As international organizations expend greater and greater effort in attempting to regulate artificial intelligence according to the “shared values” of the “international community,” Christians must realize they cannot trust such organizations to deter the true dangers of AI.

This is because these so-called “shared values” are not shared by Christians, and because such international treaties do nothing to stop the religious ambitions of the tech-worshippers of Silicon Valley.

On Thursday, the “Council of Europe Framework Convention on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights, Democracy and the Rule of Law” was opened for signature, and was signed by Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and others.

The document emphasizes the “need to establish, as a matter of priority, a globally applicable legal framework setting out common general principles and rules governing the activities within the lifecycle of artificial intelligence systems that effectively preserves shared values and harnesses the benefits of artificial intelligence for the promotion of these values…”

Yet what are these “shared values” which the Council hopes to preserve and promote via AI?

Unsurprisingly, they include all the well-known anti-family, anti-Christian values which leftist cultural revolutionaries have been pushing for decades through similar international organizations and their many partners.

One particularly extreme example of the “shared values” that the Council of Europe embraces is its open support of the Yogyakarta Principles.

In addition to opposing the sanctity of marriage and Christian teaching on men and women, the Yogyakarta Principles state that children have the right to “autonomy and self-determination,” and thus that chemical and surgical “modifications to their sex characteristics” to accord with the “child’s views” can be “consented to by the child.”

A 2009 paper from the Council of Europe’s Commissioner for Human Rights recommends that member states “make gender reassignment procedures, such as hormone treatment, surgery and psychological support, accessible for transgender persons, and ensure that they are reimbursed by public health insurance schemes.”

An additional example of the Council of Europe’s radical values is its stance on abortion.

In a document published earlier this year, the Council of Europe expressed support for women’s “right” to end the lives of their children at any stage of their development in the womb, recommending that nations “repeal laws and regulations that…prohibit abortion based on gestational limits.”

As AI is increasingly used to curate and disseminate the information which the world consumes daily, and much of Christian ethics (particularly Christian sexual ethics) has been rejected as hateful and discriminatory by a large portion of the creators and regulators of AI, it is not difficult to see that AI will be used to suppress Christian teaching at an international level.

Yet beyond the threat posed by the use of AI in the information domain, Christians ought also to be aware of the misplaced religious longings which motivate many of the most prominent AI developers.

As I have written about previously, many prominent leaders in Silicon Valley believe that the artificial general intelligence (AGI) they seek to develop will constitute a new species of life, will transcend human intelligence, and will bring us into the “posthuman era.”

They believe evolution is moving towards “the technological singularity,” after which humanity will likely no longer be the dominant force on the planet.

Some in fact believe that there is no reason to value a human life over the “life” of such a sufficiently advanced AGI—that valuing human beings over AGIs is “speciesist,” as Google co-founder Larry Page once told Elon Musk.

While the Council of Europe’s new global AI treaty claims to protect “human rights,” it does nothing to deter these Silicon Valley leaders from continuing their mad quest to conjure digital gods, obtain technological salvation, and bring us into the posthuman era.

A censorship movement is rising in the world’s democracies–whether it’s British citizens charged over social media posts, France’s arrest of the owner of the social media platform Telegram, Brazil’s shutting down Elon Musk’s X for not complying with censorship restrictions, or Mark Zuckerberg’s admission that the Biden White House pressured Facebook and Instagram to censor stories it didn’t like.

“This anti-free speech movement is the most sophisticated, largest and global movement we have ever faced,” says legal scholar Jonathan Turley, author of The Indispensable Right: Free Speech in an Age of Rage.

Turley says, “I think the problem with free speech is that every generation has to defend it. And this generation has never been more divided, because they have been told that free speech is going to hurt them.”

A poll last month by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression found nearly one in three Americans now believe the First Amendment “goes too far.”

Democratic vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz told MSNBC in 2022, “I think we need to push back on this. There’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech, and especially around our democracy.”

On the contrary, the freedom to say what the majority doesn’t like is the very foundation of a free society. And yet, that bedrock freedom is under attack by governments and political leaders.

An investigation by the Foundation for Freedom Online found documents from Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency or CISA that indicate that as recently as 2021, the agency worked with platforms to censor speech by labeling people posting so-called “misinformation” as “domestic threat actors,” a possible First Amendment violation. The website showing the operation was then scrubbed from the internet but was found using the “Wayback Machine.”

