Jentezen Franklin: The Natural and Spiritual Glory of Israel

Israel: God’s Promised Land, chosen people and spiritual family.

The importance of Israel is so much more than we see even on the surface. Though most of the world sees a tiny nation in the Middle East when they think of Israel, God sees so much more. He sees a people worth making a covenant with a lasting impact on generations.

“We’re not just called to love the Holy Land and the land of Israel, but the people of Israel,” Franklin says in a recent message. “The uniqueness of Israel, the thing that makes them different from every other nation…God set out to redeem it from other nations.”

It is also uniquely through the Jewish people that the Savior of the world came to redeem humanity.

“Through the nation of Israel, the Savior of the world came. That cannot be said of any other nation. There is no other race of people through which the Redeemer would come,” Franklin says.

“They have been adopted by God. God has put His glory upon them. They have the covenants that God made. So do you and I,” Franklin says.

God’s covenant is first and forever with the people of Israel. However, for those of us under the blood of Jesus Christ, we are now adopted into the family of God as well. This means His covenant promise to never leave us nor forsake us stands, and His eternal treasures are for us.

As we see Israel in a state of turmoil dealing with war and persecution, we must remember to pray and stand with these people whom God has made His covenant with. Also, as believers in Christ, we must cling to this ultimate hope the Lord has given us that we will inherit His kingdom.

The Unbiblical Bible Coming for Your Kids

Do we need a ‘normal’ bible for children?

Bibles made for children to understand the Word of God are not a new phenomenon. However, when it comes the new fundraising by the organization known as The Bible for Normal People, their initiative for a new children’s bible is questionable at best.

As Protestia noted, “God’s Stories as Told by God’s Children” created by The Bible for Normal People has an unusual agenda behind it.

On their Kickstarter initiative site, Pete Enns and Jared Byas share the reasons why they are focused on creating this children’s bible. They also share a description of their concerns about current children’s bibles.

In our survey of 10 of the most popular children’s storybook Bibles, we found:

8 out of 10 were written by men

9 out of 10 were written by a single author

10 out of 10 were infused with biblical literalism

And 8 out of 10 espoused a single atonement theory

The project was allegedly created to help children along with asking questions about Scripture to provoke curiosity. However, the point of this particular source sees Scripture as a “companion” to understanding God’s word.

“When we frame the Bible as a companion rather than a collection of non-negotiable rules about God, a child’s relationship with the Bible can grow to be one of respect, without expecting it to provide an answer key to life—and being incredibly disappointed when they find out it doesn’t,” The project’s Kickstarter FAQ reads.

If you look further at the beliefs of The Bible for Normal People, their accessibility statement reads as such:

Our heart is for the normal person so we are not elitist or exclusionary and we also want everyone who comes to the table to find something valuable (including our global audience). We are inclusive of LGBTQ people, women, BIPOC, disabled people, and other diverse religious voices and backgrounds.

In their video promoting the children’s Bible, Byas says, “When we model a curiosity about God in our everyday life and draw answers to our questions from many sources, we can frame the Bible as one way of encountering God. An important way, but not the only way.”

When buying a bible for your children, carefully consider the purpose the people behind that Bible have. If a Bible does not illuminate Scripture as the perfect, God-breathed Word, then it isn’t truly a Bible at all, but merely a piece of man-made writing. It’s important that we train up our children to not just see Jesus as a way to life or the Bible as a source, but as the ultimate and only source by which true life comes.

Hulk Hogan Shares Remarkable Testimony: ‘I’m All The Way In’

Hulk Hogan is not shying away from his faith in God.

After getting baptized at the end of last year, the world was in awe of Hogan’s commitment to Christ. Now, he’s sharing why he’s all in for Jesus Christ.

As Church Leaders reported, Hogan, whose actual name is Terry Gene Bollea, first became a Christian as a young teenager.  However, he wavered away from the path of righteousness. Now, he is seeing the love and faithfulness of God.

Hogan says reading Scripture has been a key part of his development in Christ.

“I’m either all the way in or all the way out with whatever I do. So if you’re with me, there’s no guesswork. If I’m with my Lord and Savior, I’m all the way in,” Hogan says.

Hogan’s testimony since his public display of commitment to Christ has made a major impact on people not only in the U.S., but around the globe. In his interview with The 700 Club, Hogan explained how he’s been blessed to impact multiple generations across international boundaries.

“He had people in Japan calling him just a couple of minutes later,” Filippone says. “This is the way that Christians go public in their faith, and he felt it important to do what Christians do.”

