As believers, we are kingdom citizens and not of this world. We don’t abide by this world’s economy and the natural things happening.

Repeatedly over the last four weeks I’ve been hearing from the Lord, “Don’t look at the circumstances of this world. We are not of this world. Get your eyes off the natural.”

It is so strong in my heart and spirit. I can’t remember a time a word kept stirring inside me like this word. I’ve been hearing the Lord say there are multiple blessings in this season—they are already in the works—and not to look at our natural surroundings. He is a God that is not bound by this world. Live by faith, not by sight.

Some years ago, I had a profound dream that I know was from the Lord. It was very surreal and prophetic.

The Lord has been impressing upon me to share it, as it will help many who are in transition. The dream had five distinct segments, each revealing transitions in the journey of fulfilling our destiny as we are led by the Holy Spirit.

A Dream of Transition

The first part of the dream was black and white. I was on a mountain, crouching against bare boulders. I didn’t realize how high up I was until airplanes began flying next to me. They were solid, gray and looked like fighter planes. They kept coming closer, one after another, until they were nearly brushing me. The noise and wind from the planes was intense. {eoa}

The kingdom of God is the rule of God that emanates from His throne. God’s kingdom encompasses all universes, including every sphere of life on earth.

Those stuck in typical church structures only understand the kingdom as it relates to going to heaven. The following points are contrasts based on the implications of understanding that the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof and that His kingdom rules over all, not just the church (Ps. 24; 103:19).

1. The kingdom encompasses all of life. Most contemporary churches depend upon a “church” building as their sacred space. In the kingdom, Christ followers are called to fill everyone else’s building and their concomitant spheres of influence (Eph. 4:10). Unlike the perspective of many contemporary churches, they are not merely called to create and inhabit church buildings for religious use on Sundays. {eoa}

On May 12 and May 19, 2022, Jonathan Cahn’s new motion picture, The Harbingers of Things to Come, will premiere in movie theaters nationwide. Near the end of the movie, he will reveal a sequence of prophetic images kept hidden for years.

Cahn has had the images in his possession for some time but has never publicly released them as he does with the movie’s release. Though the specific content of the images has not been revealed, Cahn, for the first time, now gives us clues about what will appear on the screen in the new motion picture.

“In the Bible, God gives images, symbols, visions, glimpses of things yet to come, prophetic foreshadows,” the bestselling author says. “The difference here is that, in this case, they were actually captured on film.

“In ancient times, it was the watchmen who saw the first glimpses of coming events, coming danger, approaching judgment,” Cahn explains. “Those glimpses were often first seen from the walls of the city gate. The gate of America is New York City—and most specifically, the Statue of Liberty. And that’s where the prophetic images appeared.

“It happened at the pedestal of the statue,” he says. “The images appeared in the midst of a gathering of believers who had come there as they had a strong sense that something major was going to happen.

“The first image appeared while one of the leaders there sounded the shofar to New York City,” Cahn says. “It was captured on-camera. Those present didn’t realize what had happened until they later saw the pictures. When they did realize it, everyone was astounded. It was precise, exact and stunning. In the movie, this is the image that will be shown first.

“The second image isn’t so much one image but several—a sequence of images,” he adds. “It was captured by a second person using a video camera. It happened while the man who had sounded the shofar was praying for America and chanting an ancient Hebrew blessing. Only later, when the group looked at the video, did they realize what had appeared. It was a different image or series of images. It was even more graphic and stunning. Those who saw it could hardly speak.

“These are prophetic images that revealed what was going to happen to America before it happened—events that were linked to the biblical template of national judgment and that are still affecting us to this day,” Cahn says.

“With the release of The Harbingers of Things to Come and with America in such a critical hour, I decided it was time to release these images—to reveal them in a way they had never been revealed before,” he says. “So for the first time ever, people will be seeing the images for themselves in movie theaters across America.”

As to the effect of the images, Cahn says this: “An advance preview of the film was given to a Christian producer of television broadcasts. He told me that when he saw the images, it was ‘bone chilling’ and that he literally had goosebumps.

“And there was even more to the mystery,” he adds. “The images not only revealed what was going to happen to America but also when it was going to happen—the exact day!”

As to how Cahn knew of these things and came into possession of the images, he reveals one more piece of the puzzle. “The reason I can say these things is I was there. I was the one who was led to sound the shofar to New York City and then to lift my hands and pray. I had a strong sense that the gathering was a prophetic moment, but only when I saw what had appeared, and later when the foreshadow was fulfilled, did the full weight of what happened come on me. Now thousands of others will be able to see it for the first time.”

