“I loathe this new Cracker Barrel logo.“The original iconic logo always made me think about eating at my grandparents’ house in South Carolina. This new logo invokes absolutely no feeling whatsoever. It’s soulless, generic, and completely devoid of character,” one user wrote.
Another posted images of many of the many initiatives the company supports, adding fuel to the accusation this logo change was not an innocuous decision, but part of an agenda.
“Cracker Barrel’s CEO and leadership clearly hate the company’s customers and see their mission as re-educating them with the principles of gay race communism,” the user said on the various causes and groups Cracker Barrel supports.
Country music singer and songwriter John Rich made a prediction after noticing similarities in the restaurant rebranding and the boycott Anheuser-Busch dealt with for its partnership with “transgender” influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
Rich asked his followers, “Will you go to Cracker Barrel now that it’s going woke? This could be a ‘Bud Light‘ moment in the making…”
USA Today also noted Cracker Barrel’s restaurants will be getting a makeover as they move away from the antique and wood aesthetic for a bright farmhouse one.
To summarize, Cracker Barrel is losing its logo featuring an old man, it is remodeling its stores, and it supports a number of leftist social initiatives that show the prospect of bleeding over into the workplace.
One can only imagine how the meeting went where the decision was made to change the logo.
The old man in a chair represents “the patriarchy” and “a grassroots conservatism that no longer speaks to our values,” or he “embodies a narrow white male customer base that isolates an expanding and increasingly diverse group of restaurant goers.”
Rich could be onto something here.
If Cracker Barrel pushes too hard too quickly, this could see them lose a loyal customer base that took decades to acquire.

Historic Discovery Near Ancient Site Tied to the Ark of the Covenant
Archaeology just keeps proving that the Bible is more than a story. It is a historical narrative that proves the existence of God’s people and His miracles.
In a report by the Daily Mail, archaeologists have located a gold ring at the location which is believed to have been the spot where the Ark of the Covenant resided.
This ring, which was unveiled in the City of David, is believed to be 2,300 years old, and is the second of its type to be found in the area. The excavation took place by the Israel Antiquities Authority, and if dated correctly, is from the period of the Second Temple.
This discovery adds yet another layer to the mystery surrounding the Ark of the Covenant—a sacred object described in Scripture as the dwelling place of God’s presence and the vessel of His covenant with Israel. The Bible recounts in Exodus 25 how God gave Moses precise instructions to build the Ark, and later in 2 Samuel and 1 Kings, its central role in Israel’s worship and national identity is recorded. Yet, its final resting place remains one of history’s greatest unsolved mysteries. Finds like this gold ring serve as reminders that the biblical record is deeply rooted in real places, real people and real events.
As archaeologists continue to uncover evidence in Jerusalem and beyond, each artifact points back to the truth that the Bible is not myth but history interwoven with divine revelation. In the end, the Ark’s mystery does not simply lie in where it was hidden, but in what it represents: the holiness of God, His unbroken promises, and the hope of His presence dwelling with His people forever.

Hamas Terrorists Attack Israeli Base in Search of More Hostages
Israel faced another Hamas raid Wednesday morning when terrorists stormed a military base in southern Gaza’s Khan Younis in a coordinated assault.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), at least 18 terrorists emerged from a tunnel at around 9 a.m. and opened fire. Israeli troops quickly returned fire, killing at least 10 attackers through close combat and airstrikes. An aerial search is now underway for those who escaped back underground.
The IDF confirmed that three Israeli soldiers were injured, one seriously, during the attack. The terrorists’ goal was clear: to abduct soldiers from the base. Hamas’ military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades, boasted that its operatives “stormed” the base and used sniper fire to “fatally wound” a tank commander.
The group further claimed, “One of the martyrs detonated himself among the soldiers, leaving them dead and wounded.” The IDF, however, has reported no fatalities.
The raid comes as Israel prepares to seize Gaza City and dismantle Hamas’ military infrastructure. Mediators from Egypt and Qatar have increased ceasefire talks, but Hamas refuses to meet core Israeli demands, including disarming and expelling its leaders from Gaza.
President Donald Trump voiced strong support for Israel’s campaign, declaring that Hamas will not release hostages until it is “confronted and destroyed.” Israeli intelligence believes around 20 hostages remain alive in Gaza, with the bodies of up to 50 others still held by the terror group.

