‘Demon-Possessed’ Prostitute Rejects Candace Owens’ Prayer After Debate

Has Christianity withdrawn so far from recognizing and confronting the spiritual aspects of the world that it now is incapable of recognizing someone who is under the oppression of a demon?

In many cases yes, as pendulum swings can go from an over-spiritualized mindset that accuses anyone and everything of having a demon, to completely absolving someone of having a spiritual issue and instead focusing on the physical side of things.

Recently, conservative commentator Candace Owens joined the now infamous “Whatever” podcast. The show is a debate-style format that usually has one or two conservative-minded individuals discuss topics with women who participate in activities such as legal prostitution and OnlyFans created content.

While on a press tour for her newest series for the Daily Wire, “Convicting a Murderer,” Owens was confronted by a prostitute who believes that she “saves” marriages with her career choice.

Owens may have correctly placed the source of the woman’s deceived sense of reality as being from a spiritual source. This is made an even more likely possibility since the woman sitting to the prostitute’s left was wearing a tank-top that read “Made in Hell.” A bit on the nose, but quite revealing considering the spiritual powers at work behind the scenes.

“I honestly felt like, and I never say this, that she was possessed by a demon,” Owens said. “She really was. And she was growing frustrated in me remaining logical and explaining to her that obviously, her career was going to follow her for the rest of her life. And she tried to, I guess, trigger me as she was explaining how she ‘saves marriages’ and she tried to trigger me by creating a ‘what if’ scenario regarding my own husband.”

The 22-year-old woman presented Owens with a scenario that Owens deemed perverse and completely unrealistic influenced by the fallen world in which we live.

“It would probably indicate to me that my husband was involved in some perverse world, whether it was through pornography, that something else was happening on the side. These aren’t normal things that people just think of when they wake up,” Owens responded.

This is where the recognition of a deeper issue really took hold in Owens’ mind. Something very wrong had taken up residence in this woman’s life and led her further into a life devoid of hope, love and healthy relationships with men.

“I realized that her entire reality had been warped because she works in a brothel and she sees up to 10 clients per day,” Owens says. “And you have to imagine that she thinks that this must represent what all men are like. It never occurred to her that actually, she is seeing the most debased, pathetic men that are in this society today. She is seeing men who have drug addiction. She is seeing men who have a sex addiction. She is seeing men who have gone so far into their perversions that they might actually be requesting this from her. It is not the average man that goes into a brothel.”

Joining this podcast, which was not something Owens originally wanted to do, reinforced her determination to call out the perversity and pornography that are polluting society and culture in today’s world. It also gave her an up-close and personal view of those directly affected by the deceptive spirits pulling many young women into the grasp of perverse career choices.

“This is why I spend so much time talking about perversity, talking about pornography, talking about the ills, not just of graphic pornography, which her mind is utterly polluted by because it’s a facet of her every single day, but also the soft pornography that we have all become accustomed to, the pornography that we see when we scroll Instagram,” Owens says.

“And you have Instagram models with their butt cheeks and their chests out. This is the stuff that is desensitizing us, right? It is desensitizing all of us. We’re all victims to it. I say this all the time when I see an ad, I don’t even flinch … because we have become accustomed to seeing it everywhere. It’s leading to women that are quite literally prostituting themselves in and out because they know that they can make a quick buck, and you can do that, it’s true.”

At the conclusion of the interview, Owens disclosed that she extended an offer to pray for the sex workers she believed were possessed, but the young woman on the show declined the prayer.

“She said she didn’t want me to pray for her. What kind of person rejects a prayer? You might not believe in prayers. You might not pray yourself, but if any person walked up to me, no matter what phase they were in, and they said that they were going to pray for me, I wouldn’t reject it,” Owens shared.

“I think that what the Whatever podcast taught me is that we are definitely facing a possession in America. People are possessed by the concept of fame. We are possessed by perversions; we are possessed by sexuality. And all of these things are destroying peoples’ souls, honestly, genuinely. And when I left that podcast, I still prayed for those young women because I think they need it.”

‘Bible Scholars’ Pushing Insane Conspiracy Theories on Jesus

In a recent video, Christian media personality Ruslan KD shined a spotlight on the egregious theories some are pushing within the Christian community about Jesus.

