End-Times Prophecy: Where Does America Fit in the Last Days?

The question of America’s destiny in biblical prophecy has long been a topic of discussion among theologians and prophecy scholars. In a recent interview with Matt Foley of ISOW Connect, Mondo Gonzales of Prophecy Watchers addressed this question, offering his insights on where the United States fits into the grand biblical narrative.

“You know, that’s a great question,” Gonzales acknowledges, “Most people naturally want to know, where’s the United States in prophecy?”

Yet, he points out that many prophecy teachers believe America is not explicitly mentioned in the Bible’s depiction of the end times.

“You’re going to have a variety of perspectives on that,” Gonzales explains. “But I think most prophecy teachers would say that there’s two ways to look at it. One is that, well, you know, the United States has never been mentioned as it comes to the End of the Age scenario.” This has led some to believe that America may no longer be a dominant force at that time, possibly due to internal collapse, destruction or divine judgment. Others suggest that a significant portion of the population could disappear in the Rapture, weakening the nation’s global influence.

Gonzales points out that the absence of America from prophecy does not necessarily mean it ceases to exist. “There are very few [nations] that are mentioned specifically at all. We know that the end-time scenario as it relates to the Bible prophetically is geared specifically toward Israel.” According to Gonzales, Israel remains the primary focus of biblical prophecy, as the Bible describes it as the central stage for the events leading up to Christ’s return.

When discussing whether America has a unique covenant with God, Gonzales was clear: “At the end of the day, I don’t believe that God has a special covenant with the United States like you have with Israel.” However, he emphasizes that America’s fate—like that of any nation—depends on its adherence to biblical principles. “If we come to a place of humility and repentance toward God and we seek His righteousness, then it’ll go well for the United States.”

Despite America’s founding on Judeo-Christian values, Gonzales acknowledged the nation’s moral decline.

“Over the last probably 50 years… the United States has become—even though I love our country for sure—not only has it got great potential and freedoms and done a lot, it also produces a lot of wickedness and corruption.” He cited Billy Graham’s famous warning: “If God doesn’t eventually bring judgment on America, He has to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.”

This brings up the larger question of divine judgment. Gonzales believes that America’s trajectory aligns with biblical warnings about nations that turn away from God. While there will always be a faithful remnant of believers, national prosperity is often tied to obedience to God’s commands. If America continues on its current path, judgment may be inevitable.

In the broader scope of end-times prophecy, Gonzales reminded listeners that “we know that God has a design… the providential working of God—we can’t pray away the tribulation period, it’s coming.”

Is Hamas Fulfilling the Biblical Prophecy of Amalek’s War on Israel?

Erick Stakelbeck, host of “The Watchman Newscast,” recently drew a striking comparison between Hamas and Amalek, an ancient biblical enemy of Israel.

In his discussion, he posed a powerful question: Is Hamas the modern-day incarnation or reincarnation of Amalek? This idea is deeply rooted in both history and Scripture, highlighting the recurring nature of spiritual warfare against God’s chosen people.

Biblical Connection

The Amalekites, first introduced in Exodus 17, were relentless adversaries of Israel. They attacked the Israelites in the wilderness, targeting the weak and defenseless. This act of cowardice prompted God’s declaration in Exodus 17:16: “The Lord will be at war against the Amalekites from generation to generation.” Later, in Deuteronomy 25:17-19, Israel was commanded to “blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven.”

Stakelbeck, referencing an article from “The Times of Israel,” emphasized the enduring nature of this enmity: “There’s an Amalek in every generation. In this generation, it’s manifested—it’s represented by Hamas.” If Amalek is the personification of evil set against Israel, then Hamas, with its brutal terrorist tactics and genocidal intentions, fits this description with chilling accuracy.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

A Modern Manifestation of Ancient Hatred

Stakelbeck did not mince words when describing Hamas’s atrocities.

“Hamas may be the most demonic entity on the planet right now,” he declares. The gruesome murder of the Bibas family was not only committed but celebrated in Gaza. This depravity mirrors the biblical Amalekites, who had no regard for the sanctity of life and attacked the vulnerable without remorse.