The Harbingers of Things to Come appears in movie theaters across America on May 12, 2022. Because the response has been so great, a second premiere has been added for May 19, 2022. Last weekend after I spoke at a church in Jacksonville, Florida, a young woman came to the altar to ask for prayer. She had heard me share how Jesus wants us to be filled with the Holy Spirit so that we can have the boldness to share the gospel—and so that we can experience all the Spirit’s miraculous power when we minister to others.

This woman was a bit shy, but after I prayed for her she began to speak in tongues for the first time. It was a new experience for her, but she wants all God has for her. Her fears didn’t keep her from claiming something new from God. Her life was changed in that moment.

I’ve seen this miracle happen countless times—ever since it happened to me when I was 18. I was raised in a church that didn’t teach about the spiritual gifts mentioned in the New Testament. In fact, the first person I ever heard speaking in tongues was me, at the moment Jesus baptized me in the Holy Spirit!

Within the body of Christ, if you want a fiery debate, bring up the subject of women in ministry beyond the acceptable children’s and prayer ministries. And, if you are going to add fuel to that fire, begin talking about women in the role of pastor or apostle. The debate surrounding women has not only divided the Christian community at large but has also divided local churches and even families.

There have been many female pastors, including myself, approached by “well-meaning” men telling us that we are in sin because we are moving at a level in ministry that is not allowed by Scripture. However, is that correct interpretation of Scripture, religious tradition or something else?

With any biblical topic, we must explore the whole of Scripture and ask the Lord to help us to understand. When we look at the whole of Scripture, we discover that 40 authors wrote the Bible over 1,450 years. This timeframe spans both sides of the cross, which encompasses both the Old Covenant and the New Covenant. The Bible was not all penned in the same country; however, it was composed under the direction and inspiration of Jehovah. {eoa}

One of the first concepts I learned when I started my lifestyle-change journey was that instead of going on another diet to lose weight, I needed to learn how to change my habits. I needed to choose one bad habit to stop and one good habit to start.

It was when I started to think about what was the best habit I could start that God mentioned what had become a bad word to me: exercise.

For habit change to work, I had to put firm boundaries around the bad habit I wanted to stop. It wasn’t something I was stopping temporarily until I got the weight off. It was a habit I would work on discarding completely.

Filling the Void

Stopping the bad habit would leave a void, so this meant I needed to start a good habit in its place. I would use all the energy I had been putting towards the thing I’ve just stopped to fuel this new and better habit which would help me lose weight.

I wanted to stop all sugar, but I knew this was not a doable stop for me. My stop had to be simpler so I would have success. I chose to stop eating candy. I knew what it was. I couldn’t fool myself into saying I could eat it. Knowing it was childish would make it an easier thing for me to eliminate for the rest of my life.

The start was more challenging. This is when God dropped the bombshell and told me to start exercising. I argued with Him. I told Him I hated exercise. I told Him I got hurt exercising, so how could it be good for me?

“Have you ever gotten hurt exercising in the water?” He asked. I would go every once in a while to the water aerobics class at our community pool. I hadn’t been a regular, but I’d never gotten hurt in the water. The more I thought about it, the more I knew that at my size, exercising in the water would be the best way for me to start moving more. God knew that too. That’s why He presented that option.

Stronghold Revealed

I didn’t understand I had a stronghold where exercise was concerned. I thought I was just clumsy, accident-prone and not good at sports, but God helped me see moving is an integral part of working on my physical body, which is the very home of the Holy Spirit.

“Haven’t you yet learned that your body is the home of the Holy Spirit God gave you, and that he lives within you?” (1 Cor. 6:19a, TLB).

My body is a place of importance because it’s where the Holy Spirit lives. He doesn’t want it filled with junk-food wrappers. He wants to live in a fit and healthy body so together we can reach others with the message of His love.

More Than Exercise

Although in the beginning, I went to the pool for exercise, God has shown me my pool time does a lot more for me than exercise. It revives and refreshes me in a way I never dreamed possible. I love to go in the mornings when it’s just God and me jogging in the water. It’s a time I look forward to. God knows He has my undivided attention when I’m there.

I started going three days a week for 30 minutes. As I stopped additional sugary things, I added additional days and more time to exercise. It’s become a habit I don’t want to miss.

I no longer hate exercise. I dearly love it. God addressed this lie I believed and turned it around simply by showing me the exercise that fits my lifestyle and helps me the most.

How God Helped Me

There are days when I don’t want to go exercise because I don’t feel like it, I have too much to do, the weather is bad or any number of reasons. On those days, I am reminded of what God said to me about my journey.

“Since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God” (Heb. 12:1-2 NKJV ).

This is great encouragement because I do want to lay aside every weight that holds me back. This race is a journey with Jesus as our guide. Sometimes life gets hard. It even got hard for Jesus, but I love that He didn’t look at the pain or the shame of what was happening in the moment. He was always looking at the joy He knew awaited Him.