A CISA spokesman said the agency has never censored anyone, and that the material was probably removed because it created a misunderstanding. But CISA is a part of Homeland Security, which tried to create a disinformation czar.

Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act from USAID, a State Department program intended to strengthen democracies overseas, show that the agency encourages other nations to censor social media.

In other Western democracies, the censorship situation is even worse.

In Great Britain, a nation most Americans used to consider a bastion of democracy, police charge thousands of citizens each year over their social media posts. One video shows an officer at a man’s door telling him, “I’m arresting you for improper use of the electronic communications network.”

Parr provided a breakdown of the policies of both the Republican and Democratic Parties, stressing that while neither party absolutely adheres to the biblical worldview, one does respect Biblical values.

“My brothers and sisters, I’m going to go on record and say: Listen, these issues may not be important to you, although I believe they should be. But for me, the issues I just shared with you in this chart weigh so heavily on my spirit,” he said.

“They weigh more for me personally than issues like health care and criminal justice reform, although those are very important. But these issues weigh so much more heavily for me that I cannot, in good conscience, support a party that wants to redefine what family looks like—family, the very core of our society.”

He explained that he “cannot vote to pass laws that would encourage and allow children to mutilate their bodies, sometimes not even requiring parental consent,” nor can he “vote for a party that wants to enforce laws allowing LGBTQ+ couples to marry one another.

“I cannot support a party that’s in favor of a parent possibly losing custody of their child because they don’t affirm that child’s decision to transition,” Parr declared. “I cannot vote for a party that supports little children of opposite sexes sharing bathrooms. I cannot vote for my daughter to one day have to compete athletically against a biological male.”

“I just can’t. I just can’t. For that reason, I’m going to go on record and say: I cannot support that party. You have the right to vote however you want, and this is not me pushing my perspective on you,” he said. “I’m simply sharing with you where I’m at and the reasons why I am choosing to vote the way I will vote.”

He noted that he believes may Christians are “asking the wrong question.”

“When you place your vote, I don’t think we should be asking, ‘Does this party promote values that are biblical?’” Parr added.

“Because, as I’ve shared with you in this video, you could make an argument that both parties promote some biblical values,” he noted. “Rather, I think we need to be asking, ‘Which party is promoting values that are unbiblical, that directly go against the scriptures and against a Christian biblical worldview?’”

“I cannot tell you who to vote for or how to vote, but I can tell you that for me, these issues weigh more heavily. Even though they’re all important and should not be minimized, these issues are the ones that I believe are the weightier matters of the law.”

Why do solar eclipses keep falling on such noteworthy dates? In 2024, there will be a total of just two solar eclipses. The first happened on April 8th, 2024. That was known as the “Great American Eclipse of 2024,” and it occurred just after the sun had gone down in Israel and the first day of the first month on the Hebrew calendar had begun. The second solar eclipse of 2024 will take place on Oct. 2nd. When it occurs, the sun will have just gone down in Israel and the festival of Rosh Hashanah will have just started.

I realize that this is a lot to process, and so let it sink in for a moment.

Is it just a coincidence that the first solar eclipse of 2024 just happened to fall on the very first day of the very first month on the Hebrew calendar, and the second solar eclipse of 2024 just happens to fall on the day that is celebrated as “the Jewish New Year”?

Let me try to break all of this down one step at a time.

According to Daily Galaxy, on Oct. 2nd we will witness “a stunning annular solar eclipse”…

A mesmerizing astronomical event is on the horizon as the moon prepares to pass between the Earth and the Sun, creating a stunning annular solar eclipse.

This rare celestial occurrence, where the moon is positioned just far enough from Earth to leave a brilliant ring of sunlight visible around its silhouette, promises to captivate skywatchers with its unique and dramatic display. Known as the “ring of fire,” this phenomenon offers a breathtaking view that differs significantly from a total solar eclipse, where the Sun is completely obscured.

So exactly what is an “annular solar eclipse”?

It is when the moon crosses the face of the sun but does not completely block it out.  When the moon is centered directly in front of the sun, a ring of sunlight is still visible around the moon, and that is why such an event is often called a “ring of fire” eclipse.