The Bible reveals that Amalek’s goal was not just military conquest but the annihilation of Israel. Hamas operates in the same spirit: “Their sole purpose is to destroy Israel… It’s an ancient evil that has survived from generation to generation.” The Hamas charter explicitly calls for the obliteration of Israel, making the comparison between them and Amalek not just symbolic but alarmingly real.

The Spirit of Amalek: A Principality of Darkness

The spirit of Amalek is more than just a historical enemy—it is a persistent, malevolent force that seeks to destroy God’s people in every generation. This principality operates beyond physical warfare; it is a spiritual entity that stirs hatred, deception and violence against Israel.

Ephesians 6:12 declares: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” The battle against Amalek, therefore, is not merely a military struggle but a spiritual one. This force has resurfaced time and again, manifesting in different entities—including Hamas today.

Hamas’ actions align with the same destructive spirit that drove Amalek’s attacks on Israel. Their explicit goal to annihilate the Jewish people, their unrepentant brutality and their celebration of terror reveal the continuation of this dark force. Amalek was condemned to total destruction in the Bible because its very existence was a direct challenge to God’s plan for His people. Similarly, Hamas, in embodying this spirit, positions itself in direct opposition to God’s promises to Israel.

Stakelbeck is unequivocal about what must be done: “Hamas has to go and go for good.” The biblical mandate against Amalek was total eradication—because as long as Amalek remained, Israel’s survival was at risk. Today, Israel faces the same existential threat from Hamas, a group that has proven negotiation, appeasement and ceasefires only buy time for further violence.

Praying for the Next Generation: The Global Impact of the Collegiate Day of Prayer

On Feb. 27, believers worldwide will unite for the Collegiate Day of Prayer, lifting up the spiritual needs of 250 million students across 1,100 campuses. This movement, rooted in an early 19th-century tradition, has seen a remarkable revival in recent years.

CDP Executive Director Thai Lam calls it “the oldest day of prayer in American history,” explaining that its resurgence began in 2009.

“By 1823, every major denomination and every college campus of that day had adopted the last Thursday of February as this national day of prayer for campuses,” he told The Christian Post.

Momentum skyrocketed after the 2023 Asbury University revival, which Lam described as “really significant” for the movement. “We were blown away” by what unfolded, he said, calling it “what we’ve been praying for.” That revival sparked a global shift, leading CDP to expand beyond the U.S. and focus on students in 195 countries.

Inside Trump’s Plan to Reform Government Spending and Accountability

President Donald Trump took the stage at a conservative conference recently with the same energy that has defined his political career, making bold claims and setting ambitious goals. If anyone expected him to ease into his second term, they were mistaken.

“I signed an order creating the Department of Government Efficiency, which is now waging war on government waste, fraud and abuse,” Trump declared. Led by Elon Musk, the agency already has uncovered what Trump called “flagrant scams,” including $520 million spent on a consultant for environmental social governance in Africa, and $25 million on biodiversity conservation in Colombia. Trump commended Musk’s work, saying, “He’s doing a great job.”

Of course, this push against bureaucracy hasn’t come without resistance.

“All of the unnecessary, incompetent and corrupt bureaucrats” are on notice, according to Trump, as lawsuits from federal employees attempt to put the brakes on his investigative efforts. But if the CPAC crowd’s reaction was any indication, many Americans are cheering the shake-up.

As reported by The Christian Post, Trump also announced a trip to Fort Knox, where he and Musk plan to inspect the U.S. Bullion Depository.

“Wouldn’t that be terrible if we opened it up and there was no gold there?” he joked, raising eyebrows over government transparency.

The president didn’t stop there. He outlined several key policies his administration is pursuing:

  • Gender Ideology in Government: “I made it the official policy of the United States government that there are only two genders: male and female.” Trump positioned this as a pushback against what he calls “transgender insanity.”
  • Critical Race Theory: Calling it a “sickness,” he vowed continued efforts to remove race-based ideology from schools and the military.
  • Pro-Life Advocacy: Trump celebrated the release of 23 pro-life activists, calling them “political prisoners” and signaling a strong stance on religious freedom and abortion opposition.
  • Immigration Enforcement: He pointed to deportations and a “weaponization” rollback, promising to “liberate communities like Aurora, Colorado, and Springfield, Ohio.”
  • Education and School Choice: The administration is pushing policies that expand school choice and combat what conservatives see as leftist indoctrination in education.

