Arise and Shine: Unprecedented Wave of Revival Breaking Out in Los Angeles!

God continues to pour out His Holy Spirit in miraculous ways.

At the second annual Arise and Shine conference held at Five-Fold Church in Los Angeles, miracles, signs and wonders took place.

Apostle Kathryn Krick shared with Charisma how this event positively impacted people from around the world for the sake of the gospel.

“God amazed us and left us in awe by how powerful He moved and the true revival that we experienced,” Krick says. “The attendees traveled from 52 nations and 41 states! This shocked me! Around 1,000+ were there and God poured out so much of His fire that it was the most heaven on earth experience I’d ever had (where so many people from all over the world were so united in their love for Jesus and were constantly worshipping God with all their hearts and so on fire. Before and after the sessions, the people kept praising God). Many miracles, healing, deliverance and impartation took place!”

According to Krick, she saw over a 1,000 people in line on the street for blocks, hungry for the Spirit of God. Both volunteers and participants were hungry for God to do the miracles that only He can do.

“During the message, hearts were ignited even more by God’s spirit and spiritual eyes opened to see how God sees them!  Then so many were set free from demons! We were in awe of Jesus as we saw Him do many miracles!” Krick says.

As the conference continued, Krick says worship and the hunger for Christ continued to grow. This revival, however, did not come without its trials prior to the event. However, what God was doing is so much bigger and greater than anything the enemy attempted to throw in Five-Fold Church’s way.

“What was extremely powerful about all of these people gathering with such passion, joy, fire and boldness for Jesus and His revival, is that myself, 5F Church and many of the attendees who attended the conference have experienced a lot of persecution and attacks from the enemy to try to stop the work of God in the past about 40-50 days prior to this moment,” Krick says.

Krick compared this revival to a “splitting of the sea moment,” and that the church truly was “Gideon’s army” that had gone through a refining fire for the sake of the Gospel.

As the dust settles from this Arise and Shine conference, one thing is clear: God is moving with undeniable power in this generation.

What took place at Five-Fold Church isn’t just a moment—it is a divine milestone marking a fresh wave of global revival. Despite fierce opposition and spiritual warfare, the hunger for Jesus overcame every obstacle, and the Spirit of God met that hunger with fire, freedom and transformation. From every corner of the earth, believers gathered not just to witness miracles, but to be empowered as carriers of revival.

As Apostle Krick and thousands more return to their homes, they do so not empty-handed, but ignited—ready to carry the flame of awakening into their cities, nations and beyond.

Shocking Election Results and Tragedy: A Prophetic Wake-Up Call for Canada?

In a time of profound crisis, a prophetic message has emerged offering both hope and a call to action.

In Vancouver, a city recently struck by one of the darkest days in its history, the tragic events at a Filipino festival have shaken the community. Yet, in the midst of such sorrow, a message of divine hope and transformation is being proclaimed.

On the evening of the tragedy, a black SUV plowed into a crowd at a festival. The crash, which resulted in the deaths of at least 11 people and left many more injured, has left the city reeling in confusion and pain. Young and old fell victim to a senseless act, and the community quickly found itself thrust into a night of desperation and urgency. Police and locals acted swiftly to detain the driver, a 30-year-old man, though the motive behind the attack remains unclear. As emergency services responded to the scene, the scale of the tragedy became all too evident.

But in the face of this tragedy, a prophetic word from Tomi Arayomi has surfaced, bringing with it a message of hope and transformation for those willing to listen. The prophecy speaks of a season of winnowing—a time when God’s people will be refined, shaped and ultimately brought to a place where they can boldly declare, “Surely my Redeemer lives.”

“Even in Vancouver you will see My signature from lamentation,” Arayomi prophesies.

Even in the aftermath of suffering and loss, this divine message calls believers to reflect on their journey with God. Over the next four years, according to Arayomi, a time of spiritual testing and transformation is currently unfolding. God is calling each individual to ask themselves: “Who do you want to be for Me?”

The timing of this prophetic word is also impeccable for the nation of Canada as a whole because of their shocking election results where the liberal party triumphed over conservatives quite unexpectedly.

The prophecy is a reminder that, while the enemy seeks to wear us down with hardship and trials, God’s purposes prevail. He is at work, refining His people, preparing them for the future and inviting them to rise above the pain of the present.

