3 Prayers That Will Change Everything

Can prayer really change your life?

In a new video posted to Instagram, author Dayne Kamela shared three short prayers that have the power to move heaven and earth for your life and for the kingdom of God.

Prayer #1: Prayer to Hear the Holy Spirit Above Distraction

“Dear God, open up my ears so I can hear Your voice above every distraction,” Kamela prays.

We all know what it is like to be distracted, to have our eyes and ears focused on something outside of the Gospel. When we intentionally seek the Lord first and ask to hear Him, He is sure to answer.

Prayer #2: Prayer to Trust God’s Supernatural Timing

“Dear God, teach me to trust Your timing even when I don’t understand the process,” Kamela prays.

God often answers our prayers on a different timeline than we anticipated or would have hoped for. However, what He has for us is always better. Learning to trust Him through every high and low is a key piece of learning to walk in the Christian faith.

Prayer #3: Prayer for Discipline

“Dear God, fill me with discipline to seek You daily and stay consistent in prayer,” prays Kamela.

It takes discipline to open up our Bibles, actively pray and share the Gospel with the world around us. Godly discipline isn’t something we can do on our own, but requires the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

These three simple yet powerful prayers aren’t just words—they’re invitations to deeper intimacy with God. When we ask to hear His voice, trust His timing and seek Him with discipline, we position ourselves for transformation.

Prayer is not a passive ritual; it is an active weapon, a divine connection, and a daily lifeline. As Dayne Kamela reminds us, when we pray with sincerity and faith, heaven moves—and so do we. Let these prayers be your starting point for a life radically changed by the presence and power of God.

Kathryn Krick: Why Unity Is the Key to Unleashing Heaven’s Full Power

In a world where individuality often overshadows community, the church must be reminded of a foundational truth: we are one body—the body of Christ. This body is not defined by one church building, one ministry or one denomination. It is global, diverse and united by one Spirit, one Lord and one mission.

In a recent message by Kathryn Krick, she explained why unity in the body of Christ is critical for Christians if we desire to see God move throughout the earth.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

“It’s not supposed to be separate teams,” she says. “It’s not supposed to be the hand chopped off of the body doing its thing over here and the knee downwards chopped off doing its thing over here. It’s not going to work.”

God never intended for His people to operate in isolation. When one part of the body functions independently—like a detached limb—it cannot fulfill its purpose, and the whole body suffers. True power and effectiveness in the Kingdom of God are unlocked when we embrace our unity and recognize that we are all on the same team.

Krick emphasizes that while it’s important to be faithful to where God has planted us—“because where you’re planted is where you’re being equipped… it’s God releasing prophetic words of what you need right now”—we must not forget that we have “brothers and sisters around the world.” The body is made up of many members, and every one is vital.

Division is one of the enemy’s most effective strategies against the church. “A kingdom divided against itself cannot stand,” Krick warns. Satan weakens the church’s authority by stirring skepticism and superiority among believers. When churches or ministries say, “I’m the only right one here,” it leads to disunity, which hinders God’s greater purpose.

Even though God can still move in the midst of division, He desires more. “He can still move, but He can’t do all that He wants to do if we would actually be united,” says Krick.

We are called to build one another up—not wound each other. “We’re supposed to lift one another up off the ground… but what we have in the body of Christ so often is instead helping the devil beat down the person,”she says.

This is a serious issue, according to Krick. “God sees. We can’t hide that from God.” Personal success in ministry or life means little if it comes at the expense of tearing others down.

The time for division in the body of Christ is over. As Kathryn Krick boldly declares, we are not separate teams—we are one body, called to move in unity, power, and love. The enemy knows he cannot defeat a church that stands together, so he works overtime to divide us. But when we refuse to tear each other down and instead choose to lift one another up, we become the unstoppable force God intended.

This is not just a call to be nicer—it’s a call to war against the schemes of darkness with the weapon of unity. The revival we long for, the miracles we pray for, and the transformation we cry out for—they’re all waiting on the other side of a unified church.

