Katie Souza Exposes the Spiritual Deception Behind UFOs, Nephilim and Fallen Angels

For years, conversations about UFOs, fallen angels and the Nephilim remained largely outside mainstream church discussions. But author and minister Katie Souza believes Christians can no longer afford to ignore what she sees as a growing spiritual battle surrounding the unexplained.

In a recent interview with Charisma Media, Souza discussed her new book, Star Gods, and why she believes the church has entered an urgent window of preparation.

Souza said she originally developed the framework for Star Gods approximately 15 years ago, when conversations surrounding Genesis 6 and the possibility of fallen angels having relations with human women were far less common in Christian circles.

“If you were to say that in the church, you would have gotten thrown out the door physically,” Souza said. “Nobody was talking about it. Nobody knew about it.”

Despite extensively studying passages in Genesis, Peter and Jude, Souza said she ultimately set the material aside for 15 years. However, when Charisma approached her about another book, the project resurfaced. This time, Souza believed the timing was right.

The renewed public fascination with unidentified anomalous phenomena only strengthened her conviction.

“The church is not ready,” Souza said while recounting the message surrounding a private meeting involving Christian leaders and discussion of the phenomenon. “There’s an urgency for the church to be educated on these things.”

That urgency also connects with what Souza calls a season of “sovereign acceleration.”

She described a prophetic vision in which a red race car came roaring toward her before stopping. The passenger door opened, and Souza said she heard God tell her, “Get in. I’m driving.”

Souza believes the vision represents God accelerating His purposes while believers contend against spiritual delay.

“The time is short,” she said, arguing that Christians must take advantage of the opportunities before them.

Perhaps the most sobering part of Souza’s message concerns what she believes could allow darkness to influence believers. She argues that unresolved bitterness, anger and unforgiveness can create spiritual vulnerabilities, even connecting those issues with what she describes as “alien activity.”

Souza’s warning ultimately centers on an unmistakable biblical principle: Believers cannot afford to casually tolerate spiritual compromise.

As conversations about UFOs and UAPs continue to capture the world’s attention, Souza is challenging Christians to look beyond the physical and ask a deeper question: Could something spiritual be behind the phenomenon, and is the church prepared to discern it?
