Why the Old Testament Ends With a Curse And How Jesus Breaks It
The Old Testament does not end quietly. It ends with a warning.
That striking reality is at the center of a recent teaching by John Eckhardt, who unpacked the book of Malachi as the final word before the arrival of Christ. Eckhardt makes it plain that this ending is intentional. “The book ends with the word ‘curse.’ The Old Testament ends with the word curse,” he said.
But that is not the end of the story.
A sobering call to return
Eckhardt pointed to Malachi as a direct confrontation with spiritual drift, especially among leaders. “He rebuked the priests for their lack of reverence, devotion to the ministry, and mistreatment of their wives,” he explained.
The issue extended beyond leadership into the heart of the people. “The book of Malachi was written to the people who have lost their fear of the Lord,” he said.
Even giving reflected the decline. Quoting the text, Eckhardt emphasized, “Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me… in tithes and offerings.”
The message is clear. When honor for God fades, everything else follows.
He drew a direct line from Malachi to the New Testament, showing that the failure of the Law reveals the need for a Savior. “Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law… and so the blessing comes through Messiah,” he explained.
From warning to breakthrough
Even in Malachi, the promise of blessing stands firm. Eckhardt highlighted the well-known passage, saying, “Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse… if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing.”
That tension defines the moment. Judgment and mercy stand side by side.
Eckhardt’s message carries both urgency and hope. The Old Testament ends with a curse, but it points directly to redemption. Through Christ, the curse is broken, and the door to blessing is opened wide.

1,200-Year-Old Viking Coin Shocks Historians, Evidence of Jesus Reaches Further Than Ever Thought
A small, broken piece of gold buried in the soil of Norfolk County in the United Kingdom is now telling a story that refuses to stay buried.
A 1,200-year-old coin pendant has emerged from the ground and is shaking long-held assumptions about the spread of the Gospel during the Viking age. What was once thought to be a firmly pagan world is now revealing traces of something far more powerful. The name of Jesus Christ and those who prepared His way were already reaching into places historians never expected.
The coin, dated to the late ninth century, carries the image of John the Baptist with the inscription “IOAN,” along with wording that translates to “Baptist and Evangelist.”
Andrew Williams/Norfolk County Council
In a Daily Mail report, the find is described as “a shocking discovery” that may be “rewriting what historians assumed about the spread of Christianity 1,200 years ago.”
This is not a king stamped in gold. This is a messenger of Christ.
Coins of that era were reserved for rulers and empires, yet here stands John the Baptist, the one who pointed directly to Jesus. That alone turns the narrative on its head. As reported, “coins from this century in Western Europe typically displayed the portrait of kings or emperors, not religious figures.”
Even experts are stunned. Coin historian Dr. Simon Coupland said, “A figure of John the Baptist on a coin is so unusual and remarkable,” adding, “it’s bizarre, it’s not like anything else I know.”
Exactly. Because the Gospel does not follow expected patterns. It moves. It spreads. It reaches.
For centuries, the Viking world has been framed as distant from Christianity during this period. Yet this artifact declares that the message of repentance and the coming Messiah had already begun to break through. Whether through trade, travel or transformation, the truth was advancing.
This is what the Gospel has always done.
From the banks of the Jordan River to the far edges of Europe, from ancient coins to modern nations, the message of Jesus Christ continues to move with unstoppable force. Kingdoms rise and fall, cultures shift, but the truth remains.
What was whispered in the wilderness by John the Baptist is now echoing through history.
And it is still spreading today.