UFO Disclosure: 4 Alien Species Identified by Ex-Pentagon Insider
Are we on the verge of alien disclosure?
A recent conversation between U.S. Congressman Eric Burlison and Redacted News suggests that the idea may not be as far-fetched as many once thought. According to Burlison, credible scientists and Pentagon insiders have spoken of not one, but four distinct alien species allegedly present on Earth.
The claims surfaced after a Capitol Hill discussion on UFOs and UAPs, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena. Physicist Dr. Eric Davis, a respected researcher who worked on top-secret Pentagon projects, told lawmakers that evidence points to four possible non-human operators of unidentified crafts. The alleged alien types he identified were the Grays, Nordics, Insectoids and Reptilians—categories long familiar to UFO researchers and enthusiasts.
Congressman Burlison, a Missouri representative serving on the House Oversight Committee and the UAP caucus, was seated directly beside Davis during the exchange. While Davis was not under oath in that setting, Burlison confirmed that this was not the first time he had heard such claims. “I have been in meetings with individuals—not in classified settings—where they’ve brought up the four distinct classifications of aliens,” Burlison explained. “Not that I believe it. I have yet to see any evidence that that is the case. But it is something that repeatedly comes up.”
When asked which details shocked him most in private briefings, Burlison recalled claims that certain individuals could mentally “call in” UFOs through consciousness or telepathy. While he tested one person’s assertion on the spot—unsuccessfully—he admitted that the consistency of such reports was surprising. “Sometimes these people profess to be Christians, some are not. The religious aspect just really keeps coming up in this topic,” Burlison noted.
The spiritual undertones of the phenomenon are difficult to ignore. Whistleblowers and alleged insiders of secret space programs have claimed that telepathic ability or heightened consciousness is often cited as a factor in their selection for classified projects. Some frame the issue in spiritual or even biblical terms, connecting the unexplained to angelic or demonic activity.
But beyond the mystery of alleged alien species, the Congressman stressed another frustration: government secrecy. “We as taxpayers have been funding this, whether at the Pentagon or other places where trillions of dollars have gone missing, and we’re not allowed to know about it,” Burlison said. He drew comparisons to other withheld truths, pointing to the long-delayed disclosures about the JFK assassination and ongoing questions surrounding Jeffrey Epstein.
For Burlison, the implications are troubling no matter the outcome. If the claims about aliens are true, they would reshape humanity’s understanding of the universe. If they are false, it raises another alarming question: why would respected government scientists and intelligence insiders risk their credibility to spread disinformation?
As the Congressman put it, “If it’s true, it’s shocking. If it’s not true, that’s also shocking.”
With continued hearings, growing public interest and mounting testimonies, the issue of UAPs and possible non-human intelligences is unlikely to fade. Whether disclosure is imminent or misinformation is being exposed, one thing is certain: this debate has captured both Congress and the public in ways not seen since the first reports of UFOs generations ago.

‘This has got to be God here’: Shortly After Daughter’s Dream, Family Is Reunited with Dog Lost 6 Years Ago
Six years ago, a double disaster struck a Florida family.
Sadly, they were later heartbroken to learn that the person they had entrusted with their dog had given Bella away to a stranger without their permission.
That was the last Lisa and Jason Nicholson saw of their beloved family pet for six years.
But one morning in early August, Lisa Nicholson told ABC News that her daughter, Liberty, now 18, told her she’d had a dream about Bella.
Then, just two days later, the family got a phone call from the Fort Lauderdale Police Department, 200 miles away from St. Cloud, where they now live.
Bella had been found.
The Fort Lauderdale Fire Department had been called to a local canal with a report of a dog struggling in the water.
That incident had attracted the attention of local media, including WTVJ-TV, which captured video of the dog being lifted out of the water and later receiving care at the fire department.
The story started to gain wider media attention after a new development: Police discovered a microchip in the dog that had been implanted in 2018.
That chip led them to the Nicholson family.
“I believe it was a God miracle,” Lisa told WTVT-TV.
“It started with a dream, and the dream came true two days later.”
She elaborated for ABC News: “I just said, ‘This has got to be God here,’ because… my daughter has a dream, and then all of a sudden the dog appears after about six years? Like, it’s a dream come true.”
The reunion at a Fort Lauderdale Park was joyful.
“Bella immediately recognized the family,” People reported.
Lisa said that the reunion “felt like our family was made whole again — like being reunited with a long-lost friend.”
“That was how [the police] were able to locate us, through the microchip, because they had all of our information.”
To those critical of their original decision to place the dog with a friend after the fire, she added, “I want people to understand that when people are able to get their dogs back [after] any situation, don’t think bad of them, because we suffered too. We were heartbroken too, but now our hearts have been mended.”

