Run With Christ’: GenZ Initiative Grows Into Revival Movement

A Gen-Z-led group called “Run with Christ” is literally taking off.  What started in Columbus, Ohio, last year is now in more than 80 cities nationwide and five countries. Each week, tens of thousands of young people gather to run, worship and hear the Gospel in cities all over the world.

The Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C., set the stage for their latest event. Twenty-one-year-old founder and organizer Will Garinger says he actually started the club as a way for him to deepen his faith.

“And what we thought would be a cool little community where we did a devotional beforehand and then we ran together, ended up turning into hundreds of people gathering on a Saturday morning, over 200 some people, on Saturday, September 7th, 2024. And we saw people just getting saved, getting prayed for, and getting plugged into the local church,” Garinger said.

On any given Saturday, hundreds of young people turn out from all over the country to participate.

“The Holy Spirit brought me here,” said 25-year-old Jacob Merry from Columbus, Ohio. “I mean, this is, this is a family. Like this, this group of people was a blessing from Christ. I prayed for this group of people for so long, and just to come here and worship and pray for the nation in the nation’s capital is such a blessing. I mean, it’s absolutely amazing,” he said.

Twenty-year-old Lauren Hilty from Texas and 21-year-old Cimyia Cameron from Alabama say “Run with Christ” not only brought them together as friends but is bringing young people into the community like never before.

“I just felt this stirring in my spirit. I was like, I have to go there. I don’t know why, but then the Lord made a way. And so, I bought my ticket in the summer, I didn’t really know who I was gonna meet, where I was gonna be, but the Lord made a way and I just, I just know that he’s doing something so big,” Cameron said.

“Our prayer lately has just been for the nations, and it’s been for the people of all the nations, and just to come together and then this event, and we see it, and it’s in the capital of our country, with all these things happening in the atmosphere. It was just insane. It’s beautiful. And I knew I had to be here,” Hilty said.

Ex-Psychic Issues Halloween Warning, Slams ‘Demonic’ Evil of Spiritual Objects

An ex-psychic who spent decades steeped in the occult is warning about the glorification of evil that often comes with the Halloween season, explaining the dangers of engaging in the Ouija board, tarot cards, and other tools of divination.

“I am a former psychic, and I am noticing that … tools of divination, such as the Ouija board, tarot cards, they are marketed more in the Halloween season,” Nizza said. “Parties are having tarot card readers. You’re seeing this in your Home Goods, your CVS. Your kids are going to these stores — Five Below, and they are glorifying tools of divination, making them seem fun and that it’s no big deal.”

The former medium said it’s hard not to see the connection between the prevalence of these tools and their increased usage and promotion around Halloween.

“Interesting how it goes along with the Halloween season, isn’t it?” she said. “There’s something demonic there.”

Nizza specifically explained what divination encompasses, describing the practice as “going into creation to extract a hidden meaning about something, of information supernaturally outside of God’s will and boundary.”

This can include the aforementioned tarot cards, Ouija boards, or even looking to the stars, moon, or celestial bodies to try and discern wisdom and the future.

Nizza, who has a popular YouTube channel and a podcast, “Ex-Psychic Saved,” has routinely shared her experience encountering the demonic as a young girl and becoming a professional psychic.

“When I was 12, I actually had two psychic attacks,” she said. “And a psychic attack, according to my own definition, is when you receive information psychically.”

Around that same time, Nizza had her first tarot card reading, which at first seemed “innocuous,” though she now believes it’s a “satanic practice” and a tool of divination that can lead people down dark and dangerous spiritual paths. That, sadly, was her exact experience.

“But what seemed innocuous … ended up to be an addictive, horrible rabbit hole of destruction,” she said. “And that was the entryway. [I] always say there’s a gateway or an entryway into the demonic, whether it’s tarot cards, Ouija boards, horoscopes, what have you.”

“Everyone who’s inside the faith has to go to the world and preach the gospel,” the artist recently told Billboard Magazine.

“I can’t simply convert and stay silent, you know? This isn’t simply making Christian music; the challenge is to make the kingdom part of pop culture,” he explained. “My vision [in the past] was to transform the industry when they told me I couldn’t. Now I’m in the same situation with a different purpose: revolutionize and reinvent.”

