John Bevere Says You Can Multiply Your God-Given Influence

John Bevere is convinced every Christ follower and every child of God has a duty to which God has called them. But unlike many people’s perceptions, you don’t have to be a pastor or a worship leader or even a missionary.

Bevere, an international speaker, bestselling author and co-founder of Messengers International along with his wife, Lisa, says God has something for everyone. But, the one thing Bevere says God doesn’t want is for you to be a spectator in the kingdom. It’s an ideal that led him to write his latest book, X: Multiply Your God-Given Potential.

“Every single child of God has a calling on their life,” Bevere told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “I don’t know that people really believe that. What I really wanted to do is show everyone the value of their calling. Everyone one of us are called to build the kingdom of God. Every one of us has a unique calling on their life.

“With that calling comes supernatural gits and abilities. And those abilities don’t work unless we know about them. We can do one of three things with those abilities: We can use them to build ourselves and our families. We can use them to build the kingdom. Or we can sit and do nothing.

“As a writer, I have connected my dots, and you see how my gifts and abilities connect in building the kingdom. The problem may be that you have not connected your dots. … I don’t care if you are a stay-at-home-mom. I don’t care if you’re the pastor of a rural church, if you’re in the marketplace, you’re a factory worker or a school teacher. You have a unique calling to build the kingdom, and what you’re doing is very significant.

“And you can’t do it the way you’re supposed to unless you operate in the supernatural gifting that God has placed on your life. … If the gift of God in you is dormant, you need to stir it up. The Bible makes it so clear that we need to get our gifts to operate so that we can impact our world. But remember, your calling is impossible to fulfill in your own ability.”

Why God Chose This Piece of Land in His Covenant With Israel

The story of the Bible is the story of God’s plan to redeem mankind. Central to that story is the calling on the Jewish people found in God’s covenant with Abraham in Genesis 12:1-3.

A curious but key element to that covenant was the gift of the land of Canaan—a land Abraham never possessed but was promised to his descendants as an inheritance.

The land of Canaan was described as an “everlasting possession” because it was part of a covenant that was “everlasting” (Gen. 17:7-8). As long as God’s covenant with Abraham is in play, the land is the possession of the people of Israel.

Thousands of years later we find that piece of land highly controversial and some in the Christian world tend to brush the importance of the land aside. They may say the land is no longer necessary, or the Jewish people forfeited the right to the land when they did not accept Jesus’ messianic credentials. We must understand God’s original intention in the gift of this land to understand its significance and meaning today.

Why would He include land in His covenant with Abraham and why the land of Canaan? Is that promise still valid today? What lessons can we draw from the land of Canaan for our lives and walk with the Lord?

These are some of the questions we will discuss this week on the Out of Zion podcast on the Charisma Podcast Network. Please join me to learn why God chose the land of Canaan and for what purpose in “Land of the Bible,” part 5 of the 3D Bible Series. {eoa}

Prophetic Teacher Reveals How You Can Walk in Kingdom Authority

As a prophetic teacher, Byron Easterling’s vision, as it states in the biography on his website, is to “awaken every believer’s identity in Christ and more fully empower them to deeply experience the love of God.”

It’s a mission statement, but it’s also his desire as a kingdom leader to help believers move into the presence of the Spirt of God every day. It’s also something he teaches with a passion through his Charisma Podcast Network show, New Era Explorers with Byron Easterling.

And when he conducts meeting, he says his greatest joy is that the Spirit of God will be there and manifest itself so believers can experience the fullness of Christ.

“I want people to enter in and find a place of rest,” Easterling told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “I want them to be able to just come in with prayer and listen to the Holy Spirit and respond. There is a lot of hope that springs forth from that.

“It’s my desire to lead people into a place where they themselves are hearing from the Holy Spirit instead of me telling them what they are supposed to hear,” Easterling said. “It’s encouraging for me to be able to lead them and facilitate that place for them.

