Randy Kay’s Near-Death Experience: From Medical Crisis to Heavenly Encounter

What began as a swollen calf and shortness of breath quickly turned into a fight for life — and a journey into eternity.

Author Randy Kay, in an interview with CBN News, says he was clinically dead after suffering seven blood clots — one near his heart and six blocking his pulmonary artery. Doctors told him he was a “walking dead man.”

“I had seven clots,” Kay recalls. “One near my heart, six that were blocking the pulmonary artery, which is the main blood flow to the lungs.”

His condition deteriorated rapidly. After collapsing during a medical examination, he was rushed to the emergency room, where physicians discovered the severity of the blockage. To make matters worse, Kay contracted MRSA in the hospital, which entered his bloodstream and caused clotting throughout his body.

“[They] tried to draw blood from my arm and could not,” he says. “It was like a traffic jam.”

As his body convulsed on the hospital bed, Kay says survival was his only thought.

To order Randy Kay’s new book, Heaven Encounters, visit .

“I was flopping around on the hospital bed… like a floppy fish out of water. I lost control. Could not breathe.”

Moments later, everything changed.

“My body went still,” he says. “Initially it felt like a tugging at my hospital gown… that was my spirit leaving my body.”

Kay describes looking down at his lifeless form from above.

“I became a third party to my body. So I was looking down on this still body. I knew that was my body, but that wasn’t me.”

He says he was then pulled upward by a brilliant light into what he describes as a galactic space. Suddenly, he saw what appeared to be spiritual warfare unfolding before him.

“On the right side, I saw these towering figures, which I later came to understand were angels. On the left side, I saw these other towering figures that were more decrepit looking… those were demons. They were warring over my soul.”

Though he had been born again and even taught in church, Kay says he had entered this moment during a personal crisis of faith. But as the battle raged, he knew exactly what to do.

“I knew implicitly… to cry out the name of Jesus Christ.”

Instantly, he says, he was no longer alone.

“As soon as I cried out the name of Jesus Christ, I was side to side with this figure who I knew was Jesus.”

What overwhelmed him most was not fear — but love.

“The first thought was, ‘So this is love.’ The person of love was so impactful to me that I knew that this was love…”

Kay describes Jesus embracing him and whispering two words that would forever mark his life: “Trust me.”

“To this day, that’s my mantra,” Kay says. “That’s how I live my life.”

He says light radiated from Christ, illuminating every dark place within him, filling him with joy. Then Jesus took him through moments from his childhood and adulthood, revealing how He had been present even when Kay had drifted into agnosticism.

“He showed me how He’d been with me every moment of my life, bringing me to this point.”

Today, Kay shares his story with one central message echoing from eternity: Trust Him.

Trump’s 5 Demands to Iran May Reshape the Future of the Middle East

The tension between the United States and Iran has reached a pivotal point. As diplomatic efforts continue behind closed doors, a clearer picture has emerged of what President Donald Trump is demanding from Tehran.

According to Open Source Intel on X, Trump has made five serious demands that Iran must meet.

1. Eliminate Enriched Uranium Stockpiles

One of the central demands is that Iran transfer its stockpile of enriched uranium. This stockpile is to be given to the United States.

2. Dismantle Key Nuclear Infrastructure

Beyond stockpiles, the administration is pressing for the dismantling of nuclear sites. Sites such as Natanz, Isfahan and Fordow are to be eliminated.

To order Troy Anderson’s new book, Designated Disrupter, visit .

3. Long-Term Nuclear Restrictions

Trump will not accept any sunset clauses, and there will be “zero enrichment indefinitely.”

4. Medical Exception Only

The reactor in Tehran will be allowed for low-level enrichment only for purposes related to the medical field.

5. Some Relief From Sanctions

There is a chance for Iran to receive some relief from sanctions, with additional incentives to follow, if it fully complies with the United States in all areas.

A Critical Crossroads

These demands come as the United States and Iran are meeting in Geneva. As NBC News noted, the discussion is the third attempt at “indirect negotiations.” Vice President JD Vance further stated, “The principle is very simple: Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.”

