‘The Harbingers of Things to Come:’ Explosive Film Available Through Faith Content Network Now Through July 31

New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Cahn’s explosive new motion picture, The Harbingers of Things to Come,was a blockbuster success, topping the charts as one of the top five films viewed across the nation and the third highest per screen average for the two days it was featured in theaters. The first showing alone saw the film rank No. 2 at the box office as the second-highest grossing film nationally. In total, the explosive motion picture saw almost 100,000 people in just two nights and grossed more than $1 million.

After such a triumph at the box office, The Harbingers of Things to Come is now available for hosting at churches, communities, groups and organizations nationwide, through ticketed streaming events from May 13–July 31, 2022 at The Faith Content Network. With a network of nearly 150,000 pastors and church leaders, the Faith Content Network is a collection of churches that present new, faith-driven, theatrical events available in tandem with their exclusive theatrical release.

Cahn dives deeper into the ancient mysteries that lie behind what is happening in America and the world today—and in the future. The film looks at certain symbols and images that reveal the prophetic visions and warnings Cahn has deciphered by studying ancient texts.

Jonathan Cahn Says Believers Must Become ‘Radical’ for America to Survive

Jonathan Cahn’s blockbuster movie The Harbingers of Things to Come comes to one realistic and sobering conclusion for America and its future: “If America falls, it’s going to accelerate everything you read about in the Bible.”

In a recent interview on Clay Clark’s Thrive Time Show, Cahn tells Clark: “We are living in prophetic times, so we have to be a prophetic people. We have to speak to the culture. We are not living in that ‘Christian culture’ anymore. We have to be radical. We have to be like the prophets.

“With the release of The Harbingers of Things to Come and with America in such a critical hour, I decided it was time to release these images—to reveal them in a way they had never been revealed before,” Cahn commented. “So for the first time ever, people will be seeing the images for themselves in movie theaters across America.

Prophecy: The Lord Says You Shall See Judgment and Deliverance Occur in Tandem

The Spirit of the Lord says this day: “A Lazarus moment—a defining moment—is coming to your nation, O America. For the wicked have attempted to put you in a grave and proudly mark it as a trophy of their power. However, I, the Lord thy God, am saying this day—I am decreeing from My throne—that the stone must be rolled away. Yes, there is a stench of corruption, of death, of unbelief. However, I will roll away the stone.

“If you will only believe right now, My children, you shall see the glory of God and the incredible happen in your nation. Do not be like those in the days of Noah who refused to hearken unto the voice of the Lord. Do not think you are safe, you corrupt upon the earth—those who have turned away from the Lord God Elohim. For judgment and deliverance were in the days of Noah, as man had corrupted what I had created and infected the earth with it. And you shall see judgment and deliverance occur in tandem yet again,” says the Lord of Hosts this day.

“I am calling America forth out of the dark place it has been—in a tomb, in a place of death and darkness, restrained in the grave clothes. The wicked attempted to control what I the Lord thy God raised up. They did the same in the days of Noah, and they are doing the same now,” says the Lord.

Prophetic Dream Forecasts Possible Chaotic Events Preceding the 2024 Presidential Election
Just recently, upon awakening, I heard a voice that I believe was divinely inspired say: “1851 Insurrection.”

Immediately, I was struck with the uniqueness and strangeness of that statement—primarily because I was completely unaware of its historical context. Having no knowledge of such an event in the past, I was also oblivious to any possible future application—until I started digging online to find out the meaning of what God had spoken.

When I typed in a Google-search, much to my amazement, I discovered that phrase—”1851 Insurrection”—described an actual happening that took place in France that apparently was used as a symbol of what could possibly happen in the next few years in the United States.

When a Prophetic Ministry Session Goes Wrong

What do you do when prophetic ministry goes wrong? How do you get your peace back and start again when you feel embarrassed and broken? Are there warning signs you can see beforehand and prepare yourself?

Not long ago, I got invited to a presidential ball. It was a grand event with dignitaries, great food, music and all the things that go along with an occasion like that. I felt honored to be invited. Sensing the Lord might have had a reason for me being there, I was open and pliable, listening to the Holy Spirit.

