Recently in a time of prayer, the Lord gave me a vision of many gates opening up, one after another. Then the vision shifted and I saw many doors opening, one after another. Finally, I saw window after window opening. I was immediately reminded of all the different Scriptures where the Lord opened up doors and windows for and over His people in order to advance and bless them. This is exactly what the Lord is doing in this hour!

Through this vision, the Lord showed me (prophetically) much of what He had in store for the body of Christ in this hour. This is a season where God is about to open up gates and doors of opportunity for His people to run through and advance the kingdom of God. He is also about to open up the windows of heaven and pour out so much of His favor and blessing on His remnant.

God is not just opening up one gate for you; He is opening up many gates. God is not just opening up one door for you but many doors. He isn’t just opening up one window to pour out His blessings upon you; He is opening up windows of heaven over your life (all plural)!

Get Ready to Run!

Many have been eagerly waiting for the prophetic words and promises that God has given them to come to pass. The gates are about to open. The doors are about to open. The windows of heaven are about to open. When they do, get ready to run!

When the gates open at a horse race, the horses take off at full speed. That is exactly how we need to run after God in this season! Do not hesitate when God opens up something for you; run confidently forward with Him.

God is going to make a way where there seems to be no way. He is going to open doors for you that you could never have imagined He would open for you. When you enter these wide-open doors, you will understand the warfare of your previous season. The trials, tribulation and spiritual battles of the past will make sense in light of these open gates, doors and windows.

Your Old Mindset Cannot Go with You

The reason why God wants you to prepare before the gates, doors and windows are open is because the “old you” cannot enter into this new season. Your old mindset cannot go with you through these open doors. Your old way of doing things will not let you operate correctly in this new season of open gates, doors and windows. Don’t allow anyone, any mindset, any old habit or anything else keep you from stepping through your open doors!

Those who have been faithfully walking with the Lord through season after season and test after test are about to be rewarded openly. This will be one of the most powerful seasons for the true sons and daughters of God. You are about to run full speed ahead into your destiny. You are about to see gates, doors and windows open for you, so get ready to run through them! {eoa}

I recently had an open vision of many eagles flying over America. In the vision, as the eagles soared through the air, they would take the roofs off of the buildings they flew over. As these roofs were removed, some buildings exploded with the fire of God, and others were simply exposed. Some of the buildings were homes where individuals and families lived, and others were churches, businesses or government buildings.

As soon as the Lord gave me this vision, He began to reveal to me the prophetic significance of this vision. Many times the Lord will use eagles to represent those who operate with an apostolic or prophetic anointing. Apostolic people have a governmental anointing, not just to lead within the body of Christ but also in whatever they may do. Those with a prophetic gifting are often only thought of within the context of prophesying among and to other believers. However, the prophetic gifting is also to be used to impact and influence the culture!

Just like an eagle, apostles and prophets see things from a higher perspective and have more vision and insight than others may have. The Lord uses those with an apostolic and prophetic grace to bring revelation, give direction and bring clarity to anyone they may come in contact with. We are about to see the apostolic and prophetic eagles arise!

Just as the eagles removed the roofs in the vision, in this season, the apostolic and prophetic eagles are rising to release an open heaven over individuals, ministries and businesses. They are also being released to expose any corruption or religious bondage that has people confused and bound. God’s kingdom is advancing in America! We will see justice and righteousness established, and America will turn back to God.

Just as some buildings erupted with the fire and power of God as the roofs were removed in the vision, many ministries and hubs will soon see the fire and move of God that has been happening within their walls begin to spread into their cities and regions. An open heaven is coming to those who want to see and advance the kingdom of God!

As the apostolic and prophetic eagles are being released, there is also an increase of angelic activity in this season. The Lord is releasing His angelic army to take territory for the kingdom of God. The small pockets of God’s presence have been cultivated by individuals and ministries will begin to spread like wildfire to impact the land. There are new levels of anointing and an increase in clarity coming to many in the body of Christ. Get ready for the Lord to move in your churches, your families and your cities and regions. We are about to see heaven open over America and an outpouring of God’s spirit like never before! {eoa}

Recently in a time of prayer, the Lord spoke one word to me: “reroute.”