Jack Hibbs Exposes Satan’s Greatest Lie, and Why It Still Deceives Millions

In a powerful continuation of his podcast series on spiritual warfare, Pastor Jack Hibbs dove deep into the realities of Satan, demons and the unseen war happening all around us. His message? Don’t be deceived—darkness is real, but so is Christ’s victory.

“All angels were created to serve the Lord,” Hibbs began, pointing to Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28 as critical passages that expose Satan’s origins. “Satan, Lucifer, had a special spot… he was the worship leader in all of God’s heaven.” Hibbs described the fallen angel as having “pipes,” “tambourines” and even music built into his very being: “The Bible says… when he brings his hands together, they are as timbrels.”

But that beauty and purpose twisted into pride. “He wanted to be a god. Beware of anybody who tries to convince you that you too can become a god. It didn’t go over well with Satan,” Hibbs explained.

Hibbs emphasized that Satan’s fall happened “before Adam and Eve were in the garden,” and firmly rejected the idea that demons are simply fallen angels. “I believe that demons are the spirits of those who drowned in the great flood who were known as Raphaim or Nephilim… they were not angels nor were they humans, they were something else.”

Even now, Hibbs warned, “Satan is loose to be about this world and he has his demon powers working for him.” However, “he is limited in power… he’s not omnipresent. He’s not omniscient. He’s not omnipotent. He is not omni anything.”

Still, Satan’s power of deception remains active. “He’s the ultimate influencer,” Hibbs said. “Jesus said he’s the father of all lies.” He shared that Satan cannot read minds but “can shoot things into your mind,” which is why believers must “bring every thought under the captivity of Jesus Christ.”

In a chilling moment, Hibbs recounted a personal encounter with a demon-possessed man. “This man’s eyes turned black in his head like black marbles… his voice changed… and he said, ‘Stop talking about Jesus. Don’t say the name anymore. I will not hear it.’” Hibbs boldly replied, “Jesus Christ is coming back… he’s the Lord… he rose again from the grave… he’s the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.”

The spirit responded with pure blasphemy: “Jesus Christ is in hell. He’s rotting and we’re eating his flesh.” Hibbs didn’t flinch: “Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of God the Father.”

On the prophetic timeline, Hibbs believes Satan’s strategy includes preparing a counterfeit messiah. “I think every generation Satan has had to have an antichrist waiting in the wings.” And today, Hibbs said, the world is primed: “The book of Daniel tells us that the Antichrist is going to arise when the world cries out for peace and prosperity.”

Despite the darkness, Hibbs reminded believers that “Satan is a defeated foe. He has no power over the believer. He only has power to sway the unbelievers.”

The final act? “He tries to throw everything in the kitchen sink at Jesus in what is called the battle of Armageddon… and it’s going to flop on him.”

The podcast closed with hope and conviction. “Jesus Christ is the Word. He’s God… second person of the Holy Trinity. And He is not threatened or rivaled by Satan.”

The battle is real, the enemy is cunning, but the victory belongs to the Lord.

You Are Called: John and Lisa Bevere Reveal How to Discover God’s Purpose for Your Life

John and Lisa Bevere want believers to know something simple but deeply transformative: “You are called.”

That’s not just the title of their new book—it’s the core message of their ministry and latest podcast episode.

“Every single Christian, every single Christian, gift,” Lisa emphasized. “So you talked about the calling, the gifts comes with a gift. Yes. To accomplish the calling.”

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Too often, people assume calling is reserved for pastors or church leaders. But as John pointed out, “God has called every single one of His children. And with those callings, He gives us very unique gifts to fulfill that calling. They’re supernatural gifts.” He recounted a story of a businessman who once told him, “I’ve worked so hard. Why should I work this hard for the next 10 years of my life? I mean, we’re set.” John’s answer? “Your gifts are more valuable than my gifts.”

And that truth doesn’t just apply to CEOs. Lisa reminded listeners that the barrier to hearing God is often personal compromise: “The only times I wouldn’t hear God is when I was in rebellion or sin.” John added, “If we walk in darkness and we say we have fellowship with Him, we lie to ourselves.”