Annular eclipses are a very special type of solar eclipse. During an annular eclipse, the Moon is centered in front of the Sun but doesn’t completely obscure it, instead leaving a ring of sunlight visible around the Moon’s edges. This circle of light is called an annulus, or sometimes a “ring of fire.” Annular solar eclipses happen only when the Moon is at the furthest point from Earth in its orbit, making the Moon appear smaller than usual from the Earth’s perspective.

For those that are able to view this eclipse, it will truly be a once in a lifetime opportunity.

According to USA Today, the Moon will begin to cross the face of the Sun at 15:42 UTC.

• 15:42 UTC: Partial eclipse begins. A partial eclipse occurs when the moon, sun and Earth don’t perfectly align and only the outer shadow of the moon’s shadow is cast on the Earth.
• 16:50 UTC: Annular eclipse begins. An annular eclipse describes the moment the moon passes between the Earth and sun, creating the the illusion of a thin ring of sunlight around the moon.
• 18:45 UTC: Maximum eclipse beings. This happens when the moon completely covers the face of the sun.
• 20:39 UTC: Annular eclipse ends
• 21:47 UTC: Partial eclipse ends
• 15:42 UTC is 6:42 p.m. in Jerusalem.

On Oct. 2nd, the sun will go down at 6:22 p.m. in Israel, and that is precisely when the festival of Rosh Hashanah will start.

So when this eclipse begins, the festival of Rosh Hashanah will have just commenced.

During the fall festivals last year, the current war in the Middle East began when Hamas terrorists attacked Israel on Oct. 7th, 2023.

Will something unusual also happen during the fall festivals this year? We will just have to wait and see what happens.

Unlike the “Great American Eclipse of 2024,” the eclipse on Oct. 2nd will not be visible in the continental United States.

According to Forbes, the best place to view it will be on Easter Island.

The place to be for that will be Easter Island, also called Rapa Nui, where eclipse-hunters will hope for clear skies while touring the mysterious stone monolithic human figures called moai that date from the thirteenth century.

Many people out there are entirely convinced that the solar eclipses of 2024 are just completely random events that have no significance whatsoever.

And I can certainly understand why they would choose to see things that way.

But Jesus did specifically warn us that “there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars” in the last days, and in order to have a solar eclipse the sun and the moon must both be involved.

Here in 2024, we have already witnessed a solar eclipse on the very first day of the very first month on the Biblical calendar, and now we are going to witness a solar eclipse on the very first day of the seventh month on the Biblical calendar which is considered to be “the Jewish New Year.”

If that is just a coincidence, it is a really, really bizarre one. Could it be possible that someone is trying to get our attention? Could it be possible that this year is being “marked” for some reason?

My regular readers already know how I feel, because I have been writing about this stuff for a long time.

In Genesis chapter 1, God specifically stated that one of the reasons why He was creating the sun and the moon was because He planned to use them as “signs.”

We have seen this all throughout history, and now I am convinced that this year on His calendar is being “marked” for a purpose.

So buckle up and hold on tight, because I have a feeling that the chaos that we have seen so far will be nothing compared to the chaos that is coming.

Chris Reed is speaking out following Rick Joyner’s message to MorningStar Ministries regarding Chris’ resignation from the ministry.

After Chris Reed’s departure from Morningstar, Joyner expressed frustration with Reed’s absence from the ministry.

“I did not feel that there was a shepherd’s heart revealed,” Joyner said. “A shepherd lays down their life for the sheep and certainly has regard for them. I didn’t quite feel like there was regard for me, for our board, any of this stuff that we had entrusted a lot to him. And I don’t think to just quit like that is what we ever need to do with anyone, with no notice.”

Since this statement, Reed has now posted a video called, “‘You Need to Know What’s Really Happening.'” In the nearly 40-minute-long video, Reed re-asserted that he left MorningStar because of the lawsuits that have come out about the minors from MorningStar who were sexually abused by a former volunteer at MorningStar. He also discussed Rick Joyner’s comments about his departure from the ministry.

“I’m still kind of in shock. I’m heartbroken. It’s unbelievable,” Reed says. “I’ve been quiet since I resigned as the CEO and president of MorningStar 13 days ago.”

Reed thanked those who have been kind to him and his family during this time. He says this time has been incredibly difficult.

“…when somebody can dehumanize you to the point to where, like right now, we’re receiving threats on our family, threats on me,” Reed says.