“I recently had someone respond to me after a podcast and they just said, ‘I’ve been longing for this for a long time,’ he said. “‘Just lead me there; you facilitate it.’ So I stopped my day, and it didn’t take long. I stopped, and it just open up the avenue of the Holy Spirit. …

“I think as we discover … as we go deeper, we hear His voice more clearly,” Easterling added. “I think He has a unique voice for each of us in a sense of how we hear in our spirit and how we hear in our heart and mind. As we draw near to Him, it allows our voice to be released in power and authority. God has given us a place to put our feet and walk in authority in the kingdom.”

Messianic Rabbi: How Will You Respond When G-D Appears to You?

I still remember the first time I read Genesis 18 when I was a child in synagogue. The words seemed to leap off of the page directly into my imagination as I pictured Abraham looking up and seeing G-D walking towards him.

I was totally blown away as I read that the one who, only a few chapters before, had spoken the world into existence was dropping by Abraham’s tent for lunch. As we read the narrative, our Shabbat school teacher told us the greatest lessons we can learn from these passages was how we, as Jewish people, treat guests that visit us. This was the Torah teaching us hospitality. Still to this day, when people visit my home, I think back to these verses as I attempt to follow the example of Abraham.

Without question, Abraham demonstrated great hospitality, as we read in Genesis 18:3-8:

Then he said, “My Lord, if now I have found favor in your eyes, please do not pass by your servant. Please let a little water be brought so you can wash your feet, and make yourselves comfortable under the tree. And let me bring a bit of bread so that you can refresh yourselves—then you can pass on—since you have passed by your servant. They said, “Do just as you have said.” So Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah and said, “Quick! Knead three measures of fine flour and prepare bread loaves!” Then to the herd Abraham ran and took a young ox, tender and good, and he gave it to the servant, who prepared it quickly. Then he took butter and milk and the young ox that he had prepared and set it before them. While he was standing by them under the tree, they ate.

However, I believe the most important lesson we can learn from Genesis 18 is found not in verses 3-8, but in verses 1 and 2:

“Then Adonai appeared to him at Mamre’s large trees while he was sitting in the entrance of his tent during the heat of the day. When he lifted up his eyes to see, suddenly, three men were standing right by him. When he saw them, he ran from the entrance of his tent to meet them and bowed down to the ground.”

In these verses, we find an extremely important pattern the Torah is teaching. For a moment, let’s put aside the fact that the invisible G-D has put on human form and is visiting one of His creations for lunch. Let’s also set aside the prophetic types and shadows of this narrative and its fulfilment in Yeshua (Jesus) who would also come as a man, robed in human flesh. I will write more about both of these shadow images in future blogs. For this blog, I want to focus primarily on the pattern found in these first two verses and how that pattern relates to you and I today.

Take a look at verse 1: Ad-nai (G-D) appeared to Abraham while Abraham was sitting in the entrance of his tent. Abraham’s response to seeing Ad-nai was to lift up his eyes to see. To understand this a little clearer, just imagine you are sitting in your tent in the middle eastern desert and in the distance you see something that draws your attention. Your response would probably be to lift your eyes and try to see whatever it was more clearly. This is what is happening to Abraham; he sees Ad-nai appear and rather than ignore what he sees and continue resting in his tent, Abraham stops what he is doing and looks more intently.

Understand this same thing is happening every day to people all over the world, and if you are a Bible believer, it has happened to you. How it happened for each of us is different, but G-D appeared to each one of us. We who know Him responded to His appearance by lifting our eyes until, like Abraham who suddenly saw three men (two angels and G-D, as we find out in the next chapter), we clearly saw who He was. Once Abraham knew G-D had appeared to him, he stood to his feet and ran and bowed down to Him. In the same way, you and I, once we recognize G-D has appeared to us, also bow down to His lordship.

This important pattern is established early in the Bible so that, as we read through the Scriptures, we will see it. The pattern is that we, as sinners, are sitting in our tents like Abraham when G-D appears to us. We then have to choose to lift up our eyes to see Him more clearly. Once we see Him clearly, we will stand up and run to Him. The result of our running to Him is that we get to welcome Him into our “tents,” as we read in 1 Corinthians 3:16:

“Don’t you know that you are God’s temple and that the Ruach Elohim dwells among you?”

