Chuck Pierce Prophesies: The Lord Says, ‘I Am Putting in My People the Ability to Put Out Hell’

“There’s a sound in the distance. I am calling My people, calling you into a place that you’ve not been before. I am calling you in to stand in ways you haven’t stood. Watch when smoke comes up. When the smoke comes up (these are signals), rally toward the fire.

“I am putting in My people the ability to put out hell. Even though hell is raging, and fire is rising from the earth, I am giving My people a sound and a movement that will cause hell to recede. Press, press and press toward the fire, for I will quench the mouth of the enemy!

“The kingdom suffers violence, but the violent take it by force. There is a violence coming back to fathers (and mothers) to father (and mother) the land again. There is violence in the atmosphere, but I have a more violent people who are willing to fight. The violence is here today! We will not lose! I Am pushing right behind you … the violent take it by force.

“I am a good Father, and because I am a good Father, I know when to war with the enemy. I know when for My people—to rise up and represent Me in the war ahead. Judah goes first, and Judah must arise throughout the land with a sound, a new sound of war!

Surprise Storms

“The storm is just for a moment, but the plunder of the storm is for a lifetime. Look and see how you quivered and shook in the middle of the storm. Now is the time to throw off the fear and dig deeper. I am establishing a house, and the house that I am establishing will be that of Joseph, that you can receive, hear and get the treasures of the ancient hills. The storm is only designed to break up the fallow ground so the treasures can come forth and be secured in your house. Open up the doors and receive the plunder.

“I am creating surprise storms. Watch, storms of surprise will sweep through the land, and as I surprise you, the storms will settle the dust of the enemy around you. I will not have a dry people, but I will have a people who know how to dance in the midst of the rain. I will have a people who know how to communicate through the airways. I will have a people who know how to rise and decree that I will triumph!

“Be like the bird … turn quickly into the storm and receive the wind that will lift you up and take you to higher, higher and higher places. I will take you over the storm and let you look down and see how minute what you are in is, compared to My majesty. You’re still flying too low, and I must have a people who come up to a place to hear the songs that have never been heard.

“I have sounds waiting on you. I have things that will free your spirit and deliver you supernaturally. I have new missions that you would say, ‘Lord, this could be awful!’, but I am sending you in to win. So rise up! For as you blow up the enemy’s plan, you will hear the sound of victory that will enter the earth.

A New Communication Network

“The turbulence of the air is creating a vibration so that when I hit the communication wires, they will make a sound that has not been heard. Let the wings that you have with you extend and catch the turbulence. Arise, that the vibration of the turbulence will cause the sound to resound in you. I am positioning you in a key place for communication.

“I am creating a new communication network throughout the earth. Position yourself on the communication line, for I have lines around the earth where I am speaking from heaven. If you will position yourself out of the fray around you and stand in the line, you will hear how to walk into your prosperity ahead.

“When the transformers of this earth blow up, be the transformer of My covenant that will extend and create a communication in the heavens that the enemy cannot understand, but that My people can receive. Arise and transform and be the transformer, and as you extend your hand, you will be the guy wire of safety for many in days ahead.

“Lines are forming, so be careful how you draw a line in the sand this hour. There are many lines that are changing. Therefore, watch before you draw. For when you draw, I will come down and set a new order, and you must know that you are rightly aligned to draw that line. Many are coming into a place that they have not been before, and I am mustering an army. If you draw the line too narrow, you will attempt to cause My army to be lessened. Watch how you draw the line, for I am forming a new army throughout the earth.

Do Not Get in My Way!

“For I know when to stand a gift next to another gift. I know when to stand a gift that’s coming through one blood next to another gift, and then next to another gift. I don’t see race the way you see race—I see blood. I created one blood, and I know when to activate the gifts in My Blood and align them in a holy array for triumph.

“Know this: I will have a holy array—don’t get in my way!” {eoa}

Mark Rutland: How You Can Find Victory in Any Crisis

As a former megachurch pastor and president of two major Christian universities as well as founder of Global Servants, Mark Rutland has dealt with a lot of adversity in his career as a kingdom leader.

