, evangelizing or stepping into the calling God has placed on our lives.

“The enemy doesn’t need to physically chain you down if he can keep you intimidated not wanting to do what God told you to do,” he said.

  1. The lying spirit

Saldivar pointed to 1 Kings 22 and John 8:44 to explain what he called the lying spirit, saying Satan’s strategy is not always an obvious lie, but a believable distortion of the truth.

“It’s not obvious lies,” Saldivar said. “It’s a strategy to make lies sound believable.”

He said this spirit works by attacking what God has spoken, just as the serpent did in Genesis when he asked, “Has God indeed said that?”

“The lying spirit whispers, ‘God doesn’t love you. You’re never going to change. You don’t need to repent. You’re the exception. It’s fine. God isn’t speaking. You’re not really saved,’” he said.

  1. The spirit of infirmity

Saldivar said not every sickness is caused by a demon, but he also warned that Christians should not ignore the biblical connection between some sickness and demonic oppression.

“The Bible clearly teaches that not all sickness is caused by demons,” he said. “But at the same time, the Bible clearly teaches that some sicknesses and infirmities are connected to demonization or having a demon.”

Pointing to Luke 13, he noted that the woman who was bent over for 18 years was described as having a spirit of infirmity.

“Whether your problem’s physical, whether your problem’s spiritual, whether your problem overlaps and is both, the answer will always be Jesus,” he said.

  1. The deaf and dumb spirit

Saldivar said Mark 9 shows Jesus directly identifying a “deaf and dumb spirit,” proving that Scripture names specific demonic spirits.

“Jesus names the demon, and specifically calls it out by name,” Saldivar said.

He said this spirit is not only about physical hearing or speech, but also spiritual hearing and spiritual silence. It seeks to stop believers from hearing the Word of God and speaking the truth of the gospel.

“Satan loves that you’re silent,” he said. “He loves when a Christian doesn’t share their faith.”

  1. Unclean and sexual spirits

Saldivar described unclean and sexual spirits as among the most common demonic bondages facing people today.

“There seems to be a category in scripture, at least in the New Testament, where there’s an unclean spirit, not just a demon,” he said.

He connected these spirits to lust, pornography, sexual addiction and perversion, saying the enemy takes what God created as pure and corrupts it.

“God wants you to have a pure sex life,” Saldivar said. “But an unclean spirit wants you to have a perverted sex life.”

He warned that sexual sin can become a spiritual doorway and said Jesus does more than forgive sexual sin; He breaks its power.

“Jesus didn’t just die to forgive sexual sin, he died to break the bondage of sexual sin,” he said.

  1. Legion, torment and self-destruction

Using Mark 5, Saldivar said the account of Legion shows how demons seek isolation, torment and destruction.

“This is Satan’s ultimate goal, it’s a spirit of legion, torment, self-destruction,” he said.

He said this spirit can manifest through despair, self-harm, addiction, reckless behavior and suicidal thoughts. Its purpose is to destroy what God has created and sabotage what is good.

“Whatever’s good, you can find you destroy it,” Saldivar said. “That spirit is strong, it’s evil, it’s vile.”

  1. The spirit of divination

Saldivar said Acts 16 identifies a spirit of divination and warned Christians to reject occult practices that seek supernatural guidance apart from God.

“Not every spiritual experience comes from God,” Saldivar said. “Not every manifestation from God, not every prophecy from God, not every voice is from God.”

He listed tarot cards, psychics, mediums, horoscopes, spirit guides, channeling, Reiki, manifestation practices and Ouija boards as spiritual doors Christians must avoid.

“Divination is seeking supernatural guidance apart from God,” he said. “It’s saying, ‘God, I don’t trust you to lead me. I’m going to find another source to lead me.’”

  1. The religious spirit

Saldivar acknowledged that the Bible does not use the exact phrase “religious spirit,” but said the spirit is seen in the pride and hypocrisy Jesus confronted in the Pharisees.