Appeals Court Hands Trump a Massive Victory, Tosses ‘Excessive’ Penalty from Letitia James Lawsuit
An appeals court has thrown out the massive civil fraud penalty against President Donald Trump, ruling Thursday in New York state’s lawsuit accusing him of exaggerating his wealth.
The decision came seven months after the Republican returned to the White House. A panel of five judges in New York’s mid-level Appellate Division said the verdict, which stood to cost Trump over $515 million and rock his real estate empire, was “excessive.”
After finding that Trump engaged in fraud by padding financial statements that went to lenders and insurers, Judge Arthur Engoron ordered him last year to pay $355 million in penalties. With interest, the sum has topped $515 million.
The total — combined with penalties levied on some other Trump Organization executives, including Trump’s sons Eric and Donald Jr. — now exceeds $527 million, with interest.
“While the injunctive relief ordered by the court is well crafted to curb defendants’ business culture, the court’s disgorgement order, which directs that defendants pay nearly half a billion dollars to the State of New York, is an excessive fine that violates the Eighth Amendment of the United States Constitution,” Judges Dianne T. Renwick and Peter H. Moulton wrote in one of several opinions shaping the appeals court’s ruling.
Engoron also imposed other punishments, such as banning Trump and his two eldest sons from serving in corporate leadership for a few years. Those provisions have been on pause during Trump’s appeal, and he was able to hold off collection of the money by posting a $175 million bond.
The court, which was split on the merits of the lawsuit and the lower court’s fraud finding, dismissed the penalty Engoron imposed in its entirety while also leaving a pathway for further appeals to the state’s highest court, the Court of Appeals.
The appeals court, the Appellate Division of the state’s trial court, took an unusually long time to rule, weighing Trump’s appeal for nearly 11 months after oral arguments last fall. Normally, appeals are decided in a matter of weeks or a few months.
New York Attorney General Letitia James, who brought the suit on the state’s behalf, has said the businessman-turned-politician engaged in “lying, cheating, and staggering fraud.”
Trump and his co-defendants denied wrongdoing. In a six-minute summation after a monthslong trial, Trump proclaimed in January 2024 that he was “an innocent man” and the case was a “fraud on me.” He has repeatedly maintained that the case and verdict were political moves by James and Engoron, who are both Democrats.
Trump’s Justice Department has subpoenaed James for records related to the lawsuit, among other documents, as part of an investigation into whether she violated the president’s civil rights. James’ personal attorney, Abbe D. Lowell, has said that investigating the fraud case is “the most blatant and desperate example of this administration carrying out the president’s political retribution campaign.”
Trump and his lawyers said his financial statements weren’t deceptive, since they came with disclaimers noting they weren’t audited. The defense also noted that bankers and insurers independently evaluated the numbers, and the loans were repaid.
Despite such discrepancies, he said the financial statements were, if anything, lowball estimates of his fortune.
During an appellate court hearing in September, Trump’s lawyers argued that many of the case’s allegations were too old, an assertion they made unsuccessfully before trial. The defense also contended that James misused a consumer-protection law to sue Trump and improperly policed private business transactions that were satisfactory to those involved.
State attorneys said the law in question applies to fraudulent or illegal business conduct, whether it targets everyday consumers or big corporations. Though Trump insists no one was harmed by the financial statements, the state contends that the numbers led lenders to make riskier loans than they knew, and that honest borrowers lose out when others game their net-worth numbers.
The state has argued that the verdict rests on ample evidence and that the scale of the penalty comports with Trump’s gains, including his profits on properties financed with the loans and the interest he saved by getting favorable terms offered to wealthy borrowers.
On Jan. 10, he was sentenced in his criminal hush money case to what’s known as an unconditional discharge, leaving his conviction on the books but sparing him jail, probation, a fine, or other punishment. He is appealing the conviction.
And in December, a federal appeals court upheld a jury’s finding that Trump sexually abused writer E. Jean Carroll in the mid-1990s and later defamed her, affirming a $5 million judgment against him. The appeals court declined in June to reconsider; he still can try to get the Supreme Court to hear his appeal.
He’s also appealing a subsequent verdict that requires him to pay Carroll $83.3 million for additional defamation claims.