In times of trial, God’s voice rings clear: He is present, He is at work and He is calling His people to greater depths of faith and devotion. May this season of lamentation bring forth not only reflection but also renewal in the lives of all who trust in Him.

One Word That Can Keep You From Falling Into Distraction—Perry Stone’s Urgent Warning!

The Lord just may be speaking through His prophetic voices so that we can be victorious through all of our battles.

In a recent message, Bible teacher Perry Stone shared what he described as a “now word” from the Lord—a timely insight rooted in the story of Nehemiah that speaks directly to today’s spiritual climate.

Stone began by pointing to the town of Ono, mentioned in 1 Chronicles 8:12, a name that literally appears as “o-n-o” in Scripture. While the name itself signifies a “strong place,” its use in Nehemiah 6 becomes symbolic of something much different: a place of distraction designed to pull God’s people away from their divine assignment.

Drawing from Nehemiah’s rebuilding of Jerusalem’s walls after the Babylonian captivity, Stone reminded viewers of the opposition faced by Nehemiah and Ezra. “Three men rose up against Ezra and against Nehemiah,” Stone said, referencing Sanballat, Tobiah and Geshem the Arabian. “They started out by mocking him… then by threatening them. And the threats and the mocking became what is called a distraction.”

The enemies invited Nehemiah to meet in the valley of Ono. But Nehemiah, discerning their intent to harm and derail the work, refused. “I’m doing a great work so that I cannot come down,” Nehemiah responded, as quoted in Nehemiah 6:3. Stone noted the power of this reply, saying Nehemiah understood the danger of “lowering himself to their level of attack and mocking.”

Stone applied this principle to modern believers, warning them against the lure of unnecessary conflict, especially in the age of social media. “There are too many voices coming from all directions,” he said. “The enemy uses people’s voice… to get you out of focus.”

He cautioned Christians against engaging in debates and arguments that only serve to derail their calling. “We do not come off of the wall of ministry. We do not come off of the position of the authority of the Holy Spirit to lower ourselves… to argue and debate people over things that absolutely are total nonsense.”

In a world filled with distractions, Perry Stone’s message serves as a vital reminder to stay focused on the work God has called us to. Just as Nehemiah faced opposition meant to derail his mission, we too encounter voices and challenges designed to pull us away from our purpose.

Our calling is too significant, and the work too urgent, to let anything or anyone draw us down into meaningless battles. By staying true to our God-given assignment and keeping our focus on the eternal, we can fulfill the purpose for which we were created, bringing glory to God and advancing His kingdom.

You’re Not Ready for the Rest of 2025—And 2026 Will Be Even More Surprising

What may we see happening in the latter portion of 2025? And could there be even greater implications for what’s happening in 2026?

In a recent prophetic update, Joseph Z shared a series of visions and impressions concerning global events, the role of the church and the future of the United States. He encouraged believers to remain prayerful and alert, “I believe that things are going to begin to rock and shake,” he began, referring to the coming months of 2025. “But… I really believe the church is the deterrent to all things nuclear and things that would be… economic meltdown stuff.” Z adds, “I believe the church is a deterrent to this. I believe we’re canceling that in Jesus’ name.”

Joseph points to geopolitical shifts as well, warning, “I believe they’re trying to trade out Ukraine for Iran. I believe they want to make this the new one. This is going to be the new narrative.”

However, he reminds his viewers that amid unsettling developments, there is divine preservation: “We’re going to begin to see more and more favor… because we’re standing with Israel.”

He then highlights a phrase he felt was significant: “Alliance of nations.” While acknowledging potential negative implications for the U.S., he offered reassurance: “There’s a sustaining power on the USA. I just see it.” This sustaining power, he said, is tied to America’s stance with Israel: “Regardless of their behavior, there’s a covenant on that land. Period.”

Looking into the future, Z describes the United States becoming “a haven… a haven for itself.” He explained, “We’re going to have sustaining power, self-sustaining power, and some things are going to begin to change in that way.”

As part of his prophetic insight, he shares a sobering image: “I believe that there’s going to be a power grid emergency… It’s going to induce emergency change. Meaning we could actually get safer if something bad happens.” He also saw “major volcanic activity… almost like it’s going to be against a nation that’s against Israel.”

Turning to economic matters, he says, “I see Tesla with a teeter-totter… going up and down… But I do see a surprise outcome… a merging of sorts or something that’s creative.” When asked if this could involve a buyout, he replied, “It could be a buyout. A buyout or… a merging of sorts… maybe even a form of bailout.”

