God Sends These 3 Things to Shake Our Attention

God does not want anyone to perish, so in these confusing and dark times, He is sending His Spirit out to grab His people’s attention.

Earlier this year God’s presence came to Asbury University, and today, Free Chapel in Gainesville, Georgia, is having its own revival.

While different from what Asbury experienced, Free Chapel, led by Pastor Jentezen Franklin, is one of many places across America experiencing the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.

Evangelist Perry Stone, who is leading the revival alongside Franklin, says it is during these exceptional times throughout history that God sends three distinct events to get His people focused.

“So, what does God do?” Stone asks the congregation. “He sends three things: Revival, or an awakening, or an outpouring. Sometimes they’re all combined but many times they are three different things.

“A revival is to revive the people of God. To take the lukewarmness out. To take the carnality out. To bring them back into a full relationship with Him.

“Awakenings don’t just happen to individuals, but awakenings happen to entire regions. As a matter of fact, the Great Awakening in America happened in the state of Massachusetts many years ago, and 50,000 people were converted during that one awakening with Jonathan Edwards.

“The third thing is the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, and outpourings not only happen in areas or regions, but they will happen according to the final one, globally, on all flesh around the world, at one time,” says Stone.

Detailing the history behind these amazing movements of God, Stone links one factor that preceded each one before God showed up to revitalize His people: fear.

“History indicates that most awakenings, most revivals and even outpourings, come in the midst of a nation or an area or a city where great fear has come of what’s about to happen,” explains Stone.

There is much in the world today that has people fearful.

The end times, the possibility of World War III, uncertain finances, the cost of living and much more has allowed a spirit of fear to permeate the lives of many, including Christians.

“Practically every revival comes during either an economic, social, political or military crisis, and many come before a major war happens,” says Stone.

The prophetic clock that is Israel is ticking away, and many Christian leaders — good, solid, biblically based leaders — are pointing to the biblical prophecies of the end times concerning Israel and the days in which we live.

Should there be an outbreak of war that consumes the whole world on the scale of a world war, God is still in control despite Satan’s best efforts to deceive people otherwise. And God will provide an opportunity for the ears that will hear to receive salvation through Jesus Christ prior to calamity occurring in the world.

“He knows the bad that’s coming. He knows the death that could happen. He knows the crisis that’s coming,” says Stone.

“So, what does He do? He stirs the people up with the preaching of the Word so the seed will at least be in their heart, so if they should pass or if they get in a crisis knowing they’re near eternity, they would suddenly turn their hearts back to the Lord Jesus Christ,” he adds.

Mob Shuts Down Airport While Hunting for Jews

No, this is not Germany in the 1930s or ’40s.

This is the modern days we live in where mobs of Islamic men are actively hunting for Jews and Israelis flying into Dagestan.

As reported by the X (formerly Twitter) account OSINTdefender, an open-source intelligence-sharing account, Islamic men shut down an international airport looking for Jews arriving from Tel Aviv:

“Muslims within the Republic of Dagestan in Southwestern Russia are currently storming the International Airport in the Region in order to reportedly ‘Kill Israelis and Jews’ after Rumors began that an Israeli Aircraft was preparing to land at the Airport; this has been going [on] for the last several hours, with Pro-Hamas Support[ers] having Stormed a number of hotels and other Public Locations across the Region on the Hunt for Israelis.”

Multiple other outlets confirmed what was taking place with live video and photos being shared across the world the moment the mob took over the airport.

Dagestan is a part of the Russian republic, and Russian police lost control over the situation almost immediately.

The rioters searched the airport for hours looking for Jews, terrorizing many people they suspected of being Israeli or Jewish.

One man was surrounded by the mob when they suspected him of being Jewish, and he pleaded with them, saying he was Uzbek.

The mob is heard on video telling one another to search the man’s phone and passport to see whether he was Jewish or not.

Perhaps the most terrifying video the public saw was that of a bus full of children being approached by the riotous mob to see if any of the children were Jewish or Israeli.