Bilderberg 2026: Global Elites Meet in Secret as AI, War and Crypto Shape New World Order
The Bilderberg Group held its annual meeting April 9-12 as “world leaders and billionaires gathered…for the notoriously top-secret annual Bilderberg meeting,” according to a Daily Mail report. The event operated without transparency. “With no minutes recorded, press reports published or interviews given to the media, the infamous conference is shrouded in mystery.”
This gathering centered on the issues shaping the direction of the world.
Artificial intelligence, modern warfare and cryptocurrency dominated discussions. The report confirms leaders focused on “the future of AI and modern warfare to cryptocurrency,” placing these technologies at the core of global planning. These are the tools redefining how economies function and how conflicts are fought.
Military alignment also took center stage. One agenda item, the “Trans-Atlantic Defence-Industrial Relationship,” highlights the urgency surrounding NATO tensions and Western cooperation as global instability continues to rise.
The names in attendance reveal how concentrated this influence has become. Tech and corporate leaders like Alex Karp, Daniel Ek and Eric Schmidt were present. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte arrived amid ongoing alliance strain. From the U.S. orbit, figures such as Doug Burgum and Robert Lighthizer joined the discussions. Intelligence leadership was also represented by Blaise Metreweli.
The room brought together decision-makers who influence policy, technology and military direction in one place.
The future battlefield was another major focus. Eric Schmidt stated that “future wars are going to be defined by unmanned weapons,” pointing to a shift toward AI-driven systems and autonomous conflict. Military leaders and defense technology executives were present to advance that conversation.
Security surrounding the meeting reinforced the gravity of the discussions. A cordon was established around the venue as 128 attendees entered days of “covert talks.” The conference followed the Chatham House Rule, ensuring that what was said inside remained shielded from the public.
The Daily Mail report notes that critics have long pointed to the group as “a basis for the creation of a secret government, or a mysterious new world order.” The structure of the meeting, the topics discussed and the level of influence represented all point in the same direction.
The books of Daniel and Revelation describe a final global system rising through unified authority and ultimately handed over to a central figure by 10 kings. The alignment of political leaders, corporate power and military strategy reflects a world moving toward that outcome.
Artificial intelligence, digital finance, global conflict and centralized coordination are not isolated developments. They are converging.
The pieces are being put into place.

NATO Fracturing? Europe Prepares for Post-America Alliance as Global Order Shifts
Europe is quietly preparing for a future without the United States at the center of its defense, marking a dramatic shift in the global order that has defined the West for decades. Behind the scenes, officials are advancing plans for a more independent NATO structure, one capable of functioning even if Washington steps back or pulls out entirely.
At the heart of the move is a growing divide between the U.S. and its European allies. Recent tensions surrounding Iran, the Strait of Hormuz and burden-sharing within NATO have exposed cracks that can no longer be ignored. President Donald Trump’s repeated warnings about withdrawing from the alliance and relocating American troops have forced Europe to confront a reality it long avoided. The security umbrella it depended on may not always be there.
In a recent Daily Mail report, it states that European nations are accelerating efforts to stand on their own. Discussions are underway to shift command structures away from U.S. leadership, expand defense production and even reintroduce military conscription in some countries. Leaders across Germany, France, the United Kingdom and Eastern Europe are aligning around a shared goal of strategic independence.
This is more than a policy adjustment. It is the unraveling of a system.
For decades, NATO functioned as a unified extension of American power, holding together a relatively stable Western bloc. Now, that cohesion is breaking apart. What is emerging in its place is a world defined by regional power centers rather than a single dominant alliance. Europe is consolidating its own military identity, while Russia, China and Middle Eastern powers continue to operate along their own strategic paths.
History shows that global systems do not evolve without disruption. They fracture first.
That pattern aligns with the framework laid out in Scripture. In the book of Daniel, kingdoms are depicted as divided, fragile and shifting, unable to hold together in their existing form. Revelation expands on this, describing a world that ultimately consolidates power into a centralized authority after a period of instability and upheaval.
The current moment reflects that transition point. The fragmentation of alliances like NATO is not the end state. It is the necessary step before something new takes shape.
As nations pull back from long-standing partnerships, they are simultaneously building the structures that could support a different kind of global order. Europe’s push to replace U.S. intelligence, logistics and military coordination is one example. Efforts to secure energy routes like the Strait of Hormuz reveal how economic pressure points are becoming tools of influence. Increased defense spending and technological development are laying the groundwork for more integrated, far-reaching systems of control.
Individually, these developments may appear disconnected. Together, they form a pattern.
The world is moving away from a single, stable alliance toward a fragmented landscape of competing powers. But fragmentation does not lead to lasting disorder. It creates the conditions for consolidation. As instability grows, so does the demand for coordination, security and control on a global scale.
That is the trajectory taking shape.
The breakdown of NATO unity, the rise of regional military blocs and the reordering of global priorities are not isolated events. They are early indicators of a larger transformation. The existing system is giving way, piece by piece, making room for a new structure that is broader, more centralized and ultimately global in scope.
The stage is not fully set, but the framework is forming before our very eyes.

