Prophecy: Dig a Well for 90 Days

The Lord gave me a very strong prophetic word for the next 90 days that are coming up. For those of you that are really burning for Him, the ones that have an agenda from the Lord—those that have a purpose and a destiny burning inside you—those of you who have been in the place of prayer and have been with the Lord, please take heed of this word:

I’ve felt the Lord saying to my spirit that for 90 days He’s going to build a hedge of protection around you. This hedge is going to be a hedge of fire. This means is that the Lord is saying He wants you to dig deep, to dig a well for 90 days.

Think about Nehemiah. Nehemiah was building a wall with one hand but fighting with the other. The Lord said this would not be the case with you; both hands are going to be able to dig.

During these 90 days, you’re going to be able to dig a well that is so deep in God that after the 90 days people are going to be able to come to you. The amount of power that you’re going to have in your life and the amount of truth and revelation that you’re going to have is how much that you’re going to be able to dig in these 90 days. It’s going to lay a foundation for the next season of your life.

I felt the Lord saying that after the 90 days, there’s two things that are about to come into a lot of people: It’s going to be a greater power, that you walk with a greater anointing, and also that you’re going to have a greater level of truth.

The Lord wants you to spend more time with Him. It’s just like it says in James 4:8: When we draw near to God, He’s going to draw near to us. So, for the next 90 days, let’s aggressively pursue God. Ask Him, “Lord, what do you want me to fast? What do you want me to do?”

Spend more time with Him, get into His Word, and spend more time with the things of the Lord. Even in the church world, we try to do things in the natural. We try to meet people’s natural needs, but what the Spirit of God is saying to the church right now is to think upon the supernatural, and build the church upon the supernatural.

Don’t build it on the natural needs, don’t try to meet people’s emotions, but go after the things of the Lord. He will reach their spirit, and when the Lord puts somebody in a church, He can keep them in a church.

We’ve got so many people out there trying to pull sheep this way or the other, but what the Lord is wanting for some people to do is to stop for 90 days. Let your roots run deep, and go down and dig a well. The people that are hurting, that are lost, are going to come in.

With the amount of power and truth that you have, you’re going to be able to sustain people with a word from the Lord. You’re going to teach them how to dig their wells deep and it comes in this 90 days of you consecrating yourself to the things of the Lord. God bless you. Go dig your well.

How Are We Going to Slay This Roaring Lion?

In 2 Samuel 23, the Word talks about King David’s Mighty Men. The first one of the three mighty men of David was Josheb-Basshebeth, the chief among the captains of the Army.

He once killed 800 men at one time fighting for the king. If one man comes in and single-handedly destroys 800 guys by himself, he is a mighty warrior! Eleazar was one of the three mighty men with David when they defied the Philistines who were gathered there for battle, and the men of Israel had retreated.  He arose and attacked the Philistines until his hand was weary, and his hand stuck to the sword.

When the epic battle was over they had to peel his hand off the sword because his grip was so strong and his commitment level was so high. The third of the mighty ones was Shammah; he was stationed in a field of lentils to protect this harvest from the Philistines.

When the enemy came to overtake the land, the Israelites were struck with fear, all but mighty Shammah. He defended the field of lentils and destroyed around 300 Philistines by himself. This would make him a mighty warrior. He fought for the land, harvest, family, king and God.

God is calling so many in the church today to stand up and become the mighty warrior that he has called them to be. Romans 8:37 says, “Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” We must know who we are in God, we are His beloved children and we have an inheritance. Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

King David also had other mighty men who fought for him. My personal favorite is Benaiah. The Bible speaks about three great heroic feats that he did. He had killed two lion-like heroes of Moab.

These were not just any men; they were lion-like men, true champions for the people. So Benaiah took on and conquered two of them!

Then the Bible says he also had gone down and killed a lion in the midst of a pit on a snowy day. This lion was killing people and animals in this region so they set a trap and the lion fell into the pit. The people were probably all looking at one another asking, “Who wants to kill this lion? How are we going to kill this lion?” Benaiah took it upon himself to jump in the pit and face the problem FACE TO FACE.

Where are the mighty warriors of today who will jump into a pit and face America’s problems face to face?

Then if that wasn’t enough he fought a giant, the giant had a spear and Benaiah only had a club so he took the spear from the giant and killed him with his own weapon! Now that ladies and gentlemen is a mighty warrior!

You may ask what did all these mighty men have in common? They all followed King David. David killed a lion, so Benaiah killed a lion. David killed a giant, so Benaiah killed a giant.

You can always teach what you know but you reproduce who you are. The Bible shows us firsthand through the life of David that we will reproduce leaders like ourselves. The Bible says that King David was a man after God’s own heart and, by the looks of David’s men, God’s heart is that of a mighty warrior.

