Does it feel like you are close to a breakthrough but just can’t seem to get there?

In one of his latest livestreams, Isaiah Saldivar uncovered how our actions can impact other people, including when it comes to their breakthroughs.

Saldivar points out that God desires a people who are willing to follow Him and do all that He calls us to do, including preaching the gospel and helping those around us become free from bondage.

“The Lord says this in Ezekiel 22,” Saldivar quotes, “I look for someone who might rebuild the wall of righteousness and guard the land. I look for somebody that would stand in the gap, stand on the wall so I wouldn’t destroy the land…and the Lord says, ‘I found no one.’”

Whether we respond to God’s call or not makes a dramatic difference on the lives of other people around us. God can use us to change the trajectories of other people’s paths.

He notes that God wants to use us all. Through our obedience, we have no idea how many people God will bring into His Kingdom and how many lives we will see transformed. Living for the Lord completely in both the private and public eye is part of this obedience, something we are seeing becoming more and more critical for the future health of the body of Christ.

“We’re living in a time where so many people are playing church. Thousands [are] fooling everyone, but not fooling God,” Saldivar says.

He believes we can see this from the number of pastors we see being exposed for what their private lives actually look like.

“Look at all of these pastors. Guys, it’s so sad that they’re on stage and they’re public successes, but they’re private failures because they have sin going on. They have sin going on in their secret life, they have abuse going on that they’ve hidden for years,” Saldivar says.

Is it a bad thing to fall in love?

In a recently shared YouTube message, Jonathan Cahn unveiled the problem with the world’s notion of what it means to love, and how true love differs from how culture tells us to love.

“The love of God in you is a love that is not caused by other things. You love regardless. That’s the love of God,” Cahn says.

Cahn points out that the love of the heavenly Father is the kind that is sacrificial. For Jesus, His love for us was sacrificial to the point of death. While the world may sing songs about love in the context of how we feel in the moment, this Cahn says, is not what love is all about. These fleeting feelings associated with temporary happiness is something Cahn warns that has found its way into the church.

“It’s even seeped into the kingdom of God among believers,” Cahn says. “Often when we say we love something, we mean that ‘it makes me feel good.’”

Cahn further points out that the Bible doesn’t tell us to fall in love. Instead, God commands us to love. We are called to the action of loving one another, not just to feel an emotion.

“It’s easy to fall in love because you think the person you fall in love with is going to just bring you all the happiness in the world,” Cahn says. “We are to love those who are not lovely or not lovable or not evening loving.”

Ultimately, love is a choice that must be made daily. It cannot rely on emotions alone.

“When you choose to love, when it’s not warranted, not deserved, not expected, not requited, not invoked by the other person…that means that the love of God in you is a love that is not caused by other things, you love regardless. That’s the love of God,” Cahn says.

Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas opened up for storm relief for all those in the wake of Beryl.

“Beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, 8:00 a.m., Lakewood will serve as a cooling and water distribution center, and safe haven for anyone in need,” the church posted on Facebook.

The megachurch also utilized their relief teams to get supplies, and emergency kits to those in need as well as clean up areas of the city that were impacted.

They provided an update later today with photos of their relief team working together.

“It has been incredible to see people in Houston coming together to help those affected by the storm. If you need a place to get out of the heat and cool off, you are welcome here!” the church wrote.

This quick emergency response comes after Lakewood Church and its pastor, Joel Osteen, came under heat in 2017 for not responding quick enough to the city’s needs when Hurricane Harvey hit Houston.

In the wake of Harvey, Lakewood did eventually open up its doors to those in need, partnering with Samaritan’s Purse as well. However, Lakewood was not quite prepared at that time for the scope of Harvey’s devastation.

Speaking with Charisma News in 2017, the Lakewood shared that “The city was prepared for this dangerous storm, and the city and county have provided rescue teams that are ready to go…there’s a shelter that’s five times bigger than our church just a few miles away stocked with everything people need, from food to medical supplies.”

While many have heard of the month of Tammuz before as a time of mourning when the temple was destroyed and the Jews were banished from the land, it is also a time for us today to draw insight for what God may be preparing us for the days ahead.