He notes that these threats have been bizarre and terrifying.

“I’ve actually had people texting our house, texting my wife, telling–more than one– ‘Bring you and your kids over to such and such address, and we’ll save you, we’ll protect you, we’ll keep you from harm.’ And then a few minutes later, walk out my front door and those people be parked in front of my house on the curb, watching me walk out my front door. And then when I walk over to their car, they put it in drive and take off,” Reed says.

He also says that Joyner’s reference to Bill Clinton in his update to MorningStar was out of line.

“…he’s compared me to Bill Clinton. And I can assure you one thing: nothing that I did comes close to a Bill-Clinton, Monica Lewinsky scenario,” he continues. “Nothing like that happened. Nothing even close to something like that happened.”

Reed re-iterated the heartbreak he feels for the victims of the lawsuits that have come out against MorningStar.

“My consideration was for the families of the victims,” says Reed. “There have been three or four lawsuits that have come out in the last week, week and a half, or something like that, that are saying that sexual assault, rape, molestation, those kinds of things that go back 15 years. And of course I am not named on those lawsuits, which is one of the reasons why I felt like I could not defend the ministry when so much from the past is being relitigated.

“…if I answer one way, it looks like I’m on the side of the victims and against the ministry, which of course, I am on the side of the victims. If I say another thing, it looks like I am against the victims. You know, it was just a no-win situation” he continues.

Reed says that as painful as it was for him to walk away, he believed this was something he must do. He believes there is a “mirage” happening right now.

“You need to know the truth,” Reed says. “I’m not talking about what I apologized for. I’m talking about what’s being said from the top leadership of MorningStar Ministries, and that is a mirage, a smoke screen, and I’m going to prove it to you.”

Reed pointed out the reason why he cannot use “.com” in his URL for his ministry, which is why he chose . Showing a screenshot from February of this year, Reed showed that the URL with the “.com” ending would take people to a site about Dave Yarnes. However, it now has been updated that if someone goes to the domain with the “.com,” viewers are taken to the article page from The Roys Report article which discussed Reed’s resignation and relationship from a few years ago with a woman previously associated with MorningStar.

“Whoever controls that domain page, they didn’t want me to be able to buy it either,” claims Reed. “When I tried to purchase it they had it for sale for $800,000.”

Reed says he believes he was used as a scapegoat to get the public to focus on him instead of the lawsuits surrounding MorningStar.

“Here’s what you need to know that has come out of his circle,” says Reed. “[they are]…using me as a scapegoat to cause the public to look at me and the controversy surrounding me, so that the public doesn’t look at the controversy over here regarding the lawsuits. Smoke screen. I’m the scapegoat.”

Reed shared with viewers the text message communication between himself and Rick Joyner. Reed also asserted that he did not intend to harm the ministry.

“I never wanted to hurt MorningStar,” says Reed.

Further, the comments from Joyner regarding Reed’s departure and its impact on the people who call MorningStar their church home is what he finds most concerning.

“I think the thing that bothers me the most is when Rick Joyner said last week that I abandoned the sheep. No, I abandoned a ministry that it took me a year and a half as the senior leader, as the CEO, to figure out that there was such a toxic, corrupt environment. I’m not talking about the Sunday morning crowd. I’m not talking about the saints, the people that just attend. I’m talking about the management, the structure itself,” says Reed.

“They wanted to bury me. Forgetting that I have a wife and that I have six children that are depending on me to provide for them, and they were okay with burying me,” Reed concludes.

Chris Reed released a statement in a newly uploaded video to YouTube about his resignation with MorningStar Ministries.

“Hello friends, family, just come to you tonight in response to regards to a couple of things. No. 1, there seemed to have been some confusion over my departure from MorningStar,” Reed says.

He continues: “My departure from MorningStar was what I said in the letter to the department heads and to the staff and volunteers, which was this: I said I did not want to be leading the ministry that would be in a case against four victims who were abused as children by a former volunteer of the ministry, who is a policeman as well.”

Joyner’s Frustration Over Chris Reed’s Abrupt Resignation

After the surprise departure of Chris Reed from MorningStar Ministries last week, MorningStar’s founder, Rick Joyner, spoke to the congregation on Sunday, Sept. 1 about Reed’s resignation.

While Joyner says he was “shocked” but not “surprised,” he says it is the way that Chris left suddenly which he found most concerning.

