Demon Attacks Woman in Bed, Followed by Angelic Encounter

For Tamara Mitchell, there is no second-guessing if the spiritual realm is real or not.

After growing up attending both Baptist and Pentecostal churches, she found herself dabbling in in new age practices, even against her better judgment. Little did she know that with this study of darkness, combined with hidden generational curses, she would find herself being attacked by demonic forces.

“I was in bed one night and I felt this, something crawling across my bed,” Mitchell said in an exclusive interview with Charisma Magazine Online. “[it] ended up jumping on me. And it lifted me up out of my bed. I don’t know, maybe a foot in the air. And it was trying to just get into me.”

In this terrifying moment, what does someone do? There is only one plausible answer. Scripture tells us that whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord will be saved. The spiritual realm isn’t just real; its impact affects us even in the physical world. However, while there are rulers and powers and principalities of this world that are seeking to kill and destroy every bit of our lives, the name of Jesus is greater and above all these demonic powers.

In contrast to the demons who desire nothing more than to physically and spiritually murder God’s children, the Lord’s spiritual camp has the power to protect and give peace so we can be equipped for the plans that lie ahead of us, something Mitchell experienced in a different spiritual encounter.

“…it was an angel, and it started coming toward me,” Mitchell said. “And she said, ‘Come here my child. The Lord sent me to you so that you could get sleep.’”

After that, Mitchell audibly heard the voice of the Lord tell her that His plans for her were big, and she would need sleep to carry it out.

These experiences—both with the demonic and angelic forces—would be exactly what God would use for Mitchell to become the person He always intended for her to be. From a life change of moving away from South Florida to taking herself through self-deliverance where she physically saw manifestations of generational bondages release from her body, the reality of the spiritual realm was not only opened up to her and her family, but it empowered her to step out in a calling to deliverance ministry centered on women and youth.

“It’s amazing because deliverance has really brought me to a place where I want to share this with women and I want to teach my youth,” Mitchell said. “That’s what I’m teaching my youth group kids: how to cleanse yourselves, how to find your identity in Christ, how to…not be distracted by the world.”

No matter what the enemy has thrown your way, regardless of your background, your family’s background or any other experiences you may have had, the truth is that God is still on the throne, and there is not one curse that He cannot break, and not one demonic spirit that He cannot cast out because His Holy Spirit supersedes all other spiritual forces.

Jonathan Cahn Exposes Satan’s Deceptive Tactics

Are we living in an age of deception? Perhaps there is something more sinister at play in our world than we’d like to admit.

In a world where evil constantly tries to disguise itself as something good, we have to understand that things are not always as they appear on the outside. Instead, more often than not, evil tries to make itself appear as the angel of light.

“You cannot always judge the way something is, what it is, by the way it looks or feels,” Jonathan Cahn says.

When we open up the Proverbs, we find insights about what it means to fall for the schemes of the devil, which many of times, equates to believing disillusions about ourselves and the perceptions we have of situations.

Sometimes it means that we find ourselves believing that good news couldn’t be further from the truth because of the life experiences that we bring to the table. On the flip side, a disillusionment can lead us away from accepting that sometimes God’s message is repentance and correction. And that while God will provide heavenly blessings for us, persecution is also guaranteed to come as well.

“You may be glossing over Scriptures that you don’t want to hear,” Cahn says. “That challenge you, that convict you or that don’t give you that thing.”

While it can be hard to accept tough realities, Cahn pleads that the only way we can ever truly walk in the life that God always intended for us.

“If you want God’s will in your life, you have to divest yourself from any vested interest in the answer,” Cahn says. “In other words, you have to say, ‘Lord, I’m okay if you say yes. I’m okay if you say no.’ That’s the only way you’re going to be open. ‘I’m okay if you say yes, or Isaac has to be offered.’”

When we come to God with open and willing hearts to whatever He has for us, He can properly lead us and guide us in the way He desires to do so. However, it is critical that we do not fall under self-deception either as the enemy will try to use that against us too. Instead, it is the Word of the God by which all actions, thoughts and speech must follow.

“You cannot judge any situation by the way it looks, feels or seems,” Cahn says. “You judge any direction, any situation, any road, any gateway, any door by where it’s bringing you. You may be on a hard road but it’s bringing you to something beautiful.”

No matter the previous situations or patterns we’ve been in, no matter what we want the outcome to be, we cannot believe the lies of the enemy or of self-deception, otherwise, we will fall.

Could 2024 Be the Year of Perfect Timing?

Are there dreams in your life that you’ve put on hold or have lost all faith in?