They also emphasized that God’s voice requires tuning in. “God is always broadcasting. He’s always speaking,” Lisa said, “I’m just not tuned in.” John added, “You were aware that God was still with you, but you weren’t hearing His voice because of sin.”

One Scripture stood out to John recently: “Be on your guard, constantly alert, and watch and pray for you do not know when the time will come that your master will return… He puts his servants in charge… each with his particular task.” For John, that revelation from Mark 13:33-34 confirmed, “God has instructions for every single one of us on the work we’re supposed to do.”

The Beveres urged listeners not to underestimate everyday faithfulness. “Just do what you do know. Just serve,” Lisa said. “What is in your hand, what is in your life, do your next.” John echoed, “Your calling right now is to serve your pastor and your local church and you stay with it.”

God’s calling isn’t confined to the pulpit. It’s just as present in the parking lot, the salon, the boardroom and the mechanic’s garage. As Lisa beautifully concluded, “We are called but we are not called to attack other people. We are called to pursue God. And we are called to flourish in the gifting and calling of God on our lives.”

And to those still wondering if they’ve missed the voice of God, John left them with this encouragement: “Father, in the name of Jesus… I speak to those distractions… and I break the power of those strongholds off of your life… so they can walk and fulfill what You’ve created them to do on this earth.”

This is the #1 Thing Christians Get Wrong About Identity

God chose you before He created the very foundations of the earth. However, sometimes just because we know this truth in our mind doesn’t mean it connect well with your heart. So, what should you do when struggling with your identity in Christ?

In a community post to YouTube, Richard Lorenzo Jr. shared some biblical, psychological and scientific truths about the mind to help Christians understand better what it means to have our identities rooted in Christ.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

I caught a deep revelation about identity, and the Lord impressed on me that this isn’t just encouragement—it’s a key to transformation. Some of y’all have been wondering, “Why do I still struggle to believe who God says I am?” or “Why do I feel so on fire one week, and then so unsure the next?” Let’s go deep—because God wants to set you free from false identity and raise you up in truth.

  1. You’re Born with Purpose—but Not Awareness

Jeremiah 1:5 says, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.”
That means your identity was already established in heaven—but when you entered the world, you entered unaware.

You were born into:
• Noise
• Culture
• Pain
• Voices that don’t speak truth

And unless someone teaches you how to hear God’s voice, you’ll start listening to the world to tell you who you are.

This very first truth from Lorenzo speaks volumes. We still live in a broken and fallen world and because of that we must understand we will be bombarded on all sides from the beginning of our life about false viewpoints on purpose and identity.

To order Richard Lorenzo Jr.’s new book, What’s the Purpose of Life? visit .

2. Identity Begins With Exposure, Not Essence

From a psychological and neurological standpoint:
• Your prefrontal cortex (the part of your brain responsible for self-awareness, reasoning, and identity) isn’t fully developed until age 25.
• That means for the first two decades of your life, your identity is shaped mostly by what happens to you, not by who you truly are.

So what defines you?
• What your parents did or didn’t do
• What your friends or bullies said
• What your culture praised or rejected
• What your trauma whispered to your soul

And now that you’ve come to Christ, you’re saved—but not yet rewired.
That’s why Paul says in Romans 12:2, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Your spirit is reborn instantly, but your soul goes through sanctification—day by day, word by word, fire by fire.

Each and every day we should pray to take off the old and put on the new, and for the Lord to suit us up in his full armor so we can stand against the wicked schemes of this world. It takes true relationship, time and the Holy Spirit’s assistance and guidance to be transformed.

3. We’re Wired to Form Identity Through Mirrors

From childhood, we look for mirrors to tell us who we are:
• If the mirror was abuse, we reflect shame.
• If the mirror was abandonment, we reflect unworthiness.
• If the mirror was performance, we reflect pressure.

That’s why people end up building identities based on survival, not design.
They become what they needed to be to get by. But that was never who they were called to be.

