Jonathan Cahn’s Urgent Warning: Antisemitism Is Invading the Conservative Movement

In a striking sermon drawing from the book of Acts, Jonathan Cahn issued one of his most urgent warnings yet: a rising tide of antisemitism is no longer confined to the political left — it has crossed over, infecting the conservative movement and even voices who claim to speak in Christ’s name.

And according to Cahn, the stakes are not merely political. They are prophetic.

A Nation Shifting Against Israel

Cahn opened with a startling statistic. A decade ago, roughly 9% of Americans held major antisemitic beliefs. Today, that number has climbed to 24% — a jump from one in ten to one in four Americans.

Cahn noted that the same generation shaped by progressive ideology — one that has embraced radical positions on abortion, gender and sexuality — has also embraced anti-Israel sentiment. “It goes together spiritually,” he said.

The Right Is Not Immune

What makes this moment uniquely dangerous, Cahn argued, is that the poison has now spread to the political right. Senator Ted Cruz recently admitted that in the past six months alone, he has witnessed more antisemitism on the right than in his entire lifetime.

Cahn cited confidential sources in Washington reporting that 30 to 40 percent of congressional staffers under age 30 are followers of Nick Fuentes — a figure who has openly declared his admiration for Hitler and stated that his movement’s rise would lead to the execution of Jews.

“If the enemy can divide the conservative movement over Israel, he can move America away from Israel. And that would be its earthly protection,” Cahn said.

False Christianity and the Rejection of Israel

Cahn reserved pointed criticism for high-profile media figures Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens, both of whom claim Christian faith while attacking Israel. Carlson, Cahn noted, has told Christians to “stop supporting Israel,” declared the Jewish people are not the chosen people, and called those who believe otherwise liars or heretics.

“I do not believe he’s ever read the New Testament,” Cahn said. He went further: “You cannot love the King of the Jews and hate the Jews of the King.”

On Nick Fuentes, who claims his movement is rooted in “white Christianity,” Cahn was direct: “I can say that authoritatively — you just can’t do that and be a believer. You can’t know God and spend your life hating others.”

The Jerusalem Gift: A Biblical Pattern

Turning to Acts 20, Cahn pointed to Paul’s final journey to Jerusalem — where he brought Gentile church representatives and financial offerings to bless Jewish believers — as a model every generation of Christians is called to follow.

He quoted Romans 15:27: “If the Gentiles have been made partakers of the spiritual blessings of the Jewish people, their duty is also to minister to them in physical blessings.”

Cahn then continued further: “Every blessing you have in your life came from God through Israel, through the Jewish people. That’s your Bible. Everything.”

Ruth, Naomi and the End of the Age

Cahn closed with a prophetic parallel from the book of Ruth. Just as Naomi (representing Israel) first brought blessing to Ruth (representing the Gentile nations), and Ruth later brought blessing back to Naomi, so the church is called — especially in this final hour — to bless back the people who gave it everything.

“At the end of the age, it will be through you and through the church that the salvation will come back — that Naomi will be blessed through Ruth,” Cahn said.

His final charge was simple, personal and uncompromising: “I have never in my life met somebody who cursed Israel or the Jewish people and wasn’t cursed. And I have never met a believer who blessed Israel and wasn’t blessed. Never.”

Minister and Congressional Candidate Ignites Firestorm After Participating in Satanist Wedding

According to a report by Fox News, Sarah Trone Garriott, a Lutheran minister and politician now running for Congress, is facing backlash after recounting her involvement in a wedding ceremony for a Satanist couple.

In a 2023 speech highlighted by Fox News, Garriott described what she called her “first wedding,” explaining how the couple—who identified as Satanists—approached the church believing they needed a religious ceremony despite not sharing Christian beliefs.

Recounting the moment, she said the couple “…could barely stand us. They didn’t believe in or really have any respect for what mattered to us.”

Yet, the church still chose to proceed with the ceremony. Garriott added that she participated by reading Scripture, including the well-known passage from 1 Corinthians 13: “Love is patient; love is kind.”