“There is a religious spirit that’s just always denying God and fighting and asking questions and rebellious and replacing relationship with Christ with religion,” he said.

He said this spirit produces spiritual pride, judgment, performance-based Christianity and outward holiness without inward transformation.

“I don’t want people to think I’m Christian,” Saldivar said. “I want to actually be a Christian.”

  1. The spirit of jealousy

Saldivar used Saul’s jealousy of David to show how envy can corrupt the heart and turn friends into enemies.

“Jealousy disguises itself as discernment,” he said. “Jealousy disguises itself as criticism and competition and offense.”

He said jealousy destroys churches, ministries, marriages, families and friendships because it causes people to see another person’s blessing as a threat.

“One of the fastest ways to identify the spirit of jealousy, and this is a spirit, is to ask yourself this question: Can I celebrate someone else’s success?” he said.

  1. The Antichrist spirit

Saldivar closed by warning about the Antichrist spirit, which he said rejects Christ’s authority, lordship and exclusivity.

“The spirit of the antichrist rejects Christ’s authority; it rejects His lordship; it rejects His exclusivity,” he said. “It’s a lying demonic spirit.”

He said this spirit promotes false gospels, denies repentance, twists Scripture and treats Jesus as one option among many.

“The many ways to God, all roads lead to heaven, it’s antichrist,” Saldivar said.

The issue is not fear of demons, but confidence in Christ. Every spirit he described works toward bondage, confusion and destruction, but Jesus came to bring freedom, truth and abundant life. We must stay rooted in Scripture, walk in discernment and remember that the focus of the gospel is not the power of darkness, but the victory of Jesus Christ.

“Never forget this,” Saldivar said. “The focus of the gospel is not demons. The focus of the gospels is Jesus.”

Franklin Graham Issues Stark Spiritual Warfare Warning: ‘The Devil is a Deceiver’

As cultural confusion intensifies and spiritual darkness appears to be increasing across society, the Rev. Franklin Graham is issuing a major warning to the church: many believers are engaged in a spiritual battle they don’t even realize they’re fighting.

Speaking during an interview with CBN News, Graham said one of the greatest weaknesses in today’s church is the lack of teaching on spiritual warfare. Without a firm foundation in Scripture, he warned, Christians become vulnerable to deception and the enemy’s attacks.

“If you don’t know God’s Word, you’re not going to recognize spiritual warfare,” Graham said. “You’ll just succumb to the attacks of the devil and not even know…be aware that you’ve been attacked.”

Drawing from the biblical reality described in Ephesians 6, Graham emphasized that the Christian life is not merely a series of moral choices but an ongoing spiritual conflict. He said Satan’s objective is not simply to tempt believers into isolated sins but to neutralize their faith altogether.

“The devil is wanting to trap every believer, every Christian,” Graham said. “If he can just get them into apathy where they just kind of don’t care, then he wins.”

According to Graham, biblical illiteracy leaves Christians exposed to the enemy’s schemes. He described Satan as “a deceiver,” warning that believers are deceived every day and often fail to recognize the source of the attacks they experience.

“We have to know the Word of God. We have to study,” he said. “The devil is a deceiver.”

Rather than only attacking individuals, Graham believes the enemy actively works to sow division within the body of Christ itself. He pointed to the public criticism directed toward Erika Kirk following the death of her husband as an example of spiritual warfare manifesting through personal attacks.

“She is a nice, sweet young lady who’s grieving for the loss of her husband,” Graham said. “She’s attacked all the time—even by Christians. It just makes my blood boil.”

He continued by identifying the deeper spiritual force behind such behavior.

“All this is coming from the devil,” Graham said. “He wants us to be at each other’s throats. He wants us to not only attack one another, but he wants us to fail and he wants us to fall.”

Later in the interview, Graham addressed the widely discussed letter he wrote to Donald Trump last October after hearing the president express uncertainty about whether he was “heaven-bound.” Graham explained that he normally keeps personal correspondence with the president private but chose to discuss the letter after Trump made it public.

His purpose, he said, was simple: to clearly communicate the gospel.