Sure enough, a nudge came, and I was obedient. The recipient gave a neutral response and said thank you, but I wasn’t discouraged. After that, things took a nosedive. The night had hardly begun when it started turning into a nightmare. The second prophetic word I delivered was not well received at all. {eoa}

Blockbuster Film ‘The Harbingers of Things to Come’ Now Available Through Faith Content Network

After a stunning success in theaters nationwide for two nights only on May 12 and May 19, 2022, The Harbingers of Things to Come from New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Cahn—author of The Harbinger, The Harbinger II—The Return, The Oracle, The Book of Mysteries and other critically acclaimed books—topped the charts as one of the top five films viewed across the nation and the third highest per screen average. The first showing alone saw the film rank No. 2 at the box office as the second-highest grossing film nationally. This riveting feature film based on Cahn’s bestselling and brilliant successes with The Harbinger series reveals the ancient mysteries that lie behind what is happening in America and the world today—and in the future.

Prophetic Word: The Lord Says, ‘I Allowed the Enemy to Think He Had Won’

“For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising” (Isa. 60:2-3, NKJV).

As a prophet, I often stand as a watchman on the wall. I watch the land for any work of the enemy. During my time on the wall, I’ve seen “a darkness” cover the earth.

From the world of politics to the medical system, the entertainment system and even the religious system, the enemy has begun to take ground.

American Icon Pat Boone Turns 88, Stars in Movie, Writes Books and Reveals How He Wrote Israel’s Second National Anthem

Pat Boone turned 88 today, but instead of slowing down and enjoying retirement, he has been keeping active in many ways. He has recently starred as an old golf pro in the movie The Mulligan, he’s just written a book called If that will release in September and he’s working on a song about Jesus being Israel’s Messiah that both Jews and Christians can sing together.

“If I’m talking fast, it’s because I’m trying to relate to you the crazy myriad of things that God is giving me to do in these last hours,” Boone said in a recent interview for my podcast, The Strang Report.

Boone rose to singing stardom in the 1950s and 60s with hits like “Speedy Gonzalez” and “Love Letters in the Sand.” Since then, he has sold over 45 million records, appeared in multiple Hollywood films and authored many best-selling books including New Song, a book in which he detailed his rise to fame, his struggling personal life and his discovery of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, which turned his life around.

Death of Prominent Pentecostal Pastor Roberto Miranda Announced by Congregation Lion of Judah, Boston

A prominent Boston Hispanic Pentecostal pastor, known for his church’s social programs and conservative teaching, has died, according to his church.

Pastor Roberto Miranda’s death was announced Sunday (May 22) during services at Congregation Lion of Judah in Boston, which was streamed online.

“So many of those of you who are joining us watching this and hearing this for the very first time, we’re just simply letting them know that our senior pastor, beloved of all of us, Roberto Miranda, has graduated,” said Brandt Gillespie, who was leading the service at Lion of Judah.

This Pentecost, Welcome All of the Holy Spirit’s Gifts

A few years ago I was invited to speak at a conference in California. During one of my messages, the Lord showed me that a woman in the auditorium was struggling with infertility. When I made the announcement, a young woman in the back of the room burst into tears.

I didn’t know this woman had endured three miscarriages or that she was depressed because she feared never having a baby. She came to the front of the auditorium with her mother by her side, and I briefly prayed for her. There was nothing sensational about that moment; all I remember was asking Jesus to break the spirit of barrenness.

A year later I returned to that city, and when the pastor picked me up at the airport he said: “I forgot to tell you that a woman in my church wants to talk to you. She said last year you prayed for her to have a baby!” I learned that this woman went home from the conference and got pregnant a month later. She now had the baby, a girl named Esperanza, and she wanted me to meet her. {eoa}

Your Prayers Can Change the Headlines; Here’s How

The news can be depressing, even frightening—or it can be a guide to prayer.