God’s Compassion for You: A Powerful Truth That Will Change Your Life

So many people walk through life feeling unworthy—burdened by failures, regrets and the belief that they are not good enough for God. Some may even fear that He is looking down on them with disappointment or judgment. But that is not the heart of God.

Rabbi Kirt Schneider recently shared a verse that reveals the true nature of God’s love: “Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame. He is mindful that we are but dust,” (Ps. 103:13-14).

This verse is a powerful reminder of God’s tenderness toward us. Rabbi Schneider calls it one that should “melt our hearts.” He goes on to say, “I don’t know how you could not be touched by this.”

The Bible is clear that God is not waiting for us to fail so He can condemn us. Rather, He understands our weaknesses. “He knows how weak we are. He knows how incompetent and impotent we are without His grace and He’s mindful of that. He remembers that. So when He looks at us, rather than judging us, He has compassion for us.”

This truth is echoed throughout Scripture. In John 3:17, Jesus Himself said, “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.” Rabbi Schneider affirms this, saying, “The Father has not sent the Son in the world to judge the world but to save the world.”

No matter where you are today—whether struggling with sin, doubt or hardship—God sees you, loves you and desires to lift you up. The Bible urges us to turn to Him: “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved,” (Rom. 10:13). Rabbi Schneider encourages us to do just that.

Revival, Breakthrough and the Coming Awakening

In a recent conversation between prophetic voice Joseph Z and Pastor Mike Signorelli of V1 Church, a recurring theme emerged—a season of revival, anointing and divine preparation.

Against the backdrop of a world in turmoil, both men spoke with conviction about an imminent Jesus movement and the urgency for believers to take their role seriously in what God is unfolding.

Signorelli, known for his powerful deliverance ministry, shared that his recent experiences with prophecy have been strikingly immediate. While speaking at an event in Manhattan, he declared that a major figure would turn to Christ, even as a biblical scholar was being invited to appear on Joe Rogan’s podcast to advocate for Christianity.

“While I was prophesying it, the Joe Rogan episode was being confirmed and then it happened,” Signorelli says. “I believe we’re feeling the groundswell of this next movement.”

Joseph Z, who has built a reputation for prophetic clarity, echoed this sentiment, emphasizing that the church is stepping into a season of divine positioning.

“I believe we’re in extended grace right now,” he says. “What we do in this time will either hasten or lengthen what’s coming next.”

The takeaway? Obedience is critical. “Some people need to clear their schedule,” he urged, “because their plans are getting in the way of God’s plans.”

For Signorelli, revival isn’t just a church event—it’s hitting homes and families. “I see prodigals returning,” he says. “The next revival will be God reviving families, restoring marriages and fulfilling longstanding prophetic words over households.”

The conversation took a deeply prophetic turn when Z spoke a spontaneous word over Signorelli about train tracks—a symbol of expansion, provision and apostolic breakthrough. What he didn’t know is that Signorelli’s team had already been using that exact imagery.

“I feel like the Lord is connecting regions like He did for Vanderbilt through the train tracks,” Signorelli confirmed, his voice breaking. “That word was so accurate—I’m literally fasting through this transition right now.”

Perhaps most striking was the shared sense of urgency. Revival is not an event on the horizon; it is unfolding now. But it won’t come without spiritual warfare and preparation.

“Wherever there’s pressure, there’s going to be a greater release of the prophetic,” Signorelli says. “Instead of weakening under the pressure, I get excited—because I know the Red Sea is about to part.”

A Heroic Marine’s Journey to Protect an Afghan Orphan

Major Joshua Mast’s story, laid bare in a riveting Feb. 21, 2025, episode of the “Shawn Ryan Show,” isn’t just a tale of one man’s fight—it’s a mirror held up to our society’s soul.