“We’re not…you can’t save yourself. I can’t save myself,” Graham explained. “We’re all sinners, and we’ve failed, and our sins separate us from God.”

He went on to summarize the heart of the Christian message, declaring that God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die for humanity’s sins and rise again so that those who repent and believe in Him can have confidence in their eternal salvation.

Graham’s message serves as a reminder that the church cannot afford to ignore what Scripture repeatedly teaches—that “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood” (Eph. 6:12).

In a generation filled with distraction, compromise and growing spiritual confusion, the challenge is clear: Christians must return to God’s Word, recognize the reality of spiritual warfare and stand firm in the victory Christ has already won. The enemy’s greatest weapon is often deception—but the believer’s greatest defense has always been the truth of God’s Word.

Kathryn Krick Warns: Spiritual Promotion Will Trigger Spiritual Warfare

As believers pray for greater impact, influence and effectiveness in the kingdom of God, they should also expect spiritual resistance to increase—but not fear it.

That was the central message from Kathryn Krick during a recent sermon titled “Overcoming the New Devils in New Levels,” where she encouraged Christians to interpret seasons of opposition through a biblical lens rather than an emotional one.

Opening with the familiar phrase “new levels, new devils,” Krick argued that whenever God elevates His people, the enemy responds with greater hostility—not because Satan is winning, but because God’s kingdom is advancing.

The devil is never happy whenever God lifts you,” Krick said. “His anger has no power over the victory that God’s bringing.”

Rather than viewing attacks as signs that something has gone wrong, she challenged believers to recognize them as reminders that their obedience is bearing fruit.

To illustrate the point, Krick turned to the life of Joseph in Genesis 37. She noted that Joseph’s prophetic dreams immediately stirred jealousy among his brothers, eventually leading them to sell him into slavery. Yet what appeared to be tragedy ultimately became God’s pathway to Joseph’s placement in Egypt, where he preserved countless lives during a famine.

“What the devil intended for evil, God intended for good,” she said, pointing to Joseph’s testimony as evidence that God can redeem even the darkest seasons for His purposes.

Krick also warned believers to guard their own hearts when they witness God blessing others. Feelings of jealousy, resentment or frustration over another person’s promotion, she said, should be recognized as temptations that must be rejected rather than entertained.

Throughout the message, she emphasized that Scripture consistently portrays Satan’s primary weapon as deception. Referencing John 8:44, she reminded listeners that the devil is “the father of lies,” while Romans 8 declares that believers are “more than conquerors” through Christ. Victory, she argued, comes by rejecting falsehood and remaining anchored in God’s truth.

Drawing from her own ministry, Krick reflected on the rapid growth of Fivefold Church beginning in 2021. She acknowledged that increased visibility also brought criticism and false accusations, but said those challenges never reversed what God had established.

Looking back, she testified that every season of opposition ultimately strengthened her confidence in God’s faithfulness.

Near the end of the sermon, Krick identified what she called three primary strategies believers should recognize: intimidation, distraction and emotional exhaustion. Instead of allowing criticism to consume their attention, she urged Christians to remain focused on their calling and continue proclaiming what God is doing.

For those navigating seasons of unexpected resistance, Krick’s message offers a reminder found throughout Scripture: opposition does not necessarily signal defeat. Often, biblical history shows that God’s greatest advances have unfolded amid the fiercest resistance.

The challenge for Christians, she suggested, is not merely enduring spiritual battles, but refusing to let those battles distract them from faithfully fulfilling the assignment God has placed before them.

Exposed: Etsy’s Hidden Marketplace for Witches, Hexes and Spells

What began as an online marketplace for handmade crafts has become the center of an unexpected spiritual debate.

According to conservative commentator Allie Beth Stuckey, Etsy’s recent enforcement against listings advertising spellcasting, curses, love spells and other occult services highlights a much deeper issue than questionable online sales—it reveals what she believes is an increasing normalization of witchcraft in mainstream culture.

