Harbingers All Around: How 9/11 Echoed Israel’s Final Warning

Is God sending a message of repentance to the people of the United States?

During Media Day 2025 presented by Charisma Media, Jonathan Cahn sat down with Deep Believer’s Jennifer Bagnaschi to issue a prophetic warning that America is following a dangerous path—one that mirrors the defiant course taken by ancient Israel in the days leading to its destruction.

In this powerful interview, Cahn unpacked the chilling parallels between Isaiah 9:10 and America’s response to the 9/11 attacks, identifying a biblical pattern of national judgment that continues to unfold.

“In the last days of ancient Israel,” Cahn says, “there appeared a series of prophetic signs, warnings of national judgment. The same signs have now reappeared on American soil.”

At the heart of Cahn’s message, is Isaiah 9:10: “The bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild with hewn stone; the sycamores have been cut down, but we will plant cedars in their place.” This ancient declaration was one of defiance, not repentance—a vow to rebuild stronger without turning back to God. Cahn argues that this same spirit emerged in America following the terror attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

“America is now the nation that has known God, but has turned away,” Cahn warns. “On the day after 9/11, the Senate majority leader stood on Capitol Hill and proclaimed the ancient vow of defiance, word for word. He said, ‘The bricks have fallen, but we will rebuild with hewn stone.’”

According to Cahn, this wasn’t just a coincidence. “He had no idea what he was doing,” he says. “He was identifying America as a nation under judgment.”

Cahn also describes Ground Zero as a modern-day version of the destruction seen in ancient Israel, and yet, rather than repenting, America doubled down. “A stone appeared in the ruins of Ground Zero,” he says. “A ceremonial cornerstone, just as in ancient Israel, proclaiming, ‘We will rebuild.’ That stone was called the ‘hewn stone.’”

To order Jennifer Bagnaschi’s new book, The Devil’s Greatest Fear, visit Amazon.com.

Another eerie sign involved a sycamore tree planted at Ground Zero. “The sycamore tree had fallen, and in its place, they planted a conifer tree—the biblical ‘erez,’ or cedar,” Cahn explains. “They called it the Tree of Hope, but it withered away.”

Cahn believes these aren’t random acts of symbolism—they are prophetic signs. “The leaders of our nation were unknowingly pronouncing judgment upon America,” he says. “The same nine-word vow that led to Israel’s destruction was now echoing through the halls of American power.”

The signs are undeniable, and the parallels between America and ancient Israel are too precise to ignore. The time for complacency has passed. What was once a warning has become a final plea—for repentance, for return to Christ and for spiritual revival.

Perry Stone: The Real Reason Your Prayers Aren’t Being Answered Yet

Why are some prayers answered immediately while others take years?

This is a question that we’ve all encountered and wondered about. However, what may be the reasoning behind why God works this way? In a recent message, Bible teacher Perry Stone addressed this exact question.

“This is going to help every single person that watches this,” Stone said at the beginning of his message. Drawing from biblical stories, personal trials, and prophetic insight, he offered powerful explanations for divine delays.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

He spoke candidly about his family’s journey through his son’s addiction. “We had to pray nine years. We had to deal with his addiction and we had to deal with his willpower,” Stone said. “It took nine years before finally a breakthrough came, and it came through a wonderful treatment program.”

Stone added, “We are so proud of our son Jonathan, because he loves the Lord and he’s been through a lot and he’s wanting to help people now that are struggling.”

He also shared about his wife Pam’s prolonged health battle. “We’ve been praying for her for about 18 months for something to get healed in her body,” he said. “And we’ve often said, ‘It’s just taking a long time for this to heal.’”

Pointing to Luke 18, Stone explained the parable of the persistent widow: “In Luke 18, when Jesus gave the parable of the unjust judge… He said, ‘Will not God avenge His own elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bears long with them?’”

Stone cited biblical examples of delay for divine purpose:

  • Abraham and Sarah waited 24 years for Isaac. “God waited till Sarah went through physical menopause… then He allows her to conceive,” he said. “That’s a miracle.”
  • Jacob fled Esau’s wrath for 20 years. “The reason is his brother’s wrath had to cool off,” Stone said.
  • Joseph spent over a decade in prison. “God had to wait to give him seven years to prepare [for the famine],” he explained.
  • Even Jesus came in the “fullness of time” (Galatians 4:4), after prophecies, Roman roads, and a common Greek language were in place.

