To experience the presence of God, you must do one thing, prolific author and scholar R.T. Kendall says on The Jim Bakker Show.

The answer is found is Psalm 16:8: “I have set the Lord always before me; because He is at my right hand, I will not be moved.”

Kendall says he does this each and every morning.

Sixteen years ago today, the landscape of America was changed forever—both literally and figuratively—as two towers fell, a bastion of security was shaken, men became heroes in a Pennsylvania field and nearly 3,000 lives were lost.

But long before 9/11 was burned into the world’s consciousness, a blueprint from ancient times foretold the calamity—down to the exact day it would take place.

This stunning revelation is brought to light in the new book by New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Cahn. In his newest work, The Paradigm: The Ancient Blueprint That Holds the Mystery of Our Times, (), set to be released next week, Cahn says that had anyone known and understood this paradigm, the world could have marked the date on the calendar years before the tragedy took place.

“The events of 9/11 took the world by surprise; it even caught the American intelligence and defense establishments unaware,” Cahn says. “But a blueprint dating back almost 3,000 years foretold the calamity, giving the year, the month, the day—even the hour it would all begin and end.”

The shocking revelation is one of the many that are opened up in The Paradigm. The book promises to shake Washington, cause much controversy and stun others with its discoveries.

The Paradigm, out next Tuesday, Sept. 19, reveals a newly uncovered master blueprint and ancient template that foretells many events of modern history. Major charismatic leaders are launching a spiritual counterattack after darkness entered the land on Sept. 11, 2001.

“What the enemy did with offensive in the 2001 9/11 attack, we’re going turn it around make offensive for the Spirit on Sept. 11, 2017,”  Don Black, president and CEO of Cornerstone Television Network, tells Charisma News. “This is a counterattack. The day has laid there in vain for last 16 years. What we’ve asked [President Donald] Trump to do is to make it a national day of prayer, fasting and repentance. This has not happened for 100 years, since Woodrow Wilson in World War I, and we’ve not had it since. No president had courage to call for that detail of spiritual proclamation.”

It’s all part of In God We Trust: From Triumph to Tragedy, a program to be broadcast Sept. 11 that will feature prominent charismatic leaders including Jonathan Cahn, Alveda King, Pat Robertson and more.

The petition asking the president to declare Sept. 11, 2017 as a national day of prayer reads, in part: 

Unites States presidents have a long history of crying out to Providence during times of national crisis. But it has nearly been 100 years since President Woodrow Wilson last called for a Day of Prayer, Fasting and Repentance. That occurred in 1918, near the end of World War I. With the growing threat of terror at home and around the world, the time has come for people of faith to bind together and declare our trust and dependence in God.

With your leadership, we will unite and humble ourselves before the benevolent hand of Almighty God and ask Him to keep our nation, the United States of America, her leadership, citizens, armed forces and first responders, safe from attack both from radical foreign enemies and domestic ideologies that are dedicated to our destruction.

This we ask with gratitude for your wise leadership and steady hand.

In God We Trust!

It’s not just the petition, though. The network will follow the Jewish schedule of prayer times to allow viewers to join the intercession.

“We’re going to enter into time unified prayer for repentance,” Black says. “Mark Taylor is leading season of repentance because he feels that anointing on him to lead this prophetic repentance. We feel the Lord wants us to repent for a purpose. It’s not just, ‘Lord, forgive me for my sins,’ but a powerful prophetic season of repentance.”

Taylor is a former firefighter who prophesied Trump’s victory.

“What Mark and I are doing, we are both going before the Lord asking him specifically what we should be repenting for, specifically how to repent, and [we believe God will] speak through gifts of prophecy,” Black says. “God wants us to repent. He wants effective, efficient and fervent repentance. The body of Christ needs to confess for the church in America. … In Revelation, when John wrote to churches, they were prophetic seasons of repentance. He told each church what [it needed] to repent of. The Lord was using prophet in John to convey to his church warnings. Prophetic repentance is where the power is so we can have clean hands pure and a pure heart before the Lord.”

Black is also calling for a time of fasting during the day as part of the spiritual offensive against the enemy.

“God has ordained us, and I believe this nation has a unique calling, a distinctive calling as people group,” Black says. “The United States of America was founded by God’s sovereignty for His purposes. The United States of America’s purpose by the Founding Fathers to today is to take the gospel to the world, shining the gospel light, God’s way to a darkened world. Our destiny, our mandate, is to see the Great Commission fulfilled. This campaign is one of many callings of the Lord to come back to our roots, recognize our enemy, and battle with the enemy. … It’s time for those folks to rise up and turn back so we can finish our mission. The Lord doing this across multiple fronts, and asking us to rise up and be salt and light in tasteless world.”

