ISIS Threat? Chilling Poster Targets Pope Leo XIV Ahead of FIFA World Cup

A pro-ISIS propaganda outlet released a disturbing poster targeting Pope Leo XIV’s upcoming visit to Spain during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, according to a June 1 report from the Middle East Media Research Institute’s Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor.

The report said the poster was released by Al-Iman Media Center, a pro-Islamic State media outlet, and “depicts a decaying, zombie-like pope figure, holding a FIFA-branded soccer ball.”

ISIS propaganda poster. MEMRI JTTM

The timing of the image appeared intentional as Pope Leo XIV is scheduled to visit Spain from June 6-12, while the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which is being played in the United States, Mexico and Canada, officially opens June 11.

According to the report, the poster carries the Spanish phrase “UNA VISITA DE 2 CARAS” or “A Two-Faced Visit,” along with the message “SOON ON JUNE 11” displayed across the bottom.

The imagery featured in the poster directly references locations included in the pope’s itinerary.

“On the left, Madrid’s Santiago Bernabéu Stadium is shown under dark storm clouds with lightning striking overhead,” the report stated. “On the right, Barcelona’s Sagrada Família Basilica is portrayed engulfed in flames beneath an apocalyptic sky, with the FC Barcelona crest visible.”

Order Jonathan Cahn’s New Book, “The Altar of Pergamon” on !

The report said the imagery appears tied to Pope Leo XIV’s planned appearances, including “his June 8 meeting with the diocesan community at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the June 10 Holy Mass and inauguration of the Tower of Jesus Christ at the Sagrada Família, and the June 11 travel from Barcelona to Gran Canaria.”

The Jihad and Terrorism Threat Monitor said the poster “frames the visit as hypocritical by blending religious symbolism with football imagery, portraying the trip as ‘two-faced’ and accusing the Catholic Church and Western institutions of duplicity.”

The warning comes after the organization previously published reports about potential threats surrounding this year’s FIFA World Cup from “radicalized lone wolves and Iran’s ‘cyber resistance’ proxies.”

The combination of extremist propaganda, global sporting events and appearances by one of the world’s most recognized religious leaders is likely to intensify security concerns across Spain as the tournament begins.

Thief Steals Church Offering Money, Causes Thousands in Damage at Bronx Church

Police are searching for a man accused of stealing hundreds of dollars from a Bronx Catholic church and causing thousands in property damage during a late-night break-in last month.

According to the New York Post, new photos released by authorities show the suspect accused of swiping $400 from Our Lady of Angels on Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge Heights.

The Post described the suspect as a “sticky-fingered little devil” and reported that the man “remained on the loose Monday.”

Law enforcement sources told the outlet the suspect “creeped into Our Lady of Angels on Sedgwick Avenue near Craig W. Staub Way in Kingsbridge Heights on May 24 and waited near the confessional area as a mass wrapped up.”

Authorities said the suspect allegedly “grabbed a wad of cash from the offering box at around 11 p.m. after the congregants filed out.”

The report stated the man then fled the church by “breaking a rear window and causing about $2,400 in damage.”

Police also released surveillance footage showing the suspect “wearing a hoodie and pacing around what appears to be the church vestibule.”

3I/ATLAS Is Back in the News — And So Is the Debate Over ‘Alien’ Life

For a while there, it seemed like the world had finally moved on from the latest alien object flying through space. Then suddenly, just like that, 3I/ATLAS is back in the headlines again.

This time, the renewed excitement comes after Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb claimed the interstellar object emitted unusual amounts of methane while traveling near the sun. According to the New York Post report, Loeb asked, “Was the methane outgassing of 3I/ATLAS near the sun produced by life?”

And there it is again. The same conversation humanity keeps returning to every time an object appears in the sky, a military pilot reports a UFO encounter or scientists begin discussing alien life: Maybe now we can finally discover where life came from.

Loeb argued that methane is considered an important “biosignature” and cited research suggesting it could be the “first detectable indication of life beyond Earth.” He also theorized that material released from the object “could have carried extrasolar life on dust or ice fragments towards habitable planets within the solar system.”

Order L.A. Marzulli’s Book, “The Rungs of Disclosure” on !

He compared the process to a dandelion scattering seeds into the wind. Then he took the theory even further.

“There is the possibility of directed panspermia, whereby an interstellar gardener seeded 3I/ATLAS on a fertilization mission targeting the habitable planets in the solar system,” Loeb said.

The idea is certainly fascinating. It makes for incredible headlines. It sparks the imagination. But Christians should notice something important about these conversations. Every single time the topic of extraterrestrial life comes up, the discussion almost immediately turns toward origins. Where did we come from? How did life begin? Who seeded humanity? Why are we here?