God helped me in an area I didn’t even know I needed help in. He’s good at that. He knows us so much better than we know ourselves. “This plan of Mine is not what you would work out, neither are My thoughts the same as yours! For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than yours, and My thoughts than yours” (Isa. 55:8-9, TLB).

I’m so glad I have a God who shares His thoughts and plans with me. His wisdom is what guides me on my journey.

“We should believe in godly dreams,” says Pastor Steve Cioccolanti of Discover Ministries. In a recent message, he shows the power of dreams not only in Scripture but by connecting a recent prophetic dream from Pastor Chris Reed of Morningstar Ministries to prophecies the late John Paul Jackson gave between 2008-2011.

After noting multiple examples from the Old Testament about how God uses dreams, including Jacob and Joseph as well people like Abimelech, Laban and the Pharaoh who put Joseph in prison and ultimately made him second in command, Cioccolanti stresses the urgency for Christians to pay attention to the signs of the times.

“I’m trying to say to all the Christians right now that it might look bad, and it might look even worse than it is now, but one day it’s going to get so desperate for the world that they’ll come to some of us and say, ‘What do we do now?’ he emphasizes. “And if you don’t know what to say on the spot, it’s going to be a missed opportunity. You’ve got to get ready now; you’ve got to be ready in the Word now.”

As Charisma News recently reported, Reed prophesied a coming “perfect storm” for America from a dream in which he was shown a $50 bill being torn before him as well as people coming up to give him newspaper headlines.

“When I heard that, I immediately thought of John Paul Jackson,” Cioccolanti says.

“John Paul Jackson died in 2015; he was a prophet, host of Dreams and Mysteries on Daystar,” he adds. “… and the coming perfect storm was a series of revelations that he released … The Lord showed John Paul Jackson newspaper headlines that at his time had not occurred yet, but … now in 2022, it’s amazing how many of the headlines that he had shown way ahead, they’re coming to pass.”

On the latest episode of Joni Table Talk on the Daystar Television network, Prophet Jeremiah Johnson of The Altar Global opens up to Joni Lamb and her panel about how God brought him through the agonizing aftermath of his decision to close Jeremiah Johnson Ministries. That life-changing decision came in the wake of criticism after he publicly apologized for prophesying the reelection of former President Donald Trump.

After explaining the focus of his new ministry, The Altar Global, Johnson goes on to share the heartbreak he and his family endured after the election. “”I had a personal decision that I felt like the Lord was stirring me about,” he says. “It wasn’t about whether I was right or wrong. I had this keen awareness that [God] was going to use me as a sign, specifically to the prophetic movement.

“And so we went through this season of me offering a letter of apology to the body of Christ for what I believe was a miss,” he says. “But the Lord began this incredible work in my heart. It was full of crushing. … A lot of the folks that had supported us for over a decade sort of turned on us. They leaked our address online, death threats—we lost half of our support base. We lost about $40,000 of financial monthly support in less than a week.

“And so we just went through a really rough season,” Johnson says. “But in the midst of that, God began to refine me. He began to help me find a clear focus again.

“So out of that came what I believe was Him saying, ‘A man and a ministry has to die for an end-time movement to be birthed in the earth,’ which we’ve called The Altar Global.”

For a long time, you have heard about how Jezebel will attack the prophets (1 Kings 18:4). The spirit of Jezebel especially loves to target prophetic ministers. Unfortunately, sometimes the spirit of Jezebel works through people closest to us. Most people who have the spirit of Jezebel operating through them are completely unaware of it.

The Jezebel spirit loves to control and manipulate. Sadly, people with past traumatic experiences can become controlling people. It keeps their focus on the outside and away from the trauma and hurt on the inside. To be cautious, perhaps we label too many things as the spirit of Jezebel. However, to be unaware of that evil spirit in the world today is foolish.

I heard someone say recently that the spirit of Jezebel is similar to Satan testing Jesus in the wilderness. Combating the spirited Jezebel can be like a wilderness experience. What I like about the story of Jesus in the wilderness for 40 days is when he had enough, he rebuked Satan. Jesus never fell for Satan’s traps or schemes. We have learned many valuable lessons from Jesus’ time in the wilderness. Is it possible that Jezebel is attacking you and your wilderness experience? {eoa}

Recently, as I was seeking the Lord for wisdom on what I was sensing spiritually, Holy Spirit kept impressing upon me to revisit things He had told me in times past. As I did so, He highlighted a word I received a few years ago, emphasizing that it was a word that needed to be re-released because it is timely and necessary.

In April 2018 I had a dream that was very unusual and short. Upon awakening, it segued into two visions. In the dream I saw a screen of text messages, with a string of texts that were insignificant, and then one that was highlighted, which stated, “Truth bombs are falling.” The next message said, “You will know My prophets.”