Another hurricane, another doom-and-gloom rush to the internet to proclaim an accurate prophecy of destruction.

After deadly Hurricane Harvey hit, re-ran a prophetic word that was originally published Aug. 29, 2016 with the headline “Houston Will Be Destroyed, Desolate, Uninhabitable.”

The lengthy article starts with the author opining about how she’s had dreams and visions since she was a little girl and how the Lord had been preparing her for the previous six months for she didn’t know what. She describes getting off work and being really tired, grabbing a bite to eat and praying, admitting she hadn’t been “praying heavy” like she should.

Suddenly, she says she was up in the air over the city of Houston. She says she saw a fire in an apartment complex, a five-foot high wave of water and heard the Holy Spirit say: “The water represents judgment. Judgment is coming to Houston and it will be destroyed, desolate and uninhabitable.” She says she say people screaming, and the devastation was terrible.

“What I saw was so scary, I don’t want to be here when it happens. So I started praying about when I needed to be out of Houston,” the author writes. “So I was like, I’m just gonna fast and pray because this is serious and I may not have much time. So the next day, I thought about it and I was like, well I guess since I have been given this vision, which is amazing since I haven’t been praying like I should, maybe I should find out why Yahshua [sic] is destroying Houston.”

The author ultimately concludes this judgment came on Houston because there was a clinic there selling body parts of aborted babies.

She goes on to write, “Then he said, ‘I don’t do anything unless I reveal it to My prophets first.’ I joked and said, ‘God, am I a prophet?’ LOL, I thought we were just talking! LOL.”

These kinds of articles are why so may have rejected prophetic ministry. The flippant attitude of the article grieves my spirit. Where is the weeping? Where is the crying out to God for mercy? Delivering a word like this is no time to “LOL” and “joke” with God. Delivering it with an admission that you haven’t been praying like you should does not build confidence in the reader.

But the bigger issue is the judgment claim. I highly doubt God is destroying Houston because an abortion clinic there was selling baby parts. Why not just strike Planned Parenthood practitioners dead? California has more abortion clinics than any other state in the nation—and clinics there and in other states were also selling baby parts. Why not destroy California?

A more refreshing perspective from God’s heart comes from my friend Lana Vawser. I can’t republish the entire word here, but the gist of it is the tide is turning in Texas:

Texas, I am coming in, I am coming in—in a way I have never come in before. I am coming in a way you have never seen before. I am coming, I am coming, I am coming. I am going to make a way where there is no way. The tide is turning in Texas. The way it ‘has been’ will no longer be that way. There is a NEW DAY upon you, Texas. There is a NEW DAY upon you, Texas. I am with you, I am holding you, I am releasing the manifestation of the new day of destiny written in the scrolls of Heaven over you Texas. As this storm has come to devastate, I am coming to ACTIVATE—to activate a greater tipping point of breakthrough upon you, Texas. A whole new level of signs, wonders and miracles as I show up. I am fighting for you, Texas.

The people of Houston right now don’t need claims that the Lord has wreaked havoc on the city because sinners do what sinners do. They need to see the Lord’s will and redemptive nature. Even if this was massive judgment, God is still merciful and works to redeem.

Bottom line: These types of judgment prophecies do not reflect the heart of God for Houston.

Pastor Doug Stringer, president of Somebody Cares, stands in the pouring rain delivering heart-aching information. His friends and family are stranded; some have kayaked to their own homes to save what’s left of their earthly possessions. Others are left with nothing.

The outlook appears bleak through natural eyes. But as Christians, we know God is bigger than any storm.

To honor the Lord and take authority over the storm, Stringer declares Psalm 46 over Texas.

Paula White Cain says in 2003, “All hell begins to come against me.”

But then a prophet showed up.

“‘You, you, you, God’s going to use you. He’s going to use your beauty,'” Cain recalls. “Of course I’m a little sassy sometimes, and I said, ‘You better give me more than that.’ … And all of a sudden, He gives me a word of knowledge of me in a field, and I know God is speaking to me.”

Cain shared the story on a recent episode of The Jim Bakker Show, where she offered some prophetic words of her own.

This news struck my heart. I’m praying for Spain.

Nearly a year ago, I was in Spain doing a short ministry tour. I had a strong wave of spiritual emotion rush over me in the last service. The Lord told me He was knitting my heart to the land—and that the land had a destiny in God as one that holds a key to transformation in Europe. The Lord said:

“For I have called this nation as a center for My glory where people can encounter My heart and the passion of My Spirit. The enemy has indeed erected strongholds of wickedness and bands of evil to blind the people from the truth and freedom in My Son, but I am raising up a people in this territory and in this nation that will defy the power of a powerless religion and press into My Kingdom to see souls set free for My glory.