Stone believes that sometimes we experience delay because “there are things that God will not permit you to see because if you saw them, you would mess it up.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

In the meantime as we wait on God to fulfill the very things He has promised us, Stone encourages Christians to write down their vision, just like Habakkuk 2:3 says: “For though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come.”

If you’re in a season of waiting, don’t mistake delay for denial. God’s timing is not just perfect—it’s protective, purposeful and prophetic. Stay faithful, stay expectant, and trust that what feels like a setback is often the setup for something far greater than you imagined.

John Eckhardt: God Is Talking to You Through Dreams—This Is How to Hear Him

Could God possibly be speaking to you through your sleep?

In a powerful message, Apostle John Eckhardt calls believers to embrace the dream realm as a vital channel through which God speaks, counsels and delivers us. Many Christians, he says, are frustrated by an inability to remember their dreams or feel as though they’ve stopped dreaming altogether. However, he believes this spiritual frustration can be overcome through humility and prayer.

“We’re going to pray that your dream life would be reactivated tonight,” Eckhardt declares. “Dreams can bring counsel, wisdom, revelation, deliverance, direction and insight.”

He references the biblical account of King Nebuchadnezzar in the book of Daniel, who had a dream that deeply disturbed him—but couldn’t interpret it. The king turned to his magicians for help, but only the prophet Daniel, through divine revelation, was able to provide the king with what he needed. “What a supernatural manifestation of the spirit of God,” Eckhardt says.

To order John Eckhardt’s book, Prayers That Rout Demons, visit Amazon.com.

This, he says, is an example of “dream recall by the Spirit of God”—something still available today. “God doesn’t forget the dream. If God gives the dream, even though you don’t remember it, God doesn’t forget it.”

A major hindrance to remembering or understanding dreams, Eckhardt warns, is pride. “Sometimes I believe there’s spirits in the lives of people that can prevent them from even remembering the dream. It could have been pride,” he says, referring again to Nebuchadnezzar. “Pride can hinder revelation, pride can block the voice of God from coming to you.”

Humility, on the other hand, opens the door to divine insight. “God gives grace to the humble,” Eckhardt emphasizes. “We want to have grace with our dreams… because without the grace of God, we’re completely helpless in this realm.”

Eckhardt encourages practical steps as well, such as journaling dreams immediately upon waking. But more importantly, he urges Christians to humble themselves in prayer. “We’re going to humble ourselves and pray that God would reveal Himself to us in the dream realm,” he says. “We need direction from you. We need it in order to avoid mistakes and pitfalls.”

He also quotes Job 33 to underscore the divine purpose of dreams: “God speaks once, yea twice… in a dream, in a vision of the night… that he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.”

In a world flooded with distractions, God is still speaking—often in the quiet moments when we least expect it, like in our dreams. John Eckhardt reminds us that the night hours are not wasted; they’re holy ground where divine strategies, revelations and breakthroughs are revealed. If we will tune our spirits to hear, we’ll discover that heaven is never silent—and God may already be answering the prayers we haven’t yet spoken.

James River Church, Assemblies of God Split and Member Voting: What You Should Know

In a surprising and bold move, James River Church announced last month that they would be parting from the Assemblies of God denomination. Now, more details surrounding the situation have come to light.

While John Lindell told the congregation that the split was a unanimous decision, according to Protestia, this was not the case. The outlet reported that members of the board of trustees resigned to protest this decision about departing the denomination. Reportedly, the voting rights of those in the church were taken away in 2019 during a business meeting, without congregants’ knowledge.

This latest update comes as the Assemblies of God said last month that this decision from John Lindell to take the church outside of the denomination left them “blindsided.”

In their statement about the split, James River said that they were “…thankful for the Assemblies of God, and we intend to continue partnering with the Assemblies of God in a variety of ways…” which included “continued support of missionaries and missions efforts to take the Gospel around the world.”

This is not the first time that James River Church has been caught up in controversy. Last year, James River and John Lindell faced backlash across social media and from pastor Mark Driscoll for hiring a sword swallower to perform at their Stronger Men’s Conference. They also previously received criticism for having monster truck performances at a previous men’s conference as well.