In a service honoring the month of Tammuz, prophetic voice Chuck Pierce gave a warning specifically over what to expect this month and a few months beyond.

“This month, there will be a war over the desire of your heart,” Pierce says. “Therefore, we have to understand that if we focus on our harvest ahead and see the path through that harvest field, we will be able to experience the desires of our heart.”

“The next three months will be our most difficult to maneuver,” he continues. “If you remain in Him and the peace of God around you, you’ll be able to make it into a greater harvest than you’ve ever known.”

Pierce explains that Tammuz is the name of a Babylonian god. However, Tammuz represents something much bigger and more biblical than what we’ve thought. Pierce believes that this month in particular will be a dichotomy to either take you down a path of idolatry or bring restoration and redemption.

“You can repent. You can change your mind, recover and keep moving,” Pierce says.

Pierce reminds listeners that what repentance truly is, is the changing of your mind. Repentance goes much further than just expressing that you are sorry for doing something. Repentance, then, cannot be exchanged for remorse.

“It’s a gift,” Pierce explains. “It’s a gift from God, and once you embrace the gift, you start thinking differently. And once you activate repentance, it takes an action of faith so that you shift into your path.”

“It has a totally rewiring of your thought processes. And why we have to talk about repentance is nothing we should ever shy away from because it’s a gift. But it requires the whole person to press in to the One who made them and the only One that can really change them,” Pierce continues.

During this time of testing of the heart and mind, let us draw closer to Christ and seek His face. If repentance is needed, let us not fear of repenting to know God more and go deeper with Him.

Is God speaking about China’s next big move?

In a word of warning, prophetic voice Troy Black gave some insight into what China may be up to next.

“I started to see a vision back on May 23 of a mountainous area and next to the mountains was this line of power generators and they looked like these big machines that were moving up and down,” Black shares. “Then, I got this knowledge that what I’m seeing now is a metaphor.”

As Black’s vision continued to escalate, he knew that this vision was speaking about wars and rumors of wars. This coincides with Matthew 24:6, which reads: “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled. For all these things must happen, but the end is not yet.”

With this discussion of wars and rumors of wars, China as a powerhouse in the world fits directly into this vision.

“I heard the Lord say, ‘China’s next move is to wipe out a power grid,” Black prophesies. “I don’t know if God is saying that China is going to physically wipe something out, right, but more likely it’s something involving China putting pressure on another nation or utilizing backdoor tactics in order to affect a power grid or somebody’s power source.”

As a world giant, Black says that this could even mean China will pressure another nation through different tactics, potentially affecting their power source.

“I heard the Lord say, ‘China is wrapping their arms around a smaller nation in hopes of picking it the way you would pick a pear off a tree. You suck its life from it by breaking the connection from the roots.’ And then I heard, ‘Without the stem, intact, it can no longer receive anything through the tree.’”

Just as China may be working to squeeze another nation, Black says the Chinese New Year itself is also going to come into play in the coming days.

“He said, ‘by this time next year, these things will begin to occur, a ramping up season,’” Black prophesies.

With this coming next Chinese New Year, Black says he had a vision of a Chinese street sign with a person standing in the street and the city decorated for a festival.

“I heard the Lord say, ‘It will happen as if nothing is going on around because they will be ignoring what’s happening around them at the time,’” Black prophesies. “These things are going to be happening around, but it’s not going to affect the Chinese society as a whole.”

While Black admits that he doesn’t even understand the full extent of everything that the Lord is showing him, the timing of these words comes during what has been prophesied as a year all about the Chinese dragon. This year is also the Chinese calendar year of the dragon.

“In the Bible, Satan is referred to as a dragon in the book of Revelation,” Todd Coconato posted on Facebook when New York City celebrated the show “House of the Dragon.”

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn also warned about the dragon as mentioned in the book of Revelation.

“The one who wars against the sar paras, Michael, is now warring against the dragon and his angels,” Cahn says in a recent video.

How ever China will tie into these new and ongoing prophetic signs still remains to be seen.