Z’s prophetic inkling didn’t stop with the latter portion of 2025. For the year 2026, Joseph saw two key phrases: “pickup sticks” and “Psalm 126.” What could these two things possibly mean?

“Pickup sticks… means that there’s going to be a collecting of things that have been lost and damaged,” Z says. “If we do this right… I believe next year is going to begin to be a turn of a narrative where we experience Psalm 126… those who sow in tears will reap in songs of joy.”

As we step into this pivotal time in history, it’s clear that we are entering a time of great shaking and even greater opportunity. Now is the time to be watchful, prayerful and positioned—because what’s ahead is not just a warning, it’s a divine invitation to see God do even greater things.

The Spirit of Delay Is Real—Here’s How to Destroy It in Jesus’ Name

Many believers today are weary from waiting—waiting for answered prayers, fulfilled promises and long-delayed breakthroughs. But what if the resistance you’re facing isn’t just circumstantial, but spiritual?

In a recent interview with Katie Souza, prophetic voice Cindy Jacobs explained how some delays in life are not merely delays, but spiritual battles.

Recognizing the Spirit of Delay

This spirit doesn’t always block blessings entirely—but it slows them, frustrates plans, and drains emotional and mental strength. As Jacobs says, “If Satan can’t stop the blessing, he’ll wear you out in the process to rob your joy.”

Daniel 7:25 describes this exact tactic: the enemy seeks to “wear out the saints” and alter divine seasons. That sense of hopelessness, unexplained depression, or an overwhelming desire to quit? It may not just be emotional—it could be spiritual warfare.

God Says: ‘Enough is Enough’

In a powerful encounter, the Holy Spirit gave Jacobs the Spanish word ‘basta’—meaning “enough is enough”—as a weapon against this spirit. It’s more than a word; it’s a spiritual declaration. Believers are being called to rise up in authority and declare basta over the demonic delays holding back their progress, provision and peace.

“Some of you, you know, it’s like you’re trying to close a deal and over and over and over you just can’t do it. You know, it’s like you’re trying to get a project finished, cannot get that project finished,” Jacobs says of delay. “Satan comes to persecute the saints.”

A Call to Perseverance and Power

Luke 18 reminds us of the persistent widow, who refused to give up until justice came. Jesus used her example to urge believers to pray and never lose heart. He promises that God will not delay in helping His people—but will act speedily.

If you’ve been facing unexplained delays—whether in your finances, health, relationships or destiny—now is the time to stand in faith, speak the word basta and expect breakthrough. Through the power of prayer and agreement with other believers, it is possible to see the strongholds of delay broken off turned around, creating a remarkable testimony. Through prayer and obedience, the delay must be broken.

If you’ve been feeling weary, delayed, or emotionally worn down, know this: God has not forgotten you. The spirit of delay is real—but it is no match for the authority you have in Christ. Your prayers matter. Your persistence matters. And breakthrough is not only possible—it’s promised. Don’t give up. Your moment of answered prayers may be just one declaration away.

Most Christians Get This One Thing Wrong About Their Purpose—Do You?

When we hear someone mention “a call of God” on their life, many believers immediately think of traditional ministry roles—pastors, missionaries or worship leaders. But according to John and Lisa Bevere, this is a narrow and incomplete understanding of God’s design for His people.

“That might be 3% of people,” John says, highlighting that only a small fraction are called to full-time church ministry.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

God’s call is far more expansive. It encompasses every sphere of life—business, education, government, healthcare, the arts and even parenting. The kingdom of God is not confined to a church building; it permeates society through believers who carry His presence and purpose wherever they go. Whether you are designing buildings, raising children or advocating for justice, God’s call is active in your life when you surrender it to Him.

Disengagement and the Danger of Drifting

A sobering truth John Bevere shares is this: “Most people backslide because they disengage from what they’re called to do.”

When believers lose connection with their God-given purpose, their spiritual strength weakens, leaving them open to distraction, discouragement and deception. Just as physical nourishment is essential for the body, purpose is essential for the soul.

When we step away from our divine assignment, we begin to starve spiritually. The drift often begins subtly—disappointment, weariness, or fear may cause us to step back—but over time, it can lead to a crisis of faith. That’s why remaining engaged in our purpose is not a luxury; it’s a lifeline.