And just like with Abraham, once we have welcomed Him into our tents, G-D will fellowship with us as well, as we read in Revelation 3:20:

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and will dine with him, and he with Me.”

It is during this intimate fellowship that G-D will reveal the prophetic plans to us as He does with Abraham, as we read further into Genesis 18.

By the way, we find the inverse pattern for those who choose not to lift up their eyes in Psalms 1:1:

“Happy is the one who has not walked in the advice of the wicked, nor stood in the way of sinners, nor sat in the seat of scoffers. But his delight is in the Torah of Adonai, and on His Torah he meditates day and night.”

Notice that for one who is not lifting his eyes to search for G-D in Torah, he begins with first walking in the advice of the wicked, then standing in the way of sinners and ultimately sitting in the seat of the scornful. See the reverse pattern is that Abraham sat, then stood, then walked toward G-D.

Understanding this pattern helps us better understand just where Lot was spiritually, when he was sitting in the gate of Sodom, as we see in Genesis 19:1: “Now the two angels came to Sodom in the evening, while Lot was sitting at the gate of Sodom.” {eoa}

Randy Clark Assures Believers That God Still Heals Today

Many believers, just like those in the New Testament church, are convinced that God isn’t in the business of healing people today. International itinerant minister Randy Clark says he’s seen too many healing miracles around the world to ever believe that myth.

The founder of Global Awakening, which teaches people to receive the full power of God, Clark says the healing power of Jesus is as much alive today as when Jesus Himself ministered to the masses. It’s just that people must believe it—and receive it.

Clark has written several books about the subject, including The Healing Breakthrough: Creating an Atmosphere of Faith for Healing, released in 2016.

“I have had the experience of knowing the difference between the atmosphere where it’s less likely anybody is going to get healed and the atmosphere of where it’s very likely that somebody is going to get healed,” Clark told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “On my last trip to Brazil, I had an experience where about 500 people were there, and the number of people healed was about 50%.

“It was electric,” Clark said. “You could feel the faith of 500 people trying to get in. There was no room. It was packed. But the next night, we went to another church, and there were about 25 people when we got there, and there was no faith at all. … You could feel the opposite. I mean, you could feel the doubt and the lack of faith. And it was in a Pentecostal church. I remember saying, ‘This is not the way you build faith.’ …

“I told them, ‘My faith isn’t your faith,’ Clark said. “‘My faith isn’t in your ability to come to faith. I stand before you tonight and tell you that my faith is in my God who has the ability to do things in this meeting that will cause you to come to faith. And my faith is in what He can do.’

“In most cases, I want churches to know is that they don’t have a bad theology about healing,” Clark said. “They just don’t have enough experience. So you don’t have to deal with theology or be in a church where they’ve got this bad theology that makes it almost impossible for them to believe. You need to deal with this before faith can grow. And that’s where I love doing healing skills. You go into a church, and you have like four days and 24 sessions. We did this in the largest Baptist church in Brazil, and [their faith] just exploded.”

Jonathan Cahn Reveals ‘The Mystery of the Tower’ That Foreshadows America’s Future

Jonathan Cahn’s electrifying, long-awaited sequel The Harbinger II: The Return, was released on Sept. 1, and it takes up right where his first blockbuster best seller, The Harbinger, left off.

This riveting new book reveals the mystery which began with 9/11 has not stopped, but has continued unfolding on America soil. The ancient harbingers that warn of coming judgment—which were foretold in the first book—have continued to manifest.

The Harbinger II answers the consuming questions that people are asking in today’s turmoil: Is the ancient mystery of the harbinger behind the pandemic, the economic collapse, the disorder that is unfolding before our very eyes? Are these current shakings a sign? Is there more to the mystery? Are we running out of time?

In a recent interview on The Jim Bakker Show, Cahn shed even more light on the biblical signs happening in America today, revealing the mystery of the towers.

Linked to Judgment

“In Hebrew, the word for tower is the word is migdol, which comes from the root word gadal,” said Cahn. “It means to become great, to increase, to be enlarged. It also means pride.