This is the same evil that brought about Kristallnacht and the same hatred that led to the Holocaust.

Except now, it is in nearly every major city across the globe, and millions have marched in protest of the existence of the nation of Israel.

Make no mistake, this hatred for God’s chosen people is satanic in origin, and a continuation of the first prophecy in the Bible in Genesis 3:15:

“I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and her offspring; he will bruise your head, and you will bruise his heel.”

Just as there was enmity between the descendants of Isaac and Ishmael, and of Jacob (Israel) and Esau, there will be a continuing spiritual attack against the nation of Israel until the biblical prophecies of the end times come to pass.

Today, however, we are seeing the physical manifestations of Satan’s hatred for God, His people and His design for creation.

What Hamas, their supporters and other terrorist organizations like them are demonstrating is pure evil. They demonstrate it daily with their bloodthirst and willingness to murder while trying to cover up their evil with deceptive propaganda.

This type of violence against the people of Israel is only going to get worse in the coming days, weeks and months.

Meanwhile, God is watching and is in control of every situation, even when the world looks like it is on the brink of collapse.

Pastor John Hagee Warns of Potential Terror Threat to the US

In a recent interview on Fox News’ “Life, Liberty & Levin,” renowned Pastor John Hagee voices concerns about the United States facing a terror attack similar to the recent Hamas attacks in Israel.

During the interview, Hagee, who leads the Cornerstone Church in San Antonio, Texas, and also serves as the founder and chairman of Christians United for Israel, emphasizes the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East and the potential risks they pose to the United States.

Hagee makes it clear that he believes that reconciliation between the warring sides in the perpetual Middle East conflict is unlikely. He points to the recent outbreak of violence in Israel and Gaza, which began when Hamas launched terror attacks earlier this month.

Expressing his concerns, Hagee suggests that a scenario similar to the Oct. 7 attack in Israel could happen in the United States. He attributes the origins of this conflict to Iran, referring to them as the “masterminds” behind the war, and Hamas as the “ground troops.”

Hagee also highlights Iran’s derogatory references to the United States as “the great Satan” and Israel as “the little Satan.” He poses a question: “What is to stop Iran, those masterminds who planned that, from planning a similar plan for the United States of America and using the people who have come across our southern borders for a similar event to happen in this nation?”

Hagee further mentions the incident involving a Chinese spy balloon that traversed the U.S. earlier this year, suggesting that it may have provided information about U.S. military assets and bases.

Hagee’s concerns stem from the vulnerabilities that the United States faces, considering the hostile sentiments from countries like Iran and other U.S. adversaries.

Regarding border security, he references statistics from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, pointing out that 169 individuals on the Terrorist Screening Dataset were apprehended at the border in fiscal year 2023. He also notes a record number of encounters between illegal immigrants and law enforcement at the southwest border, exceeding the previous year’s figures.

In addition to these security concerns, Hagee addresses the core narratives in the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict. He pushes back against claims that the Jewish people are “occupying Jerusalem” and surrounding areas and that these lands “belong to Arabs and Palestinians.”

Hagee firmly states that these claims are false and that the land rightfully belongs to Israel, based on a biblical covenant. He emphasizes that this covenant is mentioned in the Bible over 20 times and has never been broken. According to Hagee, the land remains the property of the Jewish people, the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Hagee warns that the historical sites in Israel, some dating back to the time of Jesus Christ, could disappear if the state of Israel did not exist. He underscores the continuous archaeological discoveries that validate the presence of Hebrew rulers in the region for thousands of years.

He strongly rejects the idea of a two-state solution, stating that reconciliation between radical Islam and Judaism is unlikely. He draws a contrast between the values held by Hamas, which he describes as “people who worship death,” and the Jewish people, whom he characterizes as “people who pursue life.”