Stories coming out of Ukraine have burdened many of us. Wendy Griffith, senior reporter for CBN News, recently returned from the Polish/Ukrainian border with a greater understanding of the situation and direction for focused prayer. As I talked with her on May 13, she was asking the Lord to open a way for the men trapped in the Mariupol Steelworks to be evacuated. Their situation was grim, and many were starving and dying due to war wounds. Women and children had been allowed out, but not the men. It seemed hopeless.

Then Monday came. The top headline I saw upon opening the BBC news app read, “Mariupol: Hundreds of besieged Ukrainian soldiers evacuated!”

Prayer works! In fact, God often waits to act in the earth until His people ask.

In his book, Shaping History through Prayer and Fasting, the late Derek Prince wrote, “God has vested in us—His beloved believing people on earth—authority by which we may determine the destinies of nations and governments. He expects us to use our authority both for His glory and for our own good. If we fail to do so, we are answerable for the consequences. Such is the message of Scripture, unfolded both by precept and by pattern. It is confirmed by the personal experience of many believers and is written across the pages of the history of whole nations.”

As we learn of situations, planned legislation, disasters, business decisions and more—we have a say in the outcome. God has given us authority, as His ambassadors on earth, to ensure His will on the earth is accomplished through our prayer and fasting.

James 5:16b (NLT) tells us “the earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.” If you have put your faith in Jesus Christ, you are a righteous person. So your earnest prayers have power to produce wonderful results.

Jesus said, “if you remain in me and my words remain in you, you may ask for anything you want and it will be granted” (John 15:7). Several verses later He reiterates, “Ask, using my name, and you will receive, and you will have abundant joy” (John 16:24).

It is easy to get overwhelmed by all the evil we see and hear about, but we have authority to see things change. As part of the body of Christ, no one is called to address every issue. But together, we are called to be a mighty force of His good in the world.

Are you burdened about a particular headline in the news? Be motivated by love and commit to earnest prayer for a specific better outcome in Jesus’ name. Then watch with expectation what God will do! {eoa}

‘Jesus. He Died for Us’: 9-Year-Old Texas Shooting Victim Remembered for Faith, Sharing Gospel to Social Media

One of the little girls who was killed in the horrific shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, is being remembered for sharing the gospel on social media.

Ellie Garcia, a 9-year-old victim of Tuesday’s massacre, had posted a short video to TikTok about Jesus before she died.

“Hey, guys. I just wanted to give you a little catch-up,” Garcia said in the 15-second video posted to Facebook by her father, Steven Garcia.

“Jesus. He died for us. So when we die, we’ll be up there with Him,” she said. “In my room, I have three pictures of Him.”

In a later post, her father talked about how his daughter loved to pray as he shared a photo that he took in January of the little girl laying on her bed with her hands folded in prayer.

“Caught my Ellie Gee in the middle of her talk with our almighty… I love you baby girl and I love the way you pray,” he wrote at the time.

“She prayed every night out loud so we can pray with her,” Garcia explained on the shared image. “I remember this day we had just bought the lamp that is on and she wanted to sleep with it on so she aired up her air mattress gave Us a hug and kiss and went to pray as mom made treats in the kitchen!!! These memories are all I have left.”

Ellie would have turned 10 on June 4.

Charisma Highlights: People Leave Theaters With Hope After Watching Prophetic Jonathan Cahn Film

Following are snippets of the top stories featured this past week on . We encourage you to visit the links to read the stories in full.
People Leave Theaters With Hope After Watching Prophetic Jonathan Cahn Film

Jonathan Cahn is well aware that his new film, The Harbingers of Things to Come, might “scare some people.” But there are also those who have watched and had the opposite reaction, knowing that Christians “win in the end” and that “God is in control.”

In both cases, however, Cahn says that most people have left the theater after watching The Harbingers with a renewed sense of enthusiasm and look to the future with a great deal of hope.

“This is as it has been from the beginning. You have these two elements and they are balancing,” Cahn recently told Clay Clark on Clark’s Thrivetime Show. “If you ask me, I’m saying both. On the one hand, things are not getting better in the culture. We can pretend they are, but they are getting worse. America is racing away from God.