These scholars actually question the Bible’s authenticity while exploring alternative narratives that never found their place within the canonical texts, but instead originate in the book of Thomas.

Their theory: That Thomas was actually Jesus’ twin brother, who just so happens to have never been talked about in the Bible.

Bible scholars across denominations widely acknowledge that Jesus had at least one brother, James, who initially did not follow Him during His earthly ministry. This is a crucial aspect of Jesus’s life, as James later became a prominent figure in the early Christian movement after Jesus’s Resurrection. His transformation from skeptic to devout believer serves as compelling evidence for Jesus’ Messianic claims.

“An identical twin, identical not only in looks but in supernatural power,” Ruslan incredulously details the newest theory to discredit the Word of God and the miracle of the Resurrection.

“You see where this is going, right?” Ruslan asks. “Well then when Jesus died on the cross, He came back alive, it was really His twin.”

Not only does this theory completely invalidate the sacrifice on the cross and Jesus’ victory over sin and death, it also cancels Jesus’ unique position as the perfect sacrifice since it introduces another perfect, divine being born of Mary. About which, of course, the angel Gabriel said nothing, nor did anyone else who wrote the Gospels of the New Testament.

Ruslan correctly eviscerates this insane theory that is being promulgated by people regarded as Bible scholars who are displaying astounding depths of ignorance of the Scriptures.

Grasping at straws which are not even there, the video Ruslan references tries to connect invisible dots by suggesting the relevance of the name “Thomas” is in its Aramaic meaning, “twin.” When this name was transliterated into Greek, an “s” was added to create “Thomas.” This Greek convention was intended to fit the name into the grammatical structure of the Greek language. However, it was misconstrued by some as evidence of an identical twin for Jesus.

“So now we’ve got these Gnostic Gospels, these heretical gospels, these gospels that are completely coloring outside the lines of what the consensus was on Orthodox Christianity at that time, and because these fan-fiction are there, now you’re going to take this and somehow try to make a justification on some Da Vinci code vibes on why this is reasonable or historical in the slightest?” Ruslan continues.

Herein lies another excellent example, as though today’s world and culture needs more, for Christians to be aware of the absolute necessity of biblical literacy. If a Christian knows the Word of God and the wisdom, truth and knowledge held within it, then they are equipped to call out these false teachings for what they are: lunacy.

Jesus stands apart from the rest of humanity as the One perfect being, and His perfection according to God’s righteousness, morality and principles is what justified His perfect sacrifice on the cross for the remission of humanities sins. God accepted this perfect blood offering, allowing for His creation, man, to receive salvation through Jesus Christ.

Not some hypothetical twin who is being elevated to the same level as Jesus Christ.

These types of heretical teachings are finding far more reach in today’s information age. The internet is capable of being the medium for the Bible to reach all corners of the earth, while at the same time pushing false doctrine and deceiving those without biblical literacy.

Just as it is written in 2 Peter 2, and a multitude of passages in the Bible, there were false teachers and prophets during the early Christian church and they are in today’s world as well. As the world continues toward the end times prophesied in Revelation, these falsehoods will become more and more prevalent and it is the duty and responsibility to call out false doctrines that take away from the divinity and holiness of Jesus Christ.

Pro Football Legend Jim Kelly Boldly Expresses His Faith Through Baptism

In a powerful display of his unwavering faith, Pro Football Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly made headlines this summer as he took a bold step, getting baptized.

This significant moment was shared with the world through a video and photos posted on Instagram by Jim’s wife, Jill. The imagery captured Kelly in a red shirt bearing the words, “God’s real.” In a poignant exchange during the baptism, he was asked a simple yet profound question while immersed in the water, “Do you love Jesus?” To which he emphatically responded, “Yes I do!”

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by Jill Kelly (@jillmkelly)

Jill, in the caption of her post, expressed her deep belief, saying, “Jim’s t-shirt says, ‘God’s Real.’ He is! I have witnessed God at work in this man’s life for over 30 I can tell you that God isn’t just REAL, He is faithful, trustworthy, kind, loving, compassionate, powerful, gracious, GOOD, merciful, so so much MORE. He is immeasurably MORE than we can imagine! He is EVERYTHING!”