One of the most important moments in Hogan’s faith journey related to a surprise voice message from wrestling rival “Rowdy” Roddy Piper. Piper, who passed away in 2015, had questioned and discussed faith and spirituality in the past with Hogan. Hogan received the message two days after Piper died.

As The Western Journal reported, Piper’s voice message said, “I’m walking with Jesus today, my brother. Walking with Jesus, loving you and praying for you.”

Hogan also says Piper’s message started with him singing “I Saw the Light.”

For whatever reason Hogan didn’t receive the message until after Piper’s passing, he says “He would have never said that when he was here.”

As Hogan shares his testimony and supernatural occurrences with the world, we can expect many more lives to be impacted by his declaration of faith.

Who is the Real Benny Hinn?

Who is the real Benny Hinn?

In an exclusive interview with Stephen Strang on the Strang Report podcast, Hinn opened up about his years in ministry, the regrets he has, the mistakes and victories he’s had and what the power of the gospel means to him.

“The real Benny Hinn wants to finish better than when I began,” Hinn says. “The real Benny Hinn wants to know the Bible better than I’ve ever known known it. And the real Benny Hinn wants Jesus to intensify His love in me for Him with His fire.”

Hinn says it is his ultimate cry that on the day when he comes face-to-face with God, he will be accepted by the Lord.

Hinn acknowledges the fact that many do not know the real him because of what they’ve seen about him out in the media.

“I don’t talk about it much. They see the clips from crusades, they see the clips from TV programs, and they see the old clips from ‘This is Your Day’…and they make up their own conclusion,” Hinn says.

However, despite the misunderstanding others have about him, Hinn says his eyes are on the finish line.

“When I started in ministry, it was a very simple beginning. And I want to finish with a simple finish,” Hinn says.

“The gospel is simple. God so loved the world, He sent His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have life eternal,” Hinn says. “To live, to believe in means trusting Him with your life, trusting Him with your soul, trusting Him to save you.”

Hinn says it is trusting in Christ with a total surrender transforms a person’s relationship with God. He says there’s a difference of being in Christ instead of just knowing about Him.

“And today the message that you hear is ‘that’ not ‘in,’” Hinn says. “It’s giving a lot of people false, not the real hope of salvation. Jesus is our salvation. And we have to trust Him.”

Hinn believes the gift of salvation alone is where we find the greatest gift of all in Christ. He says it is spending eternity in heaven with Jesus that he is after above all things.

“I just want to see Him smile because He is my reward,” Hinn says.

What the Rapture Means for Israel in the End Times

How does the rapture connect to Israel?

Discussing the end times significance of the rapture, Amir Tsarfati explained how certain Scriptures about the end times, the tribulation and the rapture deal with specific places and future events that will happen in Israel. This includes even the meaning of who the ‘elect’ are in the Bible.

“The word ‘elect,’” Tsarfati says, “it is referring in the gospels sometimes to Israel and sometimes to the church.”

One of the pivotal end time prophecies of Matthew 24:15 describes a place of desolation. This place, Tsarfati says, is in Jerusalem.

What’s more, when Tsarfati broke down Matthew 24’s detailing of the end times even further, he discovered something fascinating.

“The first portion is speaking about Israel. But isn’t that interesting; elect is also the church,” Tsarfati says.

The time of Jesus’ return is also connected to the Feast of the Trumpets, which is a core celebration for the Jewish people.

Israel’s connection to the end times goes even further as described in Daniel chapter 9 where 70 weeks are about victory for Israel.

“The tribulation is for Israel’s salvation,” Tsarfati says.

When it comes to the return of Christ, Tsarfati believes the ultimate Feast of Trumpets will sound.

“When we return with Him, the Jews will blow the trumpet on the Feast of Trumpets. And the whole world will see Him returning with us. But when we go up [in the rapture] nobody will see us. We will be gone like that,” Tsarfati says.

Whether you believe in a pre-tribulation, mid-tribulation or post-tribulation rapture, one thing from Tsarfati’s message is clear: the end times isn’t just about Christians, but it is also about the Jewish people as God continues to fight on behalf of His chosen nation.

Benny Hinn: ‘I’m a Human Being. I’ve Made Mistakes’

In an exclusive interview with Stephen Strang, Benny Hinn addressed his two major regrets in regard to prosperity gospel and prophecy.

“I’m a human being. I’ve made mistakes,” Hinn says.

When it comes to ministry, Hinn says his first regret is about mishearing God when giving others prophetic words.

“I was not too wise a number of times with prophecy,” Hinn says.