Everyone Has a God-Given Calling

Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that “we are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” This verse confirms what John and Lisa passionately teach—every believer has a calling. God is not random; He is intentional.

Before you were born, He designed your life with a unique assignment in mind. Psalm 139:16 echoes this truth: “All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be.” Jesus declared, “Many are called,” and as John Bevere points out, “That means everyone has a calling. Few are chosen because few respond.”

The difference isn’t in God’s invitation—it’s in our willingness to answer the call. Have you said yes to God’s call, or have you run in the opposite direction of it?

Calling Isn’t Always Glamorous

Sometimes the Lord will ask us to do things that are far from the spotlight, away from luxuriousness. Lisa Bevere shares a deeply personal example of how her calling during one season was to stay at home with her children. “It was the hardest and most rewarding thing I’ve ever done,” she recalls.

There were no applause or accolades, no titles or trophies—but it was obedience. And that’s what matters most to God. Too often, we measure success by visibility or popularity, but heaven measures obedience. Your assignment may be hidden or humble, but if it’s God’s will for your life, it carries eternal weight. Don’t underestimate the impact of your “yes” in the small things.

Start Small, Stay Faithful

John shares how he once resisted ministry, even when prophetic voices confirmed his calling. He had to grow into his assignment one obedient step at a time. “You start small and believe big,” Lisa Bevere says. God rarely reveals the whole picture at once. Instead, He gives “just enough light for the step you’re on.”

Like David tending sheep or Joseph serving in prison, our early steps often feel ordinary. But those moments are sacred. Faithfulness in the hidden places prepares us for future influence. God tests our hearts with small assignments before trusting us with more.

No matter your stage of life, profession or background—God has called you. Your life holds divine significance. As John puts it, “With calling comes grace and gifts tailored to your assignment.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

You don’t have to strive to be someone else. You simply have to say yes to who God created you to be. Your calling is not about fame—it’s about faithfulness. Discipleship unlocks your calling, and calling fuels your perseverance. As you walk in obedience, you’ll find strength, identity and joy in doing what you were born to do.

Most Christians Miss This Step—and It’s Costing Them Their Blessing

“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see,” (Heb. 11:1).

God calls us all to have faith, and to have it to experience His blessings and gifts. However, we are not called to passivity, but rather toward action.

In a message to his Beth-Israel congregation, Jonathan Cahn delivered a stirring challenge to “receive the promises of God for real” and press in with everything they have.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Cahn emphasizes God’s blessings are free, but they must still be pursued with perseverance and faith. “The Joshua generation… had the promised land… Was it given to them freely? Yes. Could they just say okay it’s ours? No. They had [to] fight.” He adds, “Wherever you walk, I’m going to give it to you… but you got to step out.”

Faith, Cahn explains, is not passive. “It’s faith that allows you to do more than you ever did.” Even though salvation is free, it’s not because it’s “worthless but because it’s priceless.” That value demands a response: “If it’s worth something, put something into it.”

Drawing from the story of Jacob and Esau, Cahn notes that “a blessing has two parts—one is the one who gives it, but the other is the one who receives it… because he valued the blessing… he did everything he could to receive the blessing.”

He encourages believers: “You don’t have to disguise yourself… God has a blessing for you… but you have to value that blessing and do whatever you can to receive that blessing.”

Cahn urges listeners to fully believe and act on the Word of God. “The Bible says give and it shall be given—I’m going to give and I’m going to trust God… The Bible says I’m a beloved child—I’m going to receive that… The more I receive it, the more blessed I’m going to be.”

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

Using examples from Scripture—Abraham, Joseph, Joshua, Elijah, David and Paul—Cahn points to a common theme: perseverance. “Paul said… I’ve been beaten… I’ve been in jail… but I press on. He kept going.”

Finally, Cahn made a sharp contrast between worldly and eternal pursuits: “Look at what people sacrifice for money… but we have an imperishable wreath… Run in a way that you’re going to win… because the treasure you have is so much greater.”

This is the moment to rise with purpose, to pursue God’s calling with unwavering passion. The blessings of heaven are not for the complacent, but for those who are willing to lay everything down for the sake of Christ.

Now is the time to press beyond comfort, to cast off distractions and to run with endurance toward the prize. Every act of faith, every sacrifice, every moment spent in the presence of God builds a life that brings glory to His name. Don’t hold back. The crown is imperishable, the calling eternal and the reward beyond measure. Give Him everything—and watch your life become a vessel for His glory.