As tensions mount, this is a time for discernment, prayer and wisdom. The headlines may speak of uranium, missiles and sanctions. But behind it all is a larger truth: the future of nations ultimately rests in the hands of the Lord.

The world is watching. And the hour is serious.

Blood Moon on Purim 2026: Is This Rare Lunar Event a Biblical End Times Sign?

Are we about to witness a major sign of the end times?

A report by the Daily Mail noted that we are about to experience something spectacular on March 3: a total lunar eclipse. This eclipse will make the moon appear “a dramatic copper-red,” as the outlet describes, turning it a blood-red color. The totality of the eclipse will be at 6:04 a.m. E.T.

However, more than just a scientific beauty and wonder, even a secular outlet is curious if this phenomenon could have a biblical implication. The Daily Mail pointed to Joel 2:31, which reads:

The sun will be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awe-inspiring day of the Lord comes.

They further pointed out that the moon and the end times are referenced in Acts 2:20 and Revelation 6:12, which discuss the moon turning to a blood color, writing, “Believers often interpret these verses as signs that a blood moon could herald a time of upheaval, judgment for the wicked, or salvation for the faithful…”

To order Amanda Grace’s new book, Brace For Impact, visit .

What is striking about this moment is not simply that a blood moon is coming—it is that even secular voices are now turning to Scripture to explain what they are seeing in the skies.

If pastors won’t talk about these subjects or quote these verses, God is now using other means to get the truth across. This blood moon eclipse, which is happening at the same time as Purim, is not a random event. Instead, it points to the reality that the Bible is not fading into obscurity. It is rising in relevance. Creation itself seems to echo what Scripture has declared all along—that the sun, moon and stars would serve as signs.

Jesus warned us to discern the times, not ignore them. If the secular world is beginning to recognize biblical language in celestial events, how much more should believers be spiritually alert? We cannot afford spiritual apathy in an hour when prophecy appears to be stepping off the page and into the night sky. Instead of fear, this is a call to readiness—to examine our hearts, strengthen our faith and boldly proclaim the gospel while there is still time.

Greg Laurie Speaks Out on Israel and Antisemitism: ‘God Loves the Jewish People’

Greg Laurie is making it very clear: The Bible is a Jewish book, and by reading it we become more familiar with the Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ.

In a powerful post on X, Laurie shared about the biblical stance for what the Jewish people mean to God.

Let me say something that may sound controversial to some: God loves the Jewish people.

The Bible makes that very clear. We read:

“The Lord did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the fewest of all peoples, but because the Lord loves you…” (Deuteronomy 7:7–8)

Laurie notes that God chose Israel not because of who they were in size or ability, but because of God’s faithfulness.

God’s love for Israel was not based on their size, strength, or merit. It was rooted in His sovereign choice and covenant faithfulness.

The Bible itself is, in many ways, a Jewish book—written by Jewish authors, unfolding in a Jewish context, pointing to a Jewish Messiah: Jesus of Nazareth.

He also points out the hope that we as Christians have of being adopted into God’s family now because of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

But here’s the good news for the rest of us.

Even if you’re not Jewish—if you’re a Gentile—the Scripture says you can be “grafted in” to the promises of God (Romans 11). Through faith in Christ, we become partakers of the blessings God promised.

In fact, the Bible tells the story of a Roman centurion who loved the Jewish people and even built them a synagogue.

He understood something about God’s work among Israel—and Jesus commended his faith.

There’s a powerful lesson in that story for all of us.

In a video shared on the post, Laurie further says, “If you study the Bible, it won’t be long until you, too, have a love for the Jewish people. That’s a controversial thing to say right now because there’s a rise of antisemitism.”

The key, as Laurie puts it, is to understand the background of Scripture.

“The Bible is a Jewish book, given to us through Jewish authors, primarily. And God sent a Jewish Messiah, and this is a Jewish history book as well. So, as you study the Bible, you’re going to have a love for God’s chosen people, the Jews.”