The opposition is real, but I am greater than the opposition. Greater is My Spirit in you than the demons in the world. I will use you mightily, Spain, among the nations as you accept your identity and your destiny and choose to believe that you can overcome the world with the faith I have deposited in your hearts.

Believe Me! I am with you. You cannot lose. You have the victory. You are agents of transformation. I am with you.”

Please, pray for Spain.

• Pray for the hedge of protection to rise up around Spain.
• Pray for an end to terror in Spain.
• Pray against this on Spain’s destiny.
• Pray that intercessors on the land will repent for the sins of the land and work as agents of healing.
• Pray that the Lord would empower politicians and police with strategies to eradicate terrorists and thwart future attacks.
• Pray that intercessors in Spain will not grow weary.

Keep on praying.

The sun will be turned to darkness … before the great and awe-inspiring day of the Lord comes” (Joel 2:31).

A few years ago, I was teaching through the book of Joel when the ancient words of his prophecy came up off the page. I knew with hair-raising certainty that God’s severe judgment was coming on America! I have taught Joel several times since. Each time has served to confirm with deep conviction that God is warning America of impending disaster and destruction.

In light of Ezekiel 33:1-6 that commands a watchman to be faithful to warn others of the danger coming against the land, I feel compelled to issue the warning once again. The warning is triggered by the total solar eclipse of Aug. 21, 2017, nicknamed “America’s Eclipse.” For the first time in almost 100 years, a total solar eclipse will be seen from coast to coast in our nation. People are preparing to mark this significant event with viewing parties at exclusive prime sites. The celebratory nature regarding the eclipse brings to my mind the Babylonian King Belshazzar, who threw a drunken feast the night the Medes and Persians crept under the city gate. While Belshazzar and his friends partied, they were oblivious to the impending danger. Belshazzar wound up dead the next day, and the Babylonian empire was destroyed.

Jewish rabbis have historically viewed solar eclipses as warnings from God to Gentile nations. Therefore, my perspective on the upcoming phenomenon is not celebratory. While no one can know for sure if judgment is coming on America, it does seem that God is signaling us about something. Time will tell what that something is.

Charismatics seek “rhema” words to the point where some even bombard prophets like John Paul Jackson, desperate for a word from God.

But biblical scholar and prolific author R.T. Kendall says you cannot charge after a prophetic utterance this way. Yet Pentecostals persist, craving something meant just for them.

“I think this is partly what I always say to charismatics if I got a chance is they only want a rhema word. My friend John Paul Jackson, who is now in heaven, says he can’t walk across the hotel lobby in a convention. They’ll come up to you and say, ‘Got a word for me? Got a word for me?’ That’s all people want. They want a rhema word. I was watching religious TV, and that preacher said, ‘Don’t turn that dial, I’ve got a rhema word.”

For those who thirst for such a word, Kendall is ready to satisfy that desire.

“I have a rhema word for you; I just now got it,” Kendall said while speaking to Charisma Media employees. “Chase after a rhema word and you’ll probably never get it. Seek God in His Scripture, and He’ll give you a rhema word when you need it. Presence of God—you just wanna know him and the opportunity to get to please Him so you set Him before you. … You may not feel [His presence], but do those things that please Him, and when you need it, you’ll get the rhema word. And when you need it, you’ll get His conscious presence.”

But, if pushed, Kendall says a different kind of word surpasses rhema—logos words. Logos refers to the holy Bible.

“The reason I say logos is more important is because the Holy Spirit wrote it, and if you want to get on good terms with the Holy Spirit, you know His best product, and that’s where I would begin. The trouble with so many Word people [is that] they don’t believe God speaks directly anymore, and I do. God does give rhema words, but I think priority should be logos,” Kendall says.

Kendall was at Charisma to promote his book due out this fall, The Presence of God. His wife Louise joined him and shared her own experience with rhema words.

Louise says she was in London one day and prayed for a rhema word to use in correcting a young man she was meeting with. Instead, the Lord gave her a verse commanding her to bless him.

When she approached him in humility, she shared what the Lord laid on her heart.

“I said, ‘Listen, the Lord wants me to tell you what a blessing you are,’ … and that [Asian] kid, I mean young man, he starts to cry. They never express emotions, and you know what he said to me? He said, ‘My parents were so strict and in school, and you’re the first person [to tell me I’m a blessing].’ And I was going to do the same thing they all did,” Louise says.

“You can get a rhema word when you’re reading your Bible, and I’ll tell you, it’s not always what you wanted to hear.”