“Their prophecies were not really a prophecy. They went outside the borders of redemption,” Hinn says. “There were times when I thought God had showed me something that He wasn’t showing me. And I spoke it out.”

First Corinthians 13 tells us that we as people only ever prophesy in part. Hinn says that just as people can only prophesy in part, because we are human beings we can also make mistakes as well.

“Sadly, and I wish I could go back and fix it, but sadly there was some promises I gave that were not accurate or from the Lord. But who’s perfect? And for that, of course, I asked people to forgive me. I’m just human and made mistakes like that,” Hinn says.

Hinn says his imperfections are bound to catch up to him again, and for him and for all of us, it will not be until we are with Jesus that we will know what it is to be perfect.

“It’s sad when people focus on the times you missed it,” Hinn says.

“When I started in ministry, it was simple. And then the ministry grew. I was invited to go to what they call praise-a-thons. And I think that’s when my troubles began,” Hinn says.

Hinn recounts that in 2019 he no longer wanted to be part of the “gimmick” of prosperity-based circles.

“Sadly, I let pressure get to me. And because of that pressure, I said things and did things I should not have done. And for that, really, I am sorry,” Hinn says.

“I’m striving with all my heart to be as biblical as possible with that,” Hinn says. “Right now, my focus is the Lord, and only the Lord. And if of course there will be the time when I may have to raise funds for our ministry, I will do it as biblically as I know how, and balanced.”

“The heart of prosperity has to be the gospel through biblical prosperity. And that is what I will do and strive to do for the rest of my life,” Hinn says.

Bill Johnson: Miracles Are Not An Option

Are miracles still for today?

“We could sit in a pew and wait for the rapture,” Johnson says. “He gave us power and authority to deal with the works of the devil. He gave us power and authority to silence that illegal voice that torments people with lies and deceptions. And He’s given us the great privilege to walk in the anointing that Jesus Himself walked in. It’s a miracle mandate.”

He further notes that we don’t have the luxury to change the assignment God has given us. Instead, we must do the work God has called us to so that miracles may abound.

“I may stink at what God’s called me to do, but I don’t have the luxury of changing what He’s said to do just because I don’t do it well,” Johnson says.

Instead of learning how to walk in the calling God has given us, many people run and hide to what is comfortable and what they excel at. However, this isn’t typically the way God has called us to work. Instead, He places us in uncomfortable situations to grow us and expand His kingdom here on earth. He does not call the qualified, but chooses those He knows He can use.

However, doing miracles alone does not guarantee salvation in Christ. Citing Matthew 7, Johnson says it is only by having a relationship and being obedient to God that we will enter into heaven.

“He said, ‘just because you call me Lord it has to be demonstrated by your obedience,’” Johnson says. “Obedience seals what was revealed in Scripture.”

“Don’t say ‘He’s my Lord’ and yet you don’t pray for the sick,” Johnson says. “Jesus didn’t give us the Spirit of the resurrected Christ so that we could sit down and wait for someone else to do something. He put the Spirit of Resurrection in us because He’s looking for us to confront death, loss [and] destruction.”

Johnson also says that we are caught up in a time when Christians give excuses as to why they don’t pray for healing. However, that is opposite from God’s desire to see people restored back to health. It is by His stripes that we are healed, and that healing is still for people today.

While many Christians have not prayed over the sick or commanded for demons to leave, this does not mean that they cannot start now. If God has given you breath in your lungs, He still has a purpose and a plan for you. Part of that plan is to make Him known by sharing and demonstrating the power of the gospel.

“It just comes down to obedience,” Johnson says.

The question now remains: Are you obedient to what God has called you to do?

Prophecy: ‘The Spirit of Jezebel Has Been Unleashed’

There’s no hiding from the spirit of Jezebel.

“If you’re looking for encouragement you’re not going to find it to the left or to the right of you,” Arayomi says. “You’re only going to find your next season of encouragement by looking to the hills from whence comes your help.”

He continues: “There is a hijacking in the realm of the spirit. and the spirit of Jezebel has been unleashed.”

“This is a mayday hour, and the body of Christ needs the gift of discernment now more than ever,” Arayomi says.

Discernment is needed more than ever because if we do not use it, we will be led astray, further and further away from the Word of God.

“The enemy is working hard through preachers and pastors and leaders unfortunately to tear down one another,” Arayomi says.

This is where the Jezebel spirit comes into play. It is Jezebel’s mission to keep the body of Christ confused, unsure of what is of God and what is not.

