He also sets in place ministries to help those affected by life’s hardships, such as the Dream Center in Los Angeles, California.

Answering the call Jesus put forth, the Dream Center, helmed by founder Matthew Barnett, has opened it’s doors and hit the streets to assist those being affected by the threatening weather pattern and lack proper housing.

Posting to X (formerly Twitter), Barnett sounded the alarm about the approaching weather, and that the Dream Center had emergency housing on standby for those who needed it.

A relentless storm has been unleashing torrential rain on Southern California since Sunday, shattering precipitation records and leaving residents grappling with historic levels of rainfall.

According to the National Weather Service, the two-day period from Feb. 4 to Feb. 5 became the third wettest in the history of Los Angeles. The last time such a deluge occurred was on Jan. 25 and Jan. 26, 1956, as reported by the NWS.

Sunday stood out as the wettest February day in nearly 110 years for Los Angeles, making it the third wettest day overall since records began in 1877.

“Nearly half of the average seasonal rainfall of Los Angeles has fallen in two days,” noted NWS officials.

Beyond Los Angeles, several airports in the area experienced record-breaking rainfall. Los Angeles International Airport saw over two-and-a-half inches Feb. 5, surpassing the previous record set in 1978. Fox Field in Lancaster, Palmdale Airport in Palmdale, Bob Hope Airport in Burbank and Long Beach Airport also witnessed rainfall records being shattered.

The cumulative rainfall for the 2023-2024 season in downtown Los Angeles, starting from Oct. 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2024, has reached inches.

“It is also already 98 % of the normal seasonal rainfall of inches,” highlighted the National Weather Service.

Hundreds of families gathered at a local library in Missouri for a BRAVE Books story hour, where professional surfer Bethany Hamilton and former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines shared their inspiring stories of overcoming obstacles in the face of transgender athletes competing in women’s sports.

As Gaines and Hamilton recounted their athletic experiences, the event was marred by the presence of transgender activists draped in pride flags and themed clothing, causing disturbances from the crowd. One activist went to the extreme, dressing as a shark to mock Hamilton, who famously survived a shark attack in 2003.

CEO of BRAVE Books, Trent Talbot, expressed dismay at the disruptive behavior, stating, “The activist who showed up dressed as a shark to target Bethany Hamilton is a terrible person. Once again, those who claim they are most tolerant turn out to be the most callous.”

The activists, who had made a “call to action” on social media urging supporters to “wear inclusive shirts” and to contact the library to cancel the event, were condemned for their disruptive tactics.

Despite the disruptions, Riley Gaines found inspiration in the support shown by a long line of young girls and swimmers who attended the story hour. “I’m so grateful for the people of Missouri who came out to the story hour. The presence of a group of confused people dressed as a shark and clothed in pride did nothing to stop hundreds of families and young girls from taking in messages of truth and faith at our BRAVE Books story hour,” Gaines said.

The Library Center event featured book readings of the new children’s books “Happy No Snakes Day” by Gaines and “Surfing Past Fear” by Hamilton. Both books, published by the conservative Christian book publisher BRAVE Books, advocate standing up for truth despite fear and overcoming obstacles to achieve big dreams.

During the event, Gaines presented Hamilton with the Riley Gaines Center’s 2023 “True Woman of the Year” award. Special attendees included Missouri Secretary of State John “Jay” Ashcroft and former Division I collegiate swimmer Valentina Gomez.

Hamilton, a survivor of a shark attack, recently criticized transgender athletes in women’s sports, stating on social media, “Male-bodied athletes should not be competing in female sports. Period.”

Gaines, who famously competed with transgender athlete Lia Thomas in the 2022 NCAA Championships, has become an outspoken defender of maintaining the integrity of women’s sports. Reflecting on the disruption caused by activists, she said, “This is the tactic they use time and time again. They want so desperately to mock, intimidate and threaten those they don’t agree with into silence, but this was a step too far.”

Despite the challenges, Gaines concluded, “I have no words to describe how messed up it is to directly mock Bethany Hamilton and her traumatic experience that cost her arm by bringing a shark to a children’s story hour. Drawing inspiration from the roots of Western democracy in ancient Greece, specifically Athens, Stone highlights how democracies are designed to empower the people, allowing them to share power and elect representatives. However, he underlines a significant historical truth: democracies, despite their inherent strengths, have a limited lifespan.

