Following the departure of “The Chosen” from Angel Studios, Angel CEO Neal Harmon has issued a statement discussing the matter.

“The team at Angel Studios is honored to have been instrumental in the founding and unbelievable growth of ‘The Chosen,'” Harmon says in the statement.

Harmon thanked the efforts of Angel Studios to help make “The Chosen” a smashing success.

“Our long hours of hard work over the last eight years by teams of programmers, marketers, translators, licensing experts and innovators have helped it become the worldwide success that it is today,” the statement continues.

Harmon says that Angel Studios plans to appeal the decision by the arbitrator that effectively ended the relationship between the two media entities.

“Sadly, The Chosen, Inc. chose to terminate its agreement with us. We hope that one day the agreement will be restored—and we plan to pursue the appeal provision that Angel and ‘The Chosen’ agreed to as the process for resolving disagreements privately,” the statement reads.

Angel has released a nearly 25-minute-long video thanking the contributors of “The Chosen” by listing the names of those who gave, including all of those who preferred to stay anonymous.

“We thank the Angel audience and fans for helping bring ‘The Chosen’ to life,” a blog by Angel Studios reads. “We couldn’t have done this without you.”

Dallas Jenkins, the creator of “The Chosen,” previously claimed that Angel “breached our contract on multiple occasions” after their 2022 partnership shifted to include the Come and See foundation. However, he thanked Angel for “their extraordinary efforts in helping launch this show.”

In one of his recent messages through Oasis Church, Tim Sheets gave a powerful, prophetic word about the presence of the Lord and the ways God desires to use us as His hands and feet.

Starting months ago at the end of 2023, Sheets discerned the Lord saying that the church was shifting into a greater authority and influence for the sake of the gospel.

“Dec. 4, 2023, Holy Spirit said, ‘You, the people of God, the ekklesia, you are now moving into a new time. The time that I have ordained. I am calling my ekklesia to rise in faith and walk with me in levels of deep trust. Rise in faith, and be sure you’re walking in deep trust. For you are moving into the shaking that I promised,’” Sheets prophesied.

“The fierce war season promised has come. And the birth pangs of reset will now roll through your nation, and will roll through the nations of the world,” Sheets continued.

Now, as we are nearly halfway through 2024, Sheets believes this time of the church being called into something greater through God’s power and authority is vital for where Jesus wants to take us to next. Sheets believes part of the miraculous power and authority of the Holy Spirit that has become present in our world is most evident on the college campuses.

“A mega Pentecost is now,” Sheets said. “This is now happening at levels that we’ve been praying and decreeing for years.”

Sheets acknowledges that while we see an increase in wicked ideologies and agendas being pushed, it isn’t greater than the awakening that the Holy Spirit is pouring out on His people today.

“A Jesus movement is now building. Kids are being saved. They’re being baptized in the fountains of their school. They’re being baptized in nearby streams and rivers. They’re being baptized in the ocean. Hell’s not going to stop this now,” Sheets said.

While a great shaking will come and change things, it is in the movement, in the shaking that the harvest of souls will be found.

“Everything that can be shaken will be shaken,” Sheets prophesied. “It is a warning and it is hope-filled for the remnant, for the ekklesia.”

The time is coming and is now here where God is asking His people to stand strong, boldly proclaim their faith and see the harvest of souls come into the flock. Are you prepared to share the gospel to anyone who may ask about Christ?

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn has unlocked more of the 12 signs of the end times. These mysteries revolve largely around the death of Iranian President, Ebrahim Raisi, and his biblical connection to Israel. However, it’s not just Raisi that had a biblical connection to Israel, but rather the entire nation of Iran.

• The term ‘sar paras’ can be translated into the term, “Ruler of Iran.”

“Raisi was also a “sar paras,” Cahn says. “He was over General Zahedi, he was behind the attack on Israel, he was a dark agent, a minister of death as demonic entities are linked to death and destruction.”

Cahn says the link between Raisi and death is not difficult to figure out especially since his own people referred to him as “The Butcher.”

• Behind all of the news we see today is a spiritual war.

Cahn says everything we see happening today is directly linked to wars being raged in the spiritual realm.

“Did you notice something? On the same day, the same exact day when the news came out that the leader of Iran was struck down the world court in the Hauge, in Europe, sought to strike down the leader of Israel,” Cahn says referring to the arrest warrants the ICC sought after Benjamin Netanyahu.

“They have never called for a warrant for people like the dictator of North Korea…or the leader of China and others who have killed thousands of thousands or millions of their own people.”

• The Archangel Michael fights the ‘sar paras.’

“Who is he? [The] angel of God—chief angel of God,” Cahn says.