“We’ve got a spiritual sickness in our culture, and the gospel is the answer,” Stuckey said during a recent broadcast. “When it’s becoming popularized, when it’s becoming normalized, when it’s becoming commercialized, when billions and billions of dollars are being made by people casting spells on others through a seemingly innocuous site like Etsy, we’ve got a problem.”

The discussion follows renewed attention to Etsy’s enforcement of a policy prohibiting the sale of metaphysical services since 2015.

According to Stuckey, the marketplace had long allowed vendors to advertise services such as love spells, curses, psychic readings and money manifestation rituals despite those written rules.

Etsy’s policy bars sellers from offering spellcasting, Reiki, prayers for sale and other metaphysical services whose outcomes cannot be verified. While many of those listings have recently been removed, Stuckey suggested the timing may be connected less to moral concerns than to legal and public-relations considerations.

To order Jenny Weaver’s book, The Wicked World of Witchcraft, visit Amazon.com.

She pointed to widespread reports that someone allegedly purchased a spell targeting conservative activist Charlie Kirk before his assassination, arguing that the controversy may have prompted Etsy to begin more aggressively policing its marketplace.

“I don’t think that the people at Etsy… have moral qualms with witchcraft,” Stuckey said. “I think they don’t want to be on the hook for the potential of fraud. They don’t want to deal with another negative PR campaign.”

During the program, Stuckey displayed examples of listings that had advertised “millionaire spells,” obsession love spells and curses against enemies, many of which promised same-day results.

While acknowledging the claims may appear absurd, she argued that the people purchasing such services often reflect genuine spiritual and emotional desperation.

“It is very, very sad,” she said. “When you think about the desperation that someone has to have… to believe this kind of advertisement and then to pay money for it.”

Stuckey also warned Christians not to dismiss the occult as harmless entertainment while emphasizing that believers need not live in fear.

“This witchcraft doesn’t have any dominion over the Christian,” she said. “We are indwelt by the Holy Spirit… He who is in us is greater than he who is in the world.”

Still, she cautioned that the growing popularity of occult practices—including manifestation culture, tarot readings and online spellcasting—points to a broader spiritual hunger that cannot ultimately be satisfied apart from Christ.

Rather than viewing witchcraft merely as an unusual internet trend, Stuckey argued it reflects humanity’s age-old desire to control the future apart from God.

Scripture repeatedly warns against occult practices while directing believers to seek wisdom, guidance and power from the Lord alone. As conversations surrounding spirituality continue to grow in the digital marketplace, the renewed debate over Etsy’s policies serves as another reminder that the battle for hearts and minds often extends far beyond the physical world.

Kathryn Krick Declares Revival Army Is Rising to Crush the Enemy

For years, much of the church has become accustomed to speaking more about what the devil is doing than what God has already accomplished.

But according to revival leader Kathryn Krick, that season is coming to an end.

In a recent message, Krick issued a powerful call for Christians to rise up in spiritual authority, abandon a victim mentality and embrace their God-given identity as victorious sons and daughters of the kingdom.

“I see warriors of God in this place,” Krick declared. “I see soldiers in God’s revival army. I see mature, strong children of God who are stomping on the devil.”

Her message centered on a theme that has become increasingly prominent throughout the global revival movement: spiritual maturity.

Rather than viewing themselves as perpetual targets of demonic attack, Krick challenged believers to recognize the authority Christ has already given them.

“Your speech will not be talking about the devil attacking you anymore,” she said. “Your words will be that of victorious ones. You will be walking in the authority that God has given you.”

The exhortation comes at a time when many Christians are navigating cultural upheaval, political uncertainty and spiritual battles that can often leave believers feeling discouraged or powerless. Yet Krick’s message was not one of retreat. Instead, it was a rallying cry for the church to advance.

“It is time to arise, warriors of God, and take dominion over the devil,” she proclaimed. “Take dominion in the territory God has given you.”

To order Kathryn Krick’s new book, Ignite Revival, visit Amazon.com.

