Most importantly, I want to extend my condolences to the family of the person at the Rally who was killed, and also to the family of another person that was badly injured. It is incredible that such an act can take place in our Country. Nothing is known at this time about the shooter, who is now dead. I was shot with a bullet that pierced the upper part of my right ear. I knew immediately that something was wrong in that I heard a whizzing sound, shots, and immediately felt the bullet ripping through the skin. Within this cutting correspondence, they accuse the president’s policies of being an existential threat to the future of the nation.

• Risking America’s Welfare through Open Borders: “You have willfully failed to enforce the laws governing immigration, allowing millions of people who we can’t possibly ‘vet’ to enter our country—many from nations that are enemies of the United States.”
• Threatening the Well-being and Safety of Women: “Your administration is eliminating safe spaces for women by allowing men to use their bathrooms, changing rooms and locker rooms.”
• Foreign Policy that Weakens America and its Allies: “You threaten other countries that have traditional cultures by trying to force them to accept abortion and same-sex marriage, or else face a cut-off of U.S. aid.”
• Destroying the Economy: “Your massive deficits are breaking the backs and budgets of working-class and middle-class families. You condemn our children and grandchildren to lives of debt and fewer opportunities.”
• Demoralizing Law Enforcement: “The rising crime and anti-law policies you supported are making all American citizens less safe, particularly in the minority communities you claim to care about.”
• Corrupting and Harming the Welfare of America through LGBTQ Ideology: “The LGBTQ movement began with a call for ‘tolerance.’ But now you join those who are attempting to make every American kneel to their ideological demands. You promote more days, weeks and months dedicated to honoring that agenda than days dedicated to honoring America, our flag and our veterans. You even celebrated March 31 this year—Easter Sunday—as “‘Transgender Day of Visibility!'”

Recently, Charlie Shamp, President and Co-founder of Destiny Encounters International, shared a prophetic vision with Charisma Media regarding the current turmoil in East Asia.

While many are drawn to the chaos in the United States and two wars in Ukraine and Israel respectively, China continues working as hard as ever to implement its control over the island nation of Taiwan. The communist nation has been aggressively probing Taiwan’s defenses, and has shown no signs of relenting.

Shamp, having visited Taiwan recently, explained how the Lord had given him a dream regarding the small island, and several other points for how to prophetically steward words given by God and bring about revival.

Here are Shamp’s five points of power shown to him in the dream:

• Spiritual Preparation: Shamp discusses the significance of prayer, fasting and being deeply rooted in the Word of God. He stresses the necessity for Christians to not only be involved in their local churches but also to participate in their communities. Shamp states, “One of the keys in the coming days I believe strategically is prayer, of course fasting, and really being grounded in the Word of God.” He further emphasizes the importance of engaging in local governance and education: “We need to see now where people are taking initiative to not just vote but to get involved in government, to get into school boards, to get into their community.”
• Prophetic Vision for Taiwan: Shamp shares a prophetic vision regarding Taiwan, highlighting its spiritual alignment as being parallel with Israel. He believes that China’s aggressive actions will lead to international backlash and that Taiwan will eventually be recognized as an independent country by the UN. Shamp recounts, “I saw this connection between the Taiwanese and Israel and the Lord said ‘Because of the seeds that were sown from the Taiwanese in their standing with the nation of Israel, my hand of peace is going to cause prosperity and blessing to come upon the island of Taiwan.'” Shamp adds, “There’s going to come a situation where China will push too heavily against the island and it’s going to cause a backlash…the UN will begin to recognize Taiwan as an independent country.”

• Grassroots Movement: Shamp emphasizes the need for a grassroots movement where Christians step outside church walls to engage in their communities and share the gospel. He believes this will catalyze a new great awakening. Shamp notes, “We need to be the church outside of the church building, and if we can do that, we’re going to be prepared for this next Great Awakening that God has coming.” He calls for Christians to “begin to engage in society, seeing souls saved, beginning to win our neighbors to the Lord and really authentically preaching the gospel.”
• Intercessory Prayer: Shamp highlights the critical role of intercessory prayer in protecting and prospering Taiwan. He mentions specific areas to pray over, such as government stability, protection against cyber threats and safety of the people. Shamp explains his process: “I begin to cover the Taiwanese, I begin to cover their government, begin to cover the people, protect the people, that the Lord would keep them safe.” He stresses the importance of continuous prayer: “Whatever the Lord has spoken to me about a nation I hold those things very dear to me and begin to pray for them.”
• Prophetic Accountability: Shamp discusses the responsibility prophets have to steward God’s words carefully, treating them as precious and praying until they come to pass. He acknowledges skepticism toward the prophetic ministry but points to the importance of integrity and accountability. Shamp reflects, “When we look at the little things that God has given us prophetically to steward and we pray through those things, then God begins to trust us with greater things.” He also addresses criticism: “You can’t stop people from manipulating, misrepresenting or misquoting you, but you can count on the Spirit of the Lord’s protection upon you.”