At a time when antisemitism is rising, and confusion surrounds the role of Israel in God’s plan, Laurie’s words cut through the noise with biblical clarity. To love the Bible is to recognize its Jewish roots. To follow Jesus is to follow a Jewish Messiah. And to understand God’s covenant faithfulness is to see that His promises to Israel still matter.

The same God who chose Israel in covenant love has extended salvation to the nations through Christ. And when we truly grasp that redemptive story—from Abraham to Calvary—we cannot help but echo Laurie’s conviction: God loves the Jewish people, and His faithfulness endures forever.

Why Some People Aren’t Healed: A Healing Minister Responds

In a powerful conversation on The Daniel Kolenda Show, David Diga Hernandez tackled one of the most debated topics in the modern church: healing.

Kolenda and Hernandez spoke about miracles, unanswered prayers and the tension many believers feel when healing doesn’t happen as they expect.

Hernandez was clear from the outset — he does not believe healing is something a minister controls.

“I’m not making any claims about the ability,” Hernandez said. “I cannot heal the sick. I cannot heal the sick at will. I can only, when directed by the Spirit, minister as He leads — and the rest is up to Him.”

To order Daniel Kolenda’s book, Furious, visit .

That distinction is crucial in a climate where critics often accuse charismatic ministers of claiming supernatural control over outcomes. Hernandez firmly rejected the idea that the “gift of healing” means a person can heal anyone at any time.

“I’ve never met anyone who believes they can heal at will,” he said.

Instead, he described healing as an assignment — a grace given by God to minister in faith — not a personal power switch.

“God’s power backs His Word, but His presence backs His people,” Hernandez explained, emphasizing that the gospel itself carries power independent of human perfection.

He also addressed the difficult reality every healing minister faces: not everyone gets healed.

When asked whether he has prayed for people who weren’t healed, Hernandez answered without hesitation: “All the time.”

He has prayed for people in comas who did not recover — and others who did. He has prayed for the terminally ill who later passed away. Those moments once deeply frustrated him, but over time, his perspective matured.

“It used to frustrate me,” he admitted. “But I’ve learned that I’m not the healer.”

That shift brought freedom.

“Sometimes, is it a lack of faith? Yes. Is it always a lack of faith? No,” Hernandez said. “Sometimes, is it demonic in nature? Yes. Is it always demonic in nature? No.”

Rather than attempting to force a single explanation onto every situation, he embraces humility in the face of the mystery.

“We take what we know, and we trust God with the rest,” he said. “That’s basic trust.”

Hernandez also pushed back against a common criticism: if healing is real, why not empty hospitals?

“What children’s hospital is going to allow me to go room to room and do this?” he asked. “Logistically, it makes no sense. Legally, they wouldn’t allow it. Not everyone would want prayer. And even still, it would be up to God.”

For Hernandez, faith is not rooted in personal success rates but in Scripture itself.

“That’s why I believe in healing, because of the Word,” he said. “Despite what my experience will sometimes tell me.”

He pointed to biblical examples — Paul advising Timothy to take wine for his stomach, and Jesus not healing everyone at the Pool of Bethesda — as evidence that healing has never operated as a mechanical guarantee.

“It’s possible for two things to be literally true at the same time,” he said. “There’s the spiritual reality, which is still literal, and the material world, which is still literal. And sometimes those two don’t align.”

Yet he continues to preach that healing is God’s will — not as a formula but as a posture of faith. For him, the answer is not hype, manipulation or defensiveness — but simple trust in the Healer.

Kathryn Krick Leads Explosive Revival Movement in New Zealand

The gospel continues to be proclaimed to the very ends of the earth.

In a recent social media post, Kathryn Krick shared about a powerful revival in Auckland, New Zealand, during which many were set free.