A U.S. Marine Corps officer, Mast stumbled upon a baby girl orphaned on an Afghan battlefield in 2019. What he did next—launching a relentless campaign to adopt her—should have been a straightforward act of humanity.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Instead, it spiraled into a bruising clash with the U.S. Department of Justice, the State Department and even his own military’s code of conduct. Five hours and 16 minutes of podcast airtime later, we’re left wrestling with a question: When did doing the right thing become so wrong?

A Virginia appellate court ruled in July 2024 that Mast’s adoption should never have been granted and voided the custody order that had allowed the Masts to raise the child for nearly three years.

The court found significant procedural errors, noting that Mast failed to inform judges of key facts—such as the Afghan government’s (under the control of the Taliban) continued claim on the child and prior federal rulings against halting that process.

Although Mast and his wife insist they acted admirably in a desperate situation, the decision has left the child’s fate in limbo and stirred concerns with far-reaching international ramifications. Justice Department lawyers and government officials maintain that Mast never had any claim to the child and warn that allowing her to remain with him could jeopardize U.S. foreign policy and security efforts.

If the Masts ultimately lose their case, the child could be returned to Taliban-controlled Afghanistan—a prospect that condemns her to a life under harsh, oppressive control. Such an outcome raises profound concerns about her future, as being sent back to an environment where the Taliban rules could subject her to severe limitations on her freedom and safety.

2025 Damascus Prophecies: Exposing the Errors in Interpretation

For centuries, biblical prophecy has fascinated believers and skeptics alike, especially when it appears to echo modern-day events.

Evangelist Perry Stone believes we are on the brink of seeing one such prophecy unfold—one that has been lingering in Scripture for thousands of years. According to Stone, the foretold destruction of Damascus isn’t just a distant warning; it’s a future reality waiting to happen.

On a recent episode of “Manna-fest,” his long-running program, Stone tackled what he calls ‘The 2025 Damascus Prophecies,’ setting out to correct misconceptions and bring clarity to an often-misunderstood biblical prediction. With nearly five decades of study behind him, he cuts through speculation to focus on what Scripture actually says about Damascus and its fate.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Is Damascus on the Brink of Fulfillment?

Stone wastes no time addressing what he sees as misinformation about recent events in Syria.

“There has been a lot of discussion, and honestly, a little bit of misinformation,” he says, adding that many who analyze prophecy “may not have the experience of the total knowledge of prophecy or of the Bible and therefore they can get some of their information incorrect.”

His aim? To set the record straight based on 48 years of studying Scripture and thousands of hours of biblical research.

At the center of the discussion is Isaiah 17:1-3, which states: “Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.”

Despite its long history, Stone notes that Damascus has “never been totally wiped out the way the prophet predicted.” Instead, the city has been conquered, rebuilt and remained a key trade hub for thousands of years. But according to him, the full prophetic fulfillment has yet to come.

Three Major Prophetic Events to Watch

While focusing on Damascus, Stone also highlights three major end-times events that he believes will reshape the Middle East:

  1. The rise of Persia (modern-day Iran) as it strengthens alliances with other nations to eventually attack Israel.
  2. The complete destruction of Damascus, fulfilling Isaiah’s prophecy.
  3. A coalition of 10 kings, emerging from the remnants of the old Roman Empire and uniting under the Antichrist.

“These are the game changers,” Stone emphasizes.

Why Damascus Matters

Damascus isn’t just another Middle Eastern city—it’s one of the oldest continuously inhabited places on Earth. Stone explains, “Damascus is about 4,000 years old… and has been an oasis from the beginning.” Because of its strategic location and natural resources, it has “been captured by the Egyptians, the Assyrians, the Chaldeans, the Persians, the Greeks, the Romans”—but never wiped off the map.

Today, Damascus sits at the heart of a war-torn Syria, fractured by militias, foreign influence and internal strife.

“The Assad regime, which has ruled for 50 years, has been overthrown by militias,” Stone says, referencing Syria’s fractured state. Yet, despite the violence, the city remains. Could the final prophecy be nearing its fulfillment?

A Future of Peace—or More Chaos?

Despite the grim outlook, Stone suggests that prophecy doesn’t end with destruction. He turns to Isaiah 19, which describes an era where Israel, Egypt, and Assyria will be in harmony:

“In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land.”