He wanted to show me what exactly He was talking about. As I took an assessment of several different business situations and ministry circumstances I personally have in the works, I asked the Lord to show me what needed to be rerouted.

As I followed the leading of the Holy Spirit, I began to reposition and redirect different things in those areas. Then the favor and blessing of the Lord suddenly began to flow in the areas where things had been stagnant or unfruitful.

There were also several things not producing fruit comparable to the amount of time and effort I was giving them. I shifted my focus and energy to several different areas I felt the Lord highlighting and immediately started seeing results. This is when I knew this word was not just for me but for every person in the body of Christ. Each of us must be willing to reroute different things in our lives to get into alignment with what God has for us in this season. In order to do this, we must lean in and hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to each of us!

Many times, when we think about allowing the Holy Spirit to flow freely, we think about it in the context of a church service or revival meeting. But what the Holy Spirit was showing me through this word “reroute” was that He wants to have that same kind of access and freedom in every area of our lives! Just as we leave room and space in a service to allow the Holy Spirit to do whatever He wants to do, we should also invite Him to do this in our families, relationships, business adventures, ministry opportunities and in everything we do.

Being led by the Spirit can sometimes mean making simple or small adjustments that redirect or reroute us to move forward into God’s plans for us. Just as a chiropractor makes small adjustments to realign your entire body, when we are obedient to take those small adjustments from the Holy Spirit, we find ourselves in perfect alignment with Him. And when you are in perfect alignment with the Lord, you will see His kingdom invade absolutely everything you do.

I believe the Lord is leading His remnant in the body of Christ to do great exploits for Him in this hour. If I have said it once, I’ve said it a thousand times, but I believe the greatest days for the church are ahead and not behind. We are about to see a major breakthrough and kingdom turnaround in America!

To step into our kingdom assignment as a part of what God is about to do, we must be willing to take the reroute, redirection and repositioning the Holy Spirit asks of us. In this hour, God is looking for those who will listen for and obey His specific instructions. My friends, spend extra time in prayer and in the Word of God. Leaning in to hear from the Lord is so critical right now.

If we want to see the powerful move of God that I know is coming, and be a part of it, then we must reroute. {eoa}

I was in a time of prayer recently when the Lord began to speak to me about becoming a voice. I believe this word was not just for me but for many in the body of Christ in this hour.

As the Lord spoke to me about becoming a voice, He revealed to me that our voice is not just about our words, but also about the influence God has given each of us. You may never preach or teach for the people God has placed in your realm of influence; your voice may be the way you carry yourself and how you live your life. Your lifestyle and character can be much louder than your voice or your words when you are called to impact people.

I don’t care who you are, where you are or what you do for a living, God has called you to impact those around you. You have a voice! You may look around you and think you have no influence, but you do.

Never underestimate how God may use you as a voice into other people’s lives to advance His kingdom. If you are a believer, you are called to make an impact. Never discredit what or who God has placed in front of you. God will use you to influence the atmosphere and people around you. You may be the only chance some have to encounter God. Let the Lord use you as a voice to draw people to Himself!

You have a voice, and you have influence; use them for the kingdom of God. The Lord is looking for those who will pour into those around them; offering discernment, wisdom and guidance that only someone walking with Him can offer others. Parents, you should be the voice in your children’s lives!

God is calling parents to raise their children with an awareness and understanding of His ways. Be the voice in your children’s lives. Don’t depend on teachers, pastors or other influences in your children’s lives to guide them. You are the most important voice in your children’s lives. God has equipped you to protect, lead, teach and guide your children into the plans God has for them.