Are the Nephilim somehow connected to the rapture?

In an interview with Bill Salus, L. A. Marzulli discussed everything from the Nephilim to the Tribulation. The real question is, are these two things connected to each other, and if so, do they have anything to do with prophecy surrounding Israel and Gaza?

“When you go into Scripture and specifically the conquest of the Promised Land, its very specifically, it names three cities that Joshua and Caleb did not go in. [One] is Gaza,” says Marzulli. “It’s right there in our Bibles. And I’m not saying that Hamas, you know, is in any way connected to the Nephilim, what I am saying is that territorial spirit, in my opinion, has never been deposed.”

That territorial spirit which desires to strike against Israel is one that we are seeing come to light not just in Gaza, but further north, perhaps predicting the prophecies from Ezekiel and Isaiah starting to come to fruition.

“Oct. 7 changed everything,” Salus says. “There’s no going back to the status quo in my estimation…the IAEA Inspector General Grossi came out May 19 and said that he is concerned that Iran is several weeks away, not several months, he says, from having a nuclear weapon.”

“In the Isaiah prophecy, it talks about Israel actually taking a hit and finding itself in self-defense prison rules fight,” Salus continues.

Marzulli points out that Ezekiel 38 and 39 tells us that the whole world will know that the Lord is working on behalf of His people to save Israel.

“What we find is God taking the helm supernaturally with a great earthquake,” Salus says. “When the great earthquake happens, troops who speak different languages are going to freak out.”

This is because of flooding, hailstones and other supernatural occurrences that will prove God is the Lord over Israel.

So, how does this territorial, Nephilim-like spirit connect not only to prophecy, but to the very last days of the rapture?

“As we see all the end times events converging, it used to be the super sign of the end times was the rebirth of the nation of Israel in 1948, fulfilling numerous prophecies, that’s when the world hourglass I think made its final tip and the end times clock started ticking,” Salus says.

“But now the super sign of the end times is that all the end times signs are converging,” he continues. “I think that leads toward the Tribulation real soon.”

As the darkness ramps up against Israel, ultimately, it is pushing us closer to the end, to the time when we will see the Lord make Himself known as the Holy One of Israel. He will not only show that He is God, but He will return for His bride.

Some of the former leaders of International House of Prayer Kansas City (IHOPKC), are looking to begin a new church called “Sanctuary Church.”

As The Roys Report noted, Isaac and Morgan Bennett and Matt Candler filed for the Incorporation of the Church on April 18. Isaac and Morgan Bennett were pastors of IHOPKC’s Forerunner Church and Candler was the president of IHOPKC’s university.

In the articles of incorporation, the assets are listed as being distributed between Hope City and Tikkun Ministries if the church was to dissolve. However, Tikkun Ministries does not know why or desire to be listed as a beneficiary.

Ron Cantor of Tikkun Ministries told The Roys Report that “We will be requesting that our name is removed from the document, as we are in no way involved in the establishment of this new entity.”

Tikkun Ministries is also calling for a third-party, independent investigation into the clergy sexual abuse case of IHOPKC’s founder, Mike Bickle.

A new report has come to light about the coverup of a minor who was sexually abused back in 2018 from another church attendee at Gateway Church.

On April 18 of this year, Gateway settled on the case that was filed back in 2020 on behalf of the minor who attended Gateway Church and claimed to have been assaulted by another Gateway Church member around March 14, 2018.

In the lawsuit, posted by the Christian Post, five ordained pastors from Gateway are named as defendants who knew about the incident: Samantha Golden, Sion Alford, Kelly Jones, Rebecca Wilson and Mondoe Davis. Logan Edwards and Kathryn Edwards are also named as defendants.

In the Gateway Church lawsuit, one of the defendants, Logan Edwards, a youth leader at the church, was aware of the situation early on.

“Conversations with the alleged perpetrator and other youths that attended Gateway by virtue of his role as a youth leader within the church. On or around March, 19, 2018, Logan approached the alleged perpetrator and conversed on the topic of the incidence of sexual assault.”