But the key to thriving in ministry—and in life—Rutland says, is not wallowing in your misfortune, whatever it may be, but rising above any type of crisis when it comes along. In other words, deal with the situation head-on, because God will give the strength to overcome it.

It’s great advice for everyone—especially leaders—considering what’s going on in the world right now. And it’s part of what Rutland teaches in his new podcast, The Leader’s Notebook.

“You can’t become crisis obsessed or crisis addicted,” Rutland told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “As soon as you begin to get on top of the crisis, you have to say to your people, your team and to yourself, ‘We’re going to get out of this. We’re on top of it, and we’re going to get victory over it. We’re getting back our vision.’

“You may be the president of a company, and suddenly there are major changes in your industry. Something happens, and you have to redesign a product or something of that nature. You have to do that. If you ignore it, it can destroy your strategic plan. But remember, your vision is not streamlining new products, it’s getting on with the job. The new product is a crisis response.

“So we’re coming out of this virus, and business is trying to return to whatever form of normality it can find. How do you effectively pick up the reins and make the horse plow? I make a major distinction between strategy and tactics. Strategy is your long-term set of goals and plans leading toward your vision. Tactics is the short-range or medium-range response to some sort of crisis.” {eoa}

Prophecy Reveals God’s Plans for Revival Fire in Fiji

God is moving in the nations—and He has revival in mind.

On June 14, I prophesied about the Holy Spirit brooding over Argentina at Awakening House of Prayer. A few days later, on my morning prayer broadcast, the Lord spoke to me about visiting Fiji in a “spectacular” way.

I heard the Lord say:

I want to bring much fruit in Fiji—fruit for My kingdom, souls. The love of many has waxed cold in Fiji. I am about to ignite a new fire again amongst small cells of intercessors who are going to contend for an outpour of revival and another transformation.

There is another mass harvest in Fiji. There is much fruit that remains for My kingdom as the intercessors rise up and contend against that slumbering spirit that is trying to rest on the nation. I want to bring another awakening and revisit Fiji with revival again.

I have charged you intercessors in Fiji to grab hold of the horns of the altar to begin to repent for the slippage and the backsliding of many, even in the church, in Fiji. I will do a great work there in response to the heart cries of My people who have stood in the gap and have not slid and have not stepped out of the gap but stayed in the gap.

Begin to gather and mobilize their intercessors. You, intercessors in Fiji; pull them in and teach them how to pray and your voice, your collective voice, the cry of unity, will reach up to My throne, and I will respond in kind.”

Messianic Rabbi: Giants, Nephilim and Haunted Houses

I like situational comedy television programs. I mostly watch the older programs because the cultural shift over the years has resulted in newer programming containing things I choose not to watch.

But that is not the topic of this article, and I do not want to get sidetracked. For those who do watch sitcoms, you know that many different programs seem to reuse episode themes from previous sitcom episodes. One of those recurring themes that I have watched over and over in different sitcoms goes something like this.

For some reason, the parents decide they should sell the family home. It may be financed; it may be that they have outgrown the home or even that they are soon to be empty nesters and no longer need as much space. Regardless, the decision to sell the home is announced to the dismay of the children (and sometimes the adults).

Some members of the family, usually the children, decide: “This house cannot be sold.” They formulate a plan, which usually includes either sabotaging the home during visits by prospective buyers or using some form of the haunted house scare tactic. The deception usually doesn’t go well.

You may be asking yourself, “What does this have to do with the Bible, or me for that matter?” Good question. To find out, let’s look in the Bible to read the first time we see this kind of deception being tried.

In Numbers 13, we read about the report from the 10 spies who did not believe they could take the land of Canaan, even though G-D had promised He would give it to them. In Numbers 13 verses 26-29, the spies explain that the reason they could not take the land was because it was inhabited already. But Caleb rebukes them and their reasoning when he stands up and says, “We should definitely go up and capture the land, for we can certainly do it!” (Num. 13:30, TLV).

