In an update to the International House of Prayer Kansas City community, the ministry’s new interim executive, General Kurt Fuller, says that a lack of leadership training has dominated the issues currently surrounding the prayer room, and that these leadership issues will be addressed immediately.

“I do believe that the purpose of this ministry was and is inspired by God,” Fuller said. “And that in order to enter into all that He has for us we’ve got to evolve and we’ve got to be willing to make some changes.”

“One of the key opportunities that I’ve seen here is that this base has a lack of solid leadership training and really no formal leader development programs. We need to fix this starting now. And it’s going to take time and resources and organizational energy but it’s critical for our corporate health,” Fuller added.

Fuller sees that absolutely no one should be placed in a leadership position if they do not possess the character and competency qualities required to lead well.

“We should never put anyone in a leadership position at any level who doesn’t have the character and competence that are required to lead effectively,” Fuller said.

Fuller also explained how placing people in leadership positions without training is destined to fail.

“To thrust anyone into a role like that without proper training and preparation is a recipe for failure. So, it’s very clear to me from the many examples of hurtful experiences that have been shared with me, they’re a direct result of this dynamic.

“I don’t believe that anybody intended to hurt anyone or intended to wound others, but many staff members were simply not trained in proper leadership principles,” he added.

Fuller shared that part of this updated leadership training will include identifying misconduct, how to carefully report these events and for how to respond.

This update comes after Misty Edwards, known for her worship leading at IHOPKC, shared an “Appeal and Protest Statement,” which was a collaborative document response of the ‘Jane Does’ in the Mike Bickle investigation. In this document, Edwards shared how there had been women falsely identified as victims by the advocate group.

“While a narrative has been presented of many female victims whom the “advocate” group is representing, the true story that has not come out is how many of those victims were involuntarily labelled that and had narratives constructed by others forced upon our lives, that we have been forced to defend ourselves from. This has been painful, humiliating, and traumatizing to all of us.” The document read.

Fuller’s message also comes shortly after Eric Volz, the managing director of the David House Agency, gave an update to the IHOPKC community stating that the statistical number of incidents during IHOPKC’s existence has been very low, however, there have been cases that were not handled properly. All of these updates come following from IHOPKC’s formal and permanent separation from Mike Bickle.

“I made a decision; I said, ‘I’m not going to worry. My life belongs to the Lord. He has every day of my life in His hands,'” Bravatty says. “I remember when the doctor was telling me about the pancreatic cancer and then the ovarian cancer, I was in tears…I was just feeling devastated but God was holding my hand.”

By making this decision to cling to Jesus no matter what the outcome was, discovering that God had answered her prayers and miraculously healed her was one of the greatest moments of her life.

“It was a great miracle,” Bravatty says. “My doctors here at Northwestern told me we have never had this happen to us…I was declared cancer free.”

Bravatty points to the Lord’s goodness for extending her life and allowing her to still be alive today.

“I know the Lord extended my life with a purpose,” Bravatty says. “I know with the type of diagnosis that I had, with the history that I had, I was not supposed to be alive and healthy, but the Lord allowed me to that…to allow me to live and to share that there is nothing impossible for God, no matter the diagnosis, no matter the family history.”

In her feature article of Charisma Magazine Online, Bravatty also noted how it is through this time, this process of seeing God do a miracle, that she has since discovered how the Lord continues to show His glorious nature to her.

“I now understand that each day is a gift from God, who changed my heart through the process,” Bravatty writes. “I aim to live every day to the fullest!”

Bravatty’s story is a testament to unwavering faith and the transformative power of trusting God in the midst of life’s storms. Regardless of the challenges she faced, the presence of Jesus became the anchor that carried her through the entire healing process.

Can demons possess humans, and if so, how does it happen?

After Howard Pittman descended into hell after experiencing actual, physical death, he saw the reality of hell and how the demonic works to snare God’s children. Pittman claimed to have experienced a journey beyond the veil, witnessing Satan’s kingdom and gaining profound insights into the afterlife. “There’s no words in the human language to describe crossing the veil,” Pittman said in an interview. “I passed out in this darkness. I felt—I really felt abandoned, all alone. First time I’d ever experienced that kind of darkness. There was no light. And then all of a sudden, I saw something that [came] right out of the top of that darkness and it was like a tape that was just twirling around.”

