Taylor Swift’s music has found its home at The Church of the Holy Spirit.

As the Christian Post reported, the historic church in Heidelberg, Germany, decided to have a worship service centered around the pop star’s music.

The event played off of Swift’s song “Anti-Hero,” as it was called: “Anti-Hero—Taylor Swift Church Service.” It was so large it took not one but two services with 1,200 congregants in attendance.

There’s no question if we’re living in dark times.

Recently, the demonic realm was praised during a global music competition. The Eurovision Song Contest 2024 featured artists from all over Europe. However, the performance from Ireland was far from family friendly.

The performer representing Ireland, Bambie Thug, stood in a ring with the outline of a pentagram and candles surrounding her. Her dark costume combined with horns and pale makeup presented a death-like appearance. Later, she was joined on stage by a man, who was painted in gray-blue. The two danced provocatively together. By the end of the song, Bambie Thug has her dark clothes removed to reveal a two-piece transgender flag-themed outfit.

In the Debate About Immigrants, Don’t Forget Compassion

My friend Dawit (not his real name) is a 33-year-old immigrant from the troubled nation of Eritrea. When he was a teenager, he and his 11 siblings walked more than eight hours to the Sudanese border to escape the communist country. Eventually, in 2010, Dawit and his family arrived in the United States to seek a better life.

After spending some time in California, Dawit moved to the Atlanta area to work as a truck driver. I met him in 2022 through a mutual friend who is also from Eritrea, and I prayed with Dawit on the phone when he decided to become a Christian. We’ve stayed in touch weekly, and I send him tips on how to grow as a disciple of Jesus.

This past week, Dawit called me to ask if I could baptize him. He had been studying his Bible, and he realized that he needed to solidify his commitment to Jesus and make a public declaration of his faith. So he drove his 18-wheeler to my city, an hour from Atlanta, and I baptized him in a swimming pool while several friends watched.

Super Bowl champ Harrison Butker held little back Saturday when he delivered the commencement address at Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas.

Butker accused President Joe Biden of vocally supporting the “murder” of the unborn, and also lamented “dangerous gender ideologies,” among other issues.

Of particular note, the Kansas City Chiefs kicker highlighted the disparity he sees between Biden’s stated Catholic faith and his pro-choice proclivities.

“Bad policies and poor leadership have negatively impacted major life issues,” Butker said. “Things like abortion, IVF, surrogacy, euthanasia, as well as a growing support for degenerate cultural values in media all stem from the pervasiveness of disorder.”

The football star then turned his attention to Biden. Without naming the president, he made it clear he believes the commander-in-chief’s comments and actions violate the Catholic faith.

“Our own nation is led by a man who publicly and proudly proclaims his Catholic faith, but at the same time is delusional enough to make the sign of the cross during a pro-abortion rally,” Butker said, referring to a recent rally where Biden went viral for doing that very thing.

He continued, “He has been so vocal in his support for the murder of innocent babies that I’m sure, to many people, it appears that you can be both Catholic and pro-choice.”

But Butker said Biden isn’t alone in improperly leading people to believe pro-choice values work within the Catholic framework.

“From the man behind the COVID lockdowns, to the people pushing dangerous gender ideologies onto the youth of America, they all have a glaring thing in common,” Butker said. “They are Catholic.”

Celebrity couple Justin and Hailey Bieber are having a baby, with the pop star and his model wife announcing the news Thursday on social media.

“I have been waiting for this day,” Bieber’s mom, Pattie Mallette, said in an Instagram video commenting on the positive news. “Oh my gosh, I’m going to be a grandma!”

She then delivered a heartfelt message to her son and daughter-in-law.

A family is rejoicing in an “absolute miracle” after a 7-year-old boy survived being thrown by a deadly tornado in Abilene, Texas.

The Lambert family told KWTX-TV they were hiding in a closet as the tornado ripped through their neighborhood over the weekend, utterly destroying their home.

Freddy McKinney, a storm chaser, helped rescue the Lamberts while he was filming the harrowing tornado hover over their house. Wes and Kasey Lambert—along with their daughter Allie and son Lane—found shelter in a closet.