“Jezebel will accuse others of being Jezebel and you will not know the difference because both will be dressed in the same disguise,” Arayomi says.

“The Spirit of God says, ‘How else can I call you to a deeper level of intercession if I don’t raise up your messengers of Satan and your thorns in your flesh?'”

No matter what you may encounter this month, this year or during this lifetime, it is always best to take your burdens and struggles to the Lord and consult His Word. It is there where we are guaranteed to always find truth and to experience the goodness of the Lord.

Jonathan Cahn Exposes Force Behind the Protest Phenomenon

Is there a dark, spiritual force behind the pro-Hamas protests we’ve been seeing?

In his latest prophetic message, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn unveils the dark forces propelling the anti-Israel protests across college campuses today.

“In Columbia University, protestors have announced, ‘Zionists have entered the camp. We don’t want no Zionists here,'” Cahn said.

As Cahn shares, at Columbia, the leader of the protests called for the death of Jews. Instead of immediately suspending the individual, the university asked how they could provide resources for him. Cahn believes this incident along with the vast sea of college students across America asking this question proves that this is the “total bankruptcy of wokeism.”

Cahn further explains how the spiritual significance of the protests relate to Revelation 16:13-14 which reads:

Then I saw three unclean spirits like frogs coming out of the mouth of the dragon, out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, who go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

“Who is the dragon? The enemy. Who is the beast? The Antichrist. The spirits that come out of them go out to the leaders of the earth. They cause the world to come to Armageddon to come against the tiny nation of Israel,” Cahn says.

Cahn says these are demonic spirits that want to take down Israel and stop the coming of the Messiah. He says because America is Israel’s closest ally, it is significant to see the widespread pro-Hamas, anti-Israel agenda unfolding in our nation. As Scripture says that all nations will come against Israel, Cahn believes America is fulfilling that prophetic, end times truth.

This antisemitic agenda through pro-Palestinian efforts didn’t wind up being spread on accident though, Cahn says.

Just as antisemitism was spread on college campuses before World War II, there was an influential “Grand Mufti” of Jerusalem who worked alongside to make it his mission to see the end of the Jewish people.

“Through the Mufti, the demonic antisemitism of Nazism merged with Arab nationalism and radical Islamic theology,” Cahn says. “He has been called ‘the father of Palestinian nationalism.’ He was central in birthing the Palestinian movement against Israel.”

From those who vehemently wanted to see the Jews murdered, Cahn says the creation of the Muslim brotherhood, Al-Qaeda and more came about, including Hamas. Hamas, as Cahn says, is a Hebrew word that appears in Ezekiel and the Psalms.

“It means evil, violence and destruction,” Cahn says.

While the evil and destruction that the enemy desires to see come from this situation is real, the Cahn reminds us that there will be a day with no more tears and pain. Instead, we should pray for those who are currently living under deception, such as those partaking in the violent protests. Evil will try to prevail, but in the end the light of Christ always wins.

Psalm 94: A Prophetic Message for Our World Today

Is Psalm 94 providing a prophetic message for our world today? In one of his recent messages, Pastor Jack Hibbs uncovered the power behind Psalm 94 and what it means for our world today.

They spew forth their arrogant words; all those who do iniquity boast. They break in pieces Your people, O LORD, and afflict Your inheritance. They kill the widow and the sojourner, and murder the fatherless.

Further in the psalm, there is direct discussion of ruthless lawmaking. Verses 20-21 tell of this great plight.

Shall wicked rulers, who make oppressive laws, align with You? They conspire together against the life of the righteous and condemn innocent blood to death.

As this psalm talks about dangers and vile killings, Hibbs says this type of society is prevalent in our world today.

“All of those things are patent, manifested realities of a lawless age,” Hibbs says. “Ladies and gentlemen, it’s official. America is lawless.”

Hibbs says that what we are seeing right now is nations like the U.S., England and France trying to take the place of God to take vengeance on their enemies.

“Man is not interested in the justice of God. Man is only interested in his own definition of justice. And notice those that are screaming justice have fabricated their own definition of justice right now,” Hibbs says.

“There’s a lot of good people that are being deceived by whoever makes the most noise,” Hibbs says.

As our world grows darker, Hibbs says we need to stand up for the truth of Scripture, and to advocate for biblical principles to take centerstage of our nation.

“We’re to get out front and we’re to speak up. We are to call things out, always in love, always in the biblical truth,” Hibbs says.

Just as Psalm 94 describes the need for God to take vengeance and do what only He can do, we are living in a time right now where we need to seek the Lord with our whole hearts and do whatever He commands us to do.