In the darkness, this tape that Pittman kept seeing that was right in front of him was Hebrews 9:27 which reads, “As it is appointed for me to die once, but after this comes the judgment.” Pittman knew that the time of judgment was coming.

Following this, Pittman encountered Satan himself. The devil, according to Pittman, attempted to deceive him into relinquishing his breath in exchange for promised peace, rest and security. This aligns perfectly with the Scriptures that discuss Satan as the one who tries to disguise himself as the angel of light (2 Cor. 11:14) and as the one who comes to steal, kill and destroy (John 10:10).

One of the most critical things that can be learned from Pittman’s testimony is how spiritual powers and principalities are able to work. This includes how Pittman gained insight into how the demonic forces possess people.

“My escort informed me that he wanted me to see a demon in the process of actually possessing a human being,” a Pittman testimony reads. “At this point in the trip, I was escorted back through the dimension wall separating the Second Heaven from the physical world.”

It was during this time with the angel guiding Pittman that he discovered how spiritual hosts like demons and angels will not work either for or against humans without that person’s consenting will. However, possession absolutely happens.

“He moved slowly up into the face of the man then, suddenly, like a puff of smoke, he seemed to disappear into the face of the man just as if he went right through the pores of his skin,” the Pittman testimony reads. “When the demon had entered the man, the angel said, ‘Now it’s done.’ The angel then proceeded to tell me how it was that this particular man was possessed.”

Howard Pittman’s journey through the afterlife offers a mesmerizing glimpse into the mysteries that lie beyond the veil. It’s a reminder that heaven and hell are real, and what we do here—who we serve here on earth—makes a difference in what we will see happen with our eternal future.

President and CEO of Behold Israel, Amir Tsarfati, just gave a striking update on cancelation and how the current conditions with Hezbollah could potentially affect the future of Israel.

“I don’t know if you know, but I just told everyone on social media, I was able to announce that I’m de-platformed from Wikipedia,” Tsarfati said. “Ever since October 7th people were watching my videos and they plotted how can they shut my mouth. I mean, they cannot touch Telegram, so they went to the easiest thing, which is complaining to Wikipedia that my page there is biased.”

Tsarfati says that contrary to what has just happened, he was originally approved to be on Wikipedia.

“There’s many more on that camp that wants to silence me,” Tsarfati said. “I was taken down from Wikipedia…but that’s the beginning.”

Besides his own personal struggles with cancelation, Tsarfati discussed the challenges happening in the Middle East especially in regards to Hezbollah and Hamas.

“Twice, there were UAVs that Hezbollah sent that were successfully intercepted…they were aiming at strategic and sensitive locations that are game changers if they would have been destroyed,” Tsarfati said. “If Hezbollah mission yesterday would have been successful, Beirut wouldn’t be standing here even today.”

Tsarfati also reported that what had happened was the Hezbollah liaison between Iran and Hamas was killed. He also described that Hamas is willing to agree with a two-state solution, but does not actually support what it means.

“A couple of days ago, Hamas leader in the diaspora, his name is Khaled Meshaal, was interviewed, and he was asked about a two-state solution,” Tsarfati said. “He said, ‘We may have to accept a two-state solution just as a way to survive, but we, Hamas, do not support a two-state solution.'”

Tsarfati also described how the support for the Palestinians is largely from people in America, not from other parts of the world.

“It’s the progressive liberals in the democratic party in America that continue to push for a solution that no one wants, neither in Israel nor even the Hamas,” Tsarfati said.

Tsarfati also makes a powerful observation that in Scripture we see mention of Israel, but there is not a mention of a Palestinian state. As tensions continue to rise in the Middle East, Tsarfati warns that 2024 will be full of hardships.

“2024 is going to be the most challenging year ever,” Tsarfati said. “But it’s beautiful if you really think about it. It’s beautiful because we don’t trust horses or chariots; we trust in the name of the Lord.”