Jim Kelly’s fame primarily stems from his remarkable career as a quarterback, during which he led the Buffalo Bills to four consecutive Super Bowls from 1990 to 1993, though they narrowly missed clinching the title each time. In recognition of his illustrious football career, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2002.

However, Kelly’s life journey has been marked by both triumphs and trials. In 1997, just a year after retiring from the NFL, he faced the heartbreaking diagnosis of his infant son, Hunter, with Krabbe disease, ultimately leading to Hunter’s passing in 2005. In response, Kelly founded the Hunter’s Hope Foundation and dedicated his Hall of Fame induction speech to his beloved son.

The challenges did not stop there. In 2013, Kelly courageously disclosed his battle with squamous cell carcinoma. Over the next few years, he underwent numerous hospitalizations. However, his tenacity prevailed, and he was declared cancer-free for three years. Even when cancer returned in March 2018, Jim Kelly’s spirit remained unbroken. Four months after undergoing surgery, he once again emerged victorious against cancer, proving his resilience and inspiring countless others.

Jim Kelly’s recent baptism serves as a testament to his enduring faith and his determination to share the message of hope and salvation in Jesus Christ with the world. As he continues his life’s journey, he remains an iconic figure, both on and off the football field, leaving an indelible mark through his unwavering devotion to his faith and his unyielding spirit in the face of adversity.

County Commission Meeting Turns Into Praise and Worship Service

The ongoing legal battles between the Wilson County local government and Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church took a particularly interesting turn at the most recent Wilson County Planning Commission meeting.

For months now, there has been back and forth from the county and church over potential legal battles, alleged zoning violations and noise complaints.

Even the sheriff of Wilson County has indicated that he will be invoicing the church for $7,500. This charge is due to the additional expenses incurred by officers working overtime during the church’s Labor Day event. Additionally, County Commissioners have reached out to state authorities for assistance in covering the costs of additional resources required for the event.

Meanwhile, Locke maintains that “We’ve not violated any laws,” considering that Wilson County does not even have a noise ordinance at present.

According to Locke, GVBC has diligently fulfilled all official requirements, investing significant funds in equipment, permits and legal counsel, amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. He has reiterated multiple times that the church is fully compliant with the demands of the local government.

Most recently, on Friday, Sept. 22, another hearing before the Wilson County Planning Commission was held, which Locke asked church members to attend in support of GVBC.

“I want you to fill the room to overflowing,” Locke requested. “Now if you can’t control your temper, stay home.”

Well, the congregants listened to their pastor, and instead of any contention or division during the commission’s meeting, worship broke out.

Just as it is spoken in Isaiah 61, when combating the spirit of heaviness, put on a garment of praise (v.3).

Praise invited the presence of God into the commission hearing, and He is the overcomer of all obstacles.

There will always be times of difficulty and heaviness in life, but when praise and worship are offered up to the throne of the Most High God, His power springs forth into the situation, creating miraculous results for which only He can get the glory.

As the legal battles remain for Locke and GVBC, one thing is for sure: Letting God take the lead on any problems encountered is the best way to approach the issue.

Great Deception Prophecies Becoming a Reality With NASA’s Latest Announcement

Prophetic words have been going out pointing directly at the Great Deception that is coming involving both artificial intelligence and the ongoing UFO/UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena) debate.

Recently, NASA’s announcement of utilizing AI in a much greater capacity seems to line up with exactly what Christian experts in the field have said regarding end-times AI and alien reports.

NASA has declared that AI and machine learning will play a crucial role in the quest to discover and validate the existence of extraterrestrial life and UFOs. In its recent 36-page UFO report, NASA acknowledged that it lacks sufficient high-quality data to draw a definitive scientific conclusion about the origins of UFOs.

NASA administrator Bill Nelson emphasized the importance of AI, stating, “We will use AI and machine learning to search the skies for anomalies and will continue to search the heavens for habitable reality.” He stressed that AI is a promising tool that should not be limited in its application.

Dr. Nicola Fox, NASA’s associate administrator, expanded on this point, highlighting AI’s ability to uncover hidden patterns within data. She explained that AI can help scientists find important signals buried within complex data sets, comparing it to finding a needle in a haystack.

The use of AI played a central role in the report prepared by the 16-member independent UAP research team. The report emphasizes the need for advanced data analysis techniques, including AI and machine learning, alongside systematic data collection and robust data management.