Dispute Over Her Role

The controversy has intensified as questions swirl about how involved Garriott truly was. Critics argue her own words suggest she played a significant role in the ceremony, while her campaign has pushed back.

Her team noted that she was acting under the direction of a supervising pastor. They also emphasized that she did not control who entered the church or the decisions leadership made regarding the ceremony.

A Biblical Line Between Light and Darkness

Scripture draws a clear distinction when it comes to spiritual alignment. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, the apostle Paul asks, “What fellowship can light have with darkness?”—a foundational principle that has guided Christian discernment for generations.

To order Chad MacDonald’s new book, Defeating Darkness, visit Amazon.com.

Jesus consistently engaged with those outside the faith, but His interactions were rooted in transformation, not affirmation of practices that stood in opposition to God’s truth.

Marriage, in particular, carries profound spiritual weight. It is not merely a cultural tradition or symbolic act—it is a covenant established by God. A binding, spiritual union that reflects agreement, alignment and sacred commitment.

Participation in a marriage ceremony is not neutral. To take part in one is to stand in agreement with the spiritual foundation of that union.

This is what makes the situation so significant. While engaging with people of different beliefs is part of the gospel call, participating in a covenantal act rooted in conflicting spiritual frameworks is a line in the sand that Christians must draw.

In a culture that increasingly blurs spiritual lines, moments like this serve as a reminder of the importance of discernment. Believers are called to love boldly—but also to remain anchored in the truth of Scripture.

‘Spiritual Attack’: Jordan Peterson’s Daughter Breaks Silence on His Health Crisis

In an emotionally raw video update, Mikhaila Peterson told viewers that her father, psychologist Jordan Peterson, has been gravely ill for nearly a year.

“Every day for the last year has been hell,” she said. “I haven’t been posting podcasts regularly because until a few days ago, I cried every single day.” Alongside his illness, the family navigated the deaths of both of Jordan’s parents and Mikhaila’s own high-risk pregnancy — all at once.

Despite all of it, she is still leaning onto God.

“Thank God for faith,” Peterson said. “If it weren’t for my dad and our love for him…we’re closer if anything now. Otherwise, this would have just crushed us.”

What akathisia actually is

At the center of Jordan Peterson’s suffering is a condition called akathisia — a neurological injury Mikhaila describes as “the worst thing I’ve ever seen anyone go through.”

It is not mere restlessness. Akathisia produces an intolerable, unrelenting internal agitation that makes sufferers feel, in Mikhaila’s words, like they want to “crawl out of their skin.”

She described her own briefer episode as feeling like she was “falling into a volcano while being chased by a bear” — a stress response so intense it was “almost hallucinogenic.” Jordan’s symptoms, she said, have been more severe.

A neurological injury, not addiction

Mikhaila made it clear that her father has been off all psychiatric medications since January 2020. His current flare-up, which began last August, was not caused by new drugs. Mikhaila believes it was triggered by extreme stress — including the loss of both his parents — combined with mold exposure.

She is adamant that calling this an addiction is medically wrong. “He quit smoking and drinking when he was 27,” she said. “He just isn’t that.”

To order Don Colbert’s new book, Live Long and Strong, visit Amazon.com.

Instead, she argues, he represents a common and catastrophic pattern: a patient prescribed psychiatric medications long-term for a legitimate condition — in his case, severe, treatment-resistant depression — who sustains lasting neurological damage from those drugs even years after stopping them.

The spiritual battlefield

Mikhaila believes there is more than just a physical connection to everything happening. She believes this is also a spiritual battle.

“There’s a biological basis for what’s going on with dad and we finally know what it is,” she said. “But I do think there was a spiritual element or is… I do think our family has been attacked spiritually because I cannot understand the level of suffering that I’ve been through, let alone my dad’s been through and my whole family without it making more sense through a spiritual lens. Thank God I’m a Christian.”