The world keeps searching the stars for answers God already gave us.

Scripture does not leave humanity guessing about our origins. Genesis opens with the declaration, “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth” (Gen. 1:1). Psalm 139:14 says we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” John 1:3 declares, “All things were created through Him, and without Him nothing was created that was created.”

That is not primitive mythology. That is the foundation of reality itself.

What is especially interesting is how modern disclosure conversations increasingly sound less scientific and more spiritual. The language shifts from astronomy to creators, seeders of life, cosmic intelligence and the origins of consciousness. Humanity is clearly searching for meaning far beyond molecules and dust particles floating through space.

Loeb even suggested future probes could intercept similar interstellar objects and determine whether they contain life. “In case it does [harbor life], the most pressing question is whether extrasolar life resembles life-as-we-know-it,” he said. “If so, perhaps life on Earth was seeded by an interstellar gardener.”

But even if scientists someday discover microbes frozen inside an asteroid, that still would not explain the deeper mysteries of existence. It would not explain morality, consciousness, love, beauty, eternity or the image of God written onto the human soul.

The Bible already gave us the answer modern culture keeps searching for in distant galaxies. We are not cosmic accidents wandering through a meaningless universe. We are created beings formed intentionally by God Himself.

And no comet drifting through the solar system is going to rewrite that truth.

Trump Holds the Cards as Iran Escalates Attacks Across the Gulf

Iran launched a new wave of drone and missile attacks across the Persian Gulf overnight, striking Kuwait and Bahrain while the Trump administration continued negotiations aimed at preventing Tehran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.

The attacks injured civilians and caused significant damage to Kuwait International Airport, marking the latest escalation in a conflict that has pushed the Middle East closer to a broader regional war.

In response, U.S. forces carried out what U.S. Central Command described as self-defense strikes against Iranian military targets on Qeshm Island after intercepting incoming drones and missiles.

Despite the exchange of fire, Secretary of State Marco Rubio indicated this week that negotiations remain active and that Iran has agreed to discuss portions of its nuclear program that had previously been off limits.

Order Jonathan Cahn’s New Book, “The Altar of Pergamon” on !

Fox News foreign correspondent Trey Yingst reported that President Donald Trump appears willing to remain patient because economic pressure on Tehran continues to intensify.

“President Trump has much more time than the Iranians,” Yingst said.

He pointed to the impact of the U.S. naval blockade, saying Iran is “losing hundreds of millions of dollars each day as a result of the U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports.”

Yingst added that there has been a “90% decrease in Iranian exports” and that “crude oil extraction” is operating at “just 50%.”

“The U.S. naval blockade is crippling the Iranian economy,” he said.

According to Yingst, Trump is resisting calls for immediate escalation because “he understands he holds the cards here.”

The Fox News correspondent noted that Iran continues to carry out limited attacks, but emphasized that American forces remain positioned throughout the region.

“More than 50,000 U.S. service members, fighter jets, refuelers, cargo planes” remain in place, Yingst said, adding that they are prepared if Trump decides to order additional strikes against the Iranian regime.

Yingst also highlighted the speed of recent American military operations.

“You saw last night how quickly CENTCOM can act when they see a threat,” he said. “In realtime they identified using intelligence, an active threat from the Iranian regime and they struck that threat.”

Iran responded with missile and drone attacks against Gulf nations, a move Yingst said demonstrated “how dangerous the Iranian regime really is.”

Meanwhile, Trump has continued to push for a diplomatic solution. According to reports, the administration is seeking additional concessions from Tehran, including guarantees that Iran will never obtain a nuclear weapon and clarity regarding its stockpile of highly enriched uranium.

For now, the military pressure continues while negotiations remain open. The question facing both Washington and Tehran is whether economic pressure will force a deal before the conflict expands even further across the Middle East.

Trump Tells Netanyahu ‘Everybody Hates Israel’ in Stunning Prophetic Moment

President Donald Trump’s reported words to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu this week carried enormous prophetic significance.

According to reports from Axios and Ynet News citing U.S. officials familiar with the conversation, Trump erupted in anger over Israel’s planned strike on Beirut and warned Netanyahu that Israel was becoming isolated on the world stage. The conversation reportedly included harsh language and direct condemnation of Israel’s growing international image.

“Everybody hates you now,” Trump reportedly told Netanyahu. “Everybody hates Israel because of this.”

Those words align directly with end-times Bible prophecy.