So they have to try a different tactic, the same one we still watch today on sitcoms. They tried to scare the people into not taking the land, as we read in Numbers 13:32-33:

“They spread among Bnei-Yisrael a bad report about the land they had explored, saying, “The land through which we passed to explore devours its residents. All the people we saw there are men of great size! We also saw there the Nephilim. (The sons of Anak are from the Nephilim.) We seemed like grasshoppers in our eyes as well as theirs!”

The Hebrew word that is translated “bad report” literally means to whisper defamation or falsehoods. What we see here is that after Caleb rejected their first claim for not being able to take the land, the 10 spies tried to scare the children of Israel by claiming Giants and Nephilim were in the land. This would be equivalent to the “haunted house” deception above. Notice, the end of verse 33 was all about perception, not reality.

Too often, we as believers fail to receive the blessings and promises that G-D has for us because we listen to the “bad reports” of others who do not want us to have what G-D promised because they don’t believe His promises. But even worse than simply not receiving our promises, we actually begin to believe the lies that giants and Nephilim exist. {eoa}

Former NFL Star Turned Pastor: We Can Eradicate Racism Forever

Former NFL star Miles McPherson has lived with racism throughout his life. He grew up in a black neighborhood and went to school in a white neighborhood.

As a person of mixed race, he was harassed in the white community for “not being white enough” and by the black community for “not being black enough.” He is of black, white and Chinese descent. He saw Martin Luther King Jr. die when was 8 years old.

That’s a lot for a child to deal with. But as a child of God and now a kingdom leader, McPherson says he’s learned that the only way to deal with the tragedy of racism is God’s way.

That’s what led McPherson, senior pastor of Rock Church in San Diego, California, to write the book, The Third Option: Hope for a Racially Divided Nation. McPherson says as a nation, we must learn to see people not by the color of their skin, but as God sees them—humans created in His image.

“I have lived all my life dealing with racism, directly against me and my family and all the people I knew, and I’ve always thought that I want to do something significant,” McPherson told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “My book was designed to give us tools on how to give honor to what we all have in common.

“We live in an ‘us versus them’ culture, where you have to choose either you’re for the police or against the police, for immigrants or against, for black lives or not. Those are the two options that culture gives us. When Joshua was going to the promised land, he said, ‘The command of the Lord is on me. Are You for us or our adversaries?’ Those are the two options he gave the Lord. And the Lord said, ‘No, I’m not for either one of you. I Am the battle.’

“And that’s the third option, where we honor what God has deemed as important, which is His image in every person, if we could see every person as made in the image of the same God. We can place value on His image in every person because His image is not inferior in one person to another. Culture says that person is ‘less than’ because they are black or poor and they deserve less justice or they’re less valuable.

“When I saw George Floyd killed, one of the things that went through my mind was that it was a statement of insignificant value that police officer put on George. And it kind of triggered my heart and my mind of all of those years that I’ve carried this sense of being powerless to white culture. I never really thought about it that way until I saw him killed. And so, on a spiritual level, racism is when you deem God’s image of something less important than yours, which we all know is sinful. If we can come to agreement to understand the value of every person, then we can eradicate racism.”

Curt Landry: Why Satan Is Deathly Afraid of You

As a Spirit-filled man with Christ dwelling within him, Curt Landry knows Satan is afraid of him and what he can accomplish for Christ. And the founder of Curt Landry Ministries wants every believer to know that they have the same identity and potential to crush the enemy.

“Satan is not afraid of the common man; he’s afraid of the born-again, Spirit-filled man and woman who actually have Christ in them, which is the hope and glory,” Landry told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network.

“… Let’s do a quick look of what we lost in the Garden of Eden. The most important thing we lost there is our relationship with God. And then we lost our position of righteousness. But the biggest thing we lost is our position as princes to rule over the earth and what was created, so we lost our ability to delegate authority. Our citizenship was forfeited.

“After God makes a covenant with Abraham to begin to restore some structure, Jesus came to Calvary and restored all nations with the blood of Jesus. Jesus came to restore everything that was stolen, not just recently, but all the way back to the Garden. And so, that has to do with identity. That has to do with authority.

“When Jesus said, ‘Go therefore and make disciples of all ethnic groups, all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit,’ we have to baptize them in the Trinity so that you have a heavenly Father. That means you are sons and daughters by the Blood of His Son. You have a spirit, which obviously brings the dominion and wisdom of operating in the gifts. We have to teach them that they have authority.”