“In the ancient world, ancient civilizations built towers to show how great they were, and those towers would be a symbol of the kingdom itself. The tower of Babel, for example. So there’s a connection between towers and being the greatest.”

Drawing a parallel to modern times, Cahn illuminated the fact that as America rose to greatness as a global power, it started building the greatest towers in the world, the Empire State Building, for example, was built in that time period. Following the biblical pattern, those towers represented the nation itself.

“Then later, we built the World Trade Center,” Cahn continued, “but that was actually at a time when America was going away from God. So here’s where it gets interesting, because in the Bible towers are linked not only to greatness and pride, but they’re also linked to judgment.”

Cahn cited many proofs from the Bible that in a time of judgement, a nation’s towers would come crashing down:

“For the day of the Lord of hosts shall come upon everything proud and lofty, upon everything lifted up—and it shall be brought low” (Isa. 2:12).

“The loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be brought low(Isa. 2:17).

“We see this again and again in the Bible,” said Cahn. “Destruction will fall ‘upon every high tower’ [Isa. 2:15]. And on the day of a nation’s judgment her enemies shall break down her towers [Ezek. 26:4]. The prophet Zephaniah warned that it will be on the day of the trumpet and alarm, ‘against the high towers’ [Zephaniah 1:16] a day, said Isaiah, ‘when the towers fall,’ [Isaiah 30:25]. When the high towers fall to the earth, a nation’s judgment is beginning.

“We saw that on 9/11,” Cahn continued. “The sign of the tower—representing America’s greatness and towering preeminence in the world—came crashing down.”

Cahn revealed even more connections from the biblical pattern of judgement. “New York City is known for its towers, but it’s also known as the gate of America,” he said. “In ancient times when they wanted to strengthen their gates against an enemy, they would put a tower at the gate, one on one side and another tower on the other side. So there’d be two towers and they would be identical. They would be twin towers at the gate.

“So when the day of judgment came, the enemy would attack the towers at the gate. On 9/11, we saw this happen to the Twin Towers—the World Trade Center—at the gate, New York City. As in ancient times, in ancient judgment, the enemy attacked the twin towers.”

The Message

So, what is the message—the warning—of the towers? “The fall of America’s towers is like the fall of the towers in the Bible,” said Cahn. “God is saying that He built us up. America became this great tower of a kingdom, of a civilization, but we could only do that with God. If we turn away from Him, we turn away from the foundation on which we stand, and that tower will come crumbling down.

“9/11 was not only an event and a tragedy,” said Cahn, “it was also a foreshadow of what will come. The message is that if our nation does not repent and return to God, America itself—not just a symbol of America as a proud tower—will come crumbling down to the ground.” {eoa}

Facebook Shuts Down ‘Stop the Steal’ Pro-Trump Group

Social media giant Facebook shut down “Stop The Steal,” a pro-Trump group with hundreds of thousands of members that were allegedly organizing protests of vote counts around the country.

The group had grown to more than 361,000 members within 24 hours and was centered on protesting the administration of the election, which organizers allege has affected by widespread voter fraud, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The Post reported the hashtag #StopTheSteal has gained momentum as numerous high-profile Republican accounts also questioned the integrity of Tuesday’s election.

The social media giant’s decision to remove the group was “in line with the exceptional measures that we are taking during this period of heightened tension,” according to a Facebook spokesman Andy Stone who said “Stop the Steal” was “creating real-world events.”

“The group was organized around the delegitimization of the election process, and we saw worrying calls for violence from some members of the group,” he said in a statement.

Several media outlets reported a pro-Trump group called “Women for America First” who had created and operated the Facebook page.

“We need boots on the ground to protect the integrity of the vote,” the Facebook page said before it disappeared from view. It encouraged people to donate to help pay for “flights and hotels to send people” to battleground states including Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania.

Obliterate Negativity in Your Life With This Simple Task

Tim Cameron never thought of himself as such as negative person until one day, while driving to church, he made an unflattering remark to his wife. During the service and on the way home, God spoke to his heart and revealed to him just how deep his negativity had gone.