Cahn points out that Michael, as referred to in this prophecy, is also called ‘sar,’ meaning a ruler and general.

“He fights against the other sar, the sar paras, the sar of Persia, or Iran.”

• Michael and the angels fight with the dragon.

Looking at Revelation 12, Cahn notes that the Archangel Michael and the other heavenly angels fight the dragon linked to Satan.

“ The one who wars against the ‘sar paras’—Michael—is now waring against the dragon,” Cahn says. “The dragon and the sar paras, the ruler of Iran, are on the same side. And the dragon is Satan…the attack on Israel is the war of the dragon, which is an ancient war. It’s been going on for ages.”

• The threats from Iran came during the first day of Passover.

Cahn notes that Passover was a time of victory for the Israelites against the Egyptians in the Old Testament. Now, as we look at our modern age, the first day of Passover this year was the same day that Raisi made the threats to annihilate the people of Israel.

“The president of Iran, Ebrahim Raisi, made his statement, his threat to annihilate the people of Israel on April 23,” Cahn says. “April 23 is Passover. It’s the first day of Passover…the same day that marked the fall of the first power, the first enemy [of] Pharaoh that wared against Israel.”

• Declaring to put an end to God’s people is to blaspheme God.

Cahn says that working to put an end to God’s people is to blaspheme God. It is in blasphemy against God that Cahn says Raisi fell.

“Raisi had blasphemed God on the holy days of Israel; that’s even worse,” Cahn says. “Raisi was unique in the history of Iran as he actually struck Israel in that war and then he committed blasphemy.”

Cahn says the appointed Passover Scripture of Leviticus 24:16 which was read just one day before Raisi’s death discusses how a blasphemer against the Lord is to die.

“Whoever blasphemes the name of the Lord shall surely be put to death,” Cahn reads. “So as Raisi had taken life, life would be taken—his life.”

These mysteries show us that what is happening today in Israel is not by coincidence. There is a spiritual war being fought, and God will be victorious.

Fans of “The Chosen” won’t have to wait much longer to see the return of their favorite show about Jesus.

In a video update to viewers, creator of “The Chosen,” Dallas Jenkins told audiences that the release of season 4 would be ‘very soon.’

“I am going to give you the ‘when’ of season four, and I can now add ‘very’ to ‘soon,’” Jenkins said.

Jenkins’ announced that episode 1 of season 4 will be coming to viewers this coming Sunday, May 2, at 7:00 p.m. EST. Episode 2 will follow with a release of next Thursday at 8:30 p.m. EST.

“Episodes will release on Sundays and Thursdays for the next month,” Jenkins said.

As of right now, the latest episodes of “The Chosen” will only be available through the app or on DVD.

“In the short term, season 4 will only be available in ‘The Chosen’ app or on DVD. This Sunday night, episode 1 will launch as a livestream on the social media pages and ‘The Chosen’ app. Then it will be available in ‘The Chosen’ app exclusively for a window of time,” Jenkins said.

“To be clear, if you want to watch ‘The Chosen’ season 4 over the next month, you either need to watch our live streams, watch it via streaming in ‘The Chosen’ app or order our season 4 DVD in our gift store which will allow you to binge all eight episodes at once,” Jenkins continued.

Jenkins further assured viewers that the app is completely free, and can be found also on Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku and Google TV.

This announcement of the season 4 release comes after a streaming delay earlier this year as “The Chosen” and Angel Studios have since effectively ended their partnership.

Jenkins recapped how he became acquainted with Angel Studios. Jenkins says at the time, Angel Studios was known as Vid Angel and they were looking for new projects to grow their platform. Jenkins had just created his short film, “The Shepherd,” and had come up with the idea to make a show about Jesus.  

“I came up with the idea for a multi-season show about Jesus and His followers,” Jenkins said. “That short film [The Shepherd] got in the hands of a company which at the time was called Vid Angel and they were looking for new projects to expand their platform. Neil and Jeffery Harmon ran Vid Angel, and when they heard my idea for the show, they were very emotional and they said we want to do it, and we want this to be our signature show that launches our original content initiatives.”

Jenkins said that while the initial idea of crowd-funding to raise money left him feeling defeated, it was the Harmon brothers’ belief that “The Chosen” would change the world that helped him to stick with the project. The show has since been viewed all over the globe. However, coming up with the necessary funds for producing a television show have still proved to be more difficult than anyone may have thought.

“Of your pay it forward contributions, less than half of it actually came to us. It was somewhere around 40%,” Jenkins said. “The rest went to marketing and Angel Studios.”

