I saw angels scavenging through trash cans, old filing cabinets and dusty warehouses, picking up rejected manuscripts of books, songs, screenplays and artwork, and then declaring, “These have been written and created ahead of their time—but their time is now!”

I saw “publishing angels” sitting on stacks of books, but these angels are now arising! These authors were strongly anointed as those who were seemingly born out of season, and their divine projects were ahead of their time, but their time has now come to be published and to be heard abroad.

Going to High Places

Some writings will ultimately end up in kings’ palaces as well as the prisons and rescue missions of the earth, for kings sit in both places. World leaders will find these divine writings in their laps delivered by the hands of “dignitary angels.” Some rejected and forgotten artwork will now be adorning the walls of government buildings and the palaces of world leaders.

I saw angels picking up discarded forms of divine artwork from the storage rooms of art stores and closets. These works of art were from original artists who have given up hopes and dreams of their artwork which God had called them to do. These same paintings and forms of prophetic artwork will now find their way into the halls of justice to hang on the walls and will prophesy into the governments of the world. Some artwork had the address stamped on their backs: 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC. (The White House.)

Other paintings and artwork will find their way into Middle East palaces to adorn their walls with justice and help break the powers of darkness off the minds of world leaders who assemble in these renowned palaces in the earth. Some of the most profound artwork was coming from prison cells and will be found in mansions of the richest men in the world.

Multiple Births

Some authors, whose difficult projects have given them great labor pains, will discover there was more than one dream in their womb. Some novels and screenplays that have taken so long and have had great difficulty in being completed are in God’s timing after all. The patient labor of these projects has only increased the size of their destiny and, having been carried full-term, are now nearing God’s delivery room.

With surprise, some authors will give birth unexpectedly to twins: a novel and a movie. From trash cans to theater screens, from filing cabinets to governmental cabinets and from the warehouse to the White House, dead dreams are rising!

I heard this Jewish carpenter declaring, “The day of trying to force square pegs into round holes is over. I’m carving out a new place for My so-called ‘misfits’ to influence the government of this nation. Since My foolishness is wiser than man’s wisdom, many will wonder what I’m up to in Washington, D.C.

“I’m digging up the foundation of a nation until it hits rock bottom. I will then hew it out of My rock of ages. Many will witness My explosive power like dynamite, interrupting and shaking this nation, releasing a tsunami effect worldwide with the fear of the Lord. The fuse has been lit. Stay focused on Me and don’t get addicted to the news of this world. Up until now they have blocked Me out, but the media will soon give way as I blow the hinges off of newsrooms.” {eoa}

They appeared to be angelic beings with metal detectors searching for treasure on the beaches of the earth. What seemed to be washed up upon the shores of life through storms and spiritual shipwrecks, disregarded by many, was now in great demand in heaven.

Much treasure was buried in the sands of beaches upon the earth. As angels began to dig deeper in the sand, an outline began to form of what appeared to be a large treasure: a form in the image and likeness of God appeared just beneath the sand—a human being!

Angels began reporting to heaven that many who were made in the very image of God had actually buried themselves and had died spiritually, trying to find rest and relaxation in the pleasures of the shifting quicksands of life. But Jesus now appeared, walking on the waters along these shorelines of the nations. The waters were being anointed.

‘Kings and Queens of the Earth Were Meant to Live in Castles’

As these “angelic beachcombers” continued to dig many of these lost treasures free, the grains of sands beneath them began to cry out the sweetest word ever heard upon this earth: “Repent!”

The grains of sand seemed to speak this word with so much love, as no human voice had ever spoken to these treasures before. In fact, one angel wrote with its finger across the beaches the word “repent,” and then built a heart-shaped sandcastle around it as heaven proclaimed, “Kings and queens of the earth were meant to live in castles. Return to Me!”

True “R & R” was coming to these worn, broken lives as they began being kissed by the Son of Righteousness rising upon them with healing in His wings. Sweet repentance and restoration was invading the beaches and shorelines of nations! Lost wedding rings were being restored to fingers. Great financial needs began to be met supernaturally from the mouth of a fish. Jonahs began to get up one more time from when they had fallen down and began to shake the sandman from their sleep!