Embarking on a historical journey, Stone traces the roots of democracy to ancient Greece, attributing early democratic ideas to the Phoenicians, showing how democracies have existed off and on for 2,500 years within a cyclical nature of history, a concept rooted in ancient Greek beliefs.

What Stone uncovers however is an intriguing list of parallels between Rome and America. From the structure of government to societal practices, the similarities are striking. Both nations experienced wars over slavery, allowed the killing of infants, practiced the same-sex lifestyle, permitted gay marriage and built stadiums for sports, glorifying their athletes. The list continues, pointing out shared characteristics in areas such as religion, census-taking and the presence of houses of prostitution.

It is no stretch of the imagination that America is currently undergoing the same “democratic erosion” that the Roman empire suffered through. This erosion, as Stone explains, manifests in a variety of ways, including a diminishing work ethic, growing dependency on government support, a decline in Christian values and a waning respect for churches and the Bible. Stone’s historical and biblical analysis serves as a stark warning about the potential consequences of these societal shifts.

To further illustrate his perspective, Stone draws a parallel between the decline of the Roman Empire and potential challenges facing the United States. Economic strains, similar to those experienced by Rome, are evident in the need for infrastructure repair, including roads and bridges. The historical pattern of an increasing number of people relying on government assistance rings familiar, leading Rome to pass laws to prevent individuals from quitting their jobs to maintain a workforce.

But there was one particularly crucial turning point in the decline of the Roman Empire—the loss of individual responsibility among the citizens. The tax burden on the rich became so immense that many chose not to have children, fearing the financial strain, a scenario reminiscent of present concerns regarding the national debt.

Edward Gibbon, the author of The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire and was no fan of Christianity, outlined five reasons for the downfall of great civilizations:

1. The rapid increase of divorce, with the undermining of the sanctity of the home, which is the basis of society (the nuclear family).
2. Higher and higher taxes; and the spending of public money on bread and circuses (food and entertainment).
3. The mad craze for pleasure, sports becoming more exciting and brutal each year (NFL, NBA, MMA, gambling).
4. The building of gigantic armies to fight external enemies, when the most deadly enemy, the decadence of the people, lay within (consumerism, narcissism, lack of education).
5. The decay of religion; faith fading into mere form, losing touch with life and becoming impotent to guide it (paganism, persecution of Christianity, rise of religious “nones” and Satanism).

A recent police sting operation has exposed a disturbing sex-for-pay operation at the Ocean Spa Massage Parlor in San Diego, following numerous complaints from neighboring businesses and residents.

The complaints ranged from “sexual noises” disrupting a church service to reports of people engaging in sexual activities in parked cars near the parlor. The gravity of the situation prompted the San Diego Police Department to launch an extensive investigation, leading to shocking revelations.

According to CBS8, a youth group had previously held their Bible studies next to the parlor.

San Diego Police Chief Nisleit emphasized the seriousness of addressing neighborhood concerns, stating, “Our Vice Unit’s thorough investigation into the operation at businesses like Ocean Spa brings peace and civility back to San Diego neighborhoods.”

The investigation resulted in four individuals arrested for prostitution, and legal action is being taken to shut down the parlor, with the City Attorney’s Office seeking over $100,000 in civil penalties and reimbursement for attorney fees and law enforcement costs.

City Attorney Mara Elliott asserted, “The owners of Ocean Spa have been masquerading as a legitimate business for far too long. Ocean Spa is a sex shop—not a massage parlor—and it has no place in our community or anywhere else.”

Amid the ongoing battle against illicit activities, concerns have been raised about the impact of recent legislative changes in California. Governor Gavin Newsom signed Senate Bill 357 in July 2022, repealing a law that banned loitering with the intent to engage in prostitution. Although it was framed that it would be protecting vulnerable communities, the new law has faced criticism for instead emboldening sex workers and their handlers.

A local San Diego business owner, speaking anonymously to Fox News Digital, highlighted the perceived consequences of SB 357, stating, “It’s always been pretty common with massage parlors to offer more than massages, but with [SB] 357 the whole industry is emboldened because they know nothing will happen.”

On Wednesday, Jan. 31, world leaders gathered for the National Gathering for Prayer & Repentance.

Each one was introduced to the spiritual battle taking place in the world today, clarified in the New York Times best-selling book by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, “The Return of the Gods.”

Host Jim Garlow, along with President of the Family Research Council Tony Perkins, revealed to the audience that this was the piece of literature that exposed the plans of the enemy for American culture today.