It’s a compelling vision—one where ancient enemies find unity instead of war. Stone wonders what could be possible if peace finally took root in the region.

6 Miraculous Ways God Is Transforming Lives Today

There are moments in history when faith seems to move in extraordinary ways, bridging gaps between nations, religions and even long-standing divisions.

Pastor Larry Huch recently shared a powerful message highlighting a supernatural shift of God happening across the world. His words emphasized unity, miracles and the growing recognition of Jesus’ Jewish identity. Here are some of his main takeaways:

1. The Power of Small Groups and Community Support

Huch attributes his own salvation and transformation to life groups—small gatherings where believers encourage each other and grow in faith. He urges others to join these groups to strengthen their spiritual walk.

“If it wasn’t for them being those small groups, I don’t know if I’d make it. They literally are life-giving groups.”

2. The Global Movement for Jesus

Huch highlights an upcoming mission trip to Brazil, where millions will march for Jesus in São Paulo, waving both Christian and Israeli flags. He describes it as a breathtaking movement unlike anything else. “There are five and a half million people on the street in São Paulo, as far as the eye can see, marching for Jesus.”

3. Jewish and Muslim Recognition of Jesus as the Messiah

Huch recounts an interaction with a Muslim leader who revealed a deep respect for Jesus. While they do not display images of Him due to religious tradition, they acknowledge His significance.

“We know Jesus is the Messiah, and we know He’s coming back real soon.”

4. The Role of Women in Faith and Leadership

Huch argues passionately that women are just as anointed as men in ministry, referencing biblical examples where God honors the prayers and voices of women.

“When women pray—when mothers pray—there is an anointing that comes that is not like anything else.”

5. Breaking Down Divisions in the Church

He warns against racial, economic and denominational divisions in Christianity, emphasizing that the church should be unified under Christ.

“There ought never be a white church, a black church, a brown church—just church.”

6. The Supernatural Move of the Holy Spirit

Huch believes that a new wave of miracles, signs and wonders is on the horizon, and Christians should expect the Holy Spirit to move in powerful ways.

“This is a time that God wants you to expect miracles—expect miracles in your life!”

Biblical Parallels? Egypt Rejects Trump’s Plan and Gathers Its Forces

President Donald Trump’s bold plan to relocate Gaza’s refugees sparked immediate backlash from key Middle Eastern players, with Egypt and Jordan rejecting it outright. However, Jordan has since softened its stance, expressing willingness to cooperate—at least partially. Egypt, on the other hand, has taken a far more aggressive approach, digging in its heels and crafting its own alternative plan, one that could spell disaster for Israel.

Trump’s proposal, unveiled weeks ago, suggested that countries like Egypt, Jordan and even Indonesia absorb Gaza’s displaced population. Given the widespread destruction in Gaza, the logic is simple: where else can these people go? Rebuilding will take years, and even if successful, there is no guarantee that history won’t repeat itself with another terrorist regime rising to power. Trump’s plan, in contrast to the status quo, seeks to fundamentally change the region’s trajectory by moving the population elsewhere.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

Egypt, however, wants no part of it. Not only has Cairo refused to accept refugees, but it has also fortified its border with Gaza and amassed troops near Israel—a concerning move with unclear intent. Rather than engaging with the U.S. proposal, Egypt has instead pushed its own vision: an ambitious (and questionable) plan to rebuild Gaza without displacing its people. According to Egyptian state media, their strategy involves setting up temporary shelters within Gaza while international construction firms repair the territory’s infrastructure.

The problem? The plan completely ignores Israel. Egypt has reportedly consulted European diplomats, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the UAE—yet Israel, the most directly impacted nation, appears to have been left out of the conversation. The plan also proposes the creation of a Palestinian governing body unaligned with either Hamas or the Palestinian Authority, a near-impossible task given the political reality of the region. And perhaps most absurdly, Cairo suggests building a security force composed of former Palestinian Authority police—an entity with a track record of failure in combating terrorism in Judea and Samaria.

Egypt’s rejection of Trump’s plan is about more than just Gaza. It’s a direct counter to America’s influence in the region, a statement that Cairo will not be dictated to—even by a potential future U.S. president.
