It’s those types of polarizing attitudes from his fellow Americans that characterized the life and presidency of James Earl Carter Jr., the nation’s 39th president—you either loved him or you hated him.

Carter, who led the country from 1977 to 1980, died Dec. 29 at his home in Plains, Georgia, at the age of 100, his office confirmed. No cause of death was given. He entered hospice care in February 2023, nearly two years before he died. He and his wife, Rosalynn, who died in November 2023 at age 96, spent most of their lives in Plains.

When our Creator chose to visit the world, He did not choose a red-carpet entrance. He did not choose the temple in Jerusalem with Levites blowing trumpets and robed priests announcing His coming. Neither did He choose to make His entrance in Rome, introduced by Caesar with all the pomp of imperial Rome.

Instead, He chose to enter this world in the most humble circumstances—a stable in a small, insignificant village far removed from the centers of religious and political power. He chose, not a queen, priestess or starlet, but a poor Middle-Eastern Jewish girl through whom to make His entrance.

We know Mary and Joseph were poor, for when they took the infant Jesus to the temple to offer up the required offering, they offered the alternative offering of two pigeons or two doves, allowed for those too poor to afford a lamb (Luke 1:22-24, Lev. 12:8).

This is not how the modern church would have planned it, but it demonstrates God working according to an immutable, spiritual principle. Paul articulated this idea in I Corinthians 1:27-29 (NKJV): “But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things that are mighty . . . that no flesh should glory in His presence.”

US Citizen Found ‘Guilty’ of ‘Hate Speech’ for Quoting Bible Verse

A Virginia realtor accused of “hate speech” for posting a Bible verse on Facebook has been found “guilty” of an ethics violation.

The Virginia Association of Realtors ruled on Dec. 11, that Wilson Fauber of Staunton violated the ethics code that prohibits realtors from “certain religious expressions.” Fauber maintains he did nothing wrong and is expected to appeal.

This started to come to light last year when the 70-year-old Fauber, a realtor and pastor, decided to run for Staunton City Council. Long before his decision to run, Fauber had reposted a Scripture from Rev. Franklin Graham on his personal Facebook page in 2015. It stated that homosexual sex is a sin, based on Leviticus 18:22. Then last year, two Staunton realtors, including an openly gay man, filed a complaint with the Virginia Association of Realtors accusing Fauber of “hate speech.”

Are mysterious orbs of light a random occurrence, or could they be part of a demonic agenda?

Recently, Prophecy Watchers’ Mondo Gonzales was on the “Bennis The Menace” podcast, where he uncovered the possibility of what some strange orbs of light appearing in our world could mean from a spiritual perspective.

Discussing Satan as the one who masquerades as an angel of light, Gonzales says one of the things the devil does is use righteousness in a twisted way to lead us down a path of deception.

“Paul says, ‘Well, then there’s no surprise in that even the emissaries of Satan can promote righteousness or something that’s good,'” Gonzales says. “If Satan can get your soul, then he has no problem encouraging you to be good in certain ways because that’s the deception.”

Gonzales compares this to the easy-going pathway to hell when someone willingly goes against God’s Word and authority. So, is it possible that the sightings of mysterious orbs of light are simply something demonic in disguise?

“I have no problem, unapologetic in ascribing something like that to the supernatural,” Gonzales says. “Whether it’s demonic or something like for the ability of them to disappear.”

Gonzales and the podcasters, Ben and Nis, also made an interesting point when it comes to who typically sees the most supernatural activity.

“He’s exactly right; the people that have opened themselves up to occultic things, either mediums or have way more sightings of these things than a solid Christian,” says Gonzales. “That doesn’t mean a Christian has never seen anything because Christians do, but nevertheless, they have way more sightings than Christians do.”

Gonzales also talked about the possibility of having encounters with good angels. This is something he discussed relating to a previous interview he did with Gary Stearman and how Stearman had an experience decades ago with a supernatural being helping him land a plane.

“He was flying when all of his electronics went down,” Gonzales recounts. “He’s flying along and all of a sudden he hears this voice, and this voice said, ‘If you look to your left, you will see a UFO…’and he sees a UFO just right there at his level.”