Throughout Scripture, God repeatedly called His people to possess the land He had promised them. From Joshua leading Israel into the Promised Land to Jesus commissioning His disciples to advance the kingdom of God, believers have been called not merely to survive but to overcome.

Krick drew upon that biblical imagery as she declared that strongholds over nations, states and cities are meant to be broken through the power of God working through His people.

“It is time for the devil’s strongholds to be broken in your nations, in your states and your cities,” she said. “God has given you this land.”

At the heart of her message was a warning against one of the enemy’s greatest tactics: deception.

“You can’t take dominion when you don’t know you have authority,” Krick said. “You can’t take dominion when you believe the devil’s lies when he says, ‘I have authority.’ It’s an even fight.”

That statement may strike at the core of an ongoing spiritual struggle. Too often, Christians approach spiritual warfare as though they are fighting from a position of weakness, rather than from the victory Christ secured through His death and resurrection.

Krick’s message painted a different picture—one of a mature church awakening to its identity and stepping confidently into God’s calling.

“But now your eyes have seen,” she declared. “You are no longer children. You are ready to take the land. You are grown. You are mature. The devil’s under your feet.”

As revival continues to spread across the world, Krick’s challenge serves as a reminder that God’s people were never called to live in fear of darkness. They were called to walk in authority, advance His kingdom and demonstrate the victory that has already been won through Jesus Christ.

Christians Who Stand With Israel Should Prepare for a Spiritual Battle, Pastor Warns

Pastor Jim Scudder says Christians who publicly support Israel should expect growing opposition, a theme he explored during a recent interview with Paul Calvert.

Scudder serves as the Senior Pastor of Quentin Road Baptist Church in Lake Zurich, Illinois, and president of Dayspring Bible College. He is also the host of the InGrace TV and radio programs.

Discussing his new book, “The Spiritual War Against Israel: Defending Biblical Zionism and Understanding Israel’s Place in God’s Prophetic Plan,” Scudder argues that support for Israel has become increasingly controversial in the wake of rising antisemitism and anti-Zionist sentiment.

Written with historian Dr. Phil Stringer, the book addresses questions about Israel, Zionism, Bible prophecy and replacement theology. According to Scudder, believers need to be prepared to defend their views.

“Anyone that’s going to support Israel publicly better be ready for a battle,” he said.

Order Mark Biltz’s New Book, “The Final Tyrant” on Amazon.com!

Scudder’s conviction is rooted not only in theology but also in his frequent visits to Israel, where he films content for his television ministry and documents archaeological discoveries connected to the Bible.

During the interview, he described visits to sites associated with figures such as King Saul and highlighted ongoing excavations at Shiloh, Mount Bezek, and Khirbet Qeiyafa. He said recent discoveries continue to strengthen confidence in the historical reliability of scripture and Israel’s ancient connection to the land.

“It’s the golden age of biblical archaeology in Israel,” Scudder remarked, reflecting on the growing body of archaeological evidence being uncovered across the country.

The conversation also touched on modern-day Israel and the security challenges its citizens face. Scudder recounted being in the country during missile attacks and experiencing the same emergency procedures Israelis regularly endure, including rushing to bomb shelters.

While acknowledging the dangers surrounding Israel, he expressed admiration for the resilience of its people and emphasized the importance of Christian support.

Scudder also addressed replacement theology, arguing that the modern rebirth of Israel presents a significant challenge to claims that the Church has replaced Israel in God’s plans. He maintained that Scripture consistently points to a future role for Israel and the Jewish people.

The interview concluded on a deeply personal note as Scudder explained why his support for Israel is rooted in his faith in Jesus.

“I worship and I will forever, eternally worship a Jewish man, a Jewish rabbi,” he declared, speaking about the Jewish identity of the Messiah.

As opposition to Israel continues to grow in many circles, Scudder challenged believers not to remain silent, concluding with a simple but direct appeal:

“I think Christians need to be more bold,” he said.