For those of us near and far away from the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, let us remember to pray for the peace of Jerusalem as Scripture says, especially now as we inch closer each day to the return of Christ.

Is America heading toward destruction? Are we going to enter into a Leviticus 26 era?

In one of his latest videos, Perry Stone delves into what Leviticus 26 means and what the implications of it could be for America.

“In the Old Testament there’s the blessing and the curse of the Law of God,” Stone said. “The blessing means the favor of God or the hand of God is on something and God begins to bless, but a curse is totally the opposite…when God allows a curse to come into a nation, we think of curse as being different things, but a curse in the eyes of God means to diminish that nation, to make it smaller, to take away His favor and take the blessing off of it.”

In Leviticus 26, there are specific curses that are mentioned that will reign down upon a nation if they were to abandon their devotion to God and instead mock Him. As a nation founded upon Christian values and beliefs, is it possible that America will see this kind of turmoil?

“There’s no doubt about it that America was founded by men who believed in a divine creator God, wasn’t some idol god, it was the true God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. We also know that they were individuals that many of them attended church,” Stone said.

Warnings of terrorism and impending doom are part of what Leviticus 26 describes, and from Stone’s observations, this is something that we saw after 9/11, especially as people fled away from the towers during their collapse. He also says that other allusions to authority and destruction can also point to our government.

“In the Old Testament, the high places were the mountains up on which people worshiped idols,” Stone said. “For us today, our high places could allude to our high towers, our towers or high buildings, or places of great authority. And one of the places of our military authority, for example, would be the Pentagon or even the capital of the United States. So once again, these warnings start fitting into what I see happening.”

Stone points out that God gave the Israelites instructions on what they should do as they came out of Egyptian bondage.

“If they will follow Him, love Him and obey His Word, He’ll bless them coming in, bless them going out, make them the head and the tail…so there’s this great blessing placed upon any nation that puts God first and gives honor to prayer, to His covenant,” Stone said.

In the same way that God had given warning for what would come either in the form of blessing or cursing based on Israel’s acceptance or rejection of Him and His commands, we too could be facing some of the same situations today based on our actions toward God.

“When the hand of the Lord is on something, it indicates that the favor of God is upon it,” Stone said. “If the hedge is lifted and the hand of God which represents His favor and blessing is removed, that is when you have natural disasters. That’s when you have earthquakes. That’s when you have tsunamis. That’s when you have strange cosmic activity.”

As we have seen these unusual natural phenomenon take place, we can see that not only are we heading toward end times, but we are, in fact, seeing what life is like when a people group retreats from worshiping the one, true, living God. Yet, just as Abraham interceded for the people of Sodom and Gomorrah before its destruction, He is calling the Christians of America today to intercede on behalf of a nation gone astray.

“It’s time for the remnant to begin to seek God and pray to at least delay what could be coming on Leviticus 26,” Stone warned.

While many just celebrated their championship of the pro-life cause, 2023 reigned in as at least the fifth consecutive year where abortion was the number one killer worldwide.

As The Christian Post reported, Worldometer statistics showed that 44.6 million abortions took place around the globe last year.

That’s 44.6 million people who never had the opportunity to see the light of day. People who never had the chance to take a first look at the world around us, take their first steps or laugh in the company of family and friends.

While the pro-life cause has been carried and empowered by millions for years, especially after the reversal of Roe v. Wade, this is still a steep number to fathom. Abortion doesn’t just affect lives in America. It affects lives all over the world.

The second leading cause of death last year was from communicable diseases, with 12.9 million people losing their lives. While this number is still a lot, that’s over 31 million people more who have suffered death before they could even grasp what life truly is.

For many, abortion is performed out of convenience, some out of fear and others by pressure. But what if there is a deeper, spiritual reason as to why abortions are performed?

It is in Scripture where we first see that God knits people together in the womb. There is frequently quoted Psalm 139:13 which reads, “You brought my inner parts into being; You wove me in my mother’s womb.”

There’s also the passage in Jeremiah which shows that God knows us even before we are ever conceived.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; and before you were born I sanctified you,” (Jer. 1:5).