Anointed in God’s Power: Kathryn Krick Shares Her Hunger for Revival

If you’re hungry for more of God and want to live in revival, chances are you have recently heard of Kathryn Krick. Her ministry, Revival Is Now, has emerged through social media by showcasing healings, miracles and deliverances. She recently shared keys to the anointing on her life that can equip you to do what Jesus did.

Krick was hungry for more of God and attended a house church where she saw people praying in the Spirit and worshipping as she’d never seen before. Sensing the presence of God, she knew she had found a home in what she was seeking. She watched people receive prayer, healing and the love of God. Within a month, she was baptized with the Holy Spirit.

“After receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit, my eyes opened up to the presence of God,” Krick says. “I surrendered completely to Him. I gave Him everything: my dreams, my plans, my will. I’ve never been the same since, and the fire has increased since that day.”

Prophetic Word: We Need to Keep Our Spiritual Eyes Open to Discern the Chaos in the Natural

Recently as my team and I were in worship, there was a convergence in the spiritual realm, and the glory of God was present. I could see this big mass of prophetic insights coming together.

The convergence consisted of information that the Lord had been revealing to me and the new impartation He was giving me at that moment. I could see in the atmosphere bits and pieces of information coming from all directions and forming together. There were new insights the Lord revealed as He gave me the finality of revelation the Spirit of the Lord had been imparting to me.

I knew it was a call to intercession and a word of warning about what was attacking. The Lord showed me why certain things were happening on earth and that, while we are praying for what we are experiencing in the natural, we aren’t discerning beyond the natural to see what is happening in the spiritual.

Prophetic Word: ‘I Am Removing the Lens of Loss and Positioning You for Expectancy’

Recently I heard the Lord speaking over many that have been through an intense season of trauma and loss. He was highlighting perspective and how what many had been through had shifted their lenses. He showed me that because of the trauma many had endured, they were now looking at life through lenses of loss and death. Expectancy of hope—the confident expectation of good, hope and restoration—had been lost.

I felt the Lord’s heart so strongly for these ones. There was a tangible sense of the comfort of the Lord and the healing and deliverance by His Spirit from these traumas, and at the same time, there was a strong call to come up higher, to see from His perspective and that of the lens of life—His lens.

There was such a strong sense in this encounter that the shifting of the lens was taking place in the secret place. It was in and from the place of intimacy, in and from the place of coming to Him.

Battle-Worn Parents of Prodigals, Remember This Key Truth

The night our prodigal came to Christ, two additional, greatly significant events occurred.

First, I had a vision in which God poured His love for our adopted son into me, assuring me I would need it. Yes, I have needed it.

Second, that began three sleepless nights engaged in fierce battle with the powers and principalities of the prince of the air—the minions of the devil himself. {eoa}

Your Kingdom Keys to Weathering Economic Storms

The Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped to 20% below January all-time highs, signaling a bear market last Friday (JP Morgan). Fortunately, the market recovered slightly by the end of trading to move out of bear market territory. However, the DJIA did manage to put together the eighth consecutive week of losses—the longest streak since 1923.

Federal Reserve Chairman Jay Powell reemphasized his position that the Fed would do what is necessary to control inflation. Although he didn’t say anything that he had not said before, last week the markets started to believe him and began pricing in the odds of a recession from higher interest rates.

The Fed is facing a quandary. It needs to raise interest rates significantly. Its false belief that the current inflation was transitory caused it to be late to the game. The Fed governors have raised the federal funds rate target 1.0% since the beginning of the year in two 0.5% increments and have announced at least two more 0.5% increases. But the federal funds rate is currently at 1.0%, while consumer inflation is currently 8.3% and producer inflation is 11.0%. The Fed has a lot of catch-up to do, but raising interest rates will slow the economy further.

Expect stagflation (inflation and a stagnant economy). Business Insider quoted economist Stephen Roach and top economist Mohamed El-Erian. Roach expects stagflation and argues that even with stock prices at near-bear market levels, the markets are not accounting for massive Fed tightening. Top economist Mohamed El-Erian believes that stagflation is unavoidable.