The Nation’s Largest Christian University Cries Foul Over Federal Agency Scrutiny

Grand Canyon University, the nation’s largest Christian university, has recently found itself at the center of investigations by the Department of Education and other federal agencies. GCU President Brian Mueller believes these investigations are unwarranted, raising concerns that they might be related to the university’s Christian beliefs.

While no direct evidence suggests religious motivations, the fact that two of the largest Christian universities, GCU and Liberty University, are under scrutiny prompts questions about the intentions behind these investigations.

Compound these investigations with the Biden administration’s Department of Justice actively prosecuting pro-life groups and political rivals, and it does not take a stretch of the imagination to see how these allegations could be true.

GCU’s troubles began when the Department of Education denied its request to transition to nonprofit status in 2018. This denial affects the university’s ability to access grant-writing opportunities, federal research funding and financial aid programs.

GCU, originally a nonprofit institution until 2004, reestablished its nonprofit status in 2018 with approvals from various institutions, including the IRS, the Higher Learning Commission and the State of Arizona. The Department of Education, however, contested this change, leading to a lawsuit by GCU, arguing the decision was “arbitrary and capricious.” The department emerged victorious, reinforcing its stance under the Higher Education Act.

GCU’s continued appeal is set for Dec. 5, further highlighting the university’s determination to attain nonprofit status. In the meantime, the university has accused the Department of Education, the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Veterans Affairs of unfairly targeting them in response to their lawsuit.

One investigation scrutinizes GCU’s advertising practices, specifically whether its claims about the demand for cybersecurity experts are deceptive. GCU maintains its assertions are factual.

The Arizona State Approving Agency, which reviews GCU, has been accused of being influenced by the Department of Veterans Affairs. The VA, however, cites a change in law signed by former President Trump, requiring cooperation between VA and state agencies for annual risk-based surveys on educational institutions receiving GI Bill benefits. This accounts for the unique review GCU is undergoing.

The Federal Trade Commission is investigating Grand Canyon Education, the entity providing marketing and recruiting support to GCU. GCU disputes allegations of making unsolicited calls to potential students, asserting that they only contact those who express interest.

The Biden administration’s pledge to curb for-profit colleges misusing Title IV funds has also led to closer scrutiny of GCU. Despite its nonprofit status, GCU’s default rates on student loans remain low, contradicting the administration’s rationale for investigations.

A 2021 press release by GCU indicates a default rate of 5.6%, nearly half the national average at the time. However, the FTC has offered no comment on these figures.

In addition to other reviews, the Department of Education is examining GCU’s doctoral program for misrepresenting the program’s costs. The department has informed the university of a potential significant fine due to “substantial misrepresentations and other compliance issues.”

The department insists that these actions are aimed at holding schools accountable for student welfare and the proper use of federal funds, maintaining that these actions are not influenced by the university’s Christian identity or its history of litigation against the department.

Grand Canyon University’s ongoing legal battles with federal agencies raise questions about whether its Christian identity plays a role in these investigations. While GCU seeks nonprofit status and argues for fair treatment, the federal government maintains that its actions are solely in the interest of protecting students and taxpayers.

Jentezen Franklin’s End-Times Series Becomes 4-Night Revival With Evangelist Perry Stone

There is no question: Biblical prophecy is accelerating at an incredible pace.

Look no further than Israel and the Word of God for proof that the words of Jesus are coming to fruition before our very eyes.

Another proof of God’s Spirit moving in the world today is how He took control of Pastor Jentezen Franklin’s “Signs of the Times” series on the night evangelist Perry Stone was speaking.

Services have been extended to continue Monday, Oct. 23, through Wednesday, Oct. 25.

God’s timing is always perfect, and with the days we are living in, a fresh move of the Spirit is not only desperately desired, but needed as well.

This is precisely what happened at Free Chapel in Gainesville, Georgia, on Sunday night as Stone was teaching on Satan’s attempts to stop biblical prophecy from coming to fruition.