Franklin Graham Responds to Trump AI Image Controversy
Evangelist Franklin Graham is weighing in on the growing controversy surrounding an AI-generated image re-posted and then deleted by President Donald Trump, pushing back against critics and defending the president’s intent.
As debate continues across social media and news outlets, Graham addressed concerns directly, dismissing claims that Trump intentionally shared imagery portraying himself as Jesus Christ and arguing that critics are misrepresenting the situation.
I had received some questions about President @realDonaldTrump’s recent posts, and here are my thoughts:
I do not believe President Trump would knowingly depict himself as Jesus Christ—that would certainly be inappropriate. I’m thankful the President has made it very clear that this was not at all what he thought the AI-generated image was representing—he thought it was a doctor helping someone, and when he learned of the concerns, he immediately removed the post.
When I looked at the illustration, I didn’t jump to the same conclusion as some. There were no spiritual references—no halo, there were no crosses, no angels. It was a flag, soldiers, a nurse, fighter planes, eagles, the Statue of Liberty, and I think this is a lot to do about nothing. There is so much ill-intended speculation. I think his enemies are always foaming at the mouth at any possible opportunity to make him look bad.
And the illustration from someone else he reposted on Truth Social yesterday, I must say that I like the fact that this is a picture of Jesus whispering in his ear, or at least His hand on his shoulder, guiding him. We all need that—we all need to be listening to Jesus. Again, I think there is an attempt to spin this into something that it isn’t. Remember, President Trump didn’t draw this, he didn’t create it, he reposted it on his social media because he thought it was nice—I would have to agree.
I’m not a Catholic, I’m an evangelical, but I appreciate how President Trump has defended religious freedom for people of all faiths, including millions of evangelicals and Catholics in the U.S. and around the world. He is the most pro-Christian, pro-life president in my lifetime, and he doesn’t shy away from it. I would hope that the President and Pope Leo can meet at some point, and that the Pope would have the opportunity to thank the President for his efforts to protect religious liberty for Catholics and people of all faiths.

Graham’s comments arrive as the debate over AI-generated imagery and political messaging continues to gain traction online. The controversy has sparked strong reactions, but Graham made it clear he sees the situation very differently, pointing to what he described as a rush to assign intent where there was none.

Dinesh D’Souza is offering a fresh way to understand President Donald Trump and his often unpredictable foreign policy, arguing the key is to stop viewing him as a traditional politician altogether.
“Trump’s foreign policy is a mystery to most people,” D’Souza said, pointing to what many see as contradictions in Trump’s rhetoric and actions. But he insists there is a consistent framework behind it.
“Trump, unlike any president of our lifetimes… is America’s first real estate president,” D’Souza said.
According to D’Souza, Trump does not operate from ideology. Instead, he approaches global affairs like a dealmaker managing a valuable asset. “All the world’s a real estate market, and an effective foreign policy is the best way to play that market,” he said.
That mindset, he argued, explains Trump’s “America First” approach. “What it means is that Trump doesn’t approach the world ideologically,” D’Souza said. “He doesn’t fit their templates.”
D’Souza said Trump views the United States as “the most valuable piece of real estate in the world,” with the president acting as its chief executive. From that perspective, every decision is about increasing value, securing resources and protecting assets.
He pointed to Trump’s rhetoric as part of that strategy. “Real estate people are masters of crazy talk,” D’Souza said, describing exaggerated statements as intentional leverage. “The goal is to make a sale. So, the rhetoric is at the service of a pragmatic end.”
That same transactional thinking extends to global conflicts. On Iran, D’Souza said Trump’s concern is not ideological. “Nuclear weapons… are a real estate nightmare,” he said, because they “destroy lives and property.”
On alliances like NATO, D’Souza said Trump rejects the idea of unequal burden-sharing. “If it’s in both our interest to have security, well, you pay your part, we’ll pay our part. Otherwise, no deal,” he said.
D’Souza argued Trump should ultimately be judged by results, not style. “Is the American real estate empire stronger or weaker?” he asked.
Whether one agrees with that framework or not, it reframes the debate around Trump’s foreign policy in a way that helps explain the pattern behind the unpredictability.
Instead of asking why his moves seem inconsistent, the better question becomes what kind of deal he is trying to make and how it benefits the United States in the long run.