4. Scientific Truth: Your Brain Was Wired By Experience

This isn’t just emotional—it’s physiological.
• Your limbic system stores emotional memories and trauma.
• Your brain builds neural pathways based on repeated thoughts and emotions.
• The more you experience fear, rejection, or shame—the more those paths get cemented.

So when someone comes to Christ later in life—in their 30s, 40s or 50s—they’re not less saved, but they may have decades of identity lies carved into their nervous system.
It takes longer to unlearn what’s been deeply embedded.
But by the Spirit, by the Word, and through consistent surrender, God can and will rewire you.

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

While our experiences shape what we think of ourselves, God does want to completely restore and renew our minds, that we may be made new like Christ. No matter how quick or how long the process is, God is the God of love, peace and a sound mind. He is the One we can completely put our trust in no matter what.

Transformation is a process, not a performance. The enemy may have spent years trying to write lies into your identity, but the Author of your life holds the final word. Every time you choose God’s voice over the noise, every moment you stand on His Word instead of your wounds, you’re being rewired for truth. So keep pressing in. Keep renewing your mind. Because your identity isn’t something you achieve—it’s rooted in being a son or a daughter of the most High King.

‘I Don’t Care Where You Were Last Night’: This Pastor’s Bold Message Will Shock You!

In a passionate and unfiltered sermon, Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church called out religious elitism and hypocrisy while championing the life-changing power of the Gospel for the broken, marginalized and sinful. His message emphasized that the kingdom of God is not reserved for the clean-cut or the socially accepted—it’s for everyone.

“The kingdom is not about red and yellow, black and white, tall and short, fat and skinny, hairy-headed and bald,” Locke declared. “I don’t care where you were last night. You’re here today—and Jesus is in the house.”

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Locke explained that the reason sinners flocked to Jesus wasn’t because they were perfect, but because they weren’t welcome anywhere else. “They weren’t allowed in the public synagogue. They were too dirty. But Jesus didn’t turn them away—He welcomed them.”

Criticizing a culture of spiritual arrogance, Locke addressed those who accuse his church of catering to “those people.” His response: “I don’t know who ‘those people’ are, but such were some of you—and I would be them, too, if not for the grace of God.”

He warned against self-righteousness and the social media theology that promotes sinless perfection. “You think you don’t sin anymore? Let me talk to your wife and kids,” he said with a mix of humor and sharp conviction. “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God.”

Locke reminded his congregation that Jesus died for sin—past, present and future. When challenged by a critic for saying that, he replied, “Jesus died 2,000 years ago. All your sin was future then.” He pointed back to the power of the Gospel and the empty tomb as proof of ongoing, transforming grace.

Locke also highlighted how many sinners followed Jesus—not for a glimpse, but for a transformation. “They were broken, hurt, discouraged and marginalized by religion—but they followed Him. That’s what we need today.”

With fire in his voice, Locke then called out lukewarm Christianity: “I am done with the lukewarm church. I will not compromise the truth of God’s Word to fill up this warehouse with comfortable people.”

He addressed the cost of standing for truth in a culture of spiritual compromise, sharing how his church was excluded from a local crusade due to their public deliverance ministry. “I don’t care. We’ll keep doing what the Bible says. Jesus was the most uncomfortable preacher in the Bible. He rebuked the religious and received the sinners.”

Locke closed this insightful message with a call for boldness in the face of whispers, gossip and online slander: “If you want to live a fruitful life, stop listening to whispers. Jesus was scrutinized, and we will be too.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

In a world hungry for truth, Locke’s message was clear: Jesus still changes lives, and He’s still drawing the outcasts to Himself—not with judgment, but with transforming love through the Resurrection power of the Holy Spirit.

Feeling Overwhelmed? Here’s What the Bible Actually Says to Do About It

What if one Bible verse could completely change your life?

Philippians 4:6 is one of the most well-known verses in Scripture, yet many Christians overlook the life-altering power it carries. It reads: “Do not worry about anything, but in everything, by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

As Kelly K points out in a new TikTok video, most of us can recite this verse by heart. But the question is: do we live it? The reality is, many believers still struggle daily with anxiety, stress and fear—despite knowing this promise. The missing key may not be in what the verse says, but in how we apply it.