Human beings are, from the very beginning, known, seen and put together by the Lord. We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works.

Because we are known and created so purposefully by the Lord, it is a great demise, a plan of the enemy to want to destroy us from the very beginning. The devil hates God, so why wouldn’t he hate the very beings made in God’s image?

So, abortion is one way to stomp on the very created beings that the Lord has called by name. Abortion is a tool to wipe us out from the very beginning, to remove us from the equation altogether. A human being who never has the chance to know the Lord and walk beside Him is much easier to take out than a human being who has tasted and seen the goodness of the Lord.

The enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life and life more abundantly. So, instead of allowing this enemy to come in and destroy precious, innocent lives, it is the job of the Christian to pray against this evil and reach out to those in need who may be considering abortion. If we are not praying for the unborn, then who is?

Music artist Lil Nas X is addressing the backlash he’s received since posting his blasphemous videos part of his “Christian era.”

With over 9.5 million views on YouTube, Nas’ video for ‘J Christ’ has swamped the internet with the vulgar-laden depictions of himself as Jesus.

In the ‘J Christ’ video, Nas takes viewers through many different settings, including the gateway to heaven, the bowels of hell, a fight between the heavenly and demonic realms, the crucifixion and a modern-day depiction of Noah’s ark during the flood.

Each of these scenes takes God’s goodness in a way that is perverted and mocked. Nas wears suggestive women’s clothing in many of the scenes, and openly curses throughout the video. In the scene of Nas and Satan playing basketball, the devil can be seen wearing Lil Nas’ shoes from a couple of years ago that Nas promoted with Nike. At the height of the video, Nas shows himself as Jesus on the cross with a group of people cheering around. And the video concludes with the earth flooding in our modern-day and time, with Nas on an ark with 2 Corinthians 5:17 appearing on the end screen.

Nas had also posted a video of himself indulging in the elements of communion, with a vulgar caption.

Since posting these videos and the promo for ‘J Christ’ that are supposedly part of Nas’ “Christian era,” Nas has spoken out about the backlash he’s received from the Christian community about these videos.

“I wanted to not necessarily apologize, but I wanted to explain like where my head’s at,” Nas said in a video posted on X. “First of all, when I did the artwork, I knew there would be some like, upset people and whatnot, simply because you know religion’s a very sensitive topic for a lot of people. But I also didn’t mean to like, mock.”

Nas said that it was his intention to show that he is “back like Jesus.”

“I’m not the first person to dress up as Jesus, I’m not the first rapper, I’m not the first artist, and I won’t be the last,” Nas said.

He also addressed the communion video, saying he thought that video would help “lighten the mood.”

“I didn’t understand the idea of, you know, the reality of what it is,” Nas said.

He continued to discuss how he doesn’t agree completely with Christianity’s beliefs, but sees where some things were taken too far.

“I don’t agree with all of Christianity’s rules or whatnot. Not everybody follows Christianity by the book, 100%, or the world would be a lot crazier. But I do apologize for that…this is not to try to get like everybody on my good side or whatnot, this is more so to clear my own head about my own decisions. I know I messed up, like really bad this time,” Nas said.

Nas concluded his video by discussing his excitement for the rest of what he has planned for this “era.”

Whether fully understanding it or not, Nas may have felt the mental turmoil about what he depicted because mocking God for one’s own promotion is a hefty weight. Truly knowing God is more than just an “era.” It is a relationship with the living, victorious God who desires to know us and for us to know Him. It is knowing with a repentant and humble heart that what Jesus did on the cross is the most self-sacrificial, loving act that anyone ever could have done and ever will do. Christianity isn’t just a one-day show, an experience to be felt in passing. True Christianity is encountering and walking with a holy God who has poured out His love and mercy on sinful human beings like you and I.

Jane Doe Appeal and Protest Statement (Jan.16, 2024)

Many of us alleged Jane Does have been silent throughout the months of the three IHOPKC investigations and difficult ordeal. While other voices have chosen to clamor loudly and insistently, we have maintained our silence, desiring to retain whatever measure of privacy of life we could that was left after our lives were invaded by the violating behavior of those involved in a calculated “Jane Doe” campaign that is being done in the name of “love, transparency, justice, and advocacy.”