The hidden epidemic of psych med injury

With roughly one in six Americans currently on a psychiatric medication, Mikhaila argues that psych med injuries should be treated as a national emergency. Long-term SSRI and benzodiazepine use, she says, is now linked to mitochondrial dysfunction — damage that can manifest as a sweeping neurological injury.

Crucially, withdrawal symptoms are almost universally misdiagnosed as a relapse of the original mental illness, leading doctors to prescribe additional medications that deepen the damage. “These poor people end up on two or three more medications to stabilize their worsening mental illness when it’s really neurological damage from the medications themselves,” she said.

Pharmaceutical companies, she added, mask the severity of side effects through minimizing language — labeling akathisia merely as “may cause restlessness.”

A call to pray

Jordan Peterson has been a tremendous voice in a dark world for truth. Now is the time to pray for him. Pray specifically and boldly. Ask God for a true, miraculous healing: that every neurological wound would be restored, that the akathisia would lift completely, that Jordan would rise from this season not merely recovered but renewed, with a testimony that reaches farther than any lecture or book ever could.

Pray also for the whole Peterson family. The same God who raised Lazarus has not changed. This is the time to pray for God’s miraculous power.

Donald Trump Shares Franklin Graham’s Bold Prayer Letter Stirring America

President Donald Trump shared a powerful image of a letter from the Rev. Franklin Graham, in which Graham said he was praying for him.

In the letter, Graham wrote:

Dear Mr. President,

I am praying for you today—for God to guide and direct your decisions. I know that millions of people, not only in our country, but all around the world are praying as well.

Thank you for your strong leadership.

Your Friend,

Franklin Graham

This comes after Franklin Graham responded to the controversial AI-generated image of Trump that appeared as though the president looked like Jesus healing someone. In the statement Graham said:

I do not believe President Trump would knowingly depict himself as Jesus Christ—that would certainly be inappropriate. I’m thankful the President has made it very clear that this was not at all what he thought the AI-generated image was representing—he thought it was a doctor helping someone, and when he learned of the concerns, he immediately removed the post.

Graham also stated that he believes both Trump and Pope Leo should meet amid the rift that the two have had on social media.

Heaven for Everyone? Ben Shapiro’s Shocking Take on the Rules for Salvation

Media giant and commentator Ben Shapiro’s Orthodox Jewish faith is far from hidden and in the shadows. However, what is most surprising is his claim that we can reach heaven.

“I’m a Jew. That means I do not believe in the divinity of Jesus,” Shapiro stated. “I also believe, as an Orthodox Jew, that Judaism is not the only path to heaven.”

From this statement, Shapiro gave a list of Noahide Laws he believes others can follow to gain eternal access to heaven.

“Judaism as a religion is not exclusive. Meaning, that as long as people who are not Jewish follow seven basic Noahide Laws, and this includes Christians and Muslims, they too have a share in the world to come. And those seven basic laws are things like no blasphemy, don’t commit sexual sins, set up a court of law, make sure that you’re not eating flesh from the animals, stuff like that,” he said.

Shapiro’s claims go even further.

In a video from one of the Young America’s Foundation events, Shapiro is asked by a student what it would take to convert him to Christianity.

“The truth is that I believe strongly in my religion. It’s not that I just don’t believe in Christianity,” he stated. “It wouldn’t just be a matter of convincing me of the divinity of Jesus, it would be a matter of convincing me that fundamental doctrine of Judaism is actually just wrong.”

To order Amanda Grace’s new book, Brace For Impact, visit Amazon.com.

He also said that it would take the right evidence to make him convert, and he believes this is true for any person of any faith. He then said that, in the end, he would find out whether he was right or wrong.

“At the end, when this is all over, I will have been very, very right or I will have been very, very wrong. In which case, I will regret all of those meals that I didn’t eat and all of those commandments that I had to keep.”

In a culture filled with competing ideas about truth, eternity and salvation, Jesus Christ left no room for ambiguity. He didn’t present Himself as one option among many—He declared Himself as the way. In John 14:6, Jesus says, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”

That statement stands in direct contrast to any system that suggests eternal life can be attained through moral law or human effort alone. Scripture consistently reveals that salvation is not earned by following rules, but received through grace by faith in Christ.