“How does the devil know [according to Revelation 12:12], how does the enemy know his time is running out?” Stone asks. “And the answer is: When he sees things happening in Israel.”

This series on biblical prophecy, the words of Jesus and the importance of Israel to all Christians was planned far in advance of the Israel-Hamas War taking place in Israel today.

God knows the times are quickening, that He is the controller of time and space, and that the prophecies of Jesus are coming to fruition.

In Matthew 24:5-8 Jesus warns His disciples what the world will look like before His return:

“For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled. For all these things must happen, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines, epidemics, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”

These occurrences have all taken place throughout history, but now they are all happening at the same time across the globe, and Israel is the world’s main focus.

Many have seen the change in the spiritual climate of the world and are flocking for answers. This led to the Lord stirring the hearts of Franklin and Stone to continue the services for three more nights in Gainesville.

“This does not happen like this, now in modern times,” says Stone. “It shows me that the harvest is really ready, and it shows me that in this part of Georgia, and it’s not just here it’s all over, there’s a hunger.

“Something is happening … I saw 9/11; I saw COVID; nothing moved me, but the war [in Israel] it’s like God hit me in my belly, ‘You better pay attention to this.’ I just want to tell you all something: We have just entered into … something that I feel in my spirit is leading us to really the last days, and it is what’s happening in Israel,” shares Stone.

As people see the growing evil in the world, Christian and non-Christian alike, sides will be chosen and lines will be drawn.

Many, including those who claim to be Christian, are choosing the side that supports child mutilation, hates Israel and despises the morality of God.

Others are seeing this evil and know in their spirits that something is not right with it. They searching for another answer. This is evident as the altar call each night at Free Chapel is overflowing with people offering repentant hearts to the Lord.

As Franklin and Stone say, the answer is Jesus, and He is coming back soon. That is why it is imperative for His people to keep a watch out for Him, because He is coming like a thief in the night.

AI’s Role in the Future of Christianity and Spreading the Gospel

In a rapidly changing world, Prophet Tomi Arayomi, a prominent voice in the Christian community, sheds light on the intersection of faith and technology in a recent interview with Charisma News.

Arayomi is urging Christians to harness the power of AI, emphasizing that the era of artificial intelligence is here, and there’s no turning back.

Arayomi is currently leading a course called “Target,” designed to equip Christians with the skills to utilize AI or risk becoming obsolete in the job market. He stresses that the impact of AI on various professions is undeniable since AI is advancing at an unprecedented pace, learning and adapting independently.

“The Lord told me to call it ‘Target,’ [to] use the tool of AI or become a tool of AI. And the truth is what I tell those people, you should be afraid. And I don’t mean that in a spreading fear kind of way, I mean that your job is going to be replaced, there’s no doubt about it. If you are a web designer, graphic designer, Photoshop editor, if you’re an administrator, secretary or personal assistant, your job is going to be replaced,” Arayomi warns.

Arayomi highlights the pressing questions surrounding AI’s capabilities. Is it sentient, and can it be held accountable for crimes? He points to a recent case in which Alexa, a popular AI-powered device, was summoned as a witness in a legal trial in the United States. These developments signal the arrival of a new normal, and Arayomi believes it’s time to embrace it.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up-to-date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

Drawing a parallel to history, Arayomi compares the influence of AI to the Roman roads in the spread of the gospel. The Roman roads acted as a primitive form of the worldwide web, facilitating the rapid dissemination of Christianity. While these roads were also used for less noble purposes, they served as a vital conduit for sharing the message of Jesus. Arayomi believes AI will play a similar role among the younger generations, particularly Gen Z.

Arayomi acknowledges potential dangers associated with AI in that it represents a singularity, an uncharted territory, and its evolution is proceeding at a pace that could surpass human intelligence. It raises questions about the potential consequences and ethical implications of AI development.