Of course, he apologized to his wife, but the conviction Cameron felt led him to seek the Lord about his rough demeanor, and he soon realized his words had a hurtful impact on his family and associates. Through much prayer and through studying the prayers of Jesus, he became a different person—and he says you can too.

“Going home from church, I tried to apologize to my wife, and she said to me, ‘Well, Tim, that’s OK. That’s just the way you are,'” Cameron told Dr. Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on the Charisma Podcast Network. “That struck me so deeply that I sought the Lord for a long period of time.

“In the midst of it, the Lord said something to me that is pretty amazing,” Cameron said. “He said to me, ‘Tim, I want you to fast. Sarcasm, criticism, gossip, negative words, complaining—I want you to fast those words.’ Of course, I never even thought about fasting words. …

“The word ‘fast’ means to cover your mouth. That’s what it means in Greek. And here’s one of the corollaries or the serendipitous things that happens when you fast words—you start listening more. I like to say that listening is a ministry that we can offer to each other. … It was really tough (to fast). I must have done 40 days. I needed to fast words for 40 days because we all know Scripture says very pointedly that the tongue is the most rude and unruly member of our body. And we’ve got some unruly members in our body. But the tongue is the most unruly. If a person can bring that under control, Scripture says you can bring anything under control.

“Criticism is so deadly in our marriages,” he said. “One of my favorite writers, Stanley Jones, gives a list of the four or five things that can destroy unity in our relationships. He puts secret criticism at the top—secret criticism that you don’t even voice. The only thing you can do with it is to repent of the sin.”

Will You Choose Daniel’s Heart, No Matter What?

As I sit at my computer and write, this crisp November morning, we still don’t know who has won the presidential election. Perhaps by the time that you read my words, we will know who will lead our great nation for the next four years.

This week has been a tumultuous week of endless waiting, political frustration and obsessive worrying for some. For others, it has been a week of intense focus, of relentless prayer and of sterling faith.

Wherever you land politically, if you are reading this article, you likely possess a measure of faith. You have discovered, as I have, that faith will pave a way through the darkest night, through the stormiest seas and through the confusing mazes of life. Faith is our anchor; it is our beacon; and it is our compass. There is nothing ambiguous or erratic about the faith that resides deep within my soul but faith is the hope that guides me, it is the peace that pervades me and it is the joy that inspires me. If nothing else, let me be known as a woman of sure faith in the most trying of worldly times.

As I was reading the Word of God early Wednesday morning, my eyes came upon this Scripture:

“But when Daniel learned that the law had been signed, he went home and knelt down as usual in his upstairs room, with its windows open toward Jerusalem. He prayed three times a day, just as he had always done, giving thanks to his God” (Dan. 6:10, NLT).

Daniel’s example is the one we should follow regardless of the outcome of this contentious 2020 election. We should kneel down, as usual, and turn toward the windows of heaven. We should expect to hear from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We should expect to be empowered by the Holy Spirit of Pentecost. We should know that every answer we need comes from heaven and not from earthly pundits.

Daniel continued to pray three times a day with celebratory thanksgiving! His praise was not stifled by the events of his culture or by the ruling of his government. Daniel’s heart was set on the bounty of heaven’s blessing in the midst of uncommonly hard times.

I choose, like Daniel, to kneel in the presence of Jehovah-Shalom, the prince of peace. I choose, like Daniel, to keep my heart turned toward the high places of God Almighty. I choose, like Daniel, to continue to praise the one who made me in spite of the cacophony of this earthly kingdom.

What will you choose? {eoa}

Prophecy: It’s Your Season to Walk in the Breaker Anointing

For the past two weeks, the word “Breakthrough” has been lodged in my spirit, refusing to leave!

It’s my belief that this word is specifically for all who read this. I understand the times are perilous and unrest can be found in just about every facet of society, but we serve the God of the breakthrough, even when it seems least likely.

As I studied and prayed concerning what I felt the Lord had given me, the phrase “Breaker anointing” was downloaded. I began to research it. To that point, I hadn’t thoroughly ministered on this topic.

I discovered that the “Breaker” is God and the anointing is His power to help you effectively press through whatever you’re going through right now! It’s the oil from the Lord that causes you to break, breach, explode or crash through.