Jesus moved so powerfully at Revival Is Now Auckland last night! 🇳🇿 So many from New Zealand were touched powerfully from God and filled with God’s power to spread His revival in their nation! There were also many who traveled from other nations to attend, such as Samoa, Singapore, Philippines, Vanuatu, Malaysia, Fiji, Cook Island, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Australia. God filled the hungry, set captives free, healed bodies, and poured out His Spirit so mightily!

Krick shared that following this powerful move of God, many hearts were set ablaze with revival.

So many testimonies were shared after the event of how lives were changed, the miracles received, and how hearts are ignited for revival. Glory to God!

To order Kathryn Krick’s new book, Ignite Revival, visit .

Even now, in a world filled with uncertainty and spiritual hunger, moments like this remind us that God has not gone silent. He is still moving. He is still saving. He is still healing. The same Spirit poured out in the book of Acts has not diminished in power or purpose. Revival is not a relic of church history—it is a living testimony that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

Across nations, He is calling people out of complacency and into consecration. He is igniting fresh hunger for righteousness and pouring out bold faith in a new generation. Miracles are not confined to the past—they are unfolding in real time as the Holy Spirit moves. And if history teaches us anything, it is that when God begins to stir, He is preparing to do even more.

Revival is not ending—it is spreading.

Hidden Weapon of the Spirit: Why Praying in Tongues Still Matters

In an age where the headlines feel darker by the day, many Christians are wrestling with a question they can’t shake: How do we fight what we can’t see?

On the Directed Life podcast, Kap Chatfield and Luke Reelfs discuss how the answer isn’t found in another outrage cycle or another deep dive into corruption. It’s found in a spiritual weapon the Western church has often neglected: praying in tongues.

“There are things going on around us that we can’t see that have more authority over what happens in the world than we realize,” Chatfield says early in the conversation. He insists that praying in tongues, as Scripture teaches, is vital for fighting our spiritual battles.

When co-host Reelfs asked the question many Christians quietly wonder, he didn’t dance around it: “Can everybody do this? Is it a little more of one of those gifts where it’s like not everybody has the same gift?” Chatfield’s response was clear: “Every Holy Spirit-filled believer can access a personal prayer language to edify themselves at all times.”

To order Kap Chatfield’s new book, The Power to Prosper, visit .

Chatfield frames the current moment as a pressure cooker—one that is tempting believers to react emotionally rather than respond spiritually. “We are being trained like a cat with a laser pointer,” he warns, describing how constant breaking news conditions people to fixate, panic and move on, only to repeat the cycle again. The result, he says, is soul exhaustion—and spiritual distraction.

Instead, Chatfield says Christians are being called back into a deeper dimension of prayer. “Prayer isn’t a last resort. It’s a first response,” he says. And the specific focus of this episode is what he calls an “undertaught” form of warfare: “Praying in tongues is one of the most effective forms of spiritual warfare that helps us build things and tear down things and create pathways.”

He grounds the practice biblically, pointing to Jesus’ words: “In Mark 16:17, Jesus says… ‘And these signs will follow those who believe in my name… They will speak with new tongues.’” From there, he walks listeners through Acts 2 and 1 Corinthians 12–14, arguing tongues function both corporately (with interpretation) and privately, as personal edification.

One of his central claims is that praying in tongues bypasses mental limitation. Quoting Paul, Chatfield says: “For if I pray in a tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.” That, he explains, is why it can feel strange at first—because the mind observes while the spirit prays.

And in warfare, he says, that matters.

“It is an unintelligible language,” Chatfield notes. “We don’t even know what we’re praying. The devil doesn’t know what we’re praying, but God knows what we’re praying.” He calls it “an unhackable source code”—a way to pray mysteries, align with God’s will and strengthen the inner man.

At the end, Chatfield keeps the invitation simple: ask God in faith, worship privately and yield your tongue. “Your mind will tell you you’re crazy… Your mind will tell you it’s fake,” he says, “and that’s when you just have to keep pressing through.”

In a world shaken by visible chaos and invisible battles, we cannot afford to fight with natural weapons alone. Scripture reminds us that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers—and that kind of warfare demands spiritual firepower.