Jenkins pointed out that while this model may work for a one-time movie event, it gave little room for “The Chosen” to raise the necessary funds for creating a multi-season event. As “The Chosen” grew as a company, with full time employees, human resource departments and more, their goal to raise funds became even more critical to their survival.

In 2022, the partnership with Angel Studios shifted so “The Chosen” could include the Come and See nonprofit to help with the funding of the show. However, Jenkins said that part of the reason why they have been in a legal contention with Angel Studios is because they breached their agreement.

“Our contention is that shortly after the agreement, Angel Studios breached our contract on multiple occasions to the extent that we believed should be terminated which would dissolve our relationship with Angel,” Jenkins said.

“Angel of course disagrees with that assessment and ultimately the only way to solve the dispute was to exercise the provision in the contract where we engaged a third-party arbitrator,” Jenkins continued.

The arbitrator gave the decision on May 28 that Angel Studios had breached their contract. The relationship between Angel Studios and “The Chosen” is now effectively over.

Hulu in particular has started to roll out plenty of down-right creepy content. Coming this June (just in time for pride month), Hulu plans on releasing the LGBTQ-themed dating show, “I Kissed a Boy.”

As the Christian Post reported, the show is the United Kingdom’s first LGBTQ reality show. Ten gay men will initiate interest in the other men by kissing them. If a man does not get kissed, he will then be released from the show.

The second show to watch out for that Hulu will place on their streaming service later this summer is the lesbian version of the same premise called, “I Kissed a Girl.” The show is currently on the BBC.

The third show to keep your loved ones away from on Hulu is “Virgin Island.” What makes this show especially bizarre? The premise centers around a group of attractive virgins who have decided to give up the life of celibacy for a stranger they meet on the reality TV show.

As The Guardian reported, Hulu made a statement about Virgin Island that: “As the cast finds heartfelt connections and explores their varying reasons for waiting, there will be plenty of unexpected twists, including new arrivals and departures, all culminating in a dramatic finale where burgeoning relationships are put to the test.”

Remember, Disney owns Hulu. If their attempt to shove down demonic shows on Disney Plus for children wasn’t enough, they now are trying to reach out to an older demographic of teens and young adults seemingly to get them to indulge in unhealthy relationships.

Former Nickelodeon star, Kel Mitchell, discussed his incredible story of deliverance and finding a relationship with God with podcast host and former football tight end, Shannon Sharpe.

Mitchell was best known for his role on shows like “All That” and  “Kenan and Kel,” which he starred in alongside Kenan Thompson. Mitchell says that while he was brought up in church, it was when he went through a time of prayer and deliverance that he really saw the power of God moving in his life.

As Mitchell started praying with a group of evangelists and friends, he saw the physical signs of deliverance breaking through his spirit and into the physical realm.

“When she started praying over us, there was this moment where everybody just started spitting up, throwing up,” Mitchell says. “It was really like an exorcist type of moment.”

One piece of advice Mitchell was given during this prayer session was to forgive by saying out loud the name of the person he needed to forgive so he could adequately let go of the situation. Mitchell knew in this moment that he had to forgive his ex-wife whom he had a nasty split with.

The woman he was talking to during this time of deliverance also saw something significant in the spirit regarding Mitchell’s ex-wife.

“She said, ‘also she has done some things as far as are as like putting the hex on you,’” Mitchell recalls.

Mitchell began to plead the blood of Jesus over his life, and as he did so, the things of the spiritual realm started to make themselves known in the physical.

“Now, I’m spitting up and within that process I’m getting reconnected to the Lord in a very spiritual way,” Mitchell says. “Demons start like literally speaking out their name. I’m saying their names out loud, but they’re coming out of my body. So, each one is saying who they are.”

As the demonic entities left Mitchell’s body, he says he would contort and move in different ways as they left. After an hour-long deliverance session, Mitchell says his face was fresh and new from what had been taken out of him.

“My face was totally clear,” Mitchell says. “At that moment no one could tell that there’s not a God because I understood that this is spiritual warfare that we’re dealing with.”

This experience helped him to see how we truly do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities. He saw how the enemy tries to chase people down because of the calling that God marks us with for His own good and perfect purposes.

Mitchell also says that it’s vital for us to see how the enemy works through Satanic worship and generational curses.

“There’s people that pray to Satan,” Mitchell says. “That’s just a real thing and we got to understand that. And, there’s people that have generational curses within their family.”

Mitchell, who now serves as a pastor, also discussed how learning about the power of soul ties was transformative for his own walk with God. He encourages others to be careful of who they bond with.

“They might break up with somebody, but that person could still have a hold on them,” Mitchell says. “So, you’ve got to be able to get that off of you.”