“This book spoke to me because as we wrestle with so many issues here in our nations capital, and literally around the world, it’s a reminder of what Paul said in Ephesians 6, that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places. Those principalities are still working today, and their grip upon this nation is stronger than I think than ever,” shares Perkins.

“Jonathan lays that out in this book, and I believe Jim, that’s why it does lay the foundation to drive us to our knees in repentance. Recognizing that we must battle in the heavenlies before we ever walk in the realm of politics,” Perkins says.

Garlow points to the book’s exposure of the enemy’s plans, and that people must become aware of the most important battle being fought in the world today isn’t against nations, but against the ancient enemy of God.

“What you have been given is a book that explains what is happening in America and the other nations represented here, more than any other one single book I am aware of” shares Garlow.

Taking the stage, Rabbi Cahn shared with the world the importance of the time we live in and the spiritual battles being waged.

“We are standing at a critical, dangerous moment. We have opened the door to what we never should have opened it to. We have no idea what we have unleashed,” warns Cahn.

“Any civilization, any culture, any nation that has known God, and His word, and His power, and His ways, and His salvation, if it should ever turn away from will not remain empty. That which was cast out of it, will come back into it. It will return to it’s former state and worse.

“And so for a Christian organization or a nation to turn away from God, is a most dangerous thing.”

This turning away, this apostasy in America, this casting out of God, has opened the floodgates to demonic principalities to take up residence in a once-Christian nation.

People are experiencing increased mental health issues, witnessing sexual and violent content in media, shunning the ways of God for the ways of the world, and the nation is far worse off for it.

“We are now witnessing the paganization of our culture,” reveals Cahn. “Where God is replaced by idols and truth is replaced with many truths or no truth. And where the world is worshipped and man becomes god.”

There is only one path for America to save itself from this battlefront of spiritual assault: repentance.

“There can only be one answer: we must turn back to God,” Cahn says.

“Without that, without revival, America as we know it is gone. And so we must now, in this capital city and around this nation, pray as we have never before prayed, for repentance and revival. And commit to living that repentance and that revival. We must pray for the power of God to cast out the spirits of darkness from our land, from the halls of our capital.”{eoa}

Many people today are unaware of the significance of the red heifer in both Judaism and Christianity. This symbol of purification is deeply rooted in Scripture, including in the book of Numbers (Num. 19:2-10) where God instructs Moses and Aaron about the ritual purification involving a red heifer.

That is why the work of American farmer Byron Stinson, an evangelical Christian from Texas, and Rabbi Ytshak Mamo, an official from the Temple Institute in Jerusalem, Israel, is so important.

Speaking at the 2024 National Gathering for Prayer & Repentance in Washington D.C., the two shared the importance of the red heifer and the ceremony that must take place for ritual sacrifice and worship to resume in the eventual Third Temple.

Finding these unique cattle was no small feat, but once Stinson and Mamo formulated their plan to send the red heifers to Israel, they need to acquire a unique license to do so.

Discussing this symbol of great importance to the Jewish and Christian communities, Rabbi Mamo explained that the heifer must be in it’s third year of life to be used in the ceremony, and that time is swiftly drawing near.

“If there is any [mathematicians] here, so you can understand that we are very close to the third year of these cows,” reveals Mamo. “Which means that with the help of God, we will get permission from God and from the people to make the ceremony. And then we can be pure.”

The ashes of the red heifer are used as a unique purifying agent demanded by the Lord, essential for cleansing those who had come into contact with death.

In Judaism, the red heifer’s ashes played a crucial role in the process of ritual purity, particularly for those involved in Temple service. The rarity of finding a red heifer without blemish added to its mystique and the meticulous observance of the prescribed rituals surrounding its sacrifice.

For Christians, the bovine holds a slightly different meaning as the red heifer is often seen as a prefiguration of Christ’s sacrificial atonement. The red heifer’s sin-cleansing symbolism aligns the redemptive power of Jesus’ blood. Although not as explicitly emphasized in the New Testament, the red heifer serves as a symbolic link between the Old and New Covenants, reflecting themes of purification, sacrifice and spiritual cleansing in both religious traditions.

Additionally, the red heifer plays an important part of Christian eschatology. When the Third Temple is restored and sacrifices resume, it is because a red heifer, without blemish, has been found and allowed the resumption of temple services. This is a qualifying marker of the end times and the eventual rise to power of the Antichrist, a precursor to the return of Jesus Christ.