The Bible declares repeatedly that Israel and Jerusalem will become the focal point of global hostility in the last days.

Zechariah 12:2-3 states:

I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem. On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.

That prophecy describes a world turning against Jerusalem.

That prophecy describes international obsession with Israel.

That prophecy describes global pressure building against the Jewish state.

We are watching it unfold in real time.

Order Jonathan Cahn’s New Book, “The Altar of Pergamon” on !

International criticism against Israel has exploded during the wars in Gaza and Lebanon. Nations are demanding sanctions. Political leaders are threatening diplomatic consequences. Massive protests against Israel continue spreading across Western nations. International institutions increasingly condemn Israel while pressure mounts for military restraint.

Trump’s reported warning to Netanyahu revealed exactly where the global climate is moving.

“Everybody hates Israel because of this.”

That statement mirrors the trajectory Scripture laid out thousands of years ago.

The prophet Zechariah declared that “all the nations of the earth” would gather against Jerusalem.

Not some nations.

All nations.

Israel’s growing isolation is not random geopolitics. It is biblical prophecy unfolding exactly as written.

For decades, many believed America’s alliance with Israel guaranteed permanent protection and unwavering support. Now even Israel’s closest allies are publicly expressing frustration, anger and political exhaustion over the conflict surrounding Jerusalem and the Middle East.

The Bible warned this would happen.

Jerusalem is becoming the burdensome stone.

The nations are turning against Israel.

And the world is moving exactly where Scripture said it would move.

James Kaddis: Christians Must Stop Following Outrage and Start Following Truth

Pastor James Kaddis delivered a fiery warning about what he described as a growing culture of deception, outrage and biblical illiteracy consuming Christians through social media and modern online influence.

“I just find myself becoming increasingly tired of the nonsense that I’m seeing online, the lies that are happening,” Kaddis said. “It’s gotten to a point that is far worse than I ever remember it being. It’s gotten to a point where the darkness continues to emerge in ways that are just so mind-boggling.”

Pointing to Second Epistle to Timothy chapter four, Kaddis said the apostle Paul warned believers that people in the last days would reject truth in favor of emotionally driven voices and narratives.

“He made it very clear that there would be a time that would come when people would no longer endure sound doctrine because truth would become uncomfortable,” Kaddis said.

“After their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers having itching ears,” he continued. “The idea that points to people gathering voices that reinforce emotion or bias or even fear or outrage or preference rather than any kind of truth. We’re seeing that happening right now.”

Order James Lasher’s New Book, “The Revelation of Jesus” on !

Kaddis warned that Christians are allowing social media culture to shape their thinking instead of the Word of God.

“It describes a culture addicted to stimulation and all kinds of affirmation,” he said. “We’re seeing it. Look at the people who are social media influencers right now.”

The California pastor also rebuked church leaders who refuse to boldly preach Scripture while culture rapidly declines into confusion and deception.

“We are people who are obligated by God,” Kaddis said. “We are called by God. Especially as pastors, men like me, we’re obligated to go back to the preaching of the word of God.”

“Pastors are sitting on the sideline being more concerned about things that they should never be involved with,” he continued. “They’re not telling the truth. They’re hiding. They’re more concerned about their social calendars than they are about simply speaking the truth.”

Kaddis described modern online culture as emotionally unstable and spiritually manipulative, warning believers not to be “tossed to and fro” by constantly shifting narratives and outrage cycles.

“It reflects a consistent shift in narratives, opinions, what I would often times call outrage cycles and online hysteria,” he said.

“There’s a lot of that happening,” Kaddis added. “Paul is contrasting instability with spiritual maturity and discernment.”

Referencing Epistle to the Philippians chapter four, Kaddis said Christians must discipline their minds by focusing on truth, purity and virtue instead of fear, negativity and emotional chaos.

“You want the peace of God, be disciplined in your thought life,” he said. “Don’t allow your heart and your mind to be carried away with wicked and evil thought.”

Kaddis closed with a sobering warning that deception has become a defining characteristic of the last days and called believers to remain grounded in Scripture instead of emotional reaction.

“People become vulnerable to lies when emotion and pleasure, tribalism, fear, personal desire have become more important than truth,” he said.

“Loving truth becomes essential. Essential if you want discernment and spiritually you want growth.”

America Braces for Extreme Heat as ‘Super El Niño’ Rapidly Strengthens

Scientists are warning that a powerful El Niño weather pattern could bring a summer of intense heat and volatile weather across large portions of the United States.

According to the World Meteorological Organization, there is now an 80% chance of an El Niño developing between June and August 2026 and a 90% chance it will continue through at least November.