There are a few simple questions I’d like to ask you. Who are you leading and where are you leading them to and also who is leading you and where are they leading you to? So, my question for you is are you becoming a mighty warrior and are you producing mighty warriors for the Lord?

Jeremiah 20:11 says, “But the LORD is with me as a mighty warrior. Therefore my persecutors will stumble, and will not prevail. They will be greatly ashamed, for they will not prosper. Their everlasting confusion will never be forgotten.”

The Lord will always go before you and prepare a way for you. Our God fights our battles and prepares us to be his warriors on earth. Zephaniah 3:17 says, “The LORD your God is in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.”

When God has a plan for you He will guide you and equip you and encourage you. Remember what the angel of the Lord spoke to Gideon, “The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor!”

God is raising up a remnant of mighty warriors to become men and women of valor in these last days. Will you follow the leading of the Lord? It’s time for an awakening to come to America.

Jesus Has 3 Serious Questions for You

The Word of God is full of commandments; the majority of them are about how we treat one another. It’s impossible to love God with all our heart and not care about His people.

The Word says in 1 John 4:7-11, “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God, and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. Anyone who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this way the love of God was revealed to us, that God sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we must also love one another.”

So many times we are so caught up in getting our lives right with God, that we overlook the very meaning of Christianity. As believers we are to win souls and make disciples! Can you name the times in the Bible when Jesus did anything selfish? No, and neither can I. His life was given to help others. Jesus was always concerned about God’s children. In John 21 three times Jesus asked Simon Peter, “Do you love Me?”

All three times Simon Peter said without any hesitation, “Yes, I love You, Lord.”

Then, Jesus would reply, “Feed My sheep.” See, Jesus was talking about loving people and Simon was talking about loving Jesus. It’s really hard to separate the two. If you love God, you will also love His people.

In Matthew 22:37-39 Jesus says, “‘You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.'”

I love this passage how it says we are to love God with all things, then immediately it’s followed up by love your neighbor. You can’t separate the love of God and the love of people. When we confess to love Christ with our mouth but it’s not seen in our daily lives, it turns people away.

The Bible says people are destroyed because of the lack of knowledge. Where do we get this knowledge to transform lives for the kingdom? The Word says in Psalms 119:9-11, “How shall a young man keep his way pure? By keeping it according to Your word. With my whole heart I seek You; do not allow me to wander from Your commandments. Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You.”

When we learn to live out the Word daily, lives will be transformed right in front of you. God gave some people the job they have to provide for their family and to become a pastor or missionary in the marketplace. See, my friends, the world doesn’t care about how much you know until they see how much you care. We are to out love the world and show people the true  love of Jesus Christ. You never have to tell everyone you are a believer; they should know by your fruits!

“Either make the tree good and its fruit good, or else make the tree corrupt and its fruit corrupt. For the tree is known by its fruit” (Matt. 12:33).

4 Scriptural Keys to Spiritual Awakening

How many times have you heard the word “revival” in the church over the past 30 years? Churches pray for revival while other churches plan a four-day revival. America needs a Revival or the Third Great Awakening to come soon. So many people ask me how can the church of America, the church of today have a great visitation for the Holy Spirit. I always simply reply that the recipe for revival is in the Bible!

2 Chronicles 7:14 says, “if My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Through this very familiar Scripture, I want to point out two parts.

First, the Lord says if you will 1) humble yourself, 2) pray, 3) seek My face and 4) turn from your wicked ways, then He will do three things: 1) hear from heaven, 2) forgive your sin and 3) heal your land.

The first thing the Lord asks us to do is humble ourselves. Now in America there is so much pride and arrogance that this would be a miracle in itself for this to happen. Let’s be honest, we have the brightest of Harvard, Yale etc. running our country, and we are in a mess.

The second thing is to simply pray. The prayer service is the most important service of the week and the most negated in the church of today. The third thing is to seek His face; most people seek the Lord for His hand of blessing but forget to have a close personal relationship with Him. Repentance is almost a lost part of the church today and this is the fourth thing. Turn from our wicked ways. If we can do these four things, God said he would do the next three.

In the second part of this passage, the Lord states that He would hear from heaven. So many Christians honestly believe that God is so far away that He doesn’t even hear our prayers. Many people are still dealing with illegitimacy and have such a father wound in their life that they carry that over to their relationship and walk with God.

The second thing the Lord said he would do is forgive their sin. Hallelujah! The third and final part is that he would heal their/our land! There is hope for America and that hope is Jesus Christ, the hope of America is found in a praying and fasting church!