Scientists Say Sun Is Tearing Asteroid Apart as Earth Passes Through Debris
A newly uncovered space phenomenon is drawing attention after scientists confirmed that an asteroid is being torn apart by the Sun, leaving Earth moving through the remnants of its debris trail.
The discovery has sparked dramatic headlines suggesting danger, but the reality is far less alarming and far more fascinating. Researchers say the event has created a previously unknown meteor stream that is now intersecting with Earth’s orbit.
In a recent study, scientists identified a cluster of 282 meteors tied to a single asteroid that passed extremely close to the Sun.
As reported by Phys.org, that close approach caused the asteroid to heat up, crack and shed material into space.
That material now forms a stream of dust and small fragments that Earth is currently passing through.
While the phrase “flying through debris” may sound ominous, scientists say this is the same process that produces everyday meteor showers. When tiny particles from space enter Earth’s atmosphere, they burn up almost instantly, creating the streaks of light commonly known as shooting stars.
Most of these particles are no larger than grains of sand and pose no threat to the planet.
Researchers explain that the asteroid’s destruction is driven by extreme solar heat. As it travels closer to the Sun than Earth ever does, its surface begins to fracture, releasing dust, gas and fragments into space.
This kind of object is sometimes referred to as an “active asteroid,” meaning it behaves in ways similar to a comet by shedding material as it moves through its orbit.
Scientists say the discovery is significant not because of any danger to Earth, but because it reveals a hidden process happening throughout the solar system. By tracking meteor activity, researchers can identify asteroids that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Are Jews Still God’s Chosen People? What the Bible Really Says About Israel Today
A debate that has been simmering for years is now boiling over in the church: Are the Jewish people still God’s chosen people, or has that title shifted entirely to Christians?
It’s shaping how believers think about Israel, prophecy and the end times. In a recent episode of Live Free, Pastor Josh Howerton addressed the question head-on, offering a framework rooted in Scripture rather than extremes.
The answer is not as simple as yes or no. Scripture holds both sides in tension.
The Tension Most People Miss
At the center of the debate is the meaning of “chosen.”
Two truths stand side by side:
Salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone (Eph. 2:8–9)
God’s covenant relationship with Israel has not been erased (Rom. 11:1–2)
They are not contradictory. They speak to different realities.
What Howerton Gets Right About Israel and the Church
The Live Free discussion lays out a clear structure:
Salvation Is Through Jesus Alone Jewish identity does not save. Like everyone else, Jewish people must come to faith in Christ.
Israel Is Still Chosen, But Not Automatically Saved Israel remains chosen in a covenant sense, not in a way that guarantees salvation.
God’s Promises to Israel Still Stand Romans 11 makes it clear that God has not rejected His people.
The Church Is Grafted In, Not a Replacement Gentile believers are brought into the same story, not substituted in place of Israel (Rom. 11:17).
A Future Turning of Israel Is Expected Scripture points to a coming moment when many in Israel will turn to Christ (Rom. 11:25–26).
The Bigger Picture
Jesus fulfilled the Old Covenant system of temple, sacrifice and priesthood (Heb. 10:1–10). That era is complete, but Israel’s role in God’s story is not erased.
Paul warns Gentile believers not to become arrogant, reminding them they have been grafted into something they did not start (Rom. 11:18). The church is unified in Christ, yet Israel still holds a distinct place in the biblical narrative (Eph. 2:14–16).
Yes — in terms of God’s covenant purposes. No — in terms of automatic salvation.
God’s plan has not been replaced. It has expanded.
Through Jesus, salvation is open to all nations, but the promises to Israel remain. And according to Scripture, the story is not finished.