‘Comb the Beaches, Mountains, Valleys, Cities … and My Own House’

I then heard the Father commanding these angelic beachcombers, “Begin on the beaches of the earth and then begin to move inland, combing the mountains and the valleys, the cities; and don’t miss combing through My own house to search and bring forth many of My treasures who have buried themselves in their own church traditions and are locked up inside those church walls. Compel them to go out now into the highways, the byways, the cities and the beaches and pick up the spoil that lies waiting.”

I heard these words recently, “We gotta ‘Go’ for launching! We gotta ‘Go’ for launching!” Then it dawned on me. There can be no launching without a great shaking. I don’t know about you but I’m sitting at the edge of my seat for what’s next, for the King is calling.

The King calls for us in many ways to launch us.

“Like an eagle stirs up her nest, that flutters over her young, He spread out his wings and took him; He lifted him on His pinions” (Deut. 32:11).

Is your life being stirred, shaken and interrupted? Have you taken authority over the enemy but he’s not listening to you? I’ll tell you why. The Lord has greater things for you. Like an eagle, He has landed and is shaking the hell out of the place where you are. Embrace the shaking and kiss your normal life goodbye. It’s time to spread your wings and fly, cause you’re an eagle, not a chicken. Don’t die in your nest.

Forty years ago when I started attending our church, in the Spirit I saw a huge eagle in a nest in our balcony. It was stirring the nest in people’s lives. It stirred and shook 26 of us members out into full-time ministry. Some went overseas and never came back but for visits for they fell in love with people over there. Some like myself stayed in the states. After 40 years, I saw this eagle returning to our church and to the body of Christ at large. The eagle has landed!  The eagle has landed in our lives!

The Eagle Has Landed to Stir Up Spiritual Gifts and Talents We Didn’t Know We Had

When the eagle landed 40 years ago in our church, it began to stir a hunger inside of me to hear God’s voice. Back then, I lived two blocks up the street and I would walk to church begging God to let me hear His voice in the church service, for I needed to know what to do with my life. I never came to church to hear my pastor preach, I came to hear God speak to me. Because I was expecting to hear from the Lord Himself, He never failed to anoint my pastor or anyone else who stands in our pulpit to minister exactly what I need to hear. For 40 years in the same church, God still speaks to me, for my expectation is only to hear from Him.

This eagle will stir, shake and interrupt our lives. Looking back over my life, God has been in my interruptions more than He’s been in my plans. I hear the Lord saying, “Kiss your normal life goodbye!” Your nest has had some nice comfortable feathers in it, but this year, as the nest shakes, the sharp sticks will jab and prick us out of our comfort to help us out of the nest, cause we were born to fly. Every storm and adversity you have ever faced has come to prepare you to spread your wings this year. Don’t die in the nest. The harvest is now. God often comes when we least expect it, when we are just going along in life minding our own business and our dream is within reach and we’re almost there. That’s when the eagle often comes, interrupting our lives, to be about our Father’s business.

The Lord says, “There’ll be no sitting on the sidelines this year. I’m taking the benches out. There’ll be no benches to sit on. I’m calling everyone onto the field of their neighbors, city sidewalks, market places and the nations. Wherever you go, I’ll be there.” The move is on! The King is calling for you.

‘Don’t Tell Me Where I Can’t Send You This Year’

A minister from the states was communicating with a tribal leader, who had a village far out in the bushes, in a foreign country. The minister said to the tribal leader, “If you can tell me of a road to get to where your village is, I will come and minister. The tribal leader responded back to the minister, “You better stay home. If you can’t blaze a trail to get to where we are, you won’t do us any good when you get here.” This eagle is stirring its nest looking for trailblazers. Unless we have enough of God’s love in us to compel us to blaze a trail and make a way where there is no way to reach the lost, we better stay home.

“Prepare for takeoff!—Make sure your seat belts are fastened securely.”

 These were the words my wife, Dagmar and I heard sitting on a flight to Houston, Texas recently to minister. Then the pilot came on the intercom and said, “We are expecting a nice flight to Houston today.” He also said, ” I want you to know that I have more experience in flying than Captain Sulley who landed the plane in the Hudson River.

When I heard this, I said, “Thank you, Lord, we are on the right plane with the right pilot.”