Gunman Targets Greg Locke’s Home in Shocking Attack

Pastor Greg Locke and his family were the targets of a gunman late on Tuesday night, Sept. 3.

Locke gave the update on Facebook to let people know that he and his family were safe and unharmed, by God’s miraculous grace.

It’s 2:00 a.m. and for the last three hours our home has been a full-blown crime scene. According to the security cam footage, we pulled into our driveway exactly ONE MINUTE after a madman unloaded an entire magazine of bullets from an automatic weapon into our house, garage and my truck. The sound on the video is truly horrific. Detectives will still be here for a good while tonight.

Kamala Harris Distorts Bible Verse for Political Gain

Vice President Kamala Harris managed to send a video greeting to a Christian conference quoting Scripture out of context about Jesus Christ, and then didn’t even bother to mention His name.

In the message to the Quadrennial Session of the General Conference of the African Methodist Episcopal Church taking place in Columbus, Ohio, last week, Harris said, “We are just 10 weeks out from the election, and I know you are already hard at work … organizing souls to the polls, making sure your members are registered and ready to vote.

“Because as we all know, this is the most consequential election of our lifetime. We face a choice between two very different visions for the future of our nation,” she added.

Pastor Jack Hibbs recently took to Twitter to discuss the issue of voting for Christians.

“Hey everybody, first of all, let me preface what I’m about to say,” Hibbs begins. “That I personally am a monarchist. I believe in a ruling, reigning King. I’m waiting for Him to bring His politics to us in His coming.”

Hibbs believes that there have been great issues in the past with both the Democratic and Republican parties. However, he says that the two have gone on such diverging paths that he no longer believes Christians can feasibly vote for Democrats.

“Regarding this upcoming election who should you vote for: For the Christian, it’s super easy. Because if you pull back rhetoric and emotion it’s a slam dunk. There is one party that’s more pro-life than the other. In fact, the other is 100 percent pro-death. It’s a death cult. And I’m talking about the Democrat Party,” he continues.

Hibbs says that the issue of abortion and life alone should be enough to help guide and direct Christians with their decision of who to vote for.

“The Democrat Party is in fact a bonafide, card-carrying, platform-holding, death cult,” Hibbs says. “Just on this topic alone, a Christian cannot vote for a Democrat candidate. It’s impossible. You cannot say to God, ‘I am a lover of God, a lover of the Word, a lover of Jesus, and I’m a follower of My Lord, but I’m going to vote to kill babies.'”

CBS News did a feature story Wednesday on Lance Wallnau, whom the network characterized as the “ring leader” of the Christian nationalist movement.

Wallnau was an early Christian supporter of Donald Trump’s candidacy in 2015, feeling that God showed him he was to be a Cyrus-like leader for our time.

In the Old Testament book of Isaiah, chapter 45, the prophet wrote decades before about the rise of a leader named Cyrus, a Gentile who would free the Jewish people from their Babylonian captivity around 538 B.C.

In 2016, most other evangelical leaders were backing GOP presidential primary candidates like Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas or Dr. Ben Carson, but Wallnau saw God’s hand on Trump, who would, in fact, go on to be the 45th president.

CBS’ Major Garrett appeared to take a negative view of Wallnau and those Christians who share his belief that they must be actively involved in the political process.

“Under a massive circus tent in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, Lance Wallnau is the ring leader preaching Christian nationalism and political activism to a rapturous following,” Garrett began. Wallnau has been hitting swing states as part of his “Courage Tour,” since the spring, along with evangelist Mario Murillo.

Garrett continued, “Wallnau is a business consultant and firebrand influencer in the growing Christian nationalist movement, reaching millions of believers across his platforms.”

So what does Garrett want his viewers to know so far? Wallnau is a “Christian nationalist,” a term the left made up to try to tie people who believe in Jesus and love their country to white nationalism.

The reporter also highlighted that it’s a growing movement filled with “rapturous” followers — in other words, he implied, they’re irrational.

So we can see where this is going already.

“He views Trump as a once-in-a-thousand-years figure, flawed, yet divinely chosen to navigate chaotic times,” Garrett said.

Subtext: What sort of looney person would see Donald Trump like that?

CBS is not the first mainstream news outlet to report about Wallnau seeing Trump as God’s choice.