@kellykministries/video/7504076758740667691?is_from_webapp=1&sender_device=pc&web_id=7494010124009293342

The apostle Paul, who wrote these words, was not lounging in comfort when he penned this letter. He was in prison—chained to a guard, deprived of basic necessities and facing an uncertain future. Yet in the middle of that trial, he urged believers not to worry, but to pray and give thanks. Why? Because he had discovered a powerful truth: peace is not dependent on circumstances, but on presence—God’s presence.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up to date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

To truly grasp this verse, K says it helps to read it backwards. It begins with thanksgiving. Thanksgiving is not just polite behavior—it’s a spiritual gateway. Psalm 100:4 reminds us, “Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” Gratitude ushers us directly into God’s presence, and in His presence, fear, anxiety and depression cannot remain. These things are not from God, and they cannot coexist with His peace.

When you’re overwhelmed, start by thanking God. It may seem small, but like K points out, saying, “Thank you for the air I breathe,” or “Thank you for the roof over my head,” shifts your atmosphere. Gratitude isn’t about ignoring your problems—it’s about refocusing your heart on the One who has already provided for every need.

Next, Philippians 4:6 tells us to “tell God what you need.” We are not to act as beggars when we come to God, but rather as God’s children. Jesus already paid the price for our healing, provision, peace and every spiritual blessing when He died on the cross. K contrasts that a beggar’s prayer says, “Please, if You’re willing…” while a believer’s prayer boldly declares, “Thank You, Lord, that You are my provider…that You have already made a way…that I am healed.”

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

Faith speaks with gratitude even before the breakthrough arrives. It is not based on what we see but on what we believe. And when we believe, we pray from a place of assurance, not desperation.

So if stress is creeping into your life, stop and say, “Thank You.” Let those two words be your entry point into God’s peace. Pray, not as someone unsure of God’s love, but as a child confident in the Father’s goodness. As you live out Philippians 4:6, you’ll find that worry loses its grip—and peace becomes your new reality.

This Single Bible Verse Could Be the Key to Your Breakthrough

What if there was one spot in Scripture that held all the keys to your protection, breakthrough and rest?

In a new livestream by Fresh Oil’s Chris Garcia, he shared how the Lord is currently calling His people back to the secret place. As Garcia points out, Psalm 91:1 declares, “He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.” This single verse contains a profound truth: the place of true spiritual power, protection, and intimacy is not in the public eye but in the hidden corners of our lives where only God sees.

Breaking News. Spirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

To “dwell” means to live, to settle, to remain. It’s not a fleeting visit or a hurried devotional—it’s a permanent residence in the presence of God. The “secret place” is not a physical location but a spiritual posture. It’s where we meet God privately, away from applause, recognition and distraction. It’s where we learn to value His voice above all others.

In the Gospels, Jesus repeatedly emphasized doing spiritual disciplines in secret. He said, “When you pray, go into your room and shut the door” (Matt. 6:6). Public expressions of faith—prayer, worship, fasting—are important, but they must be rooted in private devotion. Without a secret life with God, public ministry becomes empty and powerless.

Like Garcia says, Psalm 91 is often quoted for its promises of divine protection—deliverance from danger, victory over the enemy, and peace in chaos. But these promises are conditional. They are reserved for those who dwell in the secret place. Too often, believers recite this Psalm like a charm, expecting the benefits without cultivating the relationship it requires. The shadow of the Almighty—His glory, His covering, His presence—is only found when we remain close to Him in the hidden place.

In our digital age, where social media and public platforms dominate the spiritual landscape, the temptation is strong to trade intimacy for influence. But we must resist. The secret place must be protected. It is the source of joy, strength and direction. Without it, we risk burnout, pride and spiritual dryness.

True satisfaction is not found in ministry success or public affirmation. It’s found in being alone with the Lord—where there are no cameras, no followers and no need to perform. That’s where transformation happens. That’s where heaven speaks.