The U.S., and much of the world, is currently facing headwinds of massive increases in the money supply, huge federal spending, a war in Ukraine that created an embargo of Russian oil and constrained Ukrainian food exports, lockdowns in China and droughts in much of the world. It’s going to be a couple of years before we see anything approaching normal, even if “optimal” policies were implemented now.

But citizens of the kingdom of God have all the grace, favor, giftings and wisdom to not only weather any economic storm, but to prosper and be fruitful during any time of turmoil. We have been promised provision if we seek first His kingdom and His righteousness (Matt. 6:33). We also know that the kingdom of God is characterized by righteousness in the Holy Spirit, peace in the Holy Spirit and joy in the Holy Spirit (Rom. 14:17).

“For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit” (Rom. 14:17, NASB).

In periods of stagnation, when prices are increasing and the economy is stagnant, we have full assurance that we have God’s wisdom in navigating these economic waters. In times of cultural degradation, we are empowered to follow and proclaim His righteous principles as specified in the Bible. In these times of stress, we walk in and model His peace. In times of national discouragement, we have hope for this life and for eternity.

We know that God is totally faithful. We remember a 17-year-old Joseph, who was kidnapped by his brothers and sold into slavery to eventually be owned by Potiphar, who was the captain of Pharaoh’s bodyguard. Even his heathen owner recognized God’s favor over Joseph, and he was put in charge of all. Falsely accused of sexual assault, Joseph was imprisoned. But he was put in charge of the prisoners because the warden recognized the favor of God over Joseph. Through a series of supernatural events with dream interpretation, Joseph became the ruler of Egypt, second only to Pharaoh, when he was 30 years old.

“Now his master [Potiphar] saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord made all that he did prosper in his hand” (Gen. 39:3).

“The warden of the prison did not supervise anything under Joseph’s authority, because the Lord was with him; and, the Lord made whatever he did prosper” (Gen. 39:23).

Faith, hope and love will always remain. In the worst of times, we have faith in our King: faith that He is with us and faith that we will overcome all. In times when there is no earthly hope, we have hope that like Joseph, we will overcome any circumstance. Because our King first loved us, we love Him and others who are made in His image. He has graciously empowered us to love by filling us with the Holy Spirit. We strive to always model the fruit of the Spirit, for it is the most important. Regardless of circumstances, we persevere in faith, hope and love.

“But now faith, hope, and love remain, these three; but the greatest of these is love” (1 Cor. 13:13).

“Constantly keeping in mind your work of faith and labor of love and perseverance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father” (1 Thess. 1:3).

We are citizens of heaven and of the kingdom of God. Our King has overcome all. He created all things. He is all-powerful. He is all-knowing. We are filled with the power of the Most High God. He is with us, and we will be victorious over all regardless of anything happening in the world. {eoa}

After surrendering to God six years ago, she was pursuing music but laid that dream at the feet of Jesus. He called her to preach the gospel to the nations and start a church. She wanted to obey God and follow the call He had on her life.

Fivefold Church in Los Angeles began with Krick and one other leading worship and preaching. Ministering every week, they were faithful to share His love to small groups of people, beginning the church. However, when churches locked down in March 2020 her fellowship was unable to meet in a physical space. God told her to have church outside, and that’s where the signs, wonders and phenomenal church growth took place.

Krick made a short video montage of her ministry and shared it on TikTok, where millions of people viewed it. People testified of being healed while watching the viral video. Soon her church grew. And then when she encountered her first demon and casting out the evil spirit, she shared that on social media as well. Within two months of that video, her church grew from 70 people to over 300 people worshipping in the park.

If you too want more of God, these three keys will help you on your spiritual journey:

1. Surrender completely to Jesus.

2. Obey the Word of God.

3. Do what God has told you.

“He has gone. He is in the presence of the Lord.”

The announcement came after the congregation at Lion of Judah, a bilingual church also known as Congregación Leon de Judá, sang “It Is Well With My Soul,” a popular hymn with lyrics written by Horatio Spafford in the 1870s, after his children died in a shipwreck. The story of the song’s writing had been told during a sermon at the church the previous week.