Lately, people using the moniker of “Christian” have been found to be engaged in notoriously un-Christian activities.

Such is the case for former financier and philanthropist Bill Hwang, who was just found guilty of stock manipulation and fraud.

The jury in the New York trial found Hwang guilty on 10 of 11 counts including racketeering, market manipulation, wire fraud and securities fraud.

Hwang’s financial decisions led to monumental losses for all parties involved, and eventually saw his company, Archegos Capital Management, go under.

As reported by Christianity Today, “When Archegos collapsed in March 2021, the firm lost $36 billion, banks lending to Archegos lost $10 billion, and about $100 billion in market value disappeared.”

The defense team for Hwang tried to use his Christian faith as a driving point for innocence, a tactic which did not convince the jury that he did not in fact commit the crimes nor of his innocence. To push this narrative even further, supporters of Hwang filled the courtroom as the verdict was read, praying for the financier who could possibly spend the rest of his life in prison.

Hwang himself tried to project an image of calm, dutifully taking notes in a Bible devotional as the court case progressed.

Yet this image was directly challenged by one of the prosecutions star witnesses, William Tomita, a former high-level employee at Archegos.

Tomita described a much different Hwang in his testimony, one who berated employees and became enraged when they broke from work momentarily to use the bathroom.

These are not exactly the actions or demeanor of a biblically based follower of Jesus, but instead of one who uses the imagery of Christ to their advantage. However, it is impossible to truly know what is in someone’s heart, but a person’s actions are a good indicator of what lies below the surface.

The sentencing for Hwang, who is now 60 years old, is scheduled for October 28.

Wisdom from Proverbs could have prevented such a situation for Hwang and those affected by the fraud, by not pursuing a “get rich quick” scheme.

“A faithful man will abound with blessings, but he who makes haste to be rich will not be innocent,” (Prov. 28:20).

There is a shaking going on in God’s church, and He is removing those who have thought they could get away with hiding their sins before Him and their congregations.

Time and again we are seeing pastor after pastor being caught due to heinous sexual crimes, frequently against minors. And it seems to have sparked the Lord’s anger as there is a culling going on of those who have sought to harm His children.

In the wake of former Executive Pastor Zachary King being charged with the rape and sodomy of a minor, LexCity Church of Lexington, Kentucky, has announced that they will be closing their doors for good.

LEX18 reported that King admitted in an interview with authorities he “engaged in a sexual relationship with a minor over the course of the last year and a half.

“Today we are writing a letter that no leadership team desires to write. Through thoughtful prayer and heartfelt tears, the leadership team of Lexington City Church has voted to permanently cease our ministry,” the church posted on its Facebook page.

“Due to the continued effects of the financial situation our church inherited several years ago and the impact of the ongoing investigation of a former staff member, we have lost the ability to remain financially viable and fulfill our God-given mission.”

LexCity is not the first church to shut down from failure within the leadership.

Following the sexual abuse scandal involving Mike Bickle, founder of IHOPKC, Forerunner Church that was attached to the ministry eventually closed. Meanwhile, former leadership is starting up a new church hoping to distance themselves from the abuse scandal.

These horrific abuses of power are harmful to both their victims as well as the church communities that now have to struggle through the aftermath of their leaderships despicable actions.

“Our hearts are broken for those who have been hurt and are hurting, and we will continue to cooperate fully with the ongoing investigation. However, with heavy hearts, we feel it is in the best interest of the kingdom and our community that we discontinue our ministry,” the statement continues.

“As a city, Lexington is blessed with a wide variety of vibrant and welcoming church communities, many of which have been praying for our church family in this time of heartache.”

Pray that the victims of these predatorial leaders as well as the communities they left in tatters are comforted and healed by the Lord, and that He takes what the enemy is using for evil, and turns it into something good.

With the development of social media throughout the information era, we now have instant access to sermons from latter decades we never would have previously been able to learn from.

This is the case with a prophetic word from Bible teacher and Pastor Charles Capps given back in 1981.

“It’s not very long, but I believe it has to do with our current situation in the political arena,” Joseph shares.