Up-and-coming prophetic voice Mariel Villarreal is sharing how she believes God will use 2024 as a year of perfect timing to activate the plans and the purposes He has for His children.

Villarreal, who studied at the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry, posted a note on Instagram on January 14 titled: “The Door of Perfect Timing is Opening.”

“There is no time to waste right now. It is a time to align with God in divine *Kairos* timing and not your own timeline. God moves outside your own timeline.”

The note continued with: “Jesus is your doorkeeper! This is year of important doors opening and wrong doors slamming shut…trust the Good Shepherd with every shut door!”

Villarreal further encouraged others to seek Jesus as the gatekeeper to their lives just as John 10:7-10 describes Him as so, that all who enter the gate by Jesus will be saved. She also gave a reminder that “When God opens the door and gives you the word and direction, do not be afraid to launch into the deep!”

In a reel on the same topic, Villarreal further gave this same kind of encouragement.

“God’s timing is perfect in your life,” she said. “I know it doesn’t always feel that way, but God knows what He’s doing, in bringing all the puzzle pieces together at the exact right time.”

“This is the year that God’s going to open up doors in your life that have been closed on purpose until this season. God is going to show you why certain dreams that died in the past, certain doors that didn’t budge open are actually for this coming season,” Villarreal continued.

Villarreal further encouraged viewers to go ahead and open up old journals, look at previous dreams that had been impressed upon their hearts and see how God may be opening up new, and even unexpected opportunities for those things. While we cannot know exactly how God will do something, we can expect that when and how He works will look dramatically different than anything we’ve ever thought or planned.

“Ask God what He’s breathing new life on in this season,” Villarreal said. “For others of you, God is going to lead you onto a totally new path; He’s got a door you didn’t see coming, and it’s going to be beautiful. It’s going to be marked with His favor. He’s going to open up doors when you’re facing a red sea, when you’re in the valley of trouble, or the valley of weeping, and He’s going to lead you into a totally and brand-new thing tailored to you. Tailored to your destiny, tailored to who you are because He’s that good, and He has a plan for your life.”

When facing major moments of desperation and feeling trapped, it’s important to remember that when God speaks a promise, when He makes a covenant with His people, He does not lie. Genesis 18:14 says, “Is anything too difficult for the LORD?” This isn’t just a verse to make us feel good; this is a verse that was spoken when God said the appointed time for Sarah and Abraham to have the promised son was coming.

It didn’t matter how many years of turmoil they had experienced; how many hours of tears, mistakes and pain had occurred. Because God said He would do it, He was going to do it. It was their moment of God’s perfect timing, the open door, the impossible happening because by this point, they could not even bear children in the natural. However, because God said it was the appointed time, Sarah and Abraham witnessed a miracle.

Despite the moments of disappointment and discouragement you may have felt in life, trust that the Lord is still working, and if He says is about to do something, He will come through on this promise.

Jeremiah Johnson Releases Prophetic Dream For IHOPKC

After holding back since Nov. 9, 2023, Jeremiah Johnson has finally broken his silence about his prophetic dream on the events surrounding Mike Bickle and the International House of Prayer, Kansas City.

On a Facebook and Instagram post, Johnson labeled the dream “IHOPKC, Exposure, and the Awakening.”

The dream, full of imagery, describes the setting of the dream to be similar to the Vatican.

“I entered into what looked like the Vatican in Rome. I was told I was going to meet the ‘Pope.’ He had a crown on but his head was lowered and he was sobbing so I could not see his face. I was very alarmed but was told I must approach him immediately,” Johnson wrote.

He continued: “As I drew near, the pope lifted up his head and to my shock it was Mike Bickle. The pain and grief in his face was indescribable.”

In the dream, Johnson began to prophesy over Bickle that it was the time for him to remain humble and that his crown—his position of authority over the prayer movement—was coming to an end, and that favor from the prayer movement was going to dispersed all over the world.

Instead of Satan taking out the movement as he intended, intercession would move forth from Kansas City so that God’s power and glory could be reached in other parts of the world that would not experience it otherwise.

“Suddenly an earthquake hit the Vatican and everything began to shake. It was terrifying. Mike hit the floor and I ran out of the room. I had this sense in the dream that his salvation and heavenly treasure was secure, but that he was being stripped of his crown (authority) in the earth to spiritually govern in the years ahead,” Johnson wrote.