As you become a voice and God elevates your level of influence, you will need to find voices to speak into your life that you can trust. Find those that are full of character and integrity who have walked with the Lord through many seasons and give them a voice into your life. Each of us needs other voices to give us wisdom, pray for us and help us on our journey toward our destiny.

You will not complete your purpose or have the impact God has called for you to have if you do not seek out and listen to the right godly voices. Be careful to what and whom you listen. Ask the Lord for greater discernment, and you will be a voice He uses to influence those to whom He has called you.

Get ready to become a voice that advances the kingdom of God. God is about to elevate and amplify those whose voices are pure and those who carry His heart and His power to those around them! {eoa}

Recently in a time of worship at our church, the Lord spoke to me and said, “I’m looking for kingdom lightning rods.” After several days of prayer and study, I received revelation about what the Lord meant by this.

In the natural, a lightning rod absorbs the shock and intense heat that a bolt of lightning releases when it strikes. A natural lightning rod protects the buildings or structures around it from being destroyed by the lightning when it hits. I believe the Lord is looking for spiritual lightning rods that can be trusted to receive the revelation and insight that God wants to release within the earth without being destroyed.

In my many years of ministry, I have encountered many gifted and passionate people who lack integrity or spiritual maturity. When these individuals are prematurely promoted or elevated, they are often derailed because they lack the character or internal fortitude to maintain the position, they may find themselves in. God does not want to release His power to someone that cannot handle it rightly.

This is why the Lord is looking for lightning rods in this hour. God is raising up those who are spiritually mature, full of humility and have pure hearts to be able to use them as lightning rods in this season.

God has so much power, revelation and insight that He wants to release into the earth but He will send it through His kingdom lightning rods. Those who are prepared and equipped to carry and release the power and revelation that God releases will be like lightning rods planted in regions and different spheres of influence to advance the kingdom of God with great humility.

Someone who is a kingdom lightning rod will be able to act as a conduit for what God releases into the earth without being prideful or selfish. A kingdom lightning rod knows and remembers that their gifts, talents and abilities all come from God and are not about them. The Lord will use those that will give Him all the glory whenever He moves through them.

There is a lightning bolt of God’s revelation and power that will be sent through those He can trust to impact the earth in this season. Will you be one of those kingdom lightning rods God uses?

Many will act as a lightning rod in intercession to push back the plans of the enemy and see the will of God come forth for individuals and situations they are interceding for. Some will be used as a lightning rod in their workplaces and families to release the kingdom of God into anyone and any circumstance they may encounter. In this season, be ready, be humble and lean into what the Holy Spirit may be asking you to do.

God wants to use you to be a kingdom lightning rod, a trusted conduit for His power to flow through, so get ready! {eoa}

I recently had two prophetic visions where I saw the Lord stirring what looked like a giant bowl.

I knew in both visions that the Lord was stirring up people, atmospheres and regions with His Spirit to bring revival and awakening. When something is stirred, it is often later poured out. We are about to see an outpouring of the Holy Spirit like we’ve never experienced before.

The second time the Lord gave me this vision, we were in one of our church services. Without Autumn, my wife, knowing about the vision, she began to prophesy about the stirring of the Holy Spirit that I was seeing in this vision! God is stirring something up in the heavens, my friends, and He is about to pour it out for anyone and everyone who wants to receive it.

This powerful stirring of the Holy Spirit will bring a powerful move of God to our cities and our nation. This stirring will bring individual believers into personal revival and groups of like-minded believers into a fresh corporate anointing. I see the Lord coming in glory and power to many different bodies of believers in hubs and ministries where they are pursuing the presence of God above anything else. Those who have grown complacent and weary will also be revived by this stirring of the spirit of God.

This outpouring of God’s spirit will carry His presence and power into the most unlikely situations and to the most unlikely people. Whoever wants to experience this stirring from the Lord just has to receive it and make themselves available to the Lord.

Allow the Lord to stir something up in you. The stirring of the Lord is also activating many to step fully into their purpose and destiny. Giftings and graces that have been dormant inside of you are about to be stirred up and poured out through you to advance the Kingdom of God. God is moving, and God is stirring; it’s time that we jump in and be all in for the things of God!