Radical Islamists take this biblical prophecy very seriously as well.

As Charisma News reported, the spokesman for the military wing of Hamas, Abu Obeida, revealed that the red heifers were targets in the Oct. 7 massacre that saw over 1,200 Israeli’s murdered.

“We look back 100 days to remember the educated, the complicit and the incapacitated among the world powers governed by the law of the jungle, reminding them of an aggression that reached its peak against our path (Al-Quds) and Al-Aqsa, with the start of its actual temporal and spatial division, and the ‘bringing of red cows’ as an application of a detestable religious myth designed for aggression against the feelings of an entire nation in the heart of its Arab identity, and the path of its prophet (the Night Journey) and ascension to heaven,” read Abu Obeida.

The entire process of establishing the Third Temple, and the Holy of Holies where the ceremony of the red heifer must take place in front of, is an international diplomatic level perhaps never seen before.

Since the Dome of the Rock sits atop where many believe the Holy of Holies to be on the Temple Mount, many Muslims fear that the Al Aqsa Mosque will be destroyed. If this were the case, which Rabbi Mamo says they are not trying to do, it would embroil the entire world in mass protests and violence from the followers of Islam.

To be clear: no one knows how the Lord will orchestrate these events to unfold, only that they will unfold as biblical prophecy declares.

In the meantime, Christians can continue praying for the peace of Israel in these volatile days, and for wisdom, discernment and strength to navigate the end times.

In a shocking and horrifying incident, 32-year-old Justin Mohn was arrested and charged with first-degree murder, abuse of a corpse and possession of an instrument of crime after his father, Michael F. Mohn, was found decapitated in their Levittown home.

The gruesome crime came to light when police were alerted by the victim’s wife, leading to a swift investigation that resulted in Mohn’s arrest at the Fort Indiantown Gap National Guard training facility in Lebanon County.

According to Middletown Township Police, the victim’s head was discovered in a plastic bag inside a cooking pot, with bloody gloves and weapons found nearby. Michael Mohn, a federal employee with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District, fell victim to his son’s violent act. The YouTube video posted by Justin Mohn further revealed his disturbing antigovernmental sentiments and conspiracy theories.

In a troubling twist, Mohn’s online writings revealed a history of embracing violent rhetoric and conspiracies. The Associated Press reported his attempt to incite a “bloody revolution” in 2020 and his encouragement of assassinations. Neighbors expressed shock over the incident, recalling Justin Mohn’s odd behavior, which included regular walks and unsettling encounters. Some had even reported concerns to the police. Experts emphasize the importance of recognizing signs of mental distress and urging individuals to seek help when needed.

If you want to see the direction society is heading, look no further than the media being pushed onto it.

With satanically focused, animated shows grabbing headlines over the past year, Amazon figured they would throw their hat in the hellish ring and see if it would pay off.

Sadly, it appears it has.

The new animated series on Amazon, “Hazbin Hotel,” focuses on a corrupt version of the creation story from the Bible. One where Satan is the good guy, but misunderstood in heaven. Lilith was actually Adam’s first wife, but was too independent and free-spirited to accept his tyrannical rule, and thus she fled the Garden of Eden.

Depicting Satan and the demon Lilith as tragic characters, the show tries to create a warped semblance of love between the two and focuses the storyline on their daughter: Charlie Morningstar, who is a lesbian.

In the intro to the series alone viewers are pelted with a barrage of radical feminism, demon worship, sexual immorality and much more. The language is so foul in this show it makes other adult animated shows like “South Park” seem tame by comparison.

There is an abundance of immoral and depraved schtick on offer in this show. Yet young girls are being seduced by the show in droves. There is merchandise with the cartoony animation style that draws in young eyes, not to mention attempts at “cutesy” nicknames to the show that are beyond vulgar.

Depictions of sexual violence, all different variants of sexual immorality and heretical storylines that seek to undermine the Bible make this one of the most evil shows ever created for media.

And people are loving it.

On the movie and television recommendation and ratings site Rotten Tomatoes, the critics and audience scores are sitting at 85% and 86% respectively, making the show “fresh.”

An entire generation of youth are being bought with shows depicting satanic imagery and warped versions of God on a scale never seen been before. This constant exposure to such spiritually destructive content will desensitize people to the very real and destructive powers of the devil. Not to mention corrupting who God really is and that Jesus Christ is real and loves them so much He died for them.