“There are gonna be men that are gonna be framed and conspiracies against them to remove them from high positions, and to keep some from getting in high positions. There will be great pains and great effort given to put them down—expose them—and reveal things that are lies against them. To deliver them from high government positions. But in the end, it shall be that there will be a turning around of what the enemy has wrought and bring forth the manifestation, and those that have done it will be exposed and expelled. And those that have been conspired against shall rise to higher government position. For this nation shall walk in the ways of the Lord, for My people have interceded and called upon Me and believed Me for supernatural things, and now you are gonna see it, thus saith the Lord. Glory to God.”

“That sounds familiar doesn’t it?” Joseph asks.

“It’s kind of like the Lord knows what He is doing,” Heather Z responds with a wry grin.

The Z’s share how words like this, nearly half-a-century old, give hope and release faith onto those who hear the words and are encouraged to know that God is still in control.

“This is 43 years ago that he prophesied this and I believe he’s speaking directly into our modern circumstance, what we’re dealing with right now in the culture,” Joseph says.

Prophetic words like this not only showcase a spiritual victory on the horizon, but also line up accurately with other words the Lord has given to His people which others are sharing.

“It sounds like a turnaround,” Joseph shares. “It sounds like that attack is going to turn to a comeback. There are a lot of prophetic words lining up with this, and I believe that we’re going to save America just in the nick of time.”

“I believe that the Lord brings things like this so that we can pray,” Heather says. “So that we can use the power of our words, so we can speak to a thing, we can speak into a situation…we can take these things and attach them by faith and begin to move things in prayer…but also be proactive.”

As more people across the United States are standing up and speaking out for God and His ways, we must all continue to live in the mindset of James 2:26 and put our faith into action.

A frantic search for the missing Rev. Warren Beard has come to a devastating end for his family and community.

Beard, 53, was the assistant pastor at New Israelite Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, as well as a Sunday school teacher and father of five. He was found dead after mysteriously vanishing on July 2, heading home from visiting friends.

On Tuesday evening, July 11, Will County Coroner Laurie Summers confirmed that it was Beard’s body that was discovered in his vehicle, a black Honda HR-V, at the bottom of the Des Plaines River.

“This is a devastating loss for us all, a devastating loss for his family, for our church,” shared Senior Pastor Chenier A. Alston at a press conference. “We lost a man who loved his wife, loved his children, loved his family. A man who loved God with everything in him, a man passionate about his faith, as his son stated, a man who would give the shirt off his back, always encouraging, always trying to help the least of us.

“I’ve never known the man to be hostile or be violent, just a great guy. He’s one of the greatest persons I ever met in my life, and that was one of the reasons in helping make sure that he was the assistant pastor of our church. Words can’t even begin to describe how we feel.”

Video footage of the vehicle plunging into the river was discovered by the lock master with the Army Corps of Engineers.

But Pastor Alston does not believe this was an accidental mishap or suicide on the part of Beard, but that there was foul play involved in the pastor’s death.

“What I want answered is, ‘Who did this,” Pastor Alston stated. “I don’t believe this, I may be jumping the gun, but … Warren was not, he was not suicidal. The fact that his car launched off that bridge that were barricades there that had to be driven around.

“And we know how passionate he was about his job, his wife, his children, so we just want answers. And whatever those answers are, we are going to get justice for him … He was the greatest person, one of the great men I ever met in my life, and this is painful.”

While the investigation into foul play is ongoing, there is a family and church community grieving over the sudden and tragic loss of a father, leader and servant.

Take a moment to lift up in prayer those hurting and that the Lord’s will be done in the aftermath of a tragedy no one saw coming.

With the decline of mainstream media, independent journalists have picked up the mantle as disseminators of truth and exposers of hidden agendas.

Few companies have roots as deep into Americana as John Deere. The mere mention of the name brings to mind its iconic green tractor and the accompanying country song by Joe Diffie.

Yet the current executive leadership under CEO John May has pushed an agenda which Starbuck calls “much worse than Tractor Supply Co.”