From here, Johnson’s dream involved other ministry leaders. This included Corey Russell, whom he believed had “been given authority to raise up intercessors for revival and Israel,” Lee Cummings, who “had the authority to convert through intercession the sons of Ishmael who I knew were not only Arab people but also Charismatics who divorced the Word from the Spirit,” and Brian Williams who was being given the authority to “impact the government through intercession and birth and send end time missionaries around the world.”

With a powerful dream like this, Johnson took the time to consult with other leaders and decide how he should properly go about sharing this information with the public.

The two other key players in the dream included an entire group of people in Asia who would pray for the salvation of Israel, and Allen Hood, whose gift was not a crown but a “book of remembrance from Malachi 3:16-18” to “gather families…and teach them to fear the Lord.” With that, Hood would spend his days committed to the Word found in Zechariah 2 and 3.

“I have been privately praying and weeping through this prophetic dream I received back in November 2023. I have not had permission from the Holy Spirit to release it publicly until now. I also sought counsel from several leaders concerning the timing and ramifications. May this bring clarity, hope and the fear of the Lord in the midst of so much turmoil and despair. Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus!” Johnson wrote.

Instead of giving a direct opinion on the entire scenario, Johnson provided seven points of prayer.

  1. Pray for Mike Bickle
  2. Pray for the victims
  3. Pray for the Advocacy group
  4. Pray for the IHOPKC leadership team
  5. Pray for the future of the prayer movement
  6. Pray for truth and repentance
  7. Pray for the testimony of Jesus

While this dream is just one facet of a deeply complex situation, one thing can be gathered from all of this: things will never be the same, and God still wants to move even through the broken pieces of these events.

The Spiritual Wave Coming for America in 2024

What if the only thing holding back a sweeping reform of politics was a spiritual movement?

In his Beyond the Article exclusive interview with Charisma Magazine Online, Apostle Bible Davids is sharing keen insight on what we can expect to see in 2024—and how the political realm will be flipped upside down by the spiritual realm.

“What we’re going to have is a spiritual wave that’s going to keep growing until it becomes a political wave,” Davids says. “And it’s going to keep growing until it becomes a social reform. Every time that there’s going to be any culture shift in any society, it begins first in the realm of the spirit.”

This spiritual wave, however, won’t just happen without people in-tune to the Holy Spirit. That is exactly why this is the time that the Lord is raising up the people who will boldly come before His throne of grace on behalf of our nation.

“When God raises prophets and intercessors and gatekeepers and frontliners and people who understand particularly the rule of the spirit and the protocol of the kingdom…they begin to shift the atmosphere right from the third heaven through prophetic intercession,” Davids says.

Davids also points out that what will be experienced is more than just surface-level situations, but rather what we will see take place is part of a spiritual battle.

“As that fire begins to spread into the year 2024, we begin to see it galvanized, it’s going to increase; it’s going to escalate into the political cycle,” Davids says. “We’re going into the 2024 election like it’s a matter of spiritual warfare…it’s going to be essentially a battle of God’s value and Satan’s culture in this nation. And the revival that started is what God is going to use to create a bigger representation for God’s will to be done in America.”

In his feature article of Charisma Magazine Online, Davids also warns of continuing conflicts in Israel and how these could affect what happens here in America.

“…these geopolitical events may be on the verge of triggering escalated and widespread protests across the United States,” Davids writes. “The catalyst for these protests is foreseen to be strategic attacks on America, further intensifying tensions on both a local and global scale.”

Regardless of what political and spiritual battles we find ourselves in this year, Davids writes that believers must continue to press deeply into Christ.

“It’s a call to seek after God’s presence, to engage in fervent prayer and to immerse oneself in the Word of God. In doing so, believers cultivate a passionate and enduring relationship with the Father, fostering a flame that withstands the challenges of the times,” Davids writes.

No matter what troubles we see emerge—political, spiritual or otherwise—we must cling onto the hope of Christ in all circumstances.

Cindy Jacobs’ Spiritual Wake-Up Call for America in 2024

Is it time for a spiritual wake-up call?

According to Cindy Jacobs, the decisions that America makes now will affect our future following this critical election year.

“God began to speak to me that we are in a season of war,” Jacobs said in a message at MorningStar Ministries.

As Jacobs wrote down what the Lord was speaking to her, she saw how critical the role of the future president would be during a coming wartime. “And I wrote, For the United States in September, ‘A war president must be elected. Depending on who the president is will determine how the nation fares. It will survive either way, but it will be greatly diminished if a wartime president is not elected.'”

This means that all of us, Christians included, must use true discernment about who to elect using not only our physical understanding of things, but also our spiritual understanding of how the Lord wants to direct the pathway of our nation. Not only is a spiritual, keen eye necessary for making sure that the right person comes into power, but Jacobs says that a shaking from God himself is coming for the Republican party.