Randy Kay Reveals the Secret Weapon That Terrifies the Enemy

Randy Kay says that when his heart stopped, he did not simply drift into a peaceful afterlife scene. Instead, he says he was pulled into a terrifying spiritual realm where the battle for eternity was raging.

“When my heart stopped, I did not float gently into a tunnel of light. I was pulled,” Kay explains.

Before he says Jesus took him into the “green meadow of heaven,” Kay says he passed through a realm filled with towering spiritual beings.

He describes seeing angels and demons locked in violent conflict, saying, “They were not fighting over territory. They were not fighting over cities or kingdoms or thrones. They were fighting over me, over my soul.”

Yet Kay is careful to point listeners back to Scripture, not merely to his personal encounter. “I am not asking you to build your faith on Randy Kay’s experience,” he says. “I’m asking you to build it on the Word of God.”

To order Randy Kay’s new book, Heaven Encounters, visit Amazon.com.

From there, Kay lays out a biblical case for spiritual warfare, citing Ephesians 6:12, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5, and Daniel 10. He argues that the unseen realm is not distant from everyday life, but presses directly against the believer’s mind, will and emotions.

According to Kay, this is where strongholds are built and where fiery darts are launched.

“The fortress is in the mind. The battle is for the soul,” he says.

He also warns that the enemy often attacks through thoughts of fear, shame, despair and accusation. He compares these attacks to the “fiery darts” mentioned in Ephesians 6, saying the enemy’s goal is to turn passing thoughts into fortified strongholds.

But Kay’s message is not one of fear. It is one of authority.

“This is not a war between equals,” he says. “God has no rival. Satan is not the dark twin of God.”

Using Daniel 10, Kay says believers should not assume unanswered prayer means God has said no. He points to Daniel’s 21 days of prayer and fasting, arguing that unseen resistance may delay what God has already released.

Your prayer matters in that realm,” Kay says.

He then gives believers practical weapons for the fight: the armor of God, the spoken Word, prayer, fasting, worship, testimony and fellowship. Worship, in particular, is not treated as emotional background music but as a weapon of war.

“Worship is not the warm-up before the real thing,” Kay says. “Worship is a weapon.”

Kay also warns believers to guard their spiritual gates, naming neglect, pornography and occult practices as doors the enemy uses to gain ground.

Still, the heart of his message remains the victory of Jesus Christ. Kay says surrendering to Christ is the greatest act of spiritual warfare because the Holy Spirit takes residence in the believer.

“You are not a victim in this war,” Kay says. “In Christ, you are an occupying force.”

Greg Laurie: What Every Christian Needs to Know About Demons, Spiritual Warfare and the Authority of Jesus

Spiritual warfare is not a subject we can afford to ignore.

While many believers would rather focus on more comfortable topics, Pastor Greg Laurie says Scripture gives us a clear picture of the reality of demonic activity, the tactics of the enemy and the authority we have through Jesus Christ.

In a recent teaching on spiritual warfare, Laurie warned that demons are real, active and seeking to oppose God’s purposes. At the same time, he emphasized that Satan’s power is limited, we belong to God and Jesus Christ remains supreme over every force of darkness.

“The purpose of demons seems to be two-fold,” Laurie said. “Number one, they seek to hinder the purposes of God. And number two, they seek to extend the power of Satan.”

Demons Are Real and Aggressive

Laurie began by addressing a truth many Christians rarely discuss.

“Three things you need to know about demons,” he said. “Number one, they’re real and aggressive.”

He explained that many demonic forces are currently active in the world.

“They’re not all bound in this bottomless pit. This will happen later. Right now, many are roaming freely in sort of a search and destroy mission.”

Laurie pointed to the book of Job, where Satan described his activity before the Lord.

“Well, I’ve just been going back and forth across the earth watching everything that’s going on.”

Laurie added, “He’s just walking around, checking things out, looking for opportunities, looking for ways to bring misery and destruction.”

That is why Scripture warns us to remain spiritually alert.

Quoting 1 Peter, Laurie said, “Be careful. Watch out for attacks from the devil, your great enemy. He prowls around like a roaring lion looking for some victim to devour.”