A little later he said, “I see a couple minor things up here that concern me. I will get the mechanics to check it out, then we’ll be on our way. After a while, He said, “I have good news for you. And I have bad news. The good news is, “You will be going to Houston. The bad news is, not on this plane.”

Those words pierced me and have never left me, for I believe it’s a prophetic word for the Body of Christ this year.

I’ve Got Good News and Bad News

I heard the Lord say, “We will be arriving at our destination that God has for us this year, but not by sitting in the pews of our churches. These pews will not take us there; neither will this nest.” We had to exit the plane to board another. Standing in a long line to board again, they announced yet another gate change for another flight. (There will be some gate changes coming for many of us this year.) I was frustrated with all these changes. I said, ‘Lord, what are you doing, because I’m on a mission for you?” He said, “First of all, I just saved you from a plane crash. Another thing, “I’m up to something good!” Many of God’s people with all the stirring, shaking and interruptions are wondering what is going on their lives. They are wondering where God is or where He went to. Let me tell you. “God is up to something good in your life”. He is reaching down and taking the good, the bad and the ugly and stirring it all around and causing everything to work together for good for them who love Him and are called according to His purpose. He has even pulled the stinger out of death and is using it for His glory!

From the pit, from the prison to the palace, the King is calling for you.

“So Pharaoh sent and called for Joseph, and they brought him hastily out of the dungeon. He shaved himself, changed his clothes, and came to Pharaoh” (Gen. 41:14).

There are many who feel like you’ve been in the pit for a long time. Others have felt like you’ve been in a prison. But we are in a “But God” season. This year, the King is calling you to the palace.

I think we have the wrong impression of what that palace was like for Joseph being second in command. The Bible doesn’t describe how beautiful that palace was but it does talk a lot about the reason God brought him there. “To save much people alive in the time of trouble and the famine that was coming.” Joseph considered the palace only to be a launching pad to launch his dream to save the people.

A King was building a palace in another country. He ordered huge pieces of glass mirrors to hang on the walls of the palace. When the shipment arrived, most of them were broken through shipment. He became so angry that He said his servants, “Break these huge pieces of glass into tiny pieces and throw them away. So they began smashing those huge glass mirrors into tiny pieces. As they were sweeping up all of the tiny pieces of glass to throw in the dumpster, one of the servants said to the king, “Oh, King, this stuff looks like diamonds! This stuff looks like diamonds!” As the King looked down on all those broken pieces, he had a divine thought. He had his servants pick up all  those tiny broken pieces and he began pasting them all over the walls of the palace. When people came and began admiring the diamonds filling the walls of his palace, the king would finally tell them, “What you are looking at is just tiny broken pieces of glass.”

Though hidden, the broken and crushed in spirit will rise out of the dust and ashes of life. God is making diamonds out of dust this year. He’s making diamonds out of us. This is the year for broken people to be healed and redeemed and our King will be decorating the walls of His palace house with broken people who shine like diamonds in His kingdom.

We’re Not In Kansas Anymore!

I am reminded of the Wizard of Oz movie where a tornado picked up Dorothy’s house in Kansas and whirled it to another place. When it landed, Dorothy said to her dog, “Toto, we’re not in Kansas anymore.” I hear the Lord saying to the body of Christ, “We’re not in Kansas anymore. You can’t go back and live like you used to and do the things you used to do. You will have to think different for you are in a new place.”

The King is calling for you and me. This is the moment we were born for. Ask the King what’s next for you. Don’t be surprised by what you hear. It may blow your mind. {eoa}

While walking to a park near our home recently, I heard loud shouting, like a crowd going wild, long before I got there. As I arrived, at the bottom of a field I saw hundreds of men in black uniforms running to and fro as the shouting continued non stop.

Officers were shouting commands in the faces of young men. At times the commands were to run across the field only to find another officer shouting back at them, “No, go back where you came from!” The whole scene was pandemonium.

I asked someone, “What is going on?” They said, “It’s the Marines. They are drilling young men before they go to boot camp.”

Later, while walking, I met two of the officers. I said, “What is all the constant shouting about? Some are losing their voices.”