Arayomi emphasizes that AI is not something to fear but to use wisely. Just as the printing press, the telegraph, radio, television and the early internet aided previous generations in spreading the gospel, AI will be a tool for the church in the ongoing digital age. While it comes with risks, it also offers unprecedented opportunities to advance the message of faith. As Arayomi puts it, “We are here now. There is no going back. Might as well use it.”

Pastor John Hagee: Seizing the Urgency of Studying End Times Prophecy

Jesus’ words in Matthew 24 feel like they are confirmed in the news every day.

Troubles, persecutions, tribulation, wars and rumors of wars, pestilence, epidemics and famines, all these things sum up a regular news cycle on any given week.

Jesus prophesied, David prophesied, Elijah, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, all prophesied, so Pastor John Hagee starts a recent teaching on the signs of the times by answering an oft-asked question: Why should I study prophecy?

“First, approximately one-fourth of the Bible was prophetic when it was written. The God of heaven wanted you to know something about this subject. It certainly behooves every believer to study it, to know exactly what God has planned for our future,” Hagee says.

“It was written by the Holy Spirit, so obviously He knows more than we.

“Secondly, we should study prophecy because the Word of God declares that Bible prophecy is absolutely accurate.”

Knowing what God has planned and ordained to take place both during our time on Earth, and the times that are yet to come is a source of comfort for believers.

There are terrible things taking place and being done in the world today that cause fear, anxiety, anger and depression, but the Good News of Jesus Christ is more powerful than all the evil in the world.

Pastor Hagee says the time is now for Christians to take a stand and boldly declare the Word of the Lord without fear of reproach.

“Christians have been intimidated by the people who run the media because they don’t want to be offensive, they don’t want to be attacked, they don’t want to be questioned. They’d just rather quietly sneak off in the corner and worship Jesus,” Hagee says.

“It’s time for the church to roar like a lion. We are the church victorious in Jesus’ name!” Hagee exclaims.

Turning back toward the importance of prophecy in Scripture, Hagee teaches that it reveals who God is through His Word, and the power behind it.

“We should study Bible prophecy because it reveals the power and the wisdom of God to absolutely control the future,” Hagee says.

“Consider the birth of the nation of Israel. Every major prophet in the Old Testament prophesied that God was going to bring Israel back, but then there is a prophet that did even [more] than that.”

As time seems to quicken every day, with world-changing events occurring on a cyclical basis, Hagee describes Israel as the prophetic clock toward which the Lord’s Word ticks.

Get your FREE CHARISMA NEWSLETTERS today! Stay up-to-date with current issues, Holy Spirit news, Christian teachings, Charisma videos & more!

“Israel is God’s prophetic clock. When the Jewish people are in Israel, the clock is running. When the Jewish people are out of Israel, the clock is stopped,” Hagee explains.

“But the prophet Hosea gives a prophecy that has a specific dimension that you need to know.”

Reading from Hosea 6, Hagee explains that after the two days which represent a thousand years, Hosea prophesied God will revive His people, and that the Messiah will be there.

“I’m telling you, very biblically, factual, that we are going see Jesus, face to face, in the third day [of Hosea 6]. Jesus will return,” Hagee says.

Some ask why it even matters if they believe in the rapture or not, but Hagee says that the Word of God expressly states those who do not believe in the return of Jesus will not go with Him, quoting Hebrews 9:28.

“If you’re not looking for Him, you’re not going with Him,” Hagee says.

“The Bible adds watch and pray that you be counted worthy to escape those things that are coming on the earth. Escape what? This means the coming Antichrist, who’s going to kill everyone on the earth who refuses to take his mark on the right hand and forehead.

“If you have not committed your life to Christ, you’re going to be left behind, and your option will be to go through the living hell of the Great Tribulation, which lasts seven years with 21 global tragedies.

“Some of you listening to me right now, you know about Jesus but you’re not serving Jesus, and I’m going to look you right in the face and tell you, you will be in this church bawling your eyes out when the rapture happens and you’ve been left behind.”

What Happens to Believers After the Rapture?