Join Charisma Magazine Online to follow everything the Holy Spirit is doing around the world!

If you long for greater authority, deeper peace and a more vibrant walk with God, the answer is simple: return to the secret place. Value it above all else. Make your home there. And you will find yourself dwelling under the shadow of the Almighty.

Let the secret place be your sanctuary. There, in the stillness, God will meet you.

Rabbi Sees Jesus in Vivid Dream: ‘God Revealed Himself to Me’

God has the power to transform anyone for His kingdom and glory.

Rabbi Kirt Schneider, host of Discovering the Jewish Jesus, recently joined Pastor Troy Brewer for an inspiring conversation about his journey to faith in Jesus and the calling he’s embraced ever since.

A Messianic Jewish believer, Rabbi Schneider has devoted his life to awakening the church to the Jewish roots of Christianity and boldly declaring Jesus as Messiah—despite facing rejection from both Jewish and Christian communities.

Pastor Troy praised Schneider’s courage and grace, calling him “a man on a mission” and a personal hero. “When you stand and boldly proclaim Yeshua HaMashiach as a rabbi,” Brewer said, “you are catching it from both ends. I love bravery, and I love the grace that you carry.”

Rabbi Schneider acknowledged the emotional cost of his calling, admitting that years of rejection have brought hidden pain. “When I meet the Lord face to face, there’s going to be a lot of pain released from my heart,” he shared. “But we’re appointed not only to reign with Him, but to suffer with Him.”

He then recounted the supernatural vision that changed his life forever. At 20 years old, with no knowledge of Jesus and no exposure to the New Testament, he was in emotional turmoil after losing his identity as a competitive wrestler. One night in 1978, while reading a book on Eastern mysticism, he fell asleep—and everything changed.

“Jesus appeared to me in my sleep,” he said. “I saw Him on the cross in full color, and a ray of red light came through the sky and landed on His head. I instantly knew it was God showing me that Jesus is the way.”

The encounter, though brief, birthed hope in his heart. “I didn’t know theology, I didn’t know sin—I just knew that God had revealed Himself to me.”

Both Schneider and Brewer reflected on the mystery of God’s choosing. “The reason the Lord revealed Himself to you,” Schneider told Brewer, “is because He chose you. Jesus said, ‘No one comes to Me unless it’s been granted by the Father.’”

Now a voice crying out with boldness and grace, Rabbi Schneider continues his mission: to declare the name of Yeshua to the world and to call both Jew and Gentile into the revelation of Jesus as Messiah.

3 Last-Days Warnings Families Must Not Ignore

In a recent episode of Manna-Fest, Bible teacher Perry Stone issued a strong message to families, identifying what he believes are “three stunning last day warnings” directly from Scripture. Speaking candidly, Stone said, “We know that we’re living in the last days, or at least we believe that we are.”

Stone began by clarifying what the phrase “last days” means from his perspective: “The final period of time marked by specific signs that indicate the arrival of the final generation of people on Earth that will experience the return of Christ, the tribulation, and the arrival of the Lord’s millennial kingdom.”

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Here are the three warnings Stone says families need to take seriously:

1. Deception will increase.
“Matthew 24 mentions deception four times. Luke 21 mentions deception one time. Mark 13 mentions deception two times,” Stone said. “Deception is causing someone to accept as true something that is false or invalid.”

2. Offense and division will divide families.
“Do you suppose I am come to bring peace on earth? I tell you not at all, but rather division. From now on, five in one house will be divided, three against two and two against three,” Stone quoted from Jesus. He added, “The offense is the bait that creates the scandal. Once the scandal has been created, then he creates a division.”

3. Endurance and forgiveness are essential.
“He that can endure to the end shall be saved,” Stone emphasized. “If you get in unforgiveness in Matthew six, God will not forgive your sins.”

Stone leaves us with a challenge: “God wants you to know something about offenses because offenses create scandals, and the whole purpose of Satan creating an offense is to try to create a scandal in a ministry or in a church.”