The Law, while holy and good, was never meant to save—it was meant to point us to our need for a Savior.

Just as clear as the path to heaven is the sobering reality of hell. Jesus spoke about hell more than anyone else in Scripture—not to instill fear for fear’s sake, but to awaken hearts to the urgency of eternity. He described it as a place of outer darkness, weeping and gnashing of teeth—far worse than anything the human mind can fully comprehend.

This is not symbolic language meant to be dismissed; it is a divine warning rooted in love. Eternity is not a philosophical debate—it is a coming reality for every soul.

And yet, in the midst of this tension, it is vital to recognize that Christianity does not stand in opposition to Judaism—it is its fulfillment. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is the very same God revealed through Jesus Christ. The Torah, the prophets and the writings all point forward to the Messiah. Jesus did not come to abolish the law, but to fulfill it.

So as this conversation continues to unfold, the call is not to condemnation, but to prayer. Pray that Shapiro’s eyes would be opened to the fullness of truth. Pray for him to experience divine encounters that go beyond intellectual debate. And pray, perhaps most powerfully, for a transformation like that of apostle Paul—a moment where truth is no longer theoretical, but undeniable.

Trump, the Antichrist? Tucker Carlson’s Viral Take on What Comes Next

In a recent video that has sparked widespread discussion, Tucker Carlson pointed to what he described as a surprising and unprecedented shift in Donald Trump’s public engagement with faith and theology.

Donald Trump is not someone who traditionally or ever really has weighed in on questions of faith or theology or religion publicly,” Carlson said.

“Donald Trump, the same famously irreligious Donald Trump, has weighed in pretty specific ways on matters of faith and theology… in ways that are disruptive,” he continued.

Carlson framed this shift not as casual or insignificant, but as something deeper—something symbolic.

The Man of Lawlessness

As confusion and controversy grew around Trump’s recent religious imagery and statements on social media, Carlson said many Christians began turning to the Bible for clarity.

“A lot of them went to their Bibles to try and figure out what are we watching here,” he explained.

He then pointed to a well-known passage from 2 Thessalonians, describing what Scripture calls the “man of lawlessness.”

  • “There will be a great rebellion against God led by that man of lawlessness.”
  • “This man… will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped so that he sets himself up in God’s temple proclaiming himself to be God.”
  • “He will pose as God. He will mock other gods and put himself in their place.”

For Carlson, these verses felt strikingly relevant to current events.

Echoes of Daniel’s Prophecy

He then connected those New Testament warnings to the Old Testament, specifically Daniel 11, which describes a powerful and defiant ruler in the last days.

  • “A king who will do as he pleases. He will exalt and magnify himself above every god…”
  • “He will say unheard of things against the God of gods.”
  • “He will show no regard for any god, but will exalt himself above them all.”

These prophetic descriptions, Carlson noted, have long been associated with the rise of the coming Antichrist.

Drawing the Connection

While Carlson stopped short of making a definitive claim, he acknowledged that many see parallels.

“To a lot of Christians… these predictions… seem to fit what we were watching,” he said.

He added, “Here’s a leader who’s mocking the [God] of his ancestors… and exalting himself above them.”

The question that naturally follows is one that has stirred both curiosity and concern:

“Could this be the Antichrist? Well, who knows?”

A Moment Calling for Discernment

This moment in history reminds us how quickly biblical prophecy can enter modern political conversations when actions of world leaders appear to mirror ancient warnings. In the end, Christians must be discerning, using wisdom, clarity and Scripture as a firm foundation.

Scripture Fumbles on the Global Stage? World Leaders Cause Stir With Bible Verses

A moment intended to unite those in attendance at the Pentagon has instead sparked widespread online conversation after Secretary of War Pete Hegseth delivered a prayer that many say sounded strikingly familiar.