The world has changed and is changing at a rapid pace. Some of the change has been positive, and some has been negative. In this season, many have felt confused or tempted to live in fear during this time of dramatic change. However, I believe now more than ever that this is a powerful time for the body of Christ! Part of the radical change we are seeing is because God is getting ready to do something brand new in the earth and in His people. This is the time to lean into the stirring of the Holy Spirit, knowing that He will shift everything we see happening in the natural.

Don’t fall into confusion or discouragement in this season. Keep your focus and your faith fixed on the kingdom of God and watch what God is about to pour out. Philippians 4:8 is the Scripture for this hour: “Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honest, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think on these things.”

Keep your mind set on what God is doing, and don’t be distracted by the chaos that may be going on in the natural realm. What God is stirring in the spirit is about to be poured out upon the body of Christ like never before! Get ready for it! {eoa}

I’ve never seen the world and culture change as much as it has in the last 18 months, especially in America. Some of the change has been positive, and some has been very negative.

Many may feel confused or tempted to compromise in the midst of such dramatic change. However, I believe now more than ever it is time for the body of Christ to stand. I also believe that God is using the change in order to set the stage to pour out His spirit like never before.

The Lord spoke this simple word to me recently regarding everything going on in the world: “Stand.” As soon as the Lord spoke this to me, I was reminded of the story of Shammah, one of King David’s mighty men in 2 Samuel. 2 Samuel 23:10-12 says, “He [David] arose and attacked the Philistines until his hand grew weary and stuck to the sword. The Lord brought about a great victory that day, and the people returned only to plunder. After him was Shammah the son of Agee the Hararite. The Philistines had gathered into a troop, where the plot of the field was full of lentils, and the people fled before the Philistines. He took his stand in the midst of the plot of land, defended it, and defeated the Philistines. The Lord brought about a great victory.”

When all others chose to retreat, Shammah stood and fought for what God had entrusted to him. Shammah could have run away from the fight like the rest of the men around him. He could have said, “This is just a field of lentils. It’s not worth fighting over.” However, Shammah didn’t just see a field of lentils; Shammah saw harvests for future generations. He knew that if he didn’t defend this field, those coming behind him would not see the harvest. Shammah took a stand, and the Lord stood with him and brought about a great victory! Just like Shammah, God is calling us to be mighty warriors in this hour and to take a stand and fight. When the Lord stands with you, you will never lose a battle.

My friends, it is time to stand for what you believe in. It is time to stand on the principles of God and the prophetic words He has given to you. If God has said you can have something or be something, then it is already secure. When you are faced with a choice to either fight or retreat, what will you do? Will you stand in this hour, or will you run from what God has promised you?

I have committed to stand and fight all the days of my life for whatever God has for me, my family, my city and my nation. Before any battles come my way, I have already made up my mind to never run but instead to stand. Ephesians 6:13 says, “Therefore take up the whole armor of God that you may be able to resist in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.” We are in a battle. This battle is not just for us. It is for our families, our ministries and businesses, our cities, our regions and this nation. God wants to bring about a great victory. Will He be able to bring victory through you? Will you stand?

In this season, passive and lukewarm Christianity is finished. God is looking for those with a heart like Shammah’s to stand and fight for whatever field God has called them to. Don’t look at the things God has promised you and count it to be too insignificant to fight for. Future generations may very well be depending on you to stand. Now is the time to stand! {eoa}

Like many other believers, generals and intercessors have been doing, I have been in a season of focused intercession over America for several months. As I have been praying, my spirit has been filled with hope and expectation for what God is doing and will still do in America in the coming days.

Just a few weeks ago, I was heading into the place of prayer early one morning, and the Lord spoke this to me: “I am about to sweep this nation with a fresh movement of My Holy Spirit.” I knew that this was the Lord responding to not only my prayers but also the prayers of many in the body of Christ in this hour. God is about to sweep this nation with His Spirit!