Science Finally Admits What Scripture Said: Jesus’ Miracles Are Real
New research is offering a scientific explanation for two of Jesus Christ’s most famous miracles, but for those who stand on the Word of God, no human theory is needed to affirm what Scripture has already declared.
The New York Post reports the study focused on the “Miracle of the Loaves and Fishes” and the “Miraculous Catch of Fish.” Both events took place on the Sea of Galilee, also called Lake Kinneret in Israel.
The Gospels record that Jesus fed around 5,000 people with just five loaves of bread and two fish. In another account, He instructed His disciples to cast their nets after a night of catching nothing and they pulled in more fish than the boats could carry. These miracles are not legends but eyewitness accounts recorded in all four Gospels.
Researchers, however, attempted to explain what happened through natural causes. “The theory is strong winds churned the lower levels of water, depriving them of oxygen and suffocating the fish,” the Irish Star reported. “This would have caused the fish to float to the surface, providing an ideal opportunity to net them as they lay dead in the water.”
Yael Amitai, one of the researchers, said, “The Sea of Galilee is a stratified lake. The upper layer is warm and oxygenated, while the lower layer is cold and lacks oxygen. When a strong westerly wind blows, it pushes the upper warmer layer of water from the lake’s west to the east, where it piles up, pressing on the existing water. In the west of the lake, water from the lower layer rises. In this way, fluctuations called internal waves are created in the water profile,” according to The Times of Israel.
Ehud Strobach, a climate researcher from the Volcani Institute, added, “Using observations from the monitoring program in the Sea of Galilee, we created short 3D lake simulations for two fish kill events. These simulations indicate the initiation of internal waves and upwelling of cold anoxic (oxygen-poor) water into the surface at the location and time of the fish kill events.”
The study also speculated on timing: “As for when the event took place, it seems quite clear that the alleged ‘miracle,’ the only one recorded in all four gospels, most likely happened in late spring to early summer,” the report said.
The Truth of God’s Word
While scientists search for explanations, the Bible makes clear that these were not accidents of nature but true miracles performed by the Son of God. John 6:14 records the crowd’s response after the feeding of the 5,000: “This is truly the Prophet who is to come into the world.”
Jesus demonstrated His divine power by providing abundantly where there was nothing, proving He is Lord over creation. These signs, along with healing the sick, raising the dead, walking on water and ultimately His resurrection, reveal Him as the Messiah.
As John 20:31 declares, “These are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His name.”
No scientific model can replace the testimony of Scripture. The miracles happened exactly as the Bible records, and they continue to point all of history to the truth of Jesus Christ.

Black Moon 2025: Rare Event Coming Soon With Prophetic Echoes
A Rare Lunar Event
On Aug. 23, the night sky will experience a Black Moon, though you won’t actually see it.
“At 2:06 a.m. EDT, the moon will officially pass through its new moon phase,” Space.com reported.
A Black Moon isn’t an official astronomical term but refers to unusual timings of new moons. “Every so often, an ‘extra’ new moon sneaks in and the third in that sequence is dubbed a Black Moon,” Space.com explained. Such events occur about once every 33 months.
While invisible, the nights that follow can be stunning. “On the evenings of Aug. 24 and Aug. 25, look toward the western horizon about 30 to 40 minutes after sunset to spot a delicate silver arc, the moon’s first reappearance after going dark,” Space.com noted.
Science Versus Speculation
The Daily Mail reported that prophecy watchers often link Black Moons to end-times signs, but astronomers stress otherwise. “‘A black moon is just a second new moon that happens in one calendar month,’ said Walter Freeman, associate teaching professor of physics at Syracuse University. ‘From a scientific perspective, this is no different than any other new moon.’”
NASA explains that the moon’s far side is lit during this phase, making it invisible to Earth. Still, Freeman said, “‘The lack of moonlight makes for perfect stargazing conditions.’”
Biblical Perspective
Scripture does point to cosmic signs in the last days. Jesus warned, “The sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light” (Mark 13:24). Joel also prophesied, “The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come” (Joel 2:31).
The Bible makes clear that these dramatic celestial events will occur during the Great Tribulation, a period of judgment before Christ’s return. The current Black Moon, while rare, is part of the natural lunar cycle and not one of these prophetic fulfillments as we are clearly in the days leading up to the Great Tribulation.
Even so, believers are called to remain watchful. Jesus said, “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near” (Luke 21:28). Christians are to “watch and pray” (Matt. 26:41), discerning the signs of the times and living with expectation of His soon return.

Creepy Wildlife Epidemic? Mutant Deer Discovered with Tumor-Like Sores Across Their Bodies
Nature appears to have gone haywire.
First, sightings of rabbits with tentacle-like tumors on their faces broke the internet, followed up by “zombie squirrels” covered in warts. Now, we have mutant deer.
According to The U.S. Sun, these strange sightings of deer with large pus-filled blister clusters have shocked social media as these cases have been uncovered in New York, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Officially the condition is “deer cutaneous fibroma,” or deer warts.
The Daily Mail also reported how these symptoms in the deer are from the same larger family of papillomaviruses that affect humans with issues like common and plantar warts. It is believed that these warts are being caused by insects that are spreading the virus.
So, with all of these strange sightings, is it possible that what we are seeing is a preview further along into the end times? Revelation speaks of plagues and pestilence sweeping across the earth, and these unusual outbreaks among animals may be an early foreshadowing of that time. The appearance of mutant deer, zombie-like squirrels and other unnatural conditions in the animal kingdom may be an indication that creation itself is unraveling as we draw nearer to the return of Christ.
During the Great Tribulation, the book of Revelation describes terrifying plagues where both people and creation suffer under judgments unlike anything the world has ever seen. While these sightings may not be those exact judgments, they serve as a prophetic warning. Believers are urged to stay spiritually vigilant, keeping their eyes fixed on Christ.
The brokenness of creation reminds us that Jesus is coming soon to restore all things, and that now is the time to repent, turn to Him and be ready for His appearing.