It’s important to note that NASA’s study of UAPs is distinct from the Pentagon’s investigation conducted by the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office. Nevertheless, the two investigations run parallel tracks with collaborative efforts.

NASA’s approach involves seeking external counsel through independent study teams, a formal part of its scientific process. The goal is to create a roadmap for using scientific tools to gather and evaluate data while offering suggestions for the future.

For Christian end-times experts, however, this all leads to the global Great Deception taking place.

Both Nephilim expert L.A. Marzulli and prophetic voice Joseph Z say the end goal of this coming alien-focused, end-times deception is the declaration that there is no God.

“We are seeing the beginnings of that strong delusion, and the strong delusion is, ‘Well, there is no God. We [aliens] actually created all life on this planet,’ when they show up,” Marzulli tells Charisma News in a recent interview. “‘We created all life. We genetically manipulated early man; we started the earth civilizations, the earliest religions. Now, at this critical juncture in human history, we are back to usher mankind’s Gold Age.'”

Joseph Z fortifies this sentiment, discussing this very topic months before NASA made the announcement in another Charisma News interview:

“Fallen angels want to deceive, and I believe they have the ability to understand technology and multiple dimensions,” he says. “That’s why you can see these alien craft appearing and disappearing. … You’ve got these experts that do not know God and saying it’s massless, it’s obviously from another planet or universe. Really, it just goes into this deception.”

Joseph Z says we will continue to see more and more disclosure on UFOs, to the point where video and graphics become so clear that they become believable and people will begin to say that “we are not alone in the universe.”

“They will completely bring out disclosure until they finally reveal the truth,” he says. “And the truth they will bring out is the deception that says, ‘We are your creators”: we planted you here; we did all of it. It all goes back to Genesis 6. It is a lying scenario by fallen angels rebelling against God, and they are working for Lucifer.

“They want to begin to deceive the masses to lead people away from Jesus,” Joseph Z adds. “But the answer is the same: Jesus Christ is Lord.”

Bishop Alan DiDio also exhorts believers to discern the spiritual nature of these occurrences and what they mean going into the end-times deception.

“It’s interesting, the phrase ‘non-human origin,’ not extraterrestrial, not outer space, simply non-human, which I appreciate, because I think it’s a far more biblical description of what we’re looking at,” says DiDio.

“A lot of UFO reports, UAP reports, are hoaxes,” he adds. “Even more of them are advanced military technology … but the question is: Is there a portion of them that are of non-human origin? I think this is really important, because I think this plays into the Antichrist narrative in the last days.”

In the face of uncertain phenomena and spiritual deception, believers are called to exercise discernment and trust in God’s Word.

By remaining anchored in biblical truth, cultivating spiritual discernment and relying on the Holy Spirit’s guidance, we can navigate through the complexities of the end times and avoid falling into deception (Eph. 6:10-11, 2 Tim. 3:16-17, 1 John 4:1).

End-Times Signs Continue With Next Heavenly Event

A special event is happening on Oct. 14, 2023: An annular solar eclipse will be visible in North America. This eclipse is famous for creating a “ring of fire” in the sky. It will travel across eight U.S. states from Oregon to Texas. If you can’t watch it in person, you can still see it online at no cost.

During this type of eclipse, the moon looks a bit smaller than the sun. It doesn’t cover the whole sun like a total eclipse but instead leaves a ring of sunlight around it.

Everyone in the Americas will see a part of the eclipse, but to see the ring of fire, you’ll need to be in a specific path that goes from the northwest U.S. through Central America to Brazil. This path includes eight U.S. states: Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas. Even if you’re not in this path, you can still see a partial eclipse online.

This eclipse on Oct. 14 is the last ring of fire in the U.S. until 2039, according to “The Farmer’s Almanac.” The next one after that, in 2039, will only be visible in Alaska and northwest Canada.

Events like this ring of fire eclipse appear to be occurring with increasing frequency.

As Charisma News reported, a total lunar eclipse occurred on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022. This was the first time in the history of the United States that a blood moon occurred on Election Day.

In the book of Joel, Chapter 2, the prophet writes in several verses about the moon turning to blood, the sun and moon darkening and that the Lord will show wonders within the heavens.