In the meantime, Christians may or may not be able to stop this content from coming out, but they can show the world who God is. By living a life pleasing to God, and declaring the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ, we can put our faith, hope and trust in God and His power, knowing that through Him, anything is possible.

The third party, independent investigation that International House of Prayer, Kansas City authorized through independent investigator and attorney Rosalee McNamara has been released in full.

Within the pages of the report is the finding that Mike Bickle likely engaged in “inappropriate behavior including sexual contact and clergy a person in a position of trust and leadership.”

The report affirms after credible allegations came to light that IHOPKC “immediately, formally and permanently” separated from Bickle.

According to McNamara, “Each emphatically and persuasively denied that any inappropriate conduct, attempts at inappropriate conduct or any relationship or conduct other than an appropriate, professional relationship and conduct occurred.”

Volz reinforced IHOPKC and new executive director General Kurt Fuller’s commitment to the investigation and ensuring the truth is revealed and justice is delivered.

“To be clear, this Jane Doe came directly to IHOPKC leadership and she was immediately referred to Ms. McNamara. Regardless of today’s findings or any outside pressure, Gen. Fuller and the leadership here have been paying attention and are fully committed to making sure this never again,” explains Volz.

With this report’s findings now published, IHOPKC announced through Volz that they have “opened a line of communication to the advocate group to entertain the idea of a commission of mutually agreed upon, well-respected outside leaders in the body of Christ.

“This commission will serve as independent overseers to evaluate this matter and provide direction on the proper subsequent actions. This commission will also receive any new information that comes to light. The talks are preliminary, but things look promising,” Volz says.

For further updates in this ongoing matter, Volz announced on Feb. 1, that his role providing crisis management services to IHOPKC had come to an end.

In a shocking, and for many terrifying, announcement, billionaire Elon Musk announced on social media platform X, that the first human has received the Neuralink brain implant.

The post from Monday, Jan. 29, revealed that after the procedure was complete, the patient was “recovering well,” and that the “initial results show promising neuron spike detection.”

Elon Musk, a co-founder of Neuralink, refrained from offering further details about the patient. In September, when Neuralink disclosed its intention to initiate recruitment, the company specified its focus on seeking individuals with quadriplegia resulting from cervical spinal cord injury or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

More information regarding the status of the patient is expected in coming days, but many are already speculating about what this potentially world-altering event holds for the future of “transhumanism.”

Transhumanism is “the belief or theory that the human race can evolve beyond its current physical and mental limitations, especially by means of science and technology.”

Neuralink is among numerous organizations striving to establish connections between the nervous system and computers, with the goal of addressing brain disorders, overcoming brain injuries and exploring various applications. reports that there are over 40 ongoing trials for brain-computer interfaces.

Theories have run wild about the implications of technologically modified humans and the dangers that this presents, most notably a path to the system of the Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast, as described in the book of Revelation.

Causing a stir in 2022, a woman by the name of Burgundy Waller showed how her tech-genius husband had a medical professional implant a chip in her right hand back in June of 2020. This allowed her to unlock doors and drawers throughout her home by simply touching them.

But this is not the end for chip implant limitations, as Waller revealed her husband has an even more technologically advanced version of her chip, which is capable of storing information and interacting with iPhones. Various models of these chips are able to store data for social media accounts, websites and even credit card information.

The fear for many is that as many products and purchasing options become digitized, while moving away from a physical and cash-based culture, these types of advancements will become mandatory as a way to track and control people’s habits.

While Neuralink has been hyping up it’s medical properties, the company has also announced that it is moving into various fields of human interface technology, including their first product, “Telepathy.”

Musk says that this new implant will enable the user to control phones and computers “just by thinking.”

Claiming that these products are to help in a medical capacity only, the competitors of Neuralink will undoubtedly follow in Musk’s path of developing additional chip technologies should they gain traction and begin brining in funding.

Considering that “Chipgirl” has a whopping 4.9 million followers on TikTok alone, these types of implants appear to be gaining traction in both popularity and desire to have as an accessory.

For those who fear the potential threat to privacy, and even more severe the mandated use of such a device in an Antichrist-ruled world, discernment and wisdom are mandatory in the end times.

Gaining clarity through continuous time spent in the Bible will empower and guide people in a society that is increasingly hostile to the Lord, and will keep one grounded in the righteousness and ways of God.