Gonzales says that Stearman had a strange sense of peace, and that the craft followed him during the rest of his trip. What’s also strange about the encounter is that Stearman believed he made it on time to his destination, however, when he arrived everyone wanted to know why he was hours late. For some reason, time itself also disappeared during this phenomenon.

“To this day, he would say ‘I think it was a good angel flying a physical craft,'” Gonzales says.

With the supernatural all around us, the greatest thing we can do is use discernment and wisdom as discussed in Proverbs to know if something is from the Lord or not. Whether we are being drawn toward or away from God is perhaps the greatest indicator of how we should view encounters with the supernatural.

King Charles has caused quite the controversy over his Christmas message.

During the monarch’s speech, he spoke about Jesus’ birth, however, it was equated with the same value as all other religions.

“…our holy Savior came down to earth from heaven. Lived among the poor and [meek] and lowly, and transformed the lives of those He met through God’s redeeming love. That is the heart of the Nativity story. And, we can hear its beat in the belief of all the great faiths. In the love and mercy of God in times of joy and of suffering,” Charles says.

The idea that all faiths share in the same redeeming qualities as Christianity is not theologically correct. What makes the gospel special is the fact that it is the only time God Himself is ever described as taking the penalty for our sins upon Himself.

As The Christian Post and Christian Today explained in their interview on the subject with Dr. Krish Kandiah, “The idea that God becomes human and then willingly dies to redeem and rescue humanity is unique to Christianity.”

Charles also spoke on the concept of people helping one another during all kinds of stages of suffering.

“All of us go through some form of suffering at some stage in our life, be it mental or physical,” he says. “The degree to which we help one another and draw support from each other, be we people of faith or none, is a measure of our civilization as nations.”

Charles further considered Jesus’ life as an example that is “timeless and universal.” He also said the message of hope that the shepherds received upon hearing the announcement of Christ’s birth is something we can see in “all faiths.”

“The message of the angels to the shepherds that there should be peace on earth in fact echoes through all faiths and philosophies,” Charles says.

Biblical peace cannot be found anywhere apart from Christ. While Charles’ message was heartfelt, this a reminder that we cannot seek our answers regarding faith simply by looking to world leaders, but through our own investigation of the Scriptures.

This all came from when the spaceship is flying around Mars and taking ‘s a book in my library by a scientist who looked at the data coming from the rover, and he goes ‘Wait a minute; there was an ancient civilization here that was destroyed in some sort of nuclear holocaust’.”

Marzulli believes that the information about Mars and the potential civilization there was obtained by remote viewing.

“In remote viewing there’s a monitor or a handler,” Marzulli says, “guiding the person who is the practitioner of remote viewing. Remote viewing is an occult technique.”

As someone who was part of the New Age before becoming a Christian, Marzulli understands the deceptive ways that occultic practices make it into our society.

“What I was taught was to go down to create a laboratory, a room, and pick three counselors. And you were going to talk to these counselors and there would be this dialogue, so you would meditate, close your eyes, relax, take several deep breaths and then go down into your room and meet with your course teacher would teach you how to do this. We’d all be laying in the room about 15 or 20 of us and all laying down, and we’d go into our place, into our laboratory, or our room, meet with our counselors and begin to have relationships. And they would talk to ‘re spirit guides,” he says.

Marzulli says it is this kind of demonic spiritual practice that was used to obtain information about the coordinates of what was on Mars, and that we should also be wary of the timing of this document’s release.

“With all the stuff that’s going on with these orbs being seen is like the vanguard, the tip of the spear,” Marzulli states.

“The sightings are through the roof, and they come closer and closer,” Marzulli says. “They’re also associated many times with UFO activity. So, when a UFO appears, sometimes Bigfoot is right underneath, and that’s documented.”

The discussion of Bigfoot continues to take off as a recent video of a mysterious creature in the trees in South Carolina went viral.

“They are modern-day Nephilim. These are the beasts of the earth that we read about in the book of Revelation because it says the beasts of the earth basically are let loose during a time of tribulation,” Marzulli says.