Mitchell’s testimony is one that demonstrates that the power of God is bigger than anything else, and that the spiritual realm is one we cannot ignore if we are to have a thriving, healthy life in Christ.

What kinds of signs of the end times should we be on the lookout for?

In a brand-new prophetic mystery video, New York Times best-selling author Jonathan Cahn opened up the signs of the end times that have recently come to pass with the passing of the Iranian president, Ebrahim Raisi.

• Raisi’s name is related to the Israeli people.

Raisi’s first name, ‘Ebrahim,’ comes from Abraham, the we see in Genesis who God decided to make a covenant with, and through His descendants, the nation of Israel was born.

“He was named after the father of the Jewish people and yet, he was an enemy of the Jewish people,” Cahn says. “If you bless Israel, if you bless the Jewish people [and] you will be blessed. But if you curse Israel, if you curse the Jewish people, you will be cursed.”

• The Iranian president cursed the Israeli people in the middle of the war and found himself being cursed.

“The president of Iran cursed Israel in the midst of the war. It happened after Iran attacked Israel with the missiles,” Cahn says.

“The Abrahamic covenant says what you do will come back,” Cahn continued. “Raisi threatened to end Israel. One month later, it was the end of Raisi.”

• Raisi matches up with the description of Haman in the Old Testament.

Cahn says the similarities between Raisi and Haman are uncanny, Raisi being much like a modern-day Haman.

“Haman raged against the Jewish people. He threatened and planned their destruction but the hand of God turned everything around,” Cahn says.

“Haman was a Persian or Iranian official who rose to power and raged against the Jews. Haman threatened the destruction of the people of Israel. Raisi threatened the destruction of the people of Israel. Haman was the number two official in Persia, second in command to the king. Raisi happened to be also the number two official in Persia, the second in command to the Supreme Leader.”

• The prophecy of Ezekiel 38-39 is connected to the Hamas attacks that took place on Oct. 7.

“It was Iran’s support and funding and training of Hamas that brought Israel’s worst day since the Holocaust,” Cahn said.

However, the enemy of Israel, Raisi, died in the mountains. This, Cahn points out, is foretold by the prophet Ezekiel.

“So Raisi fell on the mountains; his helicopter fell on the mountains,” Cahn says.

• The building of the temple will connect with what both Daniel and Revelation have to say about the Antichrist. During this time, the demonic “sar paras” entity will seek to keep these things from happening.

“In the last days, you’ve got an anti-Israel demonic entity,” Cahn says. “It happens to be linked to one specific nation: ‘sar paras’ can be translated as the ruler of Iran, a demonic spirit ruling, leading Iran.”

• The Iranian General is directly connected with being the “sar paras.”

“The word ‘sar’ as in ‘sar paras’ is also translated in the Bible as general,” Cahn says. “That’s why when they struck him down Iran went crazy and launched over 300 missiles into Israel.”

These end times mysteries surrounding Iran and Israel show that what is playing out in front of our eyes is the fulfillment of biblical prophecy told thousands of years ago.

Could a cathedral’s unusual banner be part of a prophetic warning for 2024?

In California, an Episcopal cathedral decided to hang a 500-foot banner known as “2,000 dragons.” As the Christian Post noted, this was to celebrate the Chinese calendar’s year of the dragon.

The California church, Grace Cathedral, saw this as a chance to welcome their neighbors in Chinatown next door.

The director of events and cultural programs of Grace Cathedral, Rebecca Nestle, said, “Grace Cathedral is an inclusive place of worship. As the Episcopal cathedral for the San Francisco community, we have always positioned ourselves as a safe space where we are all welcome.”

The Cathedral is not unfamiliar with doing unusual, even heretical, things such as when they had a mass completely focused on Beyoncé back in 2018. What is most interesting about their timing of celebrating the dragon instead of Christ goes further than just a calendar celebration on the Chinese New Year.

Earlier this year, a prophetic word from Dutch Sheets said that is year would be the “year of the dragon, the bear and the lion.” The dragon, a representative of China, would be one of the nations looking at America’s influence under Biden’s leadership.

At the time of this word, China desired “reunification” with Taiwan. Now, China has been seeking “punishment” for the Taiwanese president, Lai Ching-te, for his stance that the island nation can make their own decisions independently from China.

As Fox News reported, Lai thanked Taiwan’s fighter pilots after China went to surround the small island last week during a “drill.”

“I would like to thank all brothers and sisters for sticking to their posts and protecting national security,” Lai said.

A video on X shows an eerie 3D model of how China could attack Taiwan to gain control over the area.

“This is a way for China to scare Taiwan into submission,” the post reads. “Unfortunately for China, it will have no effect at all.”