You’ve Been Given an Unstoppable Power—Find Out How to Tap Into It!

God has already declared that we are more than conquerors through Christ Jesus who bled, died and rose from the dead on our behalf. So, why aren’t more Christians walking in this Resurrection power?

Many Christians struggle with feeling stuck, even after giving their lives to Christ. Kap Chatfield addresses this concern, saying, “You may be stuck in cycles of sin or addiction, overcome by emotional roller coasters, or feeling spiritually heavy, despite your love for God.”

Look for Kap Chatfield’s upcoming new book, Prosperity is Not a Curse Word.

Even though Christians are bought by the blood of Jesus, they often still feel powerless and trapped by the enemy. The key to lasting freedom lies in recognizing that many Christians live from their body or soul, rather than from their spirit where God dwells. Chatfield states, “Most Christians live from their body or their soul but not from their spirit where God dwells.”

Chatfield reveals that many people struggle with secret sins, emotional instability and spiritual burnout. However, he believes that by understanding your design as a spirit, soul and body, you can experience true liberation. “You are a spirit with a soul and a body,” he affirms. This knowledge, along with pursuing intimacy with God, will help believers live with “grace and ease,” as Jesus promised: “Come to me all who are heavy laden and burdened, and I will give you rest.”

One key difference Chatfield highlights is the contrast between condemnation and conviction. He shares, “The Holy Spirit does not condemn; He convicts.” He elaborates, explaining, “Condemnation reminds you of what you’ll never be able to accomplish, while conviction reminds you of what’s already yours.”

Chatfield promises believers that we can place our full trust and dependency upon the Holy Spirit to completely transform us in all three areas of life. In Christ, we are not just survivors; we are more than conquerors. The victory He offers is not just a fleeting moment of triumph, but an enduring, unshakable position of authority and power.

No matter what you face, remember that you are not fighting for victory—you are living from a place of victory. The power of the Holy Spirit within you is greater than anything in this world, and in Christ, you have already triumphed over sin, death and every force that comes against you. You are more than a conqueror, and in Him, you will always stand victorious.

Being Blessed Isn’t Just a Gift: It’s Your Divine Responsibility

What if being blessed by God isn’t just something that happens every now and then, but is in fact part of His greater plan?

When it comes to the topic of being blessed, many Christians believe it’s something we have to earn. However, what if God blesses us so that we can better be used by Him, for His glory?

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

In a message posted to TikTok, author Kelly Kopp shared why believers today need a perspective shift when it comes to blessing.

Kopp begins by explaining how many of us view our needs: “Most of us see ourselves as a cup. This is what I need. Fill it up, fill it up.” While this mindset is common, it limits our understanding of God’s provision. We focus on receiving, but in doing so, we forget that we’re called to be conduits of His blessings.

He continues, “But sometimes I’m completely empty. I’ve got nothing that I can give. And I just beg God, please fill me up, fill it up.” The problem with this mindset is that even when we’re filled, we’re still constrained by our own capacity, only able to give out as much as we’ve received.

Instead, Kopp invites us to see ourselves as a “water hose,” a tool meant to deliver water, not store it. “The plan was for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus, to meet the needs in others’ lives, to be a blessing to them.”

In this new perspective, we are not focused on holding water (blessings) but on letting it flow through us to others. “When has a water hose ever complained about not having water? Never. Why? Because the hose always gets wet.” This powerful image shows that a hose’s purpose is to give, and because it gives, it always has enough.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

Kopp also explains the shift in mindset needed: “Provision will follow.” When we stop focusing on our own need to accumulate blessings, and instead focus on being a blessing to others, we tap into God’s abundant provision. “When you change your perspective and you stop chasing money, cause money is just a tool and a resource, and you start chasing Jesus…you get the heart of the Father.” This perspective shift allows us to align with God’s vision and experience the overflow of blessings that He pours through us.

Finally, Kopp emphasizes that being blessed is not optional: “Being blessed, it’s not an option, it’s a requirement. Because it’s our job to meet the needs in others.” He urges Christians to change the way they see themselves and their purpose, understanding that when we become vessels for God’s blessings, provision will always follow.

God is not looking for people who simply want to be filled—He’s looking for those who are willing to be poured out. When you shift your mindset from being a cup to becoming a conduit, you’ll discover that the flow of His provision never runs dry. Blessing others isn’t optional—it’s the very reason you’re blessed.