How the Prophetic Model of Azusa Street Speaks to Us Today

This past month, many watched Ahmaud Arbery and George Floyd brutally murdered on film. And that’s just scratching the surface to the heartbreaking racism still prevalent in our day.

Sadly, we have not yet stepped into the fullness of what Harriet Tubman, William J. Seymour, Martin Luther King Jr. and so many others have laid down their lives for us to walk in. In our day, we desperately need to see more of God and understand His heart.

Learning about the life and legacy of African American William J. Seymour (pronounced “See more”) can open our eyes to give us prophetic vision into rewriting our future narrative. The keys within his life and the movement he led can prophesy into what we are facing today to teach us how to unlock a greater destiny for ourselves and for those who will come after us.

Seymour, son of slaves and blind in one eye, humbly paved the way and was used by God to ignite a revival fire that has since spread around the globe, introducing millions of people to Jesus and to the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. During a time of heavy racial segregation, Seymour, as the leader of what became known as the Azusa Street Revival (1906), created a place where everyone would be welcome regardless of their skin color or nationality.

At the Azusa Street Revival, the walls of race, gender and age were broken down. Eyewitness and historian Frank Bartleman observed that “the ‘color line’ was washed away in the Blood.” This was in relation to racial divides being abolished by the Blood of Jesus at the Azusa Street Mission.

One of the greatest revival movements in history came when a handful of African Americans met together in a home with only one agenda—to encounter more of God. There were only about 15 people, including children, present at the prayer meeting at the home on Bonnie Brae Street in Los Angeles on April 9, 1906, when Seymour preached from Acts 2:1-4. As he spoke about Pentecost, Jennie Evans Moore, who was resting on a stool during the meeting, suddenly fell to the ground and began to speak in tongues. This was a huge breakthrough at that time and what they had all been praying for. She is known as one of the first women in Los Angeles to speak in tongues at the turn of the century.

She recalled that it felt like “a vessel broke” inside her, and “water surged” through her entire being. When this rush came to her lips, she spoke in six different languages that she had seen earlier in a vision that were each later interpreted in English. Following this release, Jennie, who had never played the piano before, walked over to the piano and played it under the anointing while singing in tongues. She recounted the story in the Azusa Mission’s newspaper called The Apostolic Faith (1907):

“For years before this wonderful experience came to us, we as a family, were seeking to know the fulnes [sic] of God, and He was filling us with His presence until we could hardly contain the power …. On April 9, 1906, I was praising the Lord from the depths of my heart at home, and when the evening came and we attended the meeting the power of God fell and I was baptized in the Holy Ghost and fire.”

A few days later, on April 12, 1906, Seymour himself received the Pentecostal Spirit baptism after waiting upon the Lord and praying with a white brother, not giving up until he “came through” and spoke in tongues at nearly 4 a.m.

Word that God was doing a new thing within this community rapidly spread. Crowds of both black and white people from different churches in the area came to the house on Bonnie Brae Street to see and partake in what God was doing. The house swelled with people, so many that the front porch caved in. Thankfully, no one was injured, but they realized they had outgrown the house. Within a week, they moved to a vacant building at 312 Azusa Street.

People from all different nationalities and races joined in harmony to worship and to encounter God together. Seymour’s early leadership team was also racially mixed and also included women. Regular participants of the Azusa Mission in the early years included people from various ethnicities and backgrounds including African Americans, European Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Native Americans and more. That this level of unity in the Spirit came at a time when lynching was common and many years before Martin Luther King Jr. came onto the scene is truly remarkable.

Powerful signs, wonders, miracles and healings were also released in that atmosphere of unity.

Another outcome of encountering more of God together was radical love. Visitors would come to Azusa and experience deep love and humility present in the people. One person said, “From the first time I entered I was struck by the blessed spirit that prevailed in the meeting, such a feeling of unity and humility among the children of God.” In 1908, the leadership at Azusa said, “The Pentecostal power, when you sum it all up, is just more of God’s love.” Seymour recognized that love is what heals, restores and demonstrates God’s power in the world.