Are You Qualified for the Holy Spirit? Here’s What Scripture Says

What does it take for someone to experience a true outpouring of the Holy Spirit?

In a world often divided by status, qualifications, and background the message of Acts 2 stands in stark contrast. The outpouring of the Holy Spirit on the day of Pentecost wasn’t limited to a select few. It was—and still is—a promise for everyone.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“Let’s go back to the very beginning,” Gordon Robertson says in a recent 700 Club video, “where 120 people assembled in the upper room. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. They all began speaking in other languages.” The scene was so chaotic that the crowd assumed the disciples were drunk. But Peter stood up and boldly declared, “This is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel.”

Joel 2 prophesied this moment: “Afterwards, I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh. Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.” Robertson emphasizes the radical inclusivity of this passage: “There’s no gender to the baptism of the Holy Spirit. There’s no social standing to the baptism of the Holy Spirit… all you need is to have flesh.”

In contrast to religious traditions that emphasize achieving holiness or belonging to a certain class or lineage, the Holy Spirit is available to all. “You don’t have to be a Levite. You don’t have to be an elder. You don’t have to be a member of the tribe of Judah,” Robertson explains. “When you look at the history of religion, it’s all based on how holy can you get… but here’s a promise that’s for everybody.”

Recalling the Pentecostal tarrying meetings of the 1960s and 1970s, Robertson shares how believers were taught to fast, pray, and wait for the Spirit to come—often after midnight. But he clarifies, “All those things are good, but they don’t qualify you for the Holy Spirit. What qualifies you is that Jesus died on a cross for you.”

The promise of Joel was fulfilled after Jesus’ death and resurrection, when He ascended to the Father and sent the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit came with power. “When you get that inpouring and that outpouring of His Spirit, then you get all the gifts of the Spirit.”

The outpouring of the Holy Spirit was never meant for an elite few—it is God’s promise to all. It transcends status, gender and background, offering power, comfort and divine presence to anyone willing to receive. In a world that often demands worthiness, the Holy Spirit is a gift of grace, freely given to all who believe.

Gen Z and the ‘Situationship’ Epidemic: Mike Signorelli’s 3 Hard Truths on Dating

The next generation has been plagued by an unknown dating epidemic: situationships. This modern take on dating has left many heartbroken, confused and in need of some godly wisdom. In a sit-down chat with his daughter, Bella, Pastor Mike Signorelli addressed this topic, providing some fatherly counsel and advice.

“I’ve been hearing the word ‘situationship,’ which is when a guy doesn’t define the relationship,” Signorelli begins. “As a dad to two girls, I never would want one of my precious daughters to be some other man’s situation. As a matter of fact, it makes me want to fight somebody live on camera right now.”

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

The father-daughter duo confronted the harsh realities of dating culture, including ghosting, emotional trauma and insecurity-driven relationships. Signorelli (Dad) doesn’t dismiss the seriousness of ghosting but explains the reasoning behind it in some cases: “Sometimes there is no right way to end a relationship… because they’re mentally and emotionally disturbed and they’re always going to have a counterpoint.” For those wondering why ending relationships can be so painful, he explains, “Relationships are like car crashes—the faster you go, the more damage is done.” He cautions against going too deep emotionally, too fast: “You go from barely talking to each other to three-hour FaceTime calls.”

For a bit of fatherly advice, Signorelli warns not to date when you’re feeling broken.

“When you date out of your insecurities, what that means is that you’re choosing someone that you believe is going to solve your insecurities. And that’s toxic.”

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

To help Christians self-diagnose whether they are dating out of insecurity, Signorelli offers three key signs:

  1. “Are you making progress mentally and emotionally through your own trauma and pain without another person?”
  2. “If you can’t be attracted to a healthy person, you’re not healthy.”
  3. “You settle for what you know is not God’s best.”

Bella makes a good point that when we have physical wounds, we have to put alcohol on it, even though it may sting for a bit. In a similar way, when we invite the Holy Spirit into our dating spaces, even though it’s scary, He can heal our insecurity and bring His perfect will into our lives.