The document further recognizes that: “Defendant Logan shared the information he had been provided by the youths, alleged perpetrator and Plaintiff Doe with Plaintiff Kathryn and various other pastors of Gateway and named Defendants.”

“Defendants Samantha, Sion, Kelly, Rebecca, and Mondoe were all informed of the sexual assault accusations to which Plaintiff Doe subjected to as being the central leadership of Gateway. Although Defendants were made aware of the sexual assault accusations made by Plaintiff Doe, a minor, none filed a formal complaint with the necessary child protective agencies, law enforcement agencies, or even alerted Plaintiff Doe’s mother, to the existence of the alleged assault.”

The suit says that the named defendants engaged in conversations with the alleged offender and their parents. The plaintiff’s mother also reported the incident to the Haltom City Police Department. It is noted that the defendants of the case tried to conceal the truth behind this case.

“The Defendants who were ordained pastors of Gateway, embarked on a concerted campaign to conceal, misconstrue and discredit the assault accusations while the active criminal investigation was ongoing,” the suit reads.

“Defendants encouraged other members of Gateway to ostracize Plaintiff and had her removed from the various ministries of which she had served dutifully.”

The settlement to the case came on April 18, which states that “Defendant Gateway Church shall pay of have paid on their behalf to the Minor the sums set forth in the confidential Compromise Settlement and Release Agreement which has been presented to and approved by the Court.”

The exact amount that the plaintiffs of the case requested was over $200,000 but not more than $5,000,000.

After fumbling with both his debate performance and his interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, the president received the backing of Church of God in Christ (COGIC) Bishop J. Louis Felton.

ABC News shared the story of how Felton and his Philadelphia church encouraged the president.

“We want you to know, President Biden, that Bishop Morris is 91 years old, on his way to 92,” Felton said. “And so, Mr. President, since you are only an octogenarian sitting next to a nonagenarian, don’t let anybody talk about your age. You’re a young whippersnapper.”

Getting up to speak at the Mount Airy church of God in Christ, Biden discussed faith, using Romans 8:28 in his message.

“I’ve always felt the power of your faith, in good times and in tough times. The fact is, the Scripture says, ‘All things work together for good. To those who love God, are called according to His purpose,’” Biden said. “Our purpose is to serve others. That’s our purpose. To know everyone to be entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. To know faith without works is dead.”

Biden continued his message by telling the congregation to be doers of God’s Word.  

“In this nation that means keeping our eyes on the North Star. The very idea of America, that we’re all created equal in the image of God,” Biden said.

Biden’s visit at the COGIC Church comes just after he told George Stephanopoulos that he would only get out of the presidential race if God Himself told him to.

“If the Lord Almighty came down and said, ‘Joe, get out of the race,’ I’d get out of the race. The Lord Almighty’s not coming down,” Biden told Stephanopoulos.

As calls for Biden to exit the presidential race continue to grow, we will have to keep an eye on whether or not he will stick to his word about staying in the race or if the Democrats will have to find a different candidate.

The surprise elections held in France gave way for the left to gain major strides in Parliament. The New Popular Front’s rise stands as a combination of liberal political groups including the Socialist Party and the Green Party.

As NPR noted, the right-wing party, National Rally, was projected to win. However, this did not happen as neither the left, center or right parties have a majority ruling with the left leaning taking 180 seats, the centrist party with 160 and the right at 140 seats.

This shocking vote comes after French president Emmanuel Macron called for the election back in June for a “moment of clarification.”

Following the election, Prime Minister Gabriel Attal offered to resign. However, Macron refused Attal’s resignation, desiring for him to stay to “ensure the stability of the country,” according to the Associated Press.

This newly divided government has sparked an uproar across France. Riots in France broke out, requiring 30,000 police to be deployed, as per the Evening Standard.

With the Olympics set for Paris in just a few weeks, all eyes are on France. The outcome of this vote comes just days after the United Kingdom voted the left-wing Labour Party to control the British parliament. The question now is whether or not the United States will follow suit with other first world nations by taking a left-leaning government stance when our elections roll around in November.