This prophecy is echoed hundreds of years later in the New Testament. In the book of Matthew, Jesus Himself says, “Immediately after the tribulation of those days, ‘the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken'” (24:29).

Compound these events in the heavenlies with the growing anticipation of the red heifer’s being born in Israel, and we see millions of Christians and Jews around the world waiting in growing excitement for the next chapter of the biblical end times and the eventual rebuilding of the third temple.

As many enjoy the upcoming solar eclipse, remember the Bible’s teachings about signs in the heavens. These events remind us of God’s power and His promise to return someday. So let the eclipse be a beautiful reminder of God’s glory and the hope that comes with it.

Christian UFC Fighter Holds Bible High While Calling Out Satan in the Octagon

In a heart-pounding showdown at UFC Vegas 79, Christian fighter Bryce “Thug Nasty” Mitchell displayed not only his remarkable skills but also his unwavering faith and compassion. The co-headlining Men’s Featherweight bout pitted Mitchell against the formidable Dan Ige, and their encounter left spectators in awe.

Mitchell’s journey to this victorious moment was marked by a setback—a career-first loss in December. However, he returned to the Octagon with newfound determination and a resolute spirit. After three grueling rounds of grappling, Mitchell, on the verge of his 29th birthday, clinched the victory by unanimous decision.

But it wasn’t just his fighting prowess that captured attention. Before the match even began, Mitchell raised a Bible high above his head and proclaimed “Freedom!” His actions were a testament to his unwavering belief in his faith.

Following the fight, Mitchell continued to express his convictions, this time with a compassionate twist. He brought out his Bible once more, holding it prominently in his right arm while offering his left in camaraderie to Ige, his opponent. He urged Ige to join him in the post-bout interview, emphasizing the importance of his message.

“I brought this Bible in here tonight because I do believe that Satan is taking over this earth,” declared the Arkansas native, still catching his breath. He then turned his attention to the tragic fires in Hawaii. In a heartfelt gesture, Mitchell pledged $5,000 to Ige, a native Hawaiian, to assist those affected by the devastating fires.

“I know [Ige] lost friends; they lost their homes; they lost their children, and I love these people with all my heart,” Mitchell said, with Ige standing, silent, by his side.

In a passionate moment, Mitchell shared his belief that the fires in Hawaii were not natural but man-made in what he sees an attempt to take land from the nationals. He emphasized the need for unity against the power of evil and stressed the strength of Christ when people come together.

Amid discussions about the fight itself and Mitchell’s swollen eye, his unwavering faith and commitment to his convictions shone through. His desire to lead the world in prayer against the influence of Satan was evident, culminating in a moment of prayer with Ige in the Octagon—a moment known only to them and God.

“And we have to show Satan that he can’t do nothing [to] the power of Christ when we come together,” Mitchell yelled.

In Bryce Mitchell’s victory, we witness not only the triumph of a fighter but also the resilience of faith and the compassion to reach out to those in need, embodying the values of love and unity that Christians hold dear.

Christian Leaders Greg Locke and Daniel Adams Parting Ways

In the world of Christianity, it’s common to encounter disagreements and divisions. While the Bible emphasizes the importance of unity among believers, it’s also true that people sometimes interpret things differently and have varying approaches to their faith.

How Christians handle these moments of division within the church says a lot about their commitment to the core values of love and unity.

In a world where conflicts often make headlines, it’s essential for Christians to remember a simple but powerful message from Scripture: If it’s possible, do your best to live in peace with everyone (see Rom. 12:18).

Recently, we’ve seen a division emerge between two large Christian ministries, but this age-old wisdom reminds us of the crucial role unity plays when differences arise. It’s a reminder that we should prioritize peace and harmony, even when disagreements arise.

Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church and Evangelist Daniel Adams, whose organizations were closely linked and in ministry with one another, have reached an impasse.

Speaking at his service last week, Locke implored Adams to disassociate with one E.J. Newton, and for Lovy Elias to cut off all contact with Passion Java.

Locke believes these men are not under the power of the Holy Spirit, and has publicly accused Java of being a witch doctor under the power of the Kundalini spirit. He has implored Adams to repent from the platform of his Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, church, but instead a wedge appears to have been driven between the two ministry leaders.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up-to-date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

“I am for unity,” Locke declares during his Sunday service. “I am against mixture [with demonic spirits], and mixture is not unity. There’s a difference in biblical unity and anti-biblical mixture.