While dragons represent China and its dynasty, we can also begin to wonder if the dragon has any other spiritual implications.

In a prophetic warning, rabbi Jonathan Cahn says that the dragon is symbolic for something much darker.

“Who is the dragon? The enemy. Who is the beast? The Antichrist. The spirits that come out of them go out to the leaders of the earth. The cause the world to come to Armageddon,” Cahn says.

As we see China rising up out of the shadows as an obvious answer to a prophetic warning about this year being the year of the dragon, lets not lose sight that the dragon also represents something else. For us as Christians, this is the moment to remember that we are called to be the light in the middle of darkness.

There is a spiritual entity crippling the church behind the scenes.

In a message on resisting evil, Emma Stark discussed how the spirit of secularism has crept its way into the church and is steering it away from the core of the gospel.

“We have built our church world within the constructs of secularism,” Stark says. “Therefore, secularism is our ruling spirit. Not just out there, but also in here.”

Instead of making God the central, core part of our theology, Stark says the modern-day church uses God as a self-help tool to make our lives, marriages and families better for our own sake. It is no longer about Him at all, but rather, it’s about ourselves.

“We have secular church where God is believed in, but the fullness of His weight is somewhat outside,” Stark says.

Secularism, as Stark puts it, is not atheism. Secularism does not deny God. Instead, it takes Him out of His rightful place as King of kings and Lord of lords. Secularism brings its own issues to the church that are dangerous and devastating.

“The first issue, number one, is that in a secular church…we are instinctively suspicious of authority,” Stark says. “Secularism says find your identity in yourself.”

Another problem that secularism brings is it kills the atmosphere of worship. Stark says it doesn’t matter which nation she’s been to around the globe, a lack of intimate worship is a killer to the church.

“You can only really worship fully and extravagantly if you can say, ‘I’m created,’” Stark says. “The response of true worship then…is I come with gratitude and I pour myself out.”

The last issue that secularism brings to the church is the problem of focusing on wealth instead of on Christ. Wealth is no longer about giving to care selflessly for others the way Christ did for us. Instead, it’s become all about our own wants and desires.

“It [the spirit of secularism] forgets that Jesus gives compassion to apply your riches. It forgets that Jesus gives you the power to get wealth. It forgets that wealth is from Christ, to Him and for Him and for His kingdom. It misses the centrality of Jesus and it starts to give us a wealth entitlement problem,” Stark says.

The best way to stay clear of these dangers of secularism, then, is to keep your eyes set first on the reality of the gospel. Because we have erased a biblical worldview from today’s culture, it has allowed secularism to sweep in.

“It’s a lack of understanding how the wisdom of the Bible is applied to living today,” Stark says. “Meaning defined by God will keep you all your days.”

This warning against secularism should be a wake-up call for all of us in the church today. God desires our hearts—fully and completely. Instead of worrying about all of our wants and needs, we must be reminded that He is the cornerstone on which our lives can be built. In Him we lack no good thing. Through Him we receive the best gifts that will lead us to a life of flourishing.

Back in 2008, Chuck Pierce was caught up in a vision of what God showed him for every single state in America. Now, this vision has come full circle as God has laid the importance of the state of New Jersey on Pierce’s heart, and how it is critical for a spiritual revolution to rise in America.

“He showed me something else in every state. He showed me every state had iniquitous thrones within each state that would have to topple for the glory to arise in the state,” Pierce said.

Pierce said that while he was in this heavenly realm, God not only showed him the iniquities of every single state, but he saw which ones were part of a covenant with the Lord and which ones were not.

“There were 21 states in covenant with Him, two were hanging in the balance, and the rest were not in covenant with Him,” Pierce said. “And He began to tell me the importance of a covenant nation aligned with Him, but how far we had drifted from being the overall covenant nation. An ideal covenant nation that I believe was intended to form when we first formed what is known as America and went to war.”

Some of the states Pierce says are critical to the foundation of our nation staying in good graces with the Lord include Texas, Florida and South Carolina. Pierce says these states play a giant role in America being where it should be for the year 2026. Now, we are in the moment to intercede on behalf of New Jersey.

“They have a tremendous apostolic covering for the sphere we represent,” Pierce said of New Jersey. “From New Jersey I believe a nation has been greatly affected. Now, New Jersey is called the crossroads of the revolution. I really believe that is still the call on New Jersey.”

Pierce says New Jersey’s historical role in America’s formation is not only vital to the past, but that God will use it as America moves forward. He says we should pray for the “warrior” anointing to be present over this state.

During this present time, let us pray for the future of New Jersey and of our nation as a whole that God’s Holy Spirit would shine forth across America.