Perhaps one of the scariest questions of all that Bella asks is how to determine whether or not someone is the person God intends for you to marry.

“At the end of the day, you don’t know definitively,” says Signorelli. “Faith is the evidence of things hoped for. It’s the substance of things not seen. And it’s like instead of me hoping that Julie is the right one, the question is ‘Have I become the right one for her?’ and ‘Is she becoming the right one for me in every season of our life?’ And I have faith. So, it’s like I have faith in our relationship and what God is and does through me and through her, and we’re becoming instead of being.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

In a culture where love is often confused with convenience and commitment is traded for comfort, Pastor Mike Signorelli’s conversation with his daughter Bella brings a much-needed voice of truth to the dating struggles of Gen Z. Although ‘situationships’ may be the current norm, they are not God’s design. For the next generation, this isn’t just dating advice—it’s a call to rise above cultural confusion and pursue a love story authored by the Creator Himself.

Blood for Power: Ex-Cult Member Lifts the Veil on Spiritual Vampires and Ritual Abuse

For some, the concept of vampires is just a something made up to scare children. However, what if that’s not the case? What if there is actually truth to the reality of vampires and their influence on our world today?

In an interview with The Deep End’s Taylor Welch, Nathan Reynolds explains his journey and testimony of leaving a cultic upbringing which included connection and participation with spiritual and physical vampires.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“There are spiritual vampires. These are not metaphors. These are real individuals that operate in the spirit, that are… they parasitically require us to feed them,” Reynolds says.

Reynolds first shared his harrowing encounter with a former “shadow walker”—a trained spiritual assassin sent to kill him. What could have ended in death instead became a divine setup for deliverance, forgiveness and a demonstration of God’s unrelenting power to transform even the darkest heart.

To order Jenny Weaver’s new book, The Wicked World of Witchcraft, visit Amazon.com.

Reynolds, who had spent years navigating intense spiritual warfare, described how he became aware of a man watching him in public. Initially unsure whether the figure was friend or foe, Reynolds suspicions were confirmed when the man revealed his purpose: “For this brief moment of my life, I finally saw another shadow walker in the flesh here and instead of being on assignment to kill me, he’s making himself known to me that he wants to talk. He’s refusing an order. He’s off mission. He’s off script. He’s off programming.”

Contrary to fictional portrayals, Reynolds says vampires undergo physiological and spiritual changes that allow them to survive by consuming blood. “They are not made of blood. They consume our blood to gain life… to put off the suffering that they’re experiencing in their fallen nature.”

He describes one shocking ritual he witnessed in Arizona: “They brought a live pig to this altar, and he had a ritual blade. And he slaughtered the pig on the altar. And he drank that blood, and he was raised up, and it went through his body. And his spine stood erect. The joints of his hands were straightened out. His complexion came back to life. His skin transformed in front of my face.”

According Reynolds, this transformation was not metaphorical. “I watched him get healed from the inside out… He was dying until he drank that blood.”

He further explains that these vampires have a distinct metabolism. “They have an altered metabolic system… a different metabolic process is taking place inside their body.”

The spiritual aspect is deeply intertwined with ancient rebellion. “They’ve been demarcated from the kingdom of heaven and need a different power source… so the way they jack in is through the blood.”

Though Reynolds had been entrenched in a world saturated with darkness, blood rituals and demonic power, he testifies that no pit is too deep for the saving arm of Jesus. When he cried out in desperation, it wasn’t religion or ritual that saved him—it was a real encounter with the risen Savior.

Now, the one who was once used by the enemy has become a vessel of truth and deliverance. From the depths of spiritual vampirism to the heights of redemptive grace, his story proclaims the power of the blood of Jesus to save, heal and restore.

Chilling Truth About False Prophecy: What You Need to Know

In an age where prophetic voices are abundant and often unchecked, Rabbi Kirt Schneider offers a timely message about wisdom and discernment. In a conversation with Christian content creator Troy Black, Rabbi Schneider tackles two pressing issues in the church today: the role of Old Testament Law for modern believers and the epidemic of false prophecy.