Here is the breakdown of bullet-point items Starbuck uncovered and revealed in his now-viral post which has been viewed on the social media platform X over four million times:

• Funding a pride event for kids as young as three
• “Genderbread man” training
• They ask employees to list their “preferred pronouns” on all communications
• Bill Gates is listed as their largest shareholder
• John Deere celebrated their accounting and finance team taking United Way’s 21-day “United For Equity” program
• When I did “United For Equity” program, it promoted Ibram Kendi, the woke children’s book “Anti-Racist Baby,” “Awake to Woke to Work,” a podcast on the concept of “Whiteness,” woke activist Robin DiAngelo, bigotry against Christians who supposedly have “Christian Privilege,” and more
• The woke policies have spread across the global John Deere brand with many of their DEI policies also being forced on their Latin America and India branches
• LGBTQ+ & race-based identity groups at corporate
• A total commitment to DEI policies
• 95/100 CEI score from the HRC

For those who are unaware of the CEI score, aka “Corporate Equality Index” put forth by the Human Rights Campaign, here is how they describe it on their website:

For those who have been saying Christians don’t shape culture or policy, we have been seeing for decades now the result of that. This has been a false statement from the beginning, as Christianity is what shaped America into the blessed nation she became, faults and all.

America never abandoned her Christian roots, and that is why her citizens continued fighting for the freedom of those who were oppressed and stood on biblical values in all aspects of cutlure.

When they don’t, we get a society that mutilates children, opposes God in every way possible and persecutes any who think differently than what the satanic narrative proposes.

Hopefully, this will be a wake-up call to consumers to put their money where their values are, and for companies like John Deere to think twice before adopting discriminatory and destructive Marxist policies.

What started out as a fun youth event hiking the beautiful and scenic trails of Utah, quickly turned into a horrifying experience.

While 14-year-old Peyton Bailey was capturing the moment on her phone, a storm was moving in bringing with it rain, hail and lightning.

“There’s lightning and that’s when it coincidentally just happened to just crash right in front of us,” Bailey says in an interview with FOX13.

Her amateur filming caught her fellow hikers screaming in shock as lightning hit the ground they were standing on, crashing all around them.

“It was so bright and the sound was so loud, there was ringing in my ears and it felt like a bunch of weight had hit my head and pushed me backwards,” Bailey recalls.

According to reports, dozens of the youth had to be transported to the hospital by various means due to electrocution, with two of their injuries being severe enough to warrant medevac by helicopter.

“It felt like someone had hit me with a baseball bat in my head and then a huge pressure of thousands of pounds was on me, but then it released, and my heart was beating so fast,” Bailey told Fox News Digital via email. “I stood up quickly, and we were all in shock saying, ‘We just got hit by lightning!’ We were giggling at first, but then the reality set in.”

“The storm rolled in so fast and many of our leaders had already left to get the trucks to get us out of the storm. Had they not, we wouldn’t have gotten out so quick. That was a miracle before the lightning struck,” Bailey recalls.

Bailey and others chalk this non-fatal event up to divine intervention looking out for them and ensuring no one lost their life that day.

“We believe angels and a loving heavenly Father were protecting us,” Bailey says.

It is easy to take for granted the ease with which we are capable of going to a grocery store and choosing from a wide variety of food in the West.

This is the future millions in Sudan are facing, as the international outreach program World Vision warns the war-torn country will see “the worst levels of acute food insecurity” in its history.

While governments and programs try and change the wording, it breaks down to one thing: Sudan is facing a famine of massive proportion.

World Vision highlighted five areas which threaten millions in the nearly failed state, which has seen fighting and food shortages now for decades:

• “Over half the population of Sudan (six million people) is facing crisis or worse conditions of food insecurity (IPC Phase 3 or above) between June and September of this year.”
• “Five million people (18% of the population) are facing high levels of acute food insecurity (IPC Phase 4, Emergency).”
• “Risk of famine across 14 areas is impacting local residents, internally displaced people and refugees in Sudan from neighboring countries.”
• “UNICEF says nearly nine million children face acute food insecurity and over 700,000 children under age five are at risk of death.”
• “Humanitarian agencies need unhindered access and full funding of the humanitarian appeals for Sudan and neighboring countries.”

As reported by World Vision, “The last famine declaration in East Africa was in 2017 in South Sudan, and prior to that, 2011 in Somalia. In both cases, hundreds of thousands of lives were lost and children have suffered long-term impacts from malnutrition and loss of agriculture outputs. The situation in Sudan is similarly grim.”

Getting tunnel vision on the multitude of problems at home makes it easy to not notice the indicators around the world of potential end-times indicators.

Jesus tells us these events must take place before His return, and one of them is famine as listed in Matthew 24:7. Just because it is not taking place in the West, yet, does not mean it is not here on Earth at this very moment.

Christians are called to be prepared at any given time for Christ’s return, and in doing so help those who are suffering in the world. For those who we feed and clothe out of compassion, so too are we serving Christ (Matt. 25:44-45).