While a narrative has been presented of many female victims whom the “advocate” group is representing, the true story that has not come out is how many of those victims were involuntarily labelled that and had narratives constructed by others forced upon our lives, that we have been forced to defend ourselves from. This has been painful, humiliating, and traumatizing to all of us.

Some in the “advocate” group keep stating that “victims have been intimidated to come forward to talk to legal investigators.” This is untrue. We have engaged with the three investigative legal teams that IHOPKC has brought in. Though all the legal teams have been professional and respectful, the nature of the circumstances and its necessary questions have caused us to endure recurring humiliation, distress, trauma, and pain as we have had to have repeated conversations about humiliating topics concerning the insinuations and suggestions that others have projected onto our lives and workplace dynamics.

Behind the scenes we have been harassed, secretly recorded, had family members contacted, had our phone numbers given out, and been bullied and pressured to “admit” to being victims, and when we have refused such untruths, we have been gaslit, told that these people know the true stories of our lives better than we do, and had the narratives they have formed about our lives suggestively put in media articles and social media posts, or threatened to be put in public articles.

When we refuse to capitulate to the narratives being promoted about our lives by some of the “advocates” we have been threatened, called liars, Stockholm syndromed, accused of covering up, being mentally compromised, having memories repressed, being complicit, and even suicidal.

Now some in the “advocate” group are insisting on a fourth investigation, putting us through even further anguish and injustice, while they themselves have as of yet refused to be formally investigated even once by a legal team in context to their character, narratives, or the processes by which they have promoted various accusations against many of us.

We are exhausted, humiliated, and done. We appreciate the concern for others who express victimhood, but frankly, there is another group of victimized women here–the women, and former women, of this house who have been forced to engage in this horror show against our will for the sake of someone else’s agenda against Mike Bickle and IHOPKC.

While some in this group, comprised primarily of what would be considered righteous men of God, have clamored loudly and insistently and forcefully that they are “advocates” of a series of abused women, the truth is that in reality our lives have been bullied and abused by them. They profess an adamant knowledge of our victimization and credible evidence that suffices it. These are all based upon second-hand stories and hearsay. Not one of them has ever spoken to any of us except Jane Doe #3, only to have the testimony of her own personal life story refuted to her face and overridden by their insistence that they knew her life story better than she. May Jesus strengthen her in this hour.

Meanwhile, some of these men continue to boldly declare to the world that they are the “advocates” of multiple victimized women, all while having their foot on our necks in full refutation of the actual narrative of our lives. They are determined that their narrative of our lives will be established as the “truth” about our lives. Our voices mean nothing to them.

The idea that all the men in this group and some of those closely working with them are “advocates” of abused women is self-righteous posturing that is better defined as “this group are advocates of women who agree with their narrative.” If you don’t agree with their narrative, you become just as abused by their hands as the women they claim to represent.

As a result, our names, our life narratives, and our spiritual family have been forcibly smeared. The damage done has been devastating and cruel. We are simple, quiet people who just wanted to worship Jesus and pray for the nations. We wait for the throne room judgment of Jesus Christ when all true things will be laid bare and vindication will be eternal.

Our appeal is that they STOP harassing, bullying, and shaming us in public and private. Our appeal is that we not be forced to endure the trauma and humiliation related to another round of investigations by a fourth professional team as some in the “advocate” group are insisting upon. In grief, painful endurance, and unified agreement,

The accord of at least five “Jane Does” (as identified by the “advocates” and some of those associated with them)

Previously Edwards posted on Facebook that she was not one of the women who had experienced abuse by Bickle. Another potential ‘Jane Doe,’ April Rose from IHOPKC had also previously reported that she had not experienced abuse from Bickle either.

This investigation is currently underway, and it is important for Christians to pray for all parties involved.

“…probiotics are also found in fermented food such as kefir, kimchi, kombucha, miso, natto, pickles, sauerkraut, tempeh, traditional buttermilk and yogurt,” Colbert writes. “If lactose intolerance is a concern, or you are sensitive to dairy, opt for coconut kefir or coconut yogurt, or goat or sheep yogurt or kefir.”