Schneider opens with a powerful observation from Exodus 30, where priests were commanded to burn incense each morning. “How does that apply to you and I as followers and disciples of Messiah Jesus today?” he asks. While Christians are no longer bound to temple rituals, Schneider argues that the spirit of these commands—daily worship and reverence—still applies.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

The deeper issue, he suggests, is the church’s detachment from its biblical roots. “We need to get back to the fear of the Lord,” Schneider says. “Yeshua said…‘Do not think I’ve come to abolish the Law and the prophets…I’ve not come to abolish, but fulfill.’” He makes it clear this isn’t about returning to legalism, but about rediscovering God’s self-revelation in the Torah. “Although we’ve been redeemed from the curse of the Law, it doesn’t mean we’ve been redeemed from God’s wisdom.”

This wisdom, Schneider believes, is essential for navigating today’s confusion around prophecy. He warns that many in the church are more interested in the next YouTube prophecy than studying Scripture. “People don’t fear the Lord,” he laments. “You can’t say ‘thus saith the Lord’ without the fear of the Lord. You better not be saying that unless you know that you’ve heard from God.”

Citing Deuteronomy 18, he reminds listeners that in ancient Israel, false prophecy was met with the gravest of consequences—death by stoning. “Why would God want Israel to stone a false prophet to death?” he asks. “Because…when someone does come along with a true prophetic word, [people] don’t even want to hear it anymore.”

Schneider also critiques the widespread misinterpretation of grace and Law, tracing it back to Constantine’s anti-Semitic reforms and translation issues in the King James Bible. “They added the word ‘but’—‘the Law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ,’” he explains. “That word isn’t in the original manuscripts. It should read, ‘The Law was given through Moses, grace and truth were realized through Jesus Christ.’” According to Schneider, the Law is not opposed to grace but is rather “a preliminary grace” that reflects God’s character.

The gravity of speaking on behalf of God cannot be overstated. In an age where voices clamor for attention and spiritual authority is often wielded carelessly, the call to holy reverence has never been more urgent. True prophecy carries the weight of heaven, and those who claim to speak it must do so with trembling, not pride. The fear of the Lord is not a relic of the past—it is the foundation of wisdom, discernment and authentic spiritual power.

If we are to see a pure move of God in our generation, it must begin with repentance, humility and a return to the sacredness of His voice.

God Is Giving You 90 Days: The Prophetic Word to Reset Your Life

A prophetic message recently given by Jeremiah Johnson is calling believers into a divine 90-day window of rest, reset and retreat. Johnson declared, “There is a kairos time, a specific invitation that God is speaking over your life.”

This is not merely a break from routine, but a spiritual invitation to reprioritize, reflect and reconnect—with God, with family and within marriages. “I’m inviting you into rest, says the Lord. I’m inviting you into a reset. I’m inviting you into a summer of retreat,” Johnson shared.

He compared this moment to a window of opportunity that requires intentional change. “Obviously something would have to shift in your life in order to partner with that word,” he said, encouraging believers to evaluate their plans and pace. “Busyness does not equal fruitfulness.”

Drawing from personal experience, Johnson shared how God once instructed him to take 45 days off from ministry—without preaching or income. In the end, God provided unexpectedly through a $25,000 check from a distant acquaintance. “I’m testifying to you today: God is faithful.”

The prophetic word also calls for deeper investments in marriage and family life. “Some of you need to get radical about your marriage,” he said. “The Lord is throwing a lifeline. He’s saying, ‘I want to develop new rhythms in your marriage.’” Johnson encouraged couples to prioritize communication and regular connection. “Communication is the gateway to connection,” he said. “Every investment you make in your marriage and family is an eternal investment.”

The call is not just for spiritual reset but for practical action—whether it’s making time for weekly worship nights at home, taking long-overdue family vacations or stepping back from overcommitment. “Many of you need to slow down,” Johnson warned. “You’re not behind God—you’re ahead of God.”

With Psalm 23 as a guiding word, he urged the church to embrace the invitation: “Will you let the Good Shepherd shepherd your soul this summer? Will you allow Him to lead you beside still, quiet waters?”

“Behold, I make all things new,” Johnson quoted. “Would you let me shepherd you this year?”

The next 90 days are not just a stretch of time—they are a divine summons. This is a pivotal window to realign with God’s will, sever what no longer serves His purpose, and step boldly into the future He has prepared. What you choose to do now could define the course of your destiny.
