Israel Grieves As Hostages Killed by Hamas Are Identified

During this pivotal time of celebration in Israel, there is also a bittersweet element behind it as the bodies returned by Hamas are starting to be identified.

According to the BBC, Israel has currently identified four of the bodies of the slain hostages that were returned by Hamas. Two of them have been named by the IDF as Guy Illouz, 26, and Bipin Joshi, 23, who was a Nepalese citizen.

The families of Yossi Sharabi, 53 and Israeli-South African citizen Daniel Peretz, 22, were also named among the fallen. The BBC also noted that four additional bodies have been collected by the Red Cross in Gaza and will be moved back into Israel.

This comes as Israel has reportedly blocked the Rafah border crossing to and from Egypt and Gaza along with a reduction of aid coming into the area. Israel took these measures after Hamas failed to return all 28 bodies of the deceased Israeli hostages.

The 20 alive remaining hostages were released to go home to Israel, including Evyatar David who was in captivity for 738 days, during which time he was starved and forced to dig his own grave by Hamas.

Continue to lift up the families of the deceased hostages in your prayers, and for the recovery of the freed hostages as the assimilate back into everyday society. Pray for God to continue to expose the evil doings by Hamas as they have now been caught publicly executing people in Gaza who they believe had ties to Israel.

Jonathan Cahn Reveals the Prophetic Link Between Trump and Israel’s Hostage Release

On Oct. 13, 2025, Israel experienced a moment that many believers are calling nothing short of prophetic fulfillment. After two relentless years, hostages taken by Hamas in Gaza were finally released, culminating in a nationwide celebration and an outpouring of gratitude to God.

In a recent video message, best-selling author and prophetic voice Jonathan Cahn reflected on the deeper spiritual meaning behind the hostages’ liberation, drawing parallels between the event, ancient biblical holy days and the role Donald Trump played behind it all.

“A ceasefire has been put into effect, and there is celebration and hope in Israel and around the region,” Cahn said. He then remarked at President Trump’s role in bringing peace to the Middle East. “Could it be that President Trump was led to do what he did because of an ancient mystery? And could it be that Israel and Hamas were led to accept it because of that same mystery that determined when it would all happen?”

Cahn linked the 21st day of Tishri, the climactic seventh day of Sukkot, or the Feast of Tabernacles, to the hostage release. “It’s the final feast of God’s appointed times. And it’s not that anybody coordinated that because Trump happened to offer the peace plan about two weeks before that, and Israel and Hamas happen to accept it on a certain day which meant that the plan kicks in… and it falls on Monday the 13th,” he explained.

Cahn discussed how within the Feast of Tabernacles there is another special day of appointment: Hashanah Rabbah. “It is the last day of the Feast of Tabernacles. Now, if you’re Christian, you probably would say, ‘I never heard of it…’ That day is one of the few exact holy days that’s mentioned specifically in the Gospels.”

He then explained how this day falls on the seventh day of the “feast of seven days” during the seventh month. “Seven marks completion. So here God causes the captivity of two years to come to a completion. It’s ending on the day of completion. On the last day of the last feast,” said Cahn.

The prophetic symbolism did not stop there. Cahn pointed to the trumpet, linking its English variant “trump” to President Trump’s presence and role in Jerusalem during this appointed time.

“The trump has to sound in Jerusalem on the Hoshana Rabbah. And so the trump sounded in Jerusalem on Oct. 13, which is Hoshana Rabbah…” he stated.

Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones: Who Is the Antichrist?

In a culture increasingly consumed by technology, global control and moral confusion, a surprising new conversation is taking place, not among pastors or theologians, but between Tucker Carlson and Alex Jones regarding the rise of the Antichrist.

Breaking NewsSpirit-Filled Stories. Subscribe to Charisma on YouTube now!

The exchange, originally part of a larger discussion on faith, spiritual warfare and technology, highlighted how even secular leaders and tech moguls are beginning to grapple with biblical themes. The conversation turned toward tech billionaire Peter Thiel’s recent lecture about the Antichrist—a talk that instantly stirred both curiosity and outrage online. With Thiel’s major contributions to the advancement of technology and a cashless society, many are wondering if he could potentially be the Antichrist.

“I don’t think the Antichrist wants you to have a debate about the Antichrist,” Jones said.

“I think that’s probably right,” Carlson said. “And just in general, it’s worth talking tiny fraction of reality. Like the spiritual world, that realm is as real as the table we’re sitting at.”

“All I know is we should be having a discussion about the Antichrist,” Jones said. “I think you need to know the enemy.”

Carlson then described his understanding of the evil that would be noticeable regarding the Antichrist candidate.

“From my of of those books in the New Testament is that the Antichrist reserves the powers of God for himself. He pretends to be God. You know, ‘I’m all powerful…’ those are signs of evil,” Carlson said.

As technology and global influence expand, the conversation about the Antichrist serves as a stark reminder that spiritual realities are not distant or abstract. In a world where power and pride often masquerade as divinity, believers are called to vigilance, prayer and awareness, knowing that the spiritual realm is as real as the world around them.

Hamas Carries Out Brutal Public Executions in Shocking Display After Israel Peace Deal

Hamas has done even more of the unthinkable, publicly executing civilians in Gaza following the signing of the peace treaty with Israel.

