Amanda Grace Issues Urgent Prophetic Warning After Jonathan Cahn’s Viral Flight 618 Attack
A bizarre midair attack involving Jonathan Cahn is taking on an entirely new dimension as prophetic voice Amanda Grace says believers should pay close attention to its timing.
American Airlines Flight 618 was traveling from Dallas-Fort Worth to Newark on Sept. 3 when a disruptive passenger became violent, forcing the plane to divert to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. The passenger was eventually restrained with duct tape and zip ties before being taken into custody.
Charisma later reported that one of the passengers attacked was New York Times bestselling author and Messianic Jewish rabbi Jonathan Cahn. Cahn says the man threatened him, struck him and later struggled with him over his laptop before other passengers intervened.
Now, Grace believes a deeper spiritual warning may be hidden in the timing of what unfolded.
“What I’m about to tell you is urgent,” Grace says. “There is something very deep here that we’re about to uncover that is a warning for what’s to come.”
Grace points first to the flight number itself: 618.
In her prophetic interpretation, 18 carries particular significance because 6+6+6 equals 18, linking the number to the biblical number of the beast in Revelation 13.

But she doesn’t stop there.
Grace links the Sept. 3 attack to the Republican midterm convention scheduled to begin Sept. 9 in Dallas, the same city from which Cahn’s flight departed. Nine plus nine equals 18, she notes, while the incident itself occurred six days before Sept. 9.
For Grace, those details form what she sees as a striking pattern surrounding the number six.
“There is your 666 spirit of Antichrist that was aligning and hidden within this attack on that American Airlines flight involving Rabbi Jonathan Cahn,” Grace says.
Grace has repeatedly highlighted what she calls a significant two-year window between 2025 and 2027. In her calculation, the digits of 2025 add to nine, while those of 2027 add to 11—creating a symbolic “9/11.”
And now America is approaching an extraordinary convergence.
Sept. 11 marks the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. That evening also begins Rosh Hashanah and the Hebrew year 5787, another convergence that Grace has been highlighting in recent prophetic messages.
Then there is Cahn himself.
Grace connects the attack against Cahn with his newest book surrounding the ancient Altar of Pergamon, which is related to the “throne of Satan” referenced in Revelation 2.
For Grace, all of these threads produce a sobering message:
“America. 9/11. 666.”
Yet Grace’s message isn’t ultimately a prediction of catastrophe. It’s a call for believers to intercede before anything happens.
“What happened on that plane was a warning and a precursor,” Grace says, calling Christians to pray “that what is attempting to align is thwarted in this time.”
That may be the most important takeaway of all.
The biblical response to spiritual warfare has never been panic. It is prayer, discernment and faithfulness. This undoubtedly is a moment for the church to take its position on the wall.
“Continue to be watchmen right now,” she says. “Be in the Word of God every single day. Keep the faith.”