I saw a host of believers crashing through:

—Limitations.

—Demonic hindrances.

—Walls.

—Stumbling blocks.

—Obstacles.

—Mental blocks.

—Curses (generational and so on).

—Negative words.

—Death sentences.

—Emotional hurt.

—Loneliness.

—Betrayal.

—Isolation.

—Abandonment.
2 Samuel 5:17-21 says, “When the Philistines heard that they had anointed David king over Israel, all of the Philistines went up to search for David, but David heard about this and went down to the stronghold. Now the Philistines had come and were spread out in the Valley of Rephaim. So David asked the Lord, ‘Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You give them into my hand?’ The Lord said to David, ‘Go up, because I will certainly give them into your hand’ So David came to Baal Perazim, and David defeated them there. He said, ‘The Lord has breached my enemies before me like bursting tides.’ Therefore, he named that place Baal Perazim. The Philistines abandoned their idols there, and David and his men carried them away.”

Like David, the Lord is ready, willing and able to help you beat your enemies. You can count on Him! We must realize that we serve the “master who explodes” (Baal Perazim) and He’s ready to explode on the demonic agents attempting to prevent your breaking through! Glory! I believe many of you are about to experience a “divine explosion,” a blessed breakthrough and a realignment of your mandate from the Lord. Let me remind you, God can still bless you, even in your land of affliction.

The Breaker Goes Before You

“The breaker goes up before them; they break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it. So their king goes on before them, and the LORD at their head” (Mic. 2:13, NASB 1995).

Remember, God is the breaker! He’s the one that goes before you. I’m reminded of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego in Daniel the third chapter, who unabashedly refused to bow down to an enormous statue of gold (96 feet tall and 9 feet wide). They were thrown into a fiery furnace by King Nebuchadnezzar. The King saw four men in the furnace when there should have only been three. One, the King declared, looked like the Son of God! He called them out, but only the three Hebrew boys emerged.

This is evidence that the Breaker goes before His people. The Lord was already in the fiery furnace before Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were thrown in. I’m telling you today that whatever problem or issue you’re going through right now; the breaker is in it with you!

In fact, the Lord was in your adversity long before it manifested in your life! The sickness in your body; the breaker is there! The financial woes that you’re in; the breaker is there! Those that need a place to live; the breaker is there! I could go on and on. I just want you to realize that it’s your season to walk in His anointing! Remember, He’s the Lord who bursts out. He’s also the Lord of the breakthrough, the God who overwhelms and the owner of breaking through!

A Sudden Breakthrough

Someone reading this at this very moment needs a “suddenly” (an unexpected breakthrough) from the breaker and it needs to happen now! God is about to explode on the demonic forces assigned to you and your family! It’s your season to walk in His breaking oil! The oil will combat pressure and discomfort. In fact, the pressure that comes through discomfort positions you for breakthrough! There’s a blessing that comes with the pressure the enemy puts on us. Don’t crack under demonic pressure! Pressure has the ability to turn coal into diamonds. If you’re going to allow pressure to break you, let it turn you into something better! I sense some diamonds in the rough are reading this! People that were coal (symbolically) are turning into diamonds; something much more valuable!

It’s Your Season to Walk in the Breaker’s Anointing

I decree the breaker’s oil will get on you and you’ll experience a great breakthrough! His anointing will cause demonic bloodlines and soul ties to be broken—starting now, in Jesus’s mighty name! I decree burdens are coming off you now, and ungodly soul ties are being broken now (Isa. 10:27)! Remember, it is the anointing that will break us through and give us the victory.

The Spikenard Anointing
Spikenard is “a costly perfumed ointment much valued in ancient times. It represents extravagant adoration and intimacy with Jesus, which will produce resurrection power. The oil (spikenard) that Mary anointed our Lord Jesus Christ with did not represent death; but resurrection power (victory over death, hell and the grave).”

I loose a spikenard anointing on all those who are ill or facing a life or death situation. I decree fresh oil! New oil! You will walk into the oil of breakthrough because the breaker has gone before you. {eoa}