As the Lord continued to speak to me in the place of prayer, I was reminded of some of the other prophetic words God has given to me in the past 18 months. The Lord has spoken to me over and over that He is doing more behind the scenes in America than anyone can imagine. I know how the natural situations and circumstances look in this nation today. However, I know that God is moving behind the scenes and we are about to experience one of the most powerful moves of God the world has ever known!

The Lord then reminded me of a word He gave to me roughly six months ago about a great unveiling coming to America. This unveiling will reveal His plans and purposes for America as well as expose the evil and corruption where God wants to bring to justice. Lord, send the great unveiling to reveal Yourself and to bring justice to this land!

As I continued to pray, the Lord told me to go and look at our church sign in the lobby of our ministry center. As I stood looking at the sign, the Lord reminded me that he named our ministry ROAR because it stands for revival, outpouring, awakening and reformation. I could sense the presence of God as the Lord declared, “Now is the time for revival, outpouring, awakening and reformation.”

Many have been in intercession for America for decades. I believe God has been answering our prayers. However, I believe we are about to see a great culmination of these prayers manifested as a powerful sweeping of the Holy Spirit rushing across our land! This sweeping of the Holy Spirit will come upon individuals to bring them into personal revival. Those who have been complacent or weary will be revived by this fresh moving of the Spirit of God. The Holy Spirit will also sweep over into cities and regions as people carrying His presence and power bring it into the highways and byways outside of the four walls of the church. This sweeping of the Holy Spirit will also move across America, transforming it and realigning America with its prophetic destiny and the purpose God intended for this nation.

I was reminded of the coming of the Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost in Acts 2 and how it described the Holy Spirit coming as a “mighty, rushing wind.” I studied the word “rushing” there in the Greek, and it means the rushing sound that comes from the flow of the water in multiple rivers. Rivers wash away and renew the land around them. I believe the river of God is about to rush across America with its healing and transforming waters to bring this nation back to God and to the destiny He has for the United States.

With the sweeping of the Holy Spirit across this nation and the nations of the world, we will see a revival of love break out. There will be a revival of love for God and love for people. This revival of the love of God will help bring in the harvest of prodigals and the lost that is coming!

Be encouraged. I know how America looks right now in the natural. However, we have a promise from God! He is about to sweep this nation with His Spirit, and it will transform millions.

Get ready for the sweeping of the Holy Spirit that is coming! {eoa}

The Lord recently gave me a powerful prophetic dream. In the dream, I was walking into a church with a group of my friends. Some of the men with me were friends from past seasons, some of them were men I am still connected with today.

As we were walking down the hallway to reach the sanctuary of the church, we were all excited to get into service and go after the presence of God.

However, as we kept walking. We all started running into cobwebs. You couldn’t see the cobwebs until you walked right into one. I could see as my friends would walk into a cobweb that the cobweb wouldn’t just brush their shoulder or arm. It would cover their entire face where they couldn’t see. In the dream, one of my friends looked out of the foyer windows and said, “Look, there is a river outside!”

When I looked, I could see a rushing river right outside. As we walked outside to look at the river, one of my friends jumped straight into the river. The river in my dream was teeming with life. The water was flowing with a strong current, and the water was clear and bright. The river was absolutely beautiful. So, we all jumped into the river and every cobweb we had walked into was immediately washed away.

Then, the dream shifted, and we all remembered we needed to get out of the river and go to church. In the dream, I could feel a strong sense of religious duty to leave the river and get to the church service. As we walked inside, the sanctuary doors were now open, and I could see the ministers standing on the stage. I could tell these ministers were performing. It was almost as if they were all puppets being controlled by someone else.