According to reports from USA Today, Mediaite via Yahoo News, Hegseth led a prayer at a Pentagon event connected to a military operation, referencing what he called “CSAR 25:17” and inviting others present to join him.

But it wasn’t the setting that drew attention—it was the wording.

A Prayer—or a Movie Line?

Listeners quickly noted that the prayer’s phrasing closely resembled the well-known “Ezekiel 25:17” monologue from Quentin Tarantino’s Pulp Fiction.

As USA Today reported, the version, popularized by the film, is not a direct quotation from Scripture but rather a dramatized adaptation loosely inspired by the biblical passage. The article emphasized that although the real Ezekiel 25:17 appears in the Bible, the language many recognize includes added lines not found in the Bible.

Questions and Reactions Grow

The reports noted that the phrasing stood out immediately, fueling debate across social media and prompting renewed discussion about how Scripture is quoted—and sometimes misquoted—in public life.

To order Amanda Grace’s new book, Brace For Impact, visit Amazon.com.

While Hegseth framed the moment as a prayer connected to faith and mission, the overlap with a Hollywood script became the focal point of the controversy.

In a statement on X, Sean Parnell gave an official statement on the matter, writing:

Secretary Hegseth on Wednesday shared a custom prayer, referenced as the CSAR prayer, used by the brave warfighters of Sandy-1 who led the daylight rescue mission of Dude 44 Alpha out of Iran, which was obviously inspired by dialogue in Pulp Fiction. However, both the CSAR prayer and the dialogue in Pulp Fiction were reflections of the verse Ezekiel 25:17, as Secretary Hegseth clearly said in his remarks at the prayer service. Anyone saying the Secretary misquoted Ezekiel 25:17 is peddling fake news and ignorant of reality.

Pope’s Scriptural Re-Interpretation

Hegseth wasn’t the only world leader to fumble with Bible verses.

Pope Leo also misquoted Jesus, stating, “Jesus told us, ‘Blessed are the peacemakers, but woe to those who manipulate religion in the very name of God for their own military, economic, or political gain, dragging that which is sacred into darkness and filth.”

This clearly does not match the Beatitudes, which do not focus on a political agenda or comeback as Leo appeared to do.

Knowing the Word in an Age of Confusion

Moments like this serve as a sobering reminder: not everything that sounds biblical actually is.

In a culture saturated with media, quotes and reinterpretations, it has become increasingly easy for truth to be blended with fiction. A line repeated often enough—even one from a movie—can begin to carry the weight of Scripture in the minds of many.

But Scripture itself calls believers to something deeper than surface-level familiarity. It calls for discernment.

Knowing the Word of God firsthand is no longer optional—it is essential. Without it, Christians risk confusing emotional resonance with biblical truth, or worse, accepting altered versions of Scripture without question.

The apostle Paul warned of a time when deception would grow, and truth would be distorted. That warning feels especially relevant in moments like this, where verses can turn out to be cultural creations rather than divine revelation.

Our call is clear: open the Bible, study it and know it for ourselves.

Because in a world where truth can be mimicked, remixed and repackaged, discernment is not just wisdom—it is protection.

Amanda Grace and Katie Souza Expose the Biblical Blueprint Behind 2028’s Coming Shakeup

For years, prophetic voice Amanda Grace has been speaking words that many dismissed as too specific, too bold, and too geopolitically precise to be taken seriously.

Now, with the fall of Venezuela’s Maduro, the death of Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei and military operations bearing names that eerily echo her exact prophetic language, the record is increasingly difficult to ignore.

In a recent interview with Katie Souza, Grace walked through several major prophetic fulfillments and warned about what is still to come.

The Venezuela Word: “January Is Marked”

On Dec. 11, 2023, Grace released a prophetic word that named Venezuela alongside Israel, America, France, and England, declaring that the “justice of Yahweh,” which she says the Lord had revealed to her years prior as an acronym for JOY, would be written across these nations.

“And thus says the Lord,” Grace read from the archived word, “this joy, which stands for the justice of Yahweh, shall be written in areas of the earth. There are areas of the earth marked for this joy. Oh Israel, Oh America, Oh France, Oh England, Oh Venezuela.”