As CBN News has reported, Daddy Yankee decided to retire from music in 2022, telling fans he was ending his career and giving up his professional name.

Billboard reports he released his last album, Legendaddy, that year. Despite grossing more than $197 million and selling 1.9 million tickets for the tour, Ayala walked away for a bigger reason.

“What good will it be for a man to gain the whole world, yet forfeit his soul?” he said quoting Mark 8:36 at the final show of his farewell tour at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico. “That is why, tonight, I recognize, and I am not ashamed to tell the whole world, that Jesus lives in me and that I will live for Him.”

“All the tools that I have in my possession such as music, social networks, platforms, a microphone — everything that Jesus gave me — is now for His kingdom,” Ayala told the crowd at the time.

Now, the 49-year-old is following through on that commitment.

Thousands Seek Breakthrough, Healing, Spiritual Renewal During Prayer Festival

SEOUL, South Korea—At the break of dawn, thousands inside the Myungsung Presbyterian Church cry out in unison “Ju-yeo! Ju-yeo! Ju-yeo!”  or “Lord! Lord! Lord,” followed by a chorus of prayers.

This happens twice a year during the Early Morning Prayer Festival held at the church. It spans five days in March and September and daily attendance surges to about 25,000 as people seek God for breakthroughs, healing and spiritual renewal.

Not only has it been a church tradition but for many it is a family tradition, as well. Children who have been attending the early morning prayer are now parents who are bringing their own children to the service.

“Since I was a child, I experienced the grace and the blessings from the early morning prayer,” church member Jinju Jung told CBN News. “He answered my prayers especially blessing me with good health. And this is why I bring my children so they too will make it part of their life.”

She adds that the prayer festival has been a lifestyle for her family.

Jung’s daughter, Sira Kim, also shared about the answer to her prayers.

“I was 4 years old when I first joined the early morning service. It was hard to wake up but I am happy because God answers my prayers,” she explained. “The most recent [prayer] is I prayed (to attend) a summer camp in the U.S. and God answered my prayer. I was able to join the camp.”

Dawn prayer meetings have been a meaningful part of Korean Christian life, dating back over 140 years. As urbanization swept the country, however, the tradition began to fade.

“To spew evil, spray paint this on our church, in a form of hate, causes me to question the very belief system of [those] who participate, condone, and not condemn this kind of hate language and ideology,” wrote Community Bible Church Pastor Ed Newton in a Facebook post about the vandalism.

According to the photos, vandals allegedly tagged the property with the phrases, “Jesus wants Trump gone,” and, “No king but God.”

“Not a timeline, not a hard line, but we’re going to see how it all works out,” Trump stated. “They’ve lived there for a long time. They’re very violent. You understand, you’ve been covering it for a very long time, but we’re gonna find out.  “So it’s not a hot timeline, but it’s a line in my own mind. And at a certain point, if they don’t do what they’re supposed to do, then we’ll have to do it for them.”

‘We’re Restoring the Bible’: PA Legislators Declare ‘Day of the Bible’ Amid National Push

During this time of division and violence in America, an effort is underway to help put America on a better spiritual track. This move to create a national “Day of the Bible” got its start in Pennsylvania, where Keystone State legislators are already fighting back with the Word of God.

This year, Pennsylvania state legislators Stephanie Borowicz and Doug Mastriano spearheaded a move that now declares September 12th the “Day of the Bible” in Pennsylvania.

“I can’t think of anything more important than to put and restore the Bible back before (America’s) 250th anniversary,” State Rep. Borowicz told us.

The move is now gaining steam with a resolution introduced in Congress to recognize the day nationwide. Mastriano believes change is in the air.

He said, “We are that rock that dropped into the lake, and I believe we’re taking this land back.”

Last month, that effort began with a celebration in Philadelphia, held within Independence Square at a key location.

It really makes sense that the Bible would be celebrated in a place like this, inside Congress Hall. This place is historic—the first Congress ever in United States history met here for 10 years, from 1790 to 1800. Some of the original founders literally sat right here in these exact seats. And of course, the Bible was at the center of it all.

The September 12th date is the anniversary of the Continental Congress’s approval of the printing of the Aitken Bible, the first complete English-language Bible printed in America. It’s also known as the “Bible of the Revolution.” And in America, the view among conservative Christian legislators is that it’s time for another Bible revolution.