According to the New York Post, the executions were caught on camera where eight different individuals are seen blindfolded and beaten, kneeling in the streets of Gaza. As the BBC noted, the murders of these civilians took place because Hamas considered them, “criminals and collaborators with Israel.”

Ahmad Zidan al-Tarabin is one of those killed for reportedly gathering agents into an “non-Hamas-aligned militia,” as the Post noted. Hamas also continues to target “clans,” which are small family groups that started gaining momentum during the Israel-Gaza war.

These horrifying acts started to be carried out by Hamas prior to the signing of the peace treaty with Israel. Reportedly, 52 members of the Dagmoush clan were killed by Hamas terrorists. Hamas accused this group of secretly working with Israel.

Allie Beth Stuckey Confronts Mormon on Sin, Scripture and Morality

In a thought-provoking debate between Allie Beth Stuckey and a group of progressive Christians, she spoke with a member of the LDS Church on what it means to show both love and truth the way that Christ did.

The LDS member, Jaden, argued for acceptance of someone’s sinful flaws as a means of empathy. However, Stuckey spoke the truth against this with grace.

“It’s not that I necessarily believe in choosing sympathy over empathy,” Stuckey said. “I believe in choosing love. And God gets to define love. 1 John 4:8, God is love. So, he gets to define it. He tells us in 1 Corinthians 13 what love is. He defines it for us. And one of the characteristics that we read in verse six is that love never rejoices in wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. So, if I am to love the person who says, ‘I’m struggling with this identity crisis. I feel like I’m born in the wrong body.’ I don’t think it’s wrong for me to say, ‘Wow, I’ve never been there, but that must sound really distressing, but let me tell you about the God who loves you and did not make a mistake with your body.'”

Stuckey pointed out that love does not mean giving up what is true. “I’m not going to sacrifice truth for feelings.”

Jaden then threw in her understanding of gender and identity, believing that “gender is a characteristic male and female in heaven. As spirits, we have male and female. I believe that.”

Stuckey came back, asking where in Scripture this was to be found, which showcased the difference between Christian views and Mormonism.

For believers, the discussion points to something deeper: while empathy and compassion are vital, they must never replace truth. Feelings can shift with culture, but God’s Word stands firm. In a world where love is often redefined, Christians are called to lead others not to their own version of truth, but to the Truth—Jesus Christ Himself. It is only in Him that real love and real healing are found, and it’s that unchanging truth that must ultimately guide every conversation, every conviction and every act of compassion.

Ms. Rinat Israeli had the welcome party at her home. Her son, Sagi, is a close friend of David. “I was waiting for this moment for two years. When he was inside it was like I could not breathe. This is the feeling,” she said. “You are waiting for this moment every day. Every moment I talked to him, I sent him the sun and the wind and the love. I wished him good morning and good evening.”

According to the Jerusalem Post, IIay also noted David, “…looks half the man he was. He looks starved. He looks exhausted.” However, knowing his brother is alive is an immense weight off of his shoulders.

“Ya’ll forgive me, I’m not sure how much I even belong speaking up here right now,” he said. “I was thinking about Matthew when He [Jesus] talks about ‘the least.’ When He said, ‘When I was hungry, you fed Me. When I was thirsty, you gave Me water. When I was in jail you came and visited Me.'”

The singer continued and discussed how it was because people spent time with “the least,” the world is currently hearing about Christ.

“The world is hearing about Jesus like they haven’t in decades,” he said. “There is a revival happening in the United States of America where you can’t go on a corner and not hear about Jesus…”

Jelly Roll then asked for audiences to put action to their faith.

“While we are hearing about Jesus, I encourage you to put faith on your feet and feet on your faith, and walk out of this building and go do for the least. They’ve heard of Jesus, now show them Jesus. Go feed the poor, go visit the ones in jail, go show them who Jesus was, and we’re done talking, it’s time to show.”

Jelly Roll’s words serve as a clarion call to action for every believer: revival isn’t just about songs or speeches, it’s about living out the love of Christ in tangible ways. Why More Senior Citizens Than Ever Are Leaving the Church

Is there a reason that an unprecedented number of senior citizens are leaving the church?

According to the Christian Post, research from both Gallup and Pew Research show a growing shift in the number of elderly people deciding to forego weekly church attendance over the past two decades. In the Gallup research poll, 60% of U.S. citizens over 65 went to church on a weekly basis. In 2020, that figure changed to 45% , marking a 15-point percentage decline.

The Pew Research Center looked at the church attendance rates of those in the Silent Generation and the older end of Baby Boomers and also found a ten percent drop in those who are going to church. These drops come as new Barna Research found a growing number of women leaving the church, especially among Millennials and Gen X.

So, why is this shift happening for the elderly?

As the Christian Post reported, some cite their health and mobility as reasons that limit their ability to attend church. Others find themselves in the role of being a caretaker for spouses or other family members which limit their ability to do so.

Loneliness is another reason why the report states that the elderly may not stay in church. As friends leave or pass away, along with the focus of reaching the next generation in many churches, elder adults just may feel left out. Changes within the church that they are uncomfortable with are another reason that they leave as well.

As we reflect on these trends, it is crucial to lift up our elderly brothers and sisters in prayer. Let’s pray that God would guide them to vibrant church communities where they feel welcomed, valued and spiritually nourished, and that they may continue to grow in faith and experience the joy of fellowship in their golden years.