Praying in tongues is not emotional excess or spiritual hype; it is divine partnership. It is yielding our limitations to the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to pray the perfect will of God through us when we cannot see, cannot understand and cannot articulate the need.

Former Worship Pastor Arrested for Wife’s Murder, Accused of Staging Elaborate Crime Scene

A former worship pastor and contestant on American Idol, Caleb Flynn, has been arrested for the murder of his wife, according to ChurchLeaders.

As the report noted, Flynn, 39, served as a worship arts pastor and director from 2010 to 2021 at two different churches. He has been charged with the murder of his wife, Ashley, 37. He faces charges of two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and two counts of tampering with evidence.

Fox News also noted that Flynn “allegedly staged the crime scene in order to throw off detectives…” Flynn is currently at the Miami County Jail in Ohio, and pleaded not guilty. His bond is set at $2 million, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 26.

Previously, Flynn said that someone had broken into the house and murdered Ashley.

“…somebody broke into my home, somebody broke into my home and shot my wife,” he stated according to Fox. “”My wife, she’s got two shots to her head, there’s blood everywhere…”

Back in 2013, Flynn said on America Idol that he “…absolutely love[s] the Lord. I love my wife more than anything…”

In a social media post, Flynn’s church, Christian Life Center, released a statement regarding the loss of Ashley, writing:

Our hearts remain heavy as we continue to grieve the tragic loss of Ashley Flynn.

Ashley was a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished member of Christian Life Center. Her life touched many, and her absence is deeply felt throughout our church family.

As the events surrounding this tragedy continue to unfold, we join you in the shock, sadness, and unanswered questions many are experiencing. In moments like these, we are reminded of our calling as the body of Christ: mourn together, to care for one another, and to draw near to God, who is our source of comfort and peace.

We encourage our church family to remain anchored in prayer and wisdom. Let us guard our hearts, extend grace to one another, and resist the pull toward speculation or gossip.

Two young daughters have lost their mother, and a family continues to walk through profound grief. Please continue lifting them in prayer.

May the God of all comfort surround each of us with His peace.

“Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep.” – Romans 12:15

In Christ,

Pastor Jordan

During this time, pray for the Flynn children who have lost their mother, and for the other grieving friends and family as they navigate life without Ashley.

Prophecy Fulfilled? Charlie Shamp’s 2025 ‘Miracle on Ice’ Word Comes True in 2026 Olympics

In a striking prophetic declaration from 2025, Charlie Shamp shared what God spoke to him about one of the most iconic moments in sports history.

According to Shamp, the word came weeks in advance with a clear and unusual instruction: “Get ready for another miracle on ice.”

“The past several weeks, the Spirit of the Lord has continued to come to me in a very unusual way,” Shamp said. “And the Lord spoke to me and he said, ‘Get ready for another miracle on ice.’”

What followed was a vivid image. “When He spoke this to me, I saw a golden puck,” Shamp explained. Then came an even more specific direction: “Watch what I’m going to do in the 2026 Olympics.”

Beyond just a sports victory, Shamp believed the moment would carry national significance. “There’s something that’s going to happen with the U.S. hockey team that is going to bring a love for the nationality… like a good sense of pride for America again,” he said.

To order Abby Trivett’s new book, The Power of Suddenly, visit .

Shamp’s video then cuts to breaking sports coverage confirming what he had prophesied — Team USA capturing Olympic gold in men’s hockey in dramatic fashion. “Breaking news. Breaking news,” the broadcaster announced as the moment unfolded.

For the first time since the legendary Miracle on Ice, the United States stood atop the podium. The gold medal game against Canada was a thriller. After an early U.S. goal and a Canadian equalizer, the game headed into overtime.

For those who followed Shamp’s original prophecy, the victory was more than just a game-winning goal. It was a moment that, as he said, would spark “a good sense of pride for America again” — a reminder that even in the arena of sports, God can move in ways that capture the heart of a nation.