These Azusa Street revivalists paved the way for us in such a remarkable way. Now it’s our turn build on their breakthroughs. How will we build on the momentum of William J. Seymour and those at Azusa Street, of Martin Luther King Jr. and of so many others who have gone before us? How will we take what they have done for us and go even further in our day? What will happen in our day when we run toward Jesus with total abandonment and say yes to radical love?

God planned before time began that we would be alive for such a time as this. He entrusted us to steward this generation. Now is the time for “heroes to arise from the dust of obscure and despised circumstances” to take their rightful place in bringing hope and bringing Jesus into every broken heart.

Will you say yes to radical love today? {eoa}

Back From the Dead, Former Drug Addict Brings the Gospel With a Vengeance

So you believe you’re so far gone that God cannot save you? Derrick Gates begs to differ.

Gates, an apostle, revivalist, author and American filmmaker, was raised by bikers and drug addicts. He says he started having sex and smoking marijuana at the age of 9; he’s been a criminal boss and has been arrested more than 30 times in his lifetime.

And to top it all off, he’s come back from the dead in what doctors termed as a “medical miracle” so he can spend the rest of his life preaching the gospel of Jesus to the lost. Yes, it’s been an incredible life and testimony for Gates, host of the Unleashed podcast on the Charisma Podcast Network, and he’s making a huge difference for the kingdom.

“I had become a horrible drug addict. I was doing anywhere from $2,000 a day worth of cocaine and meth a day,” Gates told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “At that time, I really just wanted to die. I wanted out. I never thought I’d make it to 21 years old, let alone 22 or 23. We were kicking in doors with machine guns and robbing people. We had shootouts on the side of the road with rival gangs. It was an environment you never expect to make it out of.

“I had done a whole lot of drugs, a shot called a speedball, and what that does is that it stops your heart. … I was pronounced dead (from a drug overdose), 100% dead. The coroner pronounced me dead. It was 15 to 20 minutes before after they pronounced me until the time that I rose up. I was standing over my body looking at myself. I felt the enemy come into the room. Anything that was ever good in me was being sucked out of my body.

“The only way I could describe it is that maybe that’s what Jesus felt like when He died on the cross and He said, ‘Why have You forsaken Me?’ The Father had to leave. He couldn’t stand to be in that much sin. I wonder if that’s what it feels like to go to hell. It felt like anything that was ever Him was being pulled out of me and that terrified me. It terrified me to know that I had screwed up that bad, and I could feel God leaving. And then Jesus walked into the room, and everything changed.”

James Goll: How You Can Rediscover Your Song in Hopeless Times

James Goll knows what it’s like to go through dark days, days that can seem bereft of hope if you don’t know Jesus. He lost his wife to cancer in 2008, and he’s suffered through three bouts of cancer himself.

The founder of God Encounters Ministries, Goll’s kingdom calling usually surrounds prayer and the prophetic, and most of his writing centers on the dimensions of God. But in his book, Tell Your Heart to Sing Again, Goll conveys a message of hope for those who feel like they have none, a message to help people rediscover their life song.

It is especially pertinent for those discouraged and disappointed in the chaotic times our country has experienced in 2020 with racial unrest and the COVID-19 pandemic.

“In this book, I’m very transparent, very real,” Goll told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “It comes from the last 14 years of my journey of going through cancer, losing my wife and going into $300,000 of medical debt, and becoming a single father. At the age of 58, I felt like I had to restart my life.

“In a sense, I lost my song in the deep darkness with everything I’ve gone through. One of the things that the Holy Spirit spoke to me to do was to go into the studio and to sing. He said it to me three or four times. And that’s what I did.

“So, what the Lord told me to do is that He wanted me to sing the songs that the world knows, because the world needs hope right now. So, it became a bridge for me from the religion mountain to the arts and entertainment. So, I let the world know, in my small manner, that although you walk through the valley, like in Psalm 23 … the issue is to keep moving.”

For more about James Goll’s book and his CD, listen to this entire podcast. And be sure to tune into Goll’s podcast, God Encounters Today, on the Charisma Podcast Network.