Quantum AI and the Beast System: Technology Is Setting the Stage for the Antichrist
This is what it looks like when the book of Revelation stops sounding distant and starts reading like a live update.
The Beast system is no longer a mystery. The framework is forming in plain sight, and the technology now exists for the Antichrist to enforce control over the entire world.
Not someday. Right now.
We are watching the early stages of a system that can govern what people see, what they believe and whether they are allowed to participate in the global economy.
Glenn Beck laid out the technological side of this shift, and the implications go far beyond innovation. “Quantum is about to touch everything. Everything in your life.”
Everything.
That is exactly what a Beast system requires. Total reach. Total integration. Total oversight.
The Beast System Begins With Control of Truth
Before the Antichrist can control buying and selling, the system must control perception.
That part is already being built.
Beck said it directly. “AI is not giving you raw facts.” Then he issued the warning that defines this moment. “Don’t fear the machine. Fear the algorithm. Or better yet, fear the person that programmed the algorithm.”
That is the core of the Beast system.
If truth can be programmed, then reality itself can be shaped. What people believe is no longer discovered. It is delivered.
Beck pointed out how easily misinformation becomes embedded as fact. “When you do a Google search, are you getting stuff as fact that came from Reddit… and now it’s just in the machine as fact.”
That is not just flawed information. That is a controlled narrative.
And a controlled narrative prepares the world for a controlled system.
Beck explained the scale of its power. Problems that would take lifetimes are solved almost instantly. That includes breaking encryption.
Then came the warning that should not be ignored. “There is a rush to harvest all the data you can and decrypt it later.”
Everything is being collected now. Every transaction. Every account. Every piece of personal data. All of it is waiting for the moment when quantum systems can unlock it.
Beck made it clear what happens next. “Once that happens, we’re in real trouble. There are no secrets anywhere.”
No secrets means total surveillance.
Total surveillance is exactly what the Beast system needs to function.
The Antichrist’s Economic Control System
Revelation makes it clear that the Beast system will control buying and selling. Participation in the economy will not be automatic. It will be granted.
For generations, that sounded impossible to enforce globally. Now the mechanism is emerging.
Beck said, “Financial firms are already testing quantum algorithms for risk modeling.”
That means financial decisions are moving toward automated systems that can evaluate and act instantly.
A system that approves or denies access in real time, that tracks every transaction and that can shut someone out completely.
Now connect that with artificial intelligence.
AI determines what is acceptable. Quantum processes the data and removes security barriers. Digital systems control the movement of money.
This is convergence.
This is how the Beast system will allow the Antichrist to control the global economy.
No compliance means no access. No access means no buying or selling.
When Reality Breaks, the System Becomes Absolute
Control of the economy is only part of it.
Control of reality completes it.
Beck warned about the collapse of trust in what people see and hear. “There is going to come a time before 2030… you will not be able to believe your eyes or your ears.”
That moment changes everything. When people cannot trust their own senses, they will rely on a central authority to define truth.
That is when the Beast system becomes absolute. Because it no longer just controls transactions. It controls reality itself.
The Framework Is Already in Place
Beck said, “The next industrial revolution is already in the lab.”
It is already beyond the lab. It is in financial systems and digital platforms. It is in everyday life.
It is also being presented as progress. Faster medical breakthroughs. Smarter infrastructure. Greater efficiency.
And it works. That is why it is being embraced. But let’s step back and look at the full picture.
A world where everything is connected. A system that sees everything. A structure that controls access to everything.
That is the foundation of the Beast system described in Revelation.
The technology is here. The infrastructure is forming. The world is moving toward a system that the Antichrist will use to establish global control.
This is the early framework, being built in real time, right in front of us.

Earthquakes Shake North America: Canada Quake Felt Across US Raises New Concerns
A magnitude 4.0 earthquake hit just 40 miles north of Ottawa, Ontario, at 12:36 p.m. ET Tuesday, sending tremors through major cities and even into parts of the northeastern United States.
USGS
In a Daily Mail report, the shaking reached millions, with residents in Montreal, New York, and Vermont all feeling the effects.
This wasn’t some isolated, barely noticeable event either. Thousands of people reported the ground moving beneath them. One resident described it plainly: “The building was vibrating and it sounded like a large truck was going by at the beginning. It increased to where we felt the vibration in buildings.” Another said, “The house was shaking and it scared us.” That kind of reaction tells you everything you need to know. When the ground under your feet starts moving, it gets your attention fast.
The good news is there are no reported injuries, and experts say earthquakes of this size typically don’t cause serious damage in that region. The area sits on what’s known as the Western Quebec Seismic Zone, where ancient fault lines shift from time to time. It’s not new, and it’s not unexpected. But that doesn’t make it insignificant.
Just days earlier, a swarm of earthquakes hit off the coast of Washington state, including a magnitude 4.2 event. That activity took place along a major fault line that experts warn could eventually produce something far more powerful. Then came a magnitude 5.7 quake in western Nevada, followed by aftershocks. Different regions, same pattern. Movement. Pressure. Release.
At some point, you stop looking at these events as random and start seeing a pattern of a planet that feels increasingly unsettled.
Of course, geologists will tell you exactly what’s happening beneath the surface, and they’re not wrong. Fault lines shift. Pressure builds. Energy releases. That’s how the Earth works. But there’s also a bigger picture unfolding in real time. Natural disasters, global instability, rising tension across nations. It all seems to be happening faster, closer together, more intense.
And that’s where this starts to hit a little deeper.
Jesus said there would be earthquakes in various places as signs leading up to His return (Matt. 24:7; Luke 21:11). Not one here or there, but a pattern. A frequency. A reminder. When you look at what’s happening right now, it’s hard to ignore how relevant that warning feels.
It’s time to start paying attention to biblical prophecy.
The ground is shaking. And maybe, just maybe, it’s meant to wake people up.