As I got closer to the sanctuary, my friends started to walk into cobwebs again. They were still getting caught in them and getting them stuck to their faces where they couldn’t see. The closer we got to the sanctuary, the bigger and stickier the cobwebs became. The ministers on the stage were urging everyone to come in to the sanctuary for church. But, one of my friends covered in cobwebs, turned back and said, “Let’s go get back in the river and wash the cobwebs off.” So, we all went back outside and into the river. We were splashing and having a great time in the river’s rushing water. Then I woke up from the dream.

I immediately knew exactly what the Lord was showing me through this dream. There are two types of churches in America today: There are cobweb churches, and there are churches that are flowing in the river of God. These “cobweb” churches have become nothing but dead, dry religious activity. “Cobweb” churches have ministers on their platforms controlled by manipulation.

In my dream, everyone on the platform looked like a puppet. I believe the Lord was showing me that when His presence is not the focus in a ministry or body of believers, manipulation and performance are common. These “cobweb” churches keep people in their congregation through religious duty.

However, because the presence and power of God is absent in these churches, those that are going there are being trapped by old traditions and obligations—just like my friends were trapped by the cobwebs in the dream. When the cobwebs would stick to my friends in the dream, it would cover their faces. I believe this was the Lord showing me how dead religious activity can blind or even paralyze people from seeing what God has for them.

I also believe that the Lord was showing the sharp contrast between the entrapments of dead religious activity and the life and joy that is available in the river of God. The river in my dream represented the river of God and the churches that have welcomed it to flow freely in their midst. There is still a remnant of true seekers who desire to flow in the river of God with the Holy Spirit more than anything else.

If you are reading this, and you are currently leading or attending a church that is not flowing in the river of God, I urge you to get in the river. Allow the Lord to wash away the cobwebs of religious duty and obligation.

There are those who have grown tired of dead, dry religious activities. They are looking for the river of God to refresh them. If you are a leader of a ministry where you have welcomed the river of God, I believe this dream was a prophetic promise to you that people are coming! You may not be mighty in numbers or programs, but you are mighty in the presence and power of God.

God values your obedience and willingness to let His Spirit move freely through your ministry. Get ready to dive straight into the river of God and watch people be set free! {eoa}

I was in a time of prayer and worship recently, pouring my heart out before the Lord. I was reminding the Lord of the many promises He had given to me personally and was seeking the Lord to move and act on my behalf.

As I continued to pray, the Lord gave me a powerful prophetic vision. In the vision, I saw God turning different situations I have been praying for around. As I saw him turn things around, His movement became like a tornado and was literally turning things around.

Then, the vision shifted, and I saw a hurricane hit the tornado. The tornado was running along the sand of a beach, and the hurricane collided with the tornado out of the ocean water. I knew that both the turnaround and the hurricane in this vision were not destructive.

Instead, I sensed that this was a picture of the accelerated and even aggressive way in which God is about to turn things around for many of His people. I then heard the Lord say, “I am about to turn things around.” I knew when the Lord spoke this to me that this vision was not just a promise He was giving to me, but to many in the body of Christ in this hour.

When God starts to move in a situation, expect for even the most impossible situations to turn around for good. I believe that the tornado in the vision was a prophetic picture of the power of God’s favor working in your life. I believe the hurricane represents a drastic turning of the tide in different situations. As these two collided in the vision, I believe it was a representation of the full force of God’s favor, blessing and power that is about to change and shift in your favor in an unbelievable way!

The Lord showed me through this vision that He is turning things around in an aggressive and accelerated way. What God is about to do for His people will be an inescapable turnaround. Expect to see situations, relationships and circumstances you have been praying for suddenly turn around!

This is not a season to give in to weariness or discouragement. No matter how bad it may look in the natural, expect a turnaround! You may have been praying for the same thing for many years, but do not give up now. Your prayers will be answered. God is about to bring a tornado of turnarounds that will sweep through like a hurricane.

In this season, believe God like never before! Ground yourself in faith, and expect to see God come through for you. Breakthrough is on the horizon. Position yourself according to the prophetic words and promises that God has given you. Stay focused and fixed on the word of God, and you will see and experience this violent turnaround.