One of them said, “It’s to create chaos so they learn how to function in the midst of it. On the battle field, when the guns are firing, they need to learn to shout loud enough so their comrades can hear them.” This day would give these young men the final opportunity to change their minds about joining the Marines.

I then knew the Lord was speaking loud and clear to me and to the body of Christ. The chaos that makes us feel like quitting and running away, actually becomes our training moment. It comes to train us to function in the midst of it. The God of the angel armies is teaching us to reign in a crazy world, to rule in the midst of our enemies. He’s using the chaos in our lives, He’s not wasting it.

In closing, the Lord said, “Son, didn’t you know the day you met Me, you signed up for war?” {eoa}

Spiritual Weather Forecast: A Writer’s Storm Is Coming!

I just read the late breaking news on the winter storm approaching the East Coast, where I live. As I read the headlines, instead of the word “winter,” I saw the word “writer.” I then knew this was the Lord speaking to me. I heard Him say, “A writers’ storm is coming! I’m sending a storm of writers who will write with the pen of transparency of heart and revelation. Their words will seem at first like innocent snowflakes falling. Then without warning, these words will gather momentum, causing spiritual blizzard conditions with avalanches of My Spirit falling on the hearts of nations.”

My Roof-Tearing Angels Have Been Released

“Palaces and prisons will witness miracles appearing like snow falling inside of them as their roof tops weaken under the heavy snowfall of My glory, coming from this writer’s storm. No house is exempt. These writings under My unction will have built in radar to find their readers. Men, women and children, weary and worn, will rise again to take the kingdoms of this world. My roof-tearing angels have been released and they have your address.”

“This writer’s storm will not end with Spring approaching. It will snowball throughout this summer and the rest of the year and continue storming the gates of hell.”

I sense something in the air. It’s as though heaven is descending a little lower to earth.

The prince of the power of the air is being divinely interfered with and massively interrupted. I heard heaven proclaim, “The time has come to redeem the airwaves covering the earth and begin to impact the media to become a conduit to pour out My Spirit upon all flesh!”

I then saw angels begin to anoint satellite stations and dishes above the earth. And on the Earth, angels were descending upon huge television and radio towers. Great heavenly broadcasting interference was about to come upon the Earth.

Angels were being assigned to billboards, newspapers and nationwide magazines. Even addresses of pornographic empires were being given to angels for assignments.

Airwaves Used to Announce Outpouring

Anything the angels could get their hands on was about to be used to make noise and alert people about the coming of a great outpouring of God’s Spirit and love coming to earth. Computer online services would feel the weight of God’s glory impacting them.

Divine favor was being given to many ministries with the media this coming year of 2017 to go nationwide and worldwide.

A hunger for the supernatural and the miraculous caused television and radio talk shows to open up for testimonies of genuine healings and heavenly visitations that would be broadcast around the world. News reporters were beginning to lean toward unusual stories of awesome happenings that were leaving their listeners spellbound with the idea that “There must be a God in heaven.”

I sense the Father saying. “I will use even the air itself to testify of my power and might. From shore to shore, I will become the desire of the nations!” {eoa}

In the Spirit, I saw God’s foot step down into cities and regions of the earth. I knew His foot represented great authority coming to earth.

When I saw His foot, I knew He had come to take back territory the enemy had stolen from His kingdom. As I began rejoicing at why His foot stepped down upon the Earth, He interrupted my praise service with a strong command: “Wash My feet!”

I was dumbfounded. I said, “Lord, how could I ever wash your feet?”

Pastors and Leaders Washing One Another’s Feet

The Lord spoke, “When you see pastors and leaders coming together and washing one another’s feet, you will see My foot come down with great power, releasing whole regions and territories back into My kingdom!”

I then saw a vision of pastors and leaders humbly kneeling before each other with basins of water and towels. As they began washing one another’s feet, titles, positions and even names of churches started drowning in that small basin of water. Pride, jealousy and envy were being drowned in just 12 inches of water. Weary, blistered feet that had lost their way in the dusty, soiled road of life were being healed by water and two hands of a pastor down the street. Help was never far away.

Even Our Eyes Were Being Washed With Tears

Tears began filling these basins to overflowing, tears of repentance from judging and misunderstanding one another. Even our eyes were being washed with tears to see that we were not each other’s enemy but were on the same team.