The agency warned the event could bring extreme heat “nearly everywhere,” including the United States.

While the climate establishment continues pushing political narratives tied to every weather event, El Niño itself is not new. It is a naturally occurring Pacific Ocean weather pattern that has operated for centuries and cycles between warm El Niño and cool La Niña phases every two to seven years.

Still, forecasters say this year’s pattern is shaping up to be unusually strong.

According to the WMO, sea-surface temperatures in the central-eastern Equatorial Pacific are nearing El Niño thresholds while subsurface ocean temperatures are running about 6 degrees Celsius above average.

Those warmer waters release heat into the atmosphere and often lead to hotter global temperatures for months.

For Americans, the biggest concern is what that could mean during peak summer months.

The southern United States could see heavier rainfall and flooding while large portions of the West face elevated heat and drought concerns. Meteorologists are also warning about increased stress on power grids as air conditioning demand rises during prolonged heatwaves.

Order Jonathan Cahn’s New Book, “The Altar of Pergamon” on !

Scientists are even raising the possibility that 2026 could become the hottest year ever recorded.

“The science is clear: El Niño is arriving on our doorstep in the coming months with 90% certainty,” United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said.

“El Niño conditions will pour fuel on the fire of a warming world,” he added.

WMO Secretary-General Celeste Saulo also warned the event “will exacerbate drought and heavy rainfall and increase the risk of heatwaves both on land and in the ocean.”

Forecasters are comparing the developing system to the powerful 1997-98 El Niño event, which helped drive record global temperatures and brought intense summer heat to parts of the world.

While weather patterns can shift quickly and regional impacts will vary, officials say emergency planners and utility providers are already closely monitoring conditions as the summer approaches.

The WMO said “advance seasonal forecasts and early warnings are vital to save lives and cushion the impact on our economies and our communities.”

Kelly K: Modern Christianity Has Turned Salvation Into a Shortcut

Kelly K of Kelly K Ministries is encouraging Christians to stop treating salvation like a box they checked years ago and instead see it as a living, daily relationship with Jesus Christ.

In a recent social media video, Kelly K tackled the often-heated debate surrounding eternal security and perseverance in faith with a message that was both challenging and deeply hopeful.

“Do you believe you could lose your salvation? Or do you believe once saved always saved?” he asked. “Are those really the only two options?”

Kelly K said many believers approach salvation as though it is already fully possessed in this life.

“Do you honestly believe that salvation is in your pocket somewhere? Like it’s your possession now?” he said. “Because friends, you cannot lose what you do not currently possess.”

He then made two statements he said are both true at the same time.

“One, you cannot lose your salvation,” Kelly K said. “Two, if you’re alive right now, you’re not saved. Yet.”

Pointing to Matthew 24:13, he emphasized Jesus’ words: “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.”

“Notice, He didn’t say the one who prayed a prayer one time will be saved,” Kelly K said. “He said, ‘The one who endures to the end will be saved.’”

Order Kelly K’s New Book, “Beggar to Believer” on !

Throughout the video, Kelly K repeatedly returned to the idea that faith in Christ is not merely intellectual agreement but ongoing surrender and allegiance to Jesus.

“Biblical belief is allegiance,” he said. “It’s trust, surrender, following.”

He also pointed to Luke 9:23 where Jesus called His followers to “take up your cross daily.”

“He said daily, not once in 1972 at youth camp,” Kelly K said.

Still, the overall tone of the message was not fear-driven. Instead, Kelly K encouraged everyone who is fighting against sin and longing for Jesus not to lose heart.

“That fight on the inside of you, that struggle against sin, that conviction, that desire for him even when your flesh wants something else, that’s your pulse,” he said. “That is evidence of life.”

Kelly K also reminded viewers that eternal life is not only about heaven after death, but relationship with Christ right now.

“Eternal life starts now,” he said. “It is relationship with him now.”

Near the end of the video, Kelly K summarized his position in a way that brought both challenge and reassurance.

“So, no, you cannot lose your salvation,” he said. “And yes, once saved, always saved. Because once you are fully saved, you are with Jesus forever.”

But he urged Christians not to rely on a past moment while ignoring their present walk with God.

“The question isn’t did you say a prayer one time?” Kelly K said. “The question is do you have a pulse today? Are you alive in Christ today? Are you following him today? Because the ones who endure till the end will be saved.”

Scientists Uncover Stunning New Clues About the Garden of Eden’s River

A newly published geological study tracing the origins of the Euphrates River is drawing renewed attention to one of the Bible’s oldest and most enduring accounts: the Garden of Eden.