USA Today featured him in a story days after the 2016 election titled, “Meet the evangelicals who prophesied a Trump win.”

The news outlet noted that Wallnau had written an article for Charisma Magazine, published Oct. 5, 2016, titled, “Why I Believe Donald Trump Is the Prophesied President.”

Wallnau told Garrett the stakes are high in the current race between Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.

“I don’t see how anyone with moral clarity sits out an election like this. I mean, the issues are so clear,” Wallnau said. “I tell Christians, I say, ‘You know what? What would you say during the Civil War?’”

Then, the issue was whether slavery would continue to exist in America. The abolition movement was, in fact, fueled by Christians.

Garrett also interviewed author Matthew Taylor for his story to ensure that, if you didn’t already have a negative view of Wallnau and the supposed Christian nationalist movement, this “religious scholar” would help get you there.

“They’re using the experiences of charismatic spirituality to galvanize Christians politically,” Taylor said, adding people like Wallnau believe in “demonic conspiracies.”

In a post on X about the CBS story, Taylor wrote, “It’s also crucial that we call attn to the immense & covert threat to Amer democracy Wallnau [and] the Courage Tour” represent.

Garrett at least allowed Wallnau to explain the purpose of his Courage Tour, though the reporter appeared to gaze at him askance during the exchange.

“The tendency to just look at elections, pray about them, eat popcorn, watch the result and then go to bed is over,” Wallnau told the newsman. “Christians, as believers, probably should be engaged in this process of shaping culture far more aggressively and intentionally from now on.”

The CBS story about Wallnau, as well as those by other news outlets, is proof he should continue to activate Christian voters who want to help Make America Great Again.

While that question could be answered from a geopolitical perspective, highlighting Israel as the only free democracy in the Middle East, and its importance for security in the region and the whole world, here are some thoughts from a Biblical perspective.

The current nation’s role is to uphold the Jewish people’s right to return to their ancestral homeland, which is consistent with Scripture. It will also be the physical place where Jesus will return to establish the Millennial Kingdom. The Millennial Kingdom is the phrase used to describe the 1,000-year reign of Christ from Jerusalem, as mentioned in Rev 20:1-6. Many of the prophecies made by the Hebrew prophets will come to pass during that period.

As it was in His own day, Jerusalem may not be recognizable as a place where everyone wants to honor Christ today. Nevertheless, it is the location He returns to and is recognized by the Jewish religious leaders (Luke 13:35). Of the remaining prophecies yet to be fulfilled by Christ, all of them are integrally related to the land of Israel.

Three of the most significant examples are Isaiah 2 (repeated in Micah 4, Joel 3:10, Hosea 2:18), Isaiah 11, and Zechariah 14. In these passages, God is reigning through the Messiah.

Here are some summary features of each to take notice of:

Isaiah 2:1-4

• Jerusalem is preeminent and world-renowned ()
• All nations flowing to it and wanting to be ruled by its King ()
• The Law and His word are ruling from Jerusalem (v. 3)
• He settles disputes between the nations and ushers in a lasting rule of peace between them (v.4)
• Abolishes the need for warfare (v.4)

Isaiah 11

• Description of the Messiah ()
• Complete peace and safety in Jerusalem between all living things ()
• The Lord’s reign extends all over the earth ()
• The nations come to seek the Messiah in Jerusalem ()
• The Lord will regather the remnant of Israelites back to Israel ()
• The united tribes of Israel will defeat the nations who attack her ()
• Obstacles preventing the regathering of the remnant will be removed and people restored ()

Zechariah 14

• All nations come against Jerusalem for battle (v.2)
• The Lord fights against them (v.3)
• The Lord stands on the Mount of Olives (v.4)
• Unique day: no day or night, light in the evening (v.6)
• The Lord is King over all the earth (v.9)
• Jerusalem will never be attacked again ()
• Plagues against those who try and attack Jerusalem ()
• Worship in Jerusalem will be required for the nations at that time ()

In view of these future realities, prayer for Jerusalem’s peace and restoration are two goals that the church can support in good faith, despite the fact that only the Messiah can bring them about in their finality. In the same way that it was significant to Jesus, Paul, and the earliest disciples, it ought to be significant to all Christians. Whereas eternal salvation can only be found in the name of Jesus the Messiah, Jerusalem is part of God’s covenant with Israel and will be the eternal inheritance of the saints.