It was such a beautiful, pitiful sight. Pastors of huge churches and leaders of small churches, humbled and bowing before one another, confessing our total inabilities to advance God’s kingdom. Revelation began breaking forth upon us of how we needed each other. Many were held in each other’s grip, breaking together. Holy kisses were given out upon the faces and the feet. And a presence came as though we had kissed the face of God.

I Saw Divine Authority Flow

At that moment, I saw divine authority flow from the feet of one who was also in our midst. A divine authority and power was being unleashed upon regions and territories. We were shaking the very gates of hell with a basin of water and a towel. It seemed the smaller we became in one another’s sight, the bigger God became in the sight of the enemy. God began exalting Himself in the earth and among the heathen.

I heard the Lord speak to the angels that were present during foot washing. “Take the tears from those basins and put them in bottles. They will bring forth a great move of My Spirit to bring in the harvest.” {eoa]

It was late and I was tired, wanting to go to sleep, but God wanted to talk. It was about midnight, but it dawned on me that God does not sleep.

His question made me restless. “Bill, where on earth does man keep his most priceless treasures and valuables?”

I said, “Lord, usually these treasures like gold, silver, diamonds and precious jewels are kept locked up somewhere out of sight with usually guards and security to keep them under lock and key.”

God spoke. “Like man, My most valuable treasures on earth are also locked up.”

Out from These Walls Will Come Forth an Army

I then saw Jesus standing in front of seemingly thousands of prisons and jails. The Lord said, “These have almost been destroyed by the enemy, but these ones have the greatest potential to be used and to bring forth glory to my name. Tell My people, I am going this hour to the prisons to activate the gifts and callings that lie dormant in these lives that were given before the foundation of the earth. Out from these walls will come forth an army of spiritual giants. They will have power to literally kick down the gates of hell and overcome satanic powers that are holding many of My own people bound in My own house.”

Forgotten Vessels Must Be Restored

Tell my people that great treasure is behind these walls in these forgotten vessels. My people must come forth and touch these ones, for a mighty anointing will be unleashed upon these for future victory in My Kingdom. “They must be restored.” I then saw the Lord step up to the prison doors with a key. One key fit every lock, and the gates began to open. I then heard and saw great explosions which sounded like dynamite going off behind the walls. It sounded like all-out spiritual warfare. Jesus turned and said, “Tell My people to go in now and pick up the spoil and rescue these.” Jesus then began walking in and touching inmates who were thronging Him. Many who were touched instantly had a golden glow come over them.

God spoke to me, “There’s the gold!” Others had a silver glow around them. God said, “There’s the silver!”

‘Now Go and Pull Down Those Strongholds’
As if in slow motion, these people began to grow into what appeared to be giant knights in armor-like warriors. They had on the entire armor of God, and every piece was solid and pure gold, even golden shields. When I saw the golden shields, I heard the Lord say to these warriors: “Now go and take what Satan has taught you and use it all against him. Go and pull down the strongholds coming against My church.”

These spiritual giants then started stepping over the prison walls with no one to resist them, and they went immediately to the front line of the battle with the enemy. I saw them walk right past the church as big-name ministers known for their power with God were surpassed by these unknown warriors like David going after Goliath. They crossed the enemy’s line and started delivering many of God’s people from the clutches of Satan while demons trembled and fled out of sight at their presence.

Who Are These People?
No one, not even the church, seemed to know who these spiritual giants were or where they came from. All you could see was the armor, the golden armor of God, from head to foot, and the shields of gold were there. The shields were restored to God’s house, and there was great victory and rejoicing.

I also saw silver, precious treasures and vessels being brought in. Beneath the gold and silver were the people nobody knew: rejects of society, street people, the outcasts, the poor and the despised. These were the treasures that were missing from God’s house.

In closing, the Lord said, “If my people want to know where they are needed, tell them they are needed in the streets, the hospitals, the missions and prisons.

When they come there, they will find Me and the next move of my spirit. and they will be judged by My Word in Matthew 25:42-43: “For I was hungry and you gave Me no food, I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink, I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, I was naked and you did not clothe Me, I was sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.” {eoa}