Gillespie led the congregation in singing a refrain of the hymn and told them it was alright to grieve their beloved pastor.

“It’s going to take a long journey to come to grips with this,” said Gillespie.

Miranda, who was born in 1955, became pastor of what was a modest Hispanic congregation of about 60 people after earning a doctorate from Harvard. He had hoped to become a professor of Romance languages but gave up his dreams of teaching for the pastorate.

He served the church for nearly 40 years before his death on Saturday (May 21), according to a follow-up announcement on the Congregation Lion of Judah Facebook page.

The announcement said Miranda’s death was unexpected but did not list a cause of death.

“When he gave himself into the arms of our Lord, he was accompanied by whoever was his faithful companion for 38 years, our dear pastor Mercedes Lopez-Miranda ‘Meche,'” according to the announcement.

Under his leadership, Lion of Judah grew to a congregation of about 1,000 people, which draws people from 30 countries. The congregation runs social programs to minister to immigrants, serve the poor and help people overcome “anything that prevents people from becoming what God intended them to be,” Miranda told Religion News Service in 2019.

He also did not shy away from addressing hot-button issues from the pulpit, including his support for pro-immigration policies and his opposition to same-sex marriage.

“People felt that I had a kind of suicide complex,” he told RNS in 2019. “To undertake these issues from the pulpit was kind of dangerous, inflammatory and provoking … But I felt in my heart that I needed for people to know how I thought and how I felt about certain issues.”

Miranda was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the US as a child to join his father. Academically gifted, he graduated from Phillips Academy, a prominent prep school whose alumni include Presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush, and later attended Princeton and Harvard.

“He is out of the demographic of most Pentecostal pastors,” Arlene Sánchez-Walsh, an expert on Latino Pentecostalism at Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, told RNS in 2019. “The majority are either self-taught or come from Bible colleges and evangelical seminaries.”

Miranda was also known for believing that much of his work involved spiritual warfare.

“I have delivered people from demonic powers right where you are sitting,” he told RNS writer Jeff MacDonald who was seated on a couch in his office in 2019. “I have engaged in exorcisms over the years many, many times.”

Even after three decades of ministry, Miranda was still looking forward to the future.

“I see myself as a soldier, put in a lonely outpost, fulfilling an order and awaiting the next move,” Miranda said in 2019. “I’m not sure what it is. But I know it’s out there.”

A celebration of Miranda’s life will be held Friday night (May 27) at the church, with public visitation ahead of the service. A private family funeral will be held the following day. {eoa}

Charisma Highlights: Spirit-Filled Pastor: Marvel’s Dr. Strange Created in Likeness of Prominent 1900s Occult Leader

Spirit-Filled Pastor: Marvel’s Dr. Strange Created in Likeness of Prominent 1900s Occult Leader

Joe Schimmel enjoyed watching the first two Spider-Man movies with his kids, but as he watched more superhero movies, he noticed that elements of occultism were slowly becoming more prominent. He also noticed that characters who seemed to represent God were “portrayed to be evil,” while characters who practiced witchcraft were painted as good.

After discerning that something was a little bit off about Marvel movies, Schimmel decided to research Marvel and its ties to the occult. Who he found at the bottom of all of it was an early 1900s British occultist named Aleister Crowley.

Crowley was a prolific writer during his time and a self-proclaimed prophet who taught others how to use sexual immorality to perform magic rituals and how to become proficient at the arts by contacting demonic entities. Schimmel was already thoroughly acquainted with Crowley’s work because of research he had done for one of his first films, They Sold Their Souls for Rock and Roll. In his research, he found Crowley’s work had influenced many famous bands, including Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, The Beatles, and Ozzy Osbourne.

What ‘The Harbingers of Things to Come’ and Dr. Strange Have in Common

What do Doctor Strange and revival have to do with each other? You might think nothing, but here’s the thing:

This past Thursday, May 12, the motion picture The Harbingers of Things to Come premiered across America for a one-night event. The Marvel superhero picture called Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was the No. 1 movie in America Thursday night, but did you know the No. 2 movie in America was The Harbingers of Things to Come?