In a recent interview with Bishop Alan DiDio, Pastor Jimmy Evans delves into the profound concept of the Tribulation and the significance of comprehending the timing of the rapture in Christian eschatology.

With an emphasis on bringing clarity to these end times questions facing many believers today, Evans provides a compelling perspective that instills a sense of hope within the Christian community.

The Tribulation: A Time of Unimaginable Chaos

Evans paints a vivid picture of the Tribulation, describing it as a period of unparalleled suffering and upheaval. Drawing from biblical passages, he stresses that the Tribulation will be nothing short of “hell on Earth.” He cites Scriptural references from the book of Revelation to depict the gruesome judgments and calamities that will befall humanity during this period.

The Pre-Tribulation Rapture: A Message of Assurance

One of the central themes of Pastor Evan’s position on the end times is the belief in the pre-tribulation rapture. This doctrine posits that Christians will be taken to heaven before the Tribulation commences, ensuring their escape from the impending horrors.

Evans describes the astounding blessings awaiting believers during the rapture. According to him, the event ushers in an era of supernatural transformation. Among the promised rewards, the most noteworthy is the gift of new bodies—bodies that will never age, get sick or experience decay. These imperishable, supernatural forms will grant believers limitless freedom and vitality, allowing them to run for miles or swim for eons without fatigue.

The “Father’s House” in Heaven: A Real and Tangible Promise

Referencing John 14, Evans illustrates a tangible aspect of the pre-Tribulation rapture—the concept of the “Father’s house.” Unlike the allegorical interpretations of some theological concepts, this reference is anything but symbolic.

“In my father’s house are many mansions,” Jesus says, assuring believers that these are actual dwellings prepared for their eternal habitation. Evans emphasizes that these heavenly abodes are real and glorious, far exceeding anything we can fathom on Earth. Believers will reside in a place untouched by sorrow, sickness or decay, where angels serve them and they can look upon the face of God.

A Message of Hope and Expectation

Pastor Evans interview with Bishop DiDio offers a compelling perspective on the Tribulation and the pre-Tribulation rapture. By bringing clarity to these intricate eschatological subjects, he instills a profound sense of hope within the Christian community. The promise of the rapture, new bodies, redeemed identities and the “father’s house” in heaven serves as a source of immense encouragement for believers, strengthening their faith and anticipation of the divine blessings that await them.

As the world grapples with uncertainties, this message provides a resounding message of hope and expectation for Christians looking forward to the day when they will be redeemed and united with their Creator in their eternal home.

The Cessationist Documentary Is Wrong for All the Wrong Reasons

Division, mockery, anger, bitterness and haughtiness are not qualities of God, nor are they manifestations of the fruit of the Spirit.

They are, however, present throughout “Cessationist,” the documentary aimed at disproving the gifts of the Spirit such as healings and the speaking of tongues being in the world today.

So, this is where some in the body of Christ find themselves in the year 2023, almost 2,000 years after the ascension of Jesus into heaven: attacking not the forces of Satan, but those who declare that Jesus is Lord and believe, as the Word of God says, that His Spirit is at work in the world and in our lives to this very day through the giftings of the Spirit.

Love, unity, grace, mercy—none of these things are present in the film aimed attacking the Pentecostal and charismatic communities.

Instead, they are called heretics, seeking nothing but to make a buck off the suffering and infirmities of others.

Using selective and deceptive editing of healing conferences, church sermons and interviews that would make CNN blush, “Cessationist” gives an in-depth view of what modern-day Pharisees look like.

From attempting to pick apart the entire history of Pentecostalism by claiming the Azusa Street Revival was no such thing to declaring women such as Aimee Semple McPherson, founder of Angelus Temple, sexual deviants, judgement and insults reign supreme in the documentary.

Let’s be truthful however, McPherson did have a myriad of controversies follow her. But her founding of Angelus Temple paved the way for an outreach ministry, the Dream Center of Los Angeles, to help thousands upon thousands overcome their addictions through the power of the Holy Spirit.