The Euphrates is specifically named in Genesis 2 as one of four rivers flowing from Eden, the paradise where Adam and Eve first lived before the fall of mankind.

Now, researchers say they have reconstructed the ancient history of the river for the first time.

According to the study, published June 1 in Nature Geoscience, scientists used seismic imaging, satellite observations, geological mapping and sediment deposits beneath the Mediterranean Sea to piece together the river’s formation.

The findings revealed that two massive ancient rivers, known as the Paleo-Karasu and Paleo-Murat, once flowed separately through what is now Turkey and Syria before eventually merging.

“By around 1.6 million years ago, the waterways had merged and begun flowing toward the Persian Gulf, creating the modern Euphrates,” the report said.

Order Dinesh D’Souza’s New Book, “The End of Time” on !

The study also pointed to a dramatic geological event in the Mediterranean region when “the connection between the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean became restricted near what is now the Strait of Gibraltar, causing much of the Mediterranean Sea to dry up.”

As water levels rapidly dropped, rivers across the region carved deeper into the land while tectonic activity intensified erosion and sediment flow.

The researchers said these shifts may have unleashed catastrophic flooding events throughout the region.

“The sudden lowering of sea level caused rivers across the region to cut deeper into the landscape as they adjusted to the new conditions,” the study stated.

The study’s discussion of catastrophic flooding and massive geological upheaval sounds strikingly familiar to anyone who has read the Genesis account of Noah’s flood. Scripture says “all the fountains of the great deep burst open” and “the floodgates of the heavens were opened” during the deluge in Genesis 7:11.

Researchers described enormous flooding events, violent erosion and the rapid reshaping of entire landscapes across the Mediterranean region. Once again, the deeper scientists dig into Earth’s ancient past, the less the biblical account of a worldwide flood looks like mythology and the more like history written in stone.

The Euphrates remains one of the most historically significant rivers in the world. Flowing through the Fertile Crescent, it helped sustain some of humanity’s earliest civilizations including the Sumerians and Assyrians thousands of years ago.

Genesis 2:10-14 describes a river flowing out of Eden that divided into four headwaters, including the Euphrates.

Discoveries surrounding ancient biblical locations continue reinforcing the historical framework of Scripture. The Bible does not present its accounts in mythical lands disconnected from reality. It names real rivers, real regions, real kingdoms and real civilizations.

While the new study does not claim to locate the Garden of Eden itself, it adds another layer to humanity’s understanding of one of the Bible’s most famous geographic markers.

As archaeologists and scientists continue uncovering the ancient world, the evidence repeatedly points back to Scripture’s reliability. The deeper researchers dig into history, the more the Bible continues standing firmly in the middle of it.

Brandon Lake Goes Viral After Bold Challenge to Christians at K-Love Awards

Christian music artist Brandon Lake delivered a passionate call for believers to reach the lost during his acceptance speech at the K-Love Fan Awards, a message that quickly spread across social media and sparked widespread discussion among Christians.

“If the rooms you’re in are really bright, find a new room,” Lake told the audience. “If you carry the light of Christ inside of you, go find a room that’s a little darker because the world needs you. They need your story.”

Lake said he has been having conversations with artists and influential figures outside traditional Christian spaces and described a growing spiritual hunger among many searching for truth.

“I’m having a lot of conversations with a lot of artists and a lot of very influential places and y’all, you just would never believe how hungry people are for the truth and there’s so many that are this close,” he said.

The Christian music star then challenged believers and artists to move beyond their comfort zones.

“So, artists, may I dare to get outside of your comfort zone? Go across the street. Go across the country,” Lake said.

CBN News commentator Billy Hallowell praised Lake’s message during a discussion following the speech and said believers are called to shine brighter as culture grows darker.

“Whatever industry you’re in, we are called to shine our light and be present,” Hallowell said. “And so, the fact that you have him standing there at this award show and that K-Love has really grown to be what it is, is really powerful and exciting.”

CBN News host Raj Nair echoed that theme and warned Christians against becoming isolated from the world around them.

“The nations have come to us,” Nair said. “If you live in the United States, what would it look like if we reached out?”

Nair also emphasized the spiritual desperation he sees throughout American culture.

“People are absolutely desperate,” he said. “They don’t realize how desperate they are for what you, who are watching this, carries inside of them.”

Lake closed his remarks with a declaration that drew loud applause from the crowd.

“Listen, I’m going to be that guy that stays in the church, but I will never stop moving towards the lost,” Lake said. “That’s what I’m about. That’s what I’m doing. That’s what you’re going to see. Thank you very much.”