The similarities between Crowley and Dr. Strange seemed unmistakable to Schimmel. He explains it like this: “If I have two different people in this room,” he says, “a follower of Aleister Crowley and a guy that’s really into Dr. Strange, and I started to describe [either Crowley or Strange], and I asked who I’m describing … [the follower of Crowley] would say Crowley. The [Dr. Strange fan] would say Strange.”

MorningStar Ministries CEO Pastor Chris Reed says he recently received an angelic visitation, one that revealed some amazing prophecies to the prophetic pastor about upcoming world events.

Reed revealed these prophecies to the MorningStar Church congregation and online in a service this past Sunday.

“There are a few things I’m not supposed to share, but of course, you know, just a holy reverential comes all over you when something like that happens,” Reed said. “It’s unspeakable, it’s enthralling, yet completely terrifying. But on May 13, I had an angelic visitation, and it was right when I was waking up.

Jonathan Cahn’s New Blockbuster Film Opened Last Night—Topped Charts as 2nd-Highest Grossing Film

In theaters across America last night, thousands flocked to be the first to see the astonishing movie, The Harbingers of Things to Come—from New York Times bestselling author Jonathan Cahn—which topped charts as the second-highest grossing film.

Worldwide, Cahn—author of The Harbinger, The Harbinger II—The Return, The Oracle, The Book of Mysteries and other critically acclaimed books—is getting ready for the motion picture’s second opening of The Harbingers of Things to Come on May 19. This riveting feature film based on Jonathan Cahn’s bestselling and brilliant successes with The Harbinger series reveals the ancient mysteries that lie behind what is happening in America and the world today—and in the future.

“We are witnessing America rapidly accelerating away from God,” Cahn says. “The messages of The Harbingers are prophetic revelations and warnings for God’s people to know what’s happening, where we are going and where we are.”

Mind-Blowing Poll Reveals ‘Stunning’ Percentage of American Pastors Hold Biblical Worldview

Preachers who hold to a biblical worldview are in the minority, apparently.

A “shocking” new survey from researcher and pollster George Barna of the Cultural Research Center at Arizona Christian University found just 37% of pastors hold to a “biblical worldview.”

“This is another strong piece of evidence that the culture is influencing the American church more than Christian churches are influencing the culture,” Barna said of the survey results. “The research indicates that Americans are more likely to experience a positive impact on their worldview by hanging out with [spiritually active governance engaged conservative Christians] than they are by being in the presence or under the teaching of pastors.” {eoa}

3 Pitfalls You Must Guard Against to Avoid a Dangerous Downfall

While learning to navigate relationships, do not sacrifice the calling and anointing God has for you in order to fit in or be accepted. Sadly, Samson is an example of this, so we will examine his life here (Judg. 13-16).

1. Culture: As Christians we are called to influence the culture, not to be seduced by it. Like a boat, you can be in the water (culture), but you’ll sink if water enters the boat (you). Romans 12:2 warns against being conformed to this world.

Samson flirted with the Philistines he was called to fight. Avoid potentially sinful situations, because only those who are not changed by the culture can change the culture.

2. Cravings: To hunt wolves, Eskimos layer a knife with dry blood. A natural craving of blood drives the animal to the knife, where it slowly licks the blood but cuts its own tongue in the process, leading to death.

Carnal passions can drive you toward the knife. Samson’s cravings were not under subjection because he had no relationship with God. Curb your cravings by feeding your spirit (Gal. 5:16-26).

3. Community: The barber’s chair portrays ungodly friendships that lure us to sin. The enemy simply cuts, like a barber, your purity, joy and sense of purpose on the “chair” known as friendships.

Samson loved Delilah. Like Samson, love for your friends can lead you to compromise your convictions for them. We should flee from friends who entice us to sin (1 Cor. 15:33). If you don’t break up with them, they will break you down.

Conclusion: We need to learn from Samson’s mistakes and life. God will redeem and restore us of every mistake, but remember, our actions can scar us deeply. We should walk toward freedom and godliness as we remain fully committed to God. {eoa}