“And I wrote this down that God was going to shake the Republican party,” Jacobs said. “And it was going to be a huge shaking, and it’s still shaking…we have to understand that there are times that God has to choose different people and the Lord spoke to me that we have got to be spiritual activists.”

What does it mean to be a spiritual activist?

“In other words, we have to be intelligent. We have to pray with information. We have to be informed reformers and informed intercessors,” Jacobs said.

Just as we see the wars and rumors of wars happening in the physical realm, it is in the spiritual realm that we also must start preparing for. As we inch closer to the end times, and continue to pivot to the Lord’s return, this is the time for us to spiritually strengthen ourselves for all that will be thrown at us from the enemy.

“And the Lord says ‘I need a wartime president and I need wartime intercessors, and I need war colleges…I am going to raise up an army,’ says the Lord. ‘There will be days and days of travail and crying out to God.’ And the Lord says, ‘As you release this, I will bring the revival.'”

When we think of politics, we typically don’t think of things of the spirit. Likewise, when we think about the spirit we rarely think about politics. Yet, without the Holy Spirit’s power, we cannot expect things to shift in the natural. We are living in an urgent time where believers are to rise up as spiritual warriors if we desire to see change in the spiritual and natural landscapes. There cannot and will not be change without the righteous coming before the King.

Isaiah Saldivar and Bill Wiese on the Reality of Hell

If you’ve ever questioned the reality of hell’s torment and the agony experienced there, Bill Wiese has seen the actual pain and suffering of what hell is like after his horrifying encounter.

Wiese shared that this event was so incredibly intolerable as the heat was beyond the point where anything could live. His body lost all strength as he encountered demons that were beyond disgusting. The reptilian creatures blasphemed and cursed God, clenching into his flesh and throwing him into a prison cell. Even more, all light was taken out from the room because without God, there is no light. The only thing that exists is darkness.

“God withdrew His light, it resumed His normal state of absolute pitch black darkness,” Wiese said. “But Lamentations 3:6 says he has set me in dark places as they that be dead of old. I was taken out of this prison cell, I was placed over next to this large raging pit of fire…it was not a metaphorical fire, it was real flames,” Wiese shared.

“There is no tolerable, comfortable level in hell,” Wiese warned. “Any level is far worse than your mind can even conceive.”

Is This the Start of the Great Apostasy?

Has the great apostasy already started? What if the things we’re seeing today are simply the signs of things that Scripture already foretold of its happening years ago?

In a nation that used to be so profoundly based on biblical principles, America today is almost unrecognizable from its founding. At the very basic level, the religious concept of God and a general sense of morality has always been part of the culture, and many of the ideologies and values today would have never been acceptable.

But not anymore.

The latest Pew Research study discovered that “about 28% of U.S. adults are religiously unaffiliated, describing themselves as atheists, agnostics or ‘nothing in particular’ when asked about their religion.”

However, there is something worth looking at in these statistics specifically in relation to Christianity.

“Most ‘nones’ say they were raised in a religion, usually Christianity,” the Pew Research study found. “Yet today they tend to be disconnected from religious institutions. Not only have they shaken off religious labels, they also have largely shaken off involvement in churches, synagogues, mosques and other religious organizations.”

So, those consider themselves to a “none” tend to have been the exact same ones who grew up sitting in the pews on a Sunday morning. They are the ones who have heard, but have instead rejected the very God they had grown up hearing about.

Which begs the question: is this the start of the great apostasy?

Second Thessalonians 2:3-4 is a great reminder of what is guaranteed to come our way. We are guaranteed that there will be many who will fall away from the faith.

“Do not let anyone deceive you in any way. For that Day will not come unless a falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of destruction, who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or is worshipped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself as God.”

The day of the Lord’s return cannot come unless we first see those who committed themselves to the faith fall away from it.

While there was a mixed opinion about religion’s role in society, “43% of ‘nones’ say religion does more harm than good,” according to the Pew Research study.

Besides this belief that religion is detrimental to society, “30% say bad experiences they’ve had with religious people help explain why they are nonreligious.”

Church hurt has taken its toll and has pushed away people from the body of Christ, and ultimately, from Him altogether.

We continue to see the warning that many would leave the faith throughout the New Testament. Jesus warned in Matthew 24:10: “Then many will fall away, and betray one another, and hate one another.” First Timothy 4:1 tells us: “Now the Spirit clearly says that in the last times some will depart from the faith and pay attention to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils.”