For those who do not know, Angelus Temple is the church of the Dream Center, and many call that building the place where they accepted Jesus Christ into their heart.

There is of course the focus on the prosperity gospel, and based on the tone and words of the speakers in the documentary, they seem to think Pentecostal and charismatic Christians believe and hold fast to that line of thought.

I will gladly burst their bubble in letting them know that no, many do not in fact subscribe to that belief.

There is one thing that really stuck out to me while watching “Cessationist,” that I shelled out $20 for, and that was the parts about Benny Hinn.

Has Hinn been a controversial figure in the past and went through seasons of struggle both personally and publicly? Yes.

But the makers of this documentary left out one very important event that happened during Hinn’s life: A public repentance and turning away from the prosperity gospel that he had preached for so long.

There was not a single mention of this, and that is deceptive.

There is also video used of preachers, pastors and evangelists such as Sam Storms, Kenneth Copeland, Mike Bickle and John Piper, but only in short clips and not in any sort of context other than what the producers wanted to get across to the audience.

It is sad to see such energy put into the tearing down of others, especially with the evil that is making its way through the world right now.

Divide and conquer has been a battle tactic that has worked throughout the human history, and it is a strategy Satan has been using against the church of Jesus Christ since its inception.

None of what is written here is intended to tear down cessationists, although I pray they have a radical encounter with God and accept the outpouring of His Holy Spirit. Instead, it is to give glory to the wonderous workings of the Holy Spirit in my life and in the lives of billions throughout the church’s history.

I also pray that this rift in the church is healed. That the pathway forward is one of unity, not division and offense, and in the spirit of which Peter wrote in 1 Peter 3:8:

“Finally, be all of one mind, be loving toward one another, be gracious, and be kind.”

Former Leader of Hamas Calls for Global Protests on Friday the 13th

A lot has happened throughout the world in less than a week.

Israel and Hamas are now engaged in a formal war with no end in sight.

The nation of Israel and her leadership have repeated their intent is the utter destruction of Hamas, and nothing less.

Protests across the globe have erupted both for Israel and against Israel. For Hamas, and against Hamas.

Currently, the Israeli Defense Force has surrounded Gaza in southern Israel and plans on a ground assault in the near future.

There are also fears of a second front being opened up in northern Israel should the terror group Hezbollah decide to launch an offensive against Israel from Lebanon.

As dire of a situation as this is, it could pale in comparison to the events that may occur Friday, Oct. 13.

In a recorded statement, former leader of Hamas Khaled Meshaal issued a call-to-action for Muslims across the world, and for neighboring Islamic countries join in the war against Israel.

The recorded statement was sent to Reuters who published it:

“[We must] head to the squares and streets of the Arab and Islamic world on Friday,” Meshaal, was the leader of the political wing of Hamas from 1996 to 2017, says in the statement.

“Tribes of Jordan, sons of Jordan, brothers and sisters of Jordan… This is a moment of truth and the borders are close to you, you all know your responsibility,” he continues.

“To all scholars who teach jihad… to all who teach and learn, this is a moment for the application (of theories),” Meshaal adds.

The last line set the media world ablaze.

Many have accused Meshaal’s message to be one of global jihad, not of peaceful protests.

Regardless of his intent, billions around the world have now heard his message that soared through media channels.

Already patrolling pro-Palestinian protests in major cities such as London, Paris and New York City, police forces around the world are on high alert for any potential violence that may occur from Meshaal’s message.

As armored personnel carriers surround the Gaza Strip in preparation for a ground assault, awaiting the go ahead from Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the War Cabinet, Israeli leaders are holding fast to their goals of eradicating the terrorist network who slaughtered over a thousand of their people. God’s people.

In the meantime, millions of Christians and Jews worldwide are praying for the peace of Israel, holding fast to the Word of God and His instructions on praying for and blessing the nation He chose to be His own.