‘Word Warriors’ Rising

I woke up and sought the Lord immediately, and I began to hear, “Truth bombs are falling, and the false will be blown away. There are special forces—’Word Warriors’—ising. Prophets with an unction from the Holy Spirit, emboldened for the hour at hand, will be proclaiming truth across this land. No longer will confusion and error rule this nation; truth bombs will bring forth a holy oblation.”

Fake news. Fake narrative. Fake signals. The liberal leftist media is all fake. I stopped watching and listening to it over a year ago. It’s Satan’s machine. Full of hate and lies. Swamp creatures full of venom promoting fear, panic, stress and anxiety. Aligned with an evil antichrist agenda.

Tune in to heavenly places, saints, where we are seated. Tune in to the Good News of the kingdom, which is true and cannot lie. Tune in to the Spirit of God. Tune into the King and His kingdom. Full of faith, love and glad tidings of peace. It is all within you. Aligned with Christ’s rule and government.

Tell me what you are hearing. It is the voice of heaven shouting from the mountaintop and vibrating down in the valley of decision. Choose life! Choose Jesus Christ!

Six-time New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Cahn is getting ready for his May 12 movie theater event, The Harbingers of Things to Come. “We are witnessing America rapidly accelerating away from God,” Cahn says. “The messages of The Harbinger are prophetic revelations and warnings for God’s people to know what’s happening, where we are going, and where we are.”

“I’m hoping that it not only is a wake-up call for the body [of Christ], but also that they would bring their friends—people who don’t know the Lord—because it’s a real wake-up call for people who don’t even believe to say, ‘Whoa! What is this?'” he continues. {eoa}

When flying, we are continually reminded to buckle our seatbelts. The seatbelts are there for our safety and allow our bodies to remain in the seat during turbulent periods. The wise person will take advantage of the seatbelt, since some turbulence is unexpected.

There are four sources of air turbulence. Mechanical turbulence occurs because of friction between the air and ground (common with irregular terrain such as a mountainous region). Thermal turbulence occurs on warm days when the sun heats the earth’s surface irregularly. Frontal turbulence occurs with friction between two opposing air masses. Wind shear occurs when there is change in wind direction and/or speed over a specific area.

For the current situation, turbulence is a fitting metaphor. Air turbulence is caused by opposing air forces and/or masses. Today’s turbulence is a spiritual battle between the kingdom of light and the kingdom of darkness, righteousness and evil, and liberty and coercion. Our heritage and the heritage of our descendants depend on its outcome. Fortunately, kingdom citizens already know the winner (Dan. 2:44).

Today’s economy is facing significant turbulence. The unemployment rate is a very low 3.7%, but we are experiencing labor shortages. The labor force shrank, over the last year, by more than four million people when adjusted for the increase in population.

Inflation is at a 40-year high. The Fed has been slow to act. To control inflation, the Fed must play catch-up. However, Fed policies will slow the economy. It is now more likely than not that we will see a recession within the next couple of years.

Instant information and misinformation are adding to the turbulence. Ukraine is a major food-exporting country, which will cause challenges to the world’s food supply. Russia is a major exporter of fertilizer, which will cause very high fertilizer prices in the U. S. and elsewhere. COVID lockdowns by China will create shortages of some manufactured goods. In the U. S., spot shortages of specific items may exist, but the largest challenge will be higher prices.

Like air turbulence, surprises are likely to occur. The surprises could come from geopolitical factors, domestic political events, natural disasters, pandemics or even war. However, like air travel, citizens in the kingdom of God have alternatives designed to provide for their safety.

Kingdom citizens can have peace, joy, righteousness, guidance and protection in a world of turmoil. We are the sons and daughters of the Most High God. Our King is the King of kings, the Prince of Peace, eternal Father, and Wonderful Counselor (Isa. 9:6). Is there anything our heavenly Father cannot do? Some of the principles to experience our kingdom benefits are listed below:

1. Provision is provided when we focus on His kingdom and righteousness first. Don’t be distracted. “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided to you” (Matt. 6:33, NASB).

2. As we focus on the King, the fruits will be righteousness, peace and joy as we allow the Holy Spirit to empower us. “For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit” (Rom. 14:17).

3. Remember the Lord is your strength, and He will make you sure-footed and set you on high places. “The Lord God is my strength, And He has made my feet like deer’s feet, And has me walk on my high places” (Hab. 3:19).

4. Remember the divine power to which you have been given access. “For the kingdom of God is not in words, but in power” (1 Cor. 4:20).

5. Pray with faith, and you shall have your request. “And whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive it all” (Matt. 21:22).

In these tumultuous times, we have been given the ability, we have been given the means, we have been given the capacity to demonstrate the kingdom of God with its love, power and hope to a hurting world.

“And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age,'” (Matthew 28:18b-20). {eoa}