As we see the signs clearly written on the wall that a great apostasy is brewing, people leaving and forsaking faith altogether, we know that this is just one of the hardships that must take place before the return of our King. As the hardships increase, as the betrayals to Christ increase, and the world continues to shift further away from righteousness, we can take comfort in knowing that this means our Lord is preparing to come back for His bride.

The Spiritual Entity Working in The Background

In our current day and time, it appears as though evil is all around us. What if there’s something bigger behind this evil. Perhaps there’s something even deeper that we must acknowledge that’s infiltrating our world. Just maybe, the Antichrist spirit is in our midst.

“There is most definitely a targeted warfare that we see playing out in our culture everyday” Lee Grady said in his latest Beyond the Article interview with Charisma Magazine Online. “What I would identify as an Antichrist spirit is working in our government, in our media, in our entertainment, in corporate America.”

If we look around, we see the chaos of this spirit all around us. As Grady pointed out in his feature article in Charisma Magazine Online, even here in America the mere sentiment that you might actually stand with Israel can get you in trouble. After all, a teacher in Queens, New York received backlash from a flock of students who tried to storm her classroom because she stood with Israel. They waved Palestinian flags, rioting in the school’s hallways.

“The antichrist spirit hates God,” Grady writes. “The devil hates all righteousness and goodness. He wants evil to triumph. This is why people who hate God celebrate sin.”

When we think about the darkness flooding the world around us, we tend to focus on the things we see in the physical. However, we must focus on the supernatural, the spirit realm, in order to fully understand everything that is going on. Whether it’s the pro-Hamas stance to see Israel crippled and destroyed as a nation, or the rise of transgender athletes dominating women’s sports, there is without a doubt something bigger and more sinister going on behind the scenes of these events.

Referencing the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, Grady says that we see the same spiritual themes happening in our world today that want us to bow down to the things that are not good, that are not of God’s heavenly, divine places.

“After the music was played, everybody had to bow down and of course the three friends of Daniel refused, and so what did they do? They get thrown in the furnace. That’s what the spirit of Antichrist does, and that’s what’s happening in our culture right now,” Grady said.

So, what are believers to do with the knowledge that there is an evil one out there who wants to steal, kill and destroy their lives?

We are to pray for deliverance. Just as the Lord’s Prayer speaks of deliverance from evil, we are to pray that God would keep His hand upon us, protect us from evil and that He would be the One guiding our lives. We can and should pray that He would be right there with us at all times.

Is This The Most Dangerous Social Media Trend?

What is manifesting, and why is it such a big deal? Well, the problem is, it’s trying to receive exactly what you want by your own will power. It’s about trying to make something happen by your own power, as if you and you alone have some type of cosmic ability to control everything in the universe. Synonyms for manifesting could be declaring, or evidencing. However, in the context that the world uses, this is far from biblical.

Manifesting is a spiritual idea that has found its way into celebrity culture and onto the dating scene as well. However, manifesting someone into your life, in any capacity, shows little regard for them as a person with their own emotions, value and free will.

Simply wanting things isn’t bad, but believing you can actually shift the atmosphere because of your own abilities places yourself in the position of God up above Him and His goodness and knowledge. God sees all, knows all, and without Him, none of us would even be here.

When you place yourself in a spiritual position where you’re dealing with spiritual realms and entities to try to deliver your desires, you are placing your trust in powers and principalities that are literally seeking to kill you. However, these demons want you to believe that you are your own god and when you fall, they will not be there to pick you back up, because they had one goal in mind the entire time: to destroy your life.

However, the spiritual side of manifestation isn’t completely dangerous. Instead, it is something good from God that was taken by an evil enemy and twisted around for an agenda seeking to kill and destroy. First Corinthians 12:7 says, “But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to everyone for the common good.” This means that God Himself will manifest His presence in our world, and in our lives. The Holy Spirit is the One who draws people in certain ways and He is the One who manifests all good and perfect things that come from above. God’s ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts are higher than our thoughts. We only act in partial. There’s a reason Scripture says that we only see in part (1 Cor. 13:12). If we base everything based on the natural, seen world, we will miss what is actually going on in the spiritual realm.

A greedy and perverted view of manifesting outside of the Holy Spirit has unfortunately infiltrated its way into the church. Some believe God to be merely a genie who is meant to give us everything we want and desire simply because we believed enough for it. However, God is a good and just God who sees all, knows all and gives according to the desires that match His good and perfect will. Take this time to reflect and ask yourself if you’ve been praying for God’s will to be done here on earth as it is in heaven, or if you’ve attempted to make things happen on your own terms.
