This isn’t the first faith-based production Franklin has been involved in. His Christian films include Miracles From Heaven (starring Jennifer Garner and Queen Latifah) and Breakthrough, which stars Chrissy Metz and highlights the true story of John Smith, a young boy who came back to life after being dead over an hour. Franklin is currently working on Flamin’ Hot (directed by Eva Longoria), which follows the life of the man who created the spicy snack food Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Kingdom Business is written by John Sakmar and Kerry Lenhart, who helped produce the drama, as did gospel singer Kirk Franklin and media producer Holly Carter.