The word went on to declare, “January is marked, says the Lord.” In January 2026, Nicolás Maduro was captured by U.S. military forces, the sixth nation on that list, fulfilling the exact month the word specified.

To order Amanda Grace’s new book, Brace For Impact, visit Amazon.com.

“I don’t think that’s a coincidence,” Grace stated. “I think we’re watching within the earth the justice of Yahweh, the joy of the Lord right now go out into these nations.”

Iran and the “Ferocious February” Word

On Dec. 29, 2025, Grace released another prophetic word that has since drawn widespread attention. It read in part: “A January of justice, says the Lord, shall lead to a ferocious February, setting up for a roar in March.”

On Feb. 28, 2026 — the final day of February — the United States and Israel launched a joint military strike on Iran. The U.S. named its operation Epic Fury. Israel named its Operation Roaring Lion.

“A ferocious February, setting up for a roar in March,” Grace repeated during the interview, visibly moved. “Operation Epic Fury and Roaring Lion… This is prophetic. This is an appointed time.”

The strikes took place between the blood moons marking Purim 2025 and Purim 2026 — a timing Grace says is deeply rooted in the book of Esther, which is itself set in ancient Persia, modern-day Iran.

Seven Years Ago: “An Esther Coming Forth Out of Iran”

Perhaps the most striking fulfillment came when Grace pulled an archived prophecy from Dec. 8, 2019 — seven years before the Iranian strikes. The word began: “An Esther coming forth up out of Iran.”

It continued to describe a covert Israeli intelligence operation aimed at uncovering underground facilities, a “jaw-dropping” military operation to follow, and an ominous closing declaration: “The Ayatollah will be shaken — the Iranian government will be shaken down to the foundations, and there will be big falls.”

“This basically sums up the operation we’re seeing right now,” Grace said. “The underground facilities — they’ve been doing the bomb busters and blowing these underground facilities to smithereens. And the Ayatollah, his cabinet came down with him. Big falls.”

The Ayatollah Khamenei was killed on Feb. 28, 2026. On the Islamic calendar, that date fell on the 11th day of the 9th month, or 9/11.

Haman, Purim and the Pattern of Reversals

Grace sees a recurring spiritual pattern at work in these events, rooted in the biblical book of Esther. She pointed out that hidden within the name of Ayatollah Khamenei, one can spell “Haman” and “Amalek” — the biblical enemies of God’s people whose decrees of destruction were reversed upon themselves during Purim.

To order Katie Souza’s new book, Star Gods, visit Amazon.com.

“He fell two days before Purim,” she noted, “which has to do with the book of Esther, which was the one who had the decrees of destruction sent out against the people of God.”

She then turned to New York City, noting that newly elevated Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s name also contains the letters of “Haman” — and that he rose to power between the same two blood moons. “We’re watching as one Haman is falling, another is trying to rise,” she warned.

What’s Coming: Double Purim, Shemitah and 2028

Grace says the prophetic calendar only intensifies from here.

In 2027, a Jewish leap year — what she calls a “pregnant year” — will produce a double Purim, meaning two sets of decrees of destruction will be set in motion spiritually, demanding double intercession from the church.

You go from Purim and blood moon, Purim and blood moon, to now double Purims,” she explained. “Which means double decrees of destruction are going to attempt to go out.”

Then 2028 arrives with a Shemitah year, an election year and the 20-year cyclical mirror of 2008 — the year of the global banking crisis and the rise of Barack Obama.

“What’s coming in 2028?” Grace asked. “Shemitah year. Election year. The Ishmaelites are going to try to cycle and rise.”

Her charge to believers is urgent and practical: “When you have this information, you are now responsible for this information.”

She urges daily study of Scripture, strategic intercession and the discipline of seeking God before the events arrive — not after.

Now the real question is this: Are we prepared for what’s going to take place?