To illustrate the danger, Laurie recounted the story of lions that developed a taste for human prey and quietly entered camps at night searching for victims. The point was not to create fear but to emphasize vigilance.

“So, I don’t say this to freak you out. I just say this that the devil is poised and ready to strike.”

His response was straightforward.

“So, put your spiritual armor on and be careful.”

Satan’s Power Has Boundaries

Although Laurie acknowledged the reality of spiritual warfare, he stressed that Satan is not all-powerful.

“Number two, though powerful, demons and the devil himself have clear limitations.”

He repeated the statement for emphasis.

“Though powerful, the devil and his demons have clear limitations.”

Laurie then shared what he described as a truth the enemy would rather keep hidden.

“Let me tell you something that Satan does not want you to know. His power is considerable, but it is still limited.”

God remains sovereign over every spiritual battle.

“Remember, this is all allowed by God.”

According to Laurie, even the demonic forces described in Revelation operate within limits established by the Lord.

We Belong to God

One of the most encouraging portions of Laurie’s message centered on our identity in Christ.

“Remember I pointed out last time that when you become a believer, when you put your faith in Jesus Christ, you become His property, which is a good thing.”

He continued, “The Bible says you’re not your own. You’ve been bought with a price, and God effectively puts His ID tag on you.”

That reality carries profound significance for every believer.

“Which means you’re under His protection.”

Laurie said that belonging to Christ changes everything when it comes to spiritual warfare.

“The devil can read, and he sees that ID tag and knows that he can do nothing in the life of the Christian without the express permission of God.”

Rather than living in fear of the enemy, we can live in confidence because our lives are in God’s hands.

Demons Tremble at the Name of Jesus

Laurie then turned to the account of the demon-possessed man whose demons identified themselves as Legion.

“They said, ‘Don’t send us to the bottomless pit.'”

Their response revealed a powerful truth about Christ’s authority.

“They’re begging us because they know the power of Christ.”

Laurie emphasized that Jesus was never threatened by the demonic realm.

“He was in control.”

The lesson remains the same today.

“Jesus is more powerful than the devil. Jesus is more powerful than any demon.”

For us, that truth changes everything. We do not serve a Savior who struggles against darkness. We serve the risen King who has already defeated it.

Freedom Is Available Through Christ

Laurie concluded by speaking directly to those battling addictions, destructive habits and strongholds that seem impossible to overcome.

“He can help you overcome whatever struggle you’re facing right now.”

He specifically addressed those who feel trapped.

“Maybe it’s an addiction. Maybe it’s a lifestyle you can’t break free from. You say, ‘There’s no way out.’ There is a way out. It’s through Christ.”

The answer is not greater willpower. The answer is surrendering completely to Jesus Christ.

“You have to come to Him and say, ‘God, I’ve tried to do this on my own, and it failed. Help me.’ And He will help you.”

Our Confidence Is in Jesus Christ

Laurie’s message serves as an important reminder that spiritual warfare is real. The enemy seeks to oppose God’s purposes and bring destruction wherever possible. Yet Scripture reveals a greater reality. We do not belong to the enemy. We belong to God.

Because we have placed our faith in Jesus Christ, we stand under His protection. We are called to remain vigilant, put on the armor of God, stay rooted in His Word and walk in obedience to Him. We do so from a position of confidence, not fear.

The same Jesus who commanded Legion is the same Jesus who reigns today. The same Jesus before whom demons trembled is the same Jesus who lives within us through the Holy Spirit. No force of darkness can overcome His power. No demonic strategy can overturn His purposes. No stronghold is greater than His authority.

Our focus should never be on magnifying the power of darkness. Our focus should be on magnifying the power of Jesus Christ. The enemy is active, but our King reigns. The enemy seeks to destroy, but our Savior still delivers, restores and sets captives free.

As Laurie declared, “Jesus is more powerful than the devil. Jesus is more powerful than any demon.”

That truth has not changed. It never will.