“Look, I want to be a bridge to bring unity to the body of Christ, but I will not be a syringe that injects poison by way of mixture into this church!” he adds.

*Pastor Locke’s message begins at 1:10.

Meanwhile, Adams has made the decision to not separate himself from Elias and Newton, leading Locke to withdraw from speaking at the upcoming TSNL Forerunners Conference.

In a post addressing the ongoing controversy, Adams says of Elias and Newton:

“Two men of God that’s very dear friends and brothers in Christ of mine that I can talk to anytime, plus are there for me if I need advice are Prophet Lovy L. Elias and Jay Newton. … No ‘familiar spirit’ is helping me only the Holy Spirit! I also can tell you no familiar spirit is helping the two men of God because I have set and talked with them both often and seen their love for the Lord Jesus and souls.”

For now, the two ministries have been unhitched from one another and continue forward on their respective paths.

While striving for unity within the body of Christ is crucial, the Bible also offers guidance on how to handle situations where individuals within the faith may choose to reject the ways of God. The delicate balance between unity and separation is a topic that requires a deep understanding of biblical principles.

The Scriptures acknowledge that, at times, believers may need to separate from those who persistently reject God’s ways. In 2 Corinthians 6:14, the apostle Paul urges believers not to be “yoked together with unbelievers.” Paul exhorts the importance of maintaining a clear distinction between the values and lifestyles of those who follow Christ and those who do not. While the Bible doesn’t encourage judgment or condemnation, it underscores the need to safeguard one’s faith and principles when faced with unyielding opposition to God’s truths.

In such situations, separation is not an act of judgment but a step taken in love, with the hope of fostering an environment where both parties can realign with God’s will. The Bible encourages believers, “And do not have fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness; instead, expose them” (Eph. 5:11). It’s a call to distance oneself from ungodly practices while maintaining a posture of love and prayer, with the ultimate goal of leading those who have strayed back to the path of faith.

Finding this delicate balance between unity and separation is a challenge that requires wisdom, discernment and love, but it is grounded in the desire to see all individuals come to know and embrace the truth of the gospel.

It’s Time the ‘Silent’ Church Wakes Up and Speaks Out

Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Jack Hibbs is stirring hearts and minds with his passionate plea for the church to reclaim its divine mandate.

Speaking at the Family Research Council’s Pray Vote Stand Summit, Hibbs declares that the “silent” church is culpable for the United States becoming a “post-Christian nation.” His words resounded in the hearts of hundreds of Christian conservative leaders and pastors who attended the event, urging them to take action.

In his address, Hibbs underscores the importance of such gatherings, emphasizing that the church has been relegated to the periphery in the United States. He challenges his fellow believers, stating that now, more than ever, those who adhere to the Christian faith must take a stand.

“The church has been viewed as something irrelevant,” Hibbs admits. “And listen, let’s be honest. Much of that accusation against us is true. Somehow, the church has gotten out of the lane of being the salt and light that God has called us to be.”

Hibbs, however, refuses to accept labels or intimidation. He firmly believes in the role of pastors in politics, citing that God established sacred institutions, including the church and government. By highlighting this, he addresses the need for faith leaders to engage in the political arena, advocating for values rooted in Scripture.

The pastor goes on to provide a striking example: California, led by Governor Gavin Newsom, is facing challenges like crumbling infrastructure, drug crises and rampant homelessness. Hibbs argues that the state’s woes are a consequence of godless leadership that prioritizes issues such as abortion over moral and ethical principles.

Throughout his 33 years of pastoral leadership, Hibbs has faced criticism for addressing politically charged topics from a biblical perspective. He challenges the notion that issues such as marriage, abortion and gender are merely political, emphasizing that they are deeply rooted in Scripture and morality.

“Everything that you do as a human being and as an American is based in the Scripture,” he asserts. “There is no place to set both aside. Jesus said to ‘Go into all the world and preach this gospel, the Good News.’ Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. Let’s admit it. Our nation is a nation of sin, and we also are sinners.”

Hibbs stresses that the United States, once a nation that proudly proclaimed the message of the cross, has devolved into a post-Christian society, reaping the consequences of the church’s silence.