Shocking 911 Call: Pastor’s Husband Sought God After Fatally Shooting Her

Pastor Tammy McCollum was killed on Monday, April 6, but what happened following her murder is chilling.

As Charisma previously reported, McCollum’s husband, Eddie McCollum, has been charged with first-degree murder for fatally shooting her.

Now, in an update from The Christian Post, it was noted that McCollum called 911 and confessed to the killing of his wife, seeking God’s divine intervention.

An article by Queen City News released the conversation between Eddie McCollum and a police dispatcher.

“Hello. I need everything. Um. I shot by wife,” McCollum said before becoming more and more unraveled in disbelief.

“We were arguing. And I told her, I said…” he said before trailing off. “Why? Oh God. My kids and grandkids. Oh my God.”

To order your copy of the MEV Spiritual Warfare Bible, visit Amazon.com.

As dispatchers tried to speak to McCollum, they prompted him to help her to which he said, “I can’t help her, she’s dead.”

“Do you think she’s beyond any help?” The dispatcher asked.

“I can’t tell you, don’t make me tell you,” he said.

The dispatch reassured McCollum that paramedics were on their way and asked for him to go outside with his hands up.

“Come on, man, don’t do this,” McCollum argued. “I killed my wife. I’m done.”

He further said, “I’m not leaving her,” when prompted to head outside.

“Oh God. Lord, help me,” McCollum said.

The Well Worship Center, where Tammy McCollum ministered, shared a post on Facebook detailing her memorial service. It will be held on Saturday, April 18, with the viewing at 11 a.m. and the celebration of life at 12 p.m.

During this time, lift up all of the family and friends who have been impacted by this horrendous tragedy.

Jonathan Roumie Breaks Silence on Donald Trump and Pope Leo’s Public Dispute

“The Chosen” star Jonathan Roumie is coming to the defense of Pope Leo as the pontiff and the U.S. president have been in quite a clash lately.

In a Facebook post, Roumie described the current moment as one he never could have imagined.

I never imagined I’d see a day when the leader of our nation and the Holy Father might find themselves at odds.
It speaks to the weight—and uncertainty—of the times we’re living in.

Yet, one thing remains firm:
Christ is on the throne. He always has been. Always will be. And His victory is Eternal.

As Catholics—as Christians—we are called to follow Christ’s example in all things…even when that path is narrow, costly, and difficult to walk.

Roumie further expressed that he has experienced losing family members through war, and therefore is calling for peace, standing with Pope Leo.

To order Troy Anderson’s book, Designated Disrupter, visit Amazon.com.

Having lost extended family members—innocent civilians caught in the crossfire of war and its humanitarian toll—I carry a deep conviction for peace and restraint whenever possible, because the cost is simply too great otherwise.

Of course, nations have the right—and the responsibility—to defend their people. Threats cannot be ignored. But when that defense results in the loss of innocent life—especially women and children—my heart compels me to stand with Pope Leo XIV in his call for peace…even as I fall to my knees in prayer for an end to violence.

In Matthew’s Gospel Jesus tells us: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.”
Those words feel especially urgent now.

We’re living in a time when division comes far too easily—when the devil delights in turning us against one another, using our vulnerabilities, weaknesses and frankly anything and everything he can against us, seeking ultimately to destroy humanity in the process.

He also called for others to intercede for both Pope Leo and President Trump.

As that darkness presses in, I pray—for Pope Leo XIV, that he may continue to lead as a shepherd of light and peace for the Church Christ established.
And I pray for our President, and for all leaders entrusted with decisions that carry the weight of life and death—that they may be guided by the Holy Spirit in wisdom, courage, and prudence.

These are burdens few can truly comprehend.
To bear them well requires extraordinary discernment—and grace; that gift given to us as a result of the supreme sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Tonight, let us pray for them both; may the Sacred Heart of Jesus guide each and every decision they make.
For wisdom. For peace…and most especially, for the protection of the innocent.

God be with them.
And God help us all.

Amen.

This comes as the Rev. Franklin Graham is calling for the pope and the president to meet.