When it comes to prebiotics, Colbert recommends eating fruits, whole grains, legumes and vegetables.

In his interview with Charisma Magazine Online, Colbert also says that for good gut health, following the keto and Mediterranean diets is key for living a vibrant and healthy life, along with intermittent fasting.

“When you’re fasting, you’re cleaning your brain out on the cellular level, similar to a self-cleaning oven,” Colbert says. “Intermittent fasting does a similar process in our brain and in other words helps restore brain cells as well as our memory by removing cellular waste and then cleaning out the mitochondria so they can boost energy. So, brain speed increases, memory improves.”

Not only does eating the right foods and sticking to a lifestyle of intermittent fasting have immediate health benefits, but Colbert uses fasting as a tool to help his patients fight dementia.

“The key thing is intermittent fasting,” Colbert says. “So what I do is I take them off the dementogens that literally trigger dementia.”

Colbert says that the practice of this intermittent fasting for 16 hours a day, four to five days a week with the exception of coffee and tea with muk fruit has helped his patients’ brains start to improve from the slippery slope of dementia.

Above all, recognizing the signs of deterioration early on is helpful so that the proper lifestyle changes can be put in place. However, before ever reaching this spot, implementing good, wholesome diet and routine changes is key to a long and fruitful life.

After seeing the past year surge with witchcraft, paganism, the occult and the extreme gender ideologies being pushed on young children, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn provided a warning about the coming end times, how these signs are playing out right in front of our eyes and what we can do to persevere through the coming storms.

“Be careful how you walk. Not as unwise people, but as wise. Make the most of your time because the days are evil,” Cahn said. “Therefore, do not be foolish but understand what the will of the Lord is. The time is late. No matter what age you live in, you got to make the most of your time. Your days on earth are numbered, so no matter when you live you got to apply this.…but on top of it, the time is late because we live in the latter days.”

The fact that time is continuing to race closer toward the return of Christ means we must also definitively choose to make Jesus the firm foundation our life is built upon so we can stand tall for His righteousness.

“Everything you do for God means more. Every stand you take for God means more,” Cahn said.

The only way that we will survive and grow in the year to come is to completely stand for Christ, no matter what may come.

“We live in dramatic times; we live in radical times. We have to live radically for God in this year to come,” Cahn said.

“I’ve said this before, I believe this year will be a dramatic one,” Cahn added. “One with warfare. And you who are born again are born again spiritual Israelites. You are also spiritual Israelis. Let me give you a spoiler alert; in the Bible, the word Israelite is Israeli. Same word. The Bible says you are spiritual Israelites, you’re a spiritual Israeli. And so, you must fight.”

It doesn’t matter what political, societal or economic turmoil may cross our paths or make us want to step aside from the fight of faith. If we have been adopted into the family of God, we must take up our cross and follow Him. There are only two options: either to fight alongside the Lord, or to work on the opposing side with the enemy.

“This year you must fight the good fight. That means you don’t let the enemy have his way anymore. That means you don’t let the enemy intimidate you, ensnare you, hinder you, entangle you anymore. That means you don’t care what the world says or what the polls say or what the media says; it doesn’t matter,” Cahn said.

While 2024 may or may not have started off exactly as you’ve planned, God’s plan is still bigger, and when you choose to chase after Him and stick with His purposes, He will undoubtedly be with you. The greatest thing that any of us could have in this new year is a chance to know and to run alongside of Christ. We may encounter ups and downs, but by choosing to stand with God above all else, the heavenly victory will be even greater than anything that can be known here during this lifetime.

“Take back what is yours. This year, fight the good fight of faith. Fight the good fight of righteousness. Fight for your calling. Fight for your ministry. Fight for your peace Fight for your blessing. Fight for your family. Fight for your victory. Fight the good fight. This year, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. This year, be strong and of good courage, and everywhere the soles of your feet shall tread, if you walk, it shall be given to you. Fight the good fight. Fight the good war in 2024,” Cahn said.