Blaming the church for the nation’s woes, he highlights the cascading effect of wavering pulpits, wavering congregations and a wavering community. He argues that evil fills the void left by the church, leading to a cultural shift that challenges faith and freedom of worship.

Hibbs also expresses his concerns about the arbitrary classification of “essential” and “nonessential” during the COVID-19 pandemic, in which marijuana dispensaries, strip clubs and liquor stores were deemed essential while the church faced restrictions.

He goes on to remind the audience that the church is transcendent, a living and breathing organism, born by the Holy Spirit and purchased by Jesus Christ’s blood. Its essential nature cannot be confined to the categories set by earthly authorities.

Hibbs also reflects on America’s historical roots, emphasizing that the nation’s purpose was built on the foundation of propagating the gospel of Jesus Christ. He urges Christians to draw inspiration from the history of God’s work and the faithful servants who carried out His mission.

In an age characterized by fear and worry, Pastor Jack Hibbs challenges Christians to remember their calling, revive their faith and reclaim their mandate to be the salt and light in a nation that needs it more than ever.

How to Identify and Separate False Prophets

As the days grow spiritually darker across the world, as they must for the return of Jesus Christ to take place, false prophets and teachers are laying claim to deceived souls at a record pace.

With the power of social media at their fingertips, millions are being lulled into a false sense of spiritual community with a figure that is leading them down death’s path.

Recently, Pastor Greg Locke of Global Vision Bible Church in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, shared a passionately personal story of having to unhitch himself, and the church, from a friend who has been deceived by one of these false prophets.

*The portion on false prophets runs from the 1 hour and 20 minute through the 1 hour and 50 minute mark.

Accusing a man who goes by the name of Passion Java of being a false prophet, a witch doctor and a practitioner of the Kundalini spirit, Locke shared why he had to unhitch himself and Global Vision from his friendship with Lovy Elias.

“The Bible says when you know somebody is false, call ’em out,” Locke says during a recent church service.

“I am friends with Lovy Elias, I am,” he adds through tears. “We had to fly to Los Angeles to see it for ourselves. … I’ve talked to him for hours. Remember what Joseph Z said, ‘When a prophet begins to get off-kilter, he can get to about the sixtyfold, and he still has some salvageability to him. You can still reel him back in.’ I feel like Lovy is there. But I have to unhitch my church and my influence from him.”

Less than 24 hours after sharing this series of events with his congregation, Locke announced on Facebook that he will no longer be attending the TSNL Forerunners Conference hosted by Daniel Adams. He had said the previous evening this cancellation would be due to the inclusion of E.J. Newton as a listed speaker.

There is a shaking going on in the prophetic world, as Locke is following in the same steps taken recently by Evangelist Mario Murillo, who removed himself from attending Flashpoint and called out Kat Kerr and Robin Bullock by name as false prophets.

In today’s culture, where acceptance and tolerance of sin has replaced adherence to the Word of God, the enemy would try and convince people that Java is just living out his truth, and Locke is simply a hater.

But that is not what the Bible says.

Locke points to 1 John 4:1 in his newest book, “Cast It Out,” as guidance for himself and his congregation when determining if a spirit is of God or not:

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.”

“In this verse, the apostle John exhorts us to ‘test the spirits,’ Locke writes. “When the Bible tells us to measure whether or not a spirit is ‘from God,’ that means some spirits are of God and all other spirits are not of God. John is saying that the effort to avoid being seduced by the dark spirits in false prophets must involve testing the spirits, which points to the difficulty in discerning spirits that can appear as ‘angel[s] of light’ (2 Cor. 11:14). We will often need to weigh spirits to discern whether they are angels of God or demons of Satan.”

The act of unhitching from someone you care about is not easy for the flesh, but obedience to the Holy Spirit is a necessity, especially when one is the shepherd of a flock the way Locke is.

As the end times continue to progress, the rise of false prophets will continue to lead people away from the one true salvation, which is Jesus Christ.

They must also be called out for what they are according to the Word of God. If someone, or some group, points to anything other than God and His Scriptures, then Christians must stand up as His representatives on earth and correct the issue.

Christians often talk about exposing the darkness with the light, and when a prominent leader finally does, it remains to be seen if people will heed the warning or continue forward in willful ignorance that will take them off a spiritual cliff.
